Would not recommend them. Ever.

My possessions were jammed to two’bunny’ containers once they delivered my items. After the door was opened, boxes dropped out on the sidewalk.

After everything was finally unloaded, I found that many boxes out of my kitchen, a Tupper ware container of Christmas decorations and a huge silk carpet were missing. And I had somebody else’s shirt to get a coffee table.

As there was no demo shot when my possessions were filled, they could not even identify where these things may be. I had been given some silly explanation for why there was no demo and advised that they could still be in their warehouse or maybe were sent to somebody else on Vancouver Island. I had been told that they would check and get back to me. Following two weeks; no word.

When they eventually returned my phone, Boris said that there were a few’unclaimed’ boxes in his warehouse and that he’d have them delivered to me. The only real box to appear in my home: the Christmas decorations. So far, I’m still missing the carpet, a champion juicer, many smallish appliances along with a craftsman wrench collection. Stolen? Misplaced? Delivered to somebody else?

I still have the tabletop if anybody is searching for this.

To make a very long story short coping with this business was dreadful. They picked up my items 3 times later than they believed they’d and altered the shipping time 4 days using a different excuse every moment. They never called me to mention it would not be on time, so I needed to be sure I phoned them daily (or even multiple times per day) to learn what was happening with my items. They allow you to pay upfront so that they did not bother giving me a discount and receiving an apology from them had been like pulling teeth. I believe it is amusing that their site says”100% satisfaction guaranteed” AND has reviews (a thing that I never anticipate ) Do your self a favor and do not waste your money or time.

Business had a guaranteed delivery date of november 2nd or even 3rd and it’s currently the 18th and I’ve yet to get my possessions, such as my motor vehicle. The worker who offered me that the service won’t return telephone calls or mails. Not have I received a courtesy phone I want to know where my possessions were at any given point in time. Very rarely will I get ahold of him and when I do he doesn’t have any advice for me personally and says he’ll call me back but not does(Steve Kovic). Steve explained if I need information I must call this shawn personality. Last time that I managed to get ahold of steve had been november 12th at which he explained that the truck resigned in Manitoba and ought to now be back on the street soon and he guided me to talk with shawn. After I got ahold of all shawn, he’d tell me that my things have yet to depart calgary although my delivery date as per my bill was 10 days ahead and that he continued to state that he didn;t understand it was barbarous. I am convinced none of all the things which occurred to those folks will occur to me.” This was really naïve of me. AtP hired another firm, Most Valuable Movers, to load their things. They simply didn’t appear on the day that they were assumed to return, then two days after when they rescheduled, they had 5 hours late without a telephone call. AtP had offered us an additional price for all which I told them we’d, after what was packed to the moving truck, the movers stated that they needed to charge us an extra $700 since we ended up more room that AtP advised them. We had been loath, but compensated them. They were assumed to send our items in 3 times, it required 3 months to our stuff to appear. We tried calling the two businesses without a response. Once I eventually did get a hold on AtP, ” they stated that it had been my fault that it took 3 months to our things to reach our new location and also ended 2 telephone calls using”F**k you” and then asked if I wished to return for Florida to combat him. When our material eventually got to our newest location, the shifting company wanted to charge us more since there were measures. Within our shifting contract it stated that the cost included 2 sets of stairs. I really don’t think I have ever been as mad at a business. Save your self the trouble and do it yourself, or employ literally anybody else.
