The mover who had been accountable for sending our belongings from the warehouse even told me once he saw the state of the boxes,” he informed his supervisor he didn’t need the job and explained to his supervisor”how can you expect me to receive a hint once I send boxes that appear like this?” After we filed a claim to Oz, they advised us that we utilized the incorrect boxes for the transfer and that since we didn’t utilize Oz shifting boxes, the boxes we’d weren’t powerful enough. Total BS. We proceeded with the very same boxes once before and had no problems at all. We also did utilize several Oz boxes for last minute packing the afternoon our stuff had been picked up and low and behold- these Oz boxes were totally shattered to. I really don’t believe this justifies packaging up things incorrectly to make damage to the products.
