This firm quoted us for 1/2 that which we really had. After the driver showed up he gave us an inflated complete and stated that he actually liked us so when he gave him $500 in money he’d lower the cost $1,000. Then the firm told me that they had been supporting and couldn’t deliver on the requested date (seven days following pick-up) however they’d be there the morning after. We never got a telephone or email. We predicted in roughly 25 times and have been shipped to VM on every expansion. It’s now 4 days after, about 30 calls and an email after and nothing in them. We’re filing a police report and calling the BBB and all regulating agencies in the afternoon. This business is a scam! Don’t use this business! We’ve got no idea if we’ll ever see our possessions again. They clearly are sending us to VM and averting us, when we called to get support or with questions that they answered every moment.
