These men quote me 890 to maneuver 11 boxes of a number all sizes from Orlando Florida to Irving Texas. I got a confirmation by a wonderful woman named Susie. We spoke by telephone and speak through Gmail. It was always a open communication from her role but she affirm me I was likely to be given a call from dispatch daily before picking up my things daily we concur (7/31)…. That call never occurred. I wound up calling them now on July 30th to request the time that the trucker were planning to pick my stuff up. The private from dispatch sounded with no clue about once the trucker was likely to pass from my property

This provider will be the WORST! It’s filled with the most egregious people I have ever encountered. My daughter moved out of Bridgeport, CT into Indiana and then we hired them to transfer her items. To begin with, even tho we supplied us with a quotation and said that they wouldn’t offer an in home quote they tried to charge us an extra charge, which we won and maintained. Before moving, they’d said that we’d have the merchandise s delivered by August 3rd because she’d be flying into Indiana. We came in August 3rd to see that what wouldn’t be sent on that date. Then they stated the center of this week..no show..no telephone. They then said it could be sent which sunday. . .again no call no show. NONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. As soon as they have your items they don’t answer you or let you know the reality. My husband, my daughter and I had to remain in the vacant flat….sleeping in an aviation. My daughter is STILL awaiting her items 2 WEEKS LATER. When I phoned and talked with MICHAEL his reply was lawfully we’ve got 21 days. They’re the worst and that I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I’ve not ever seen a business with such little regard to their clients and the annoyance they put their clients via. They blame one another and don’t take accountability for their activities. Each time we predict er talk with another individual who somehow”cant”get a grasp of this dispatcher and provide us a definite date. They’re TERRIBLE!!
