My two story house filled with furniture situated in Bel Air MD was safely transferred into a brand new 2 story home situated in Baltimore County. Not a dent or scratch on some of my things.

I recently had to move from Richmond to New York because of a new business prospect. The time I needed to perform the moving was quite tight and, frankly, I believed that with all the movers round it’d take me at least a few to do that.
Not with those guys tho! Quick, inexpensive, efficient, quite considerate and receptive to their customers’ requirements!

Overland was totally honest and forthright through the whole quoting/moving procedure. Tim Smith worked over and beyond the standard sales estimator and agent to guarantee a smooth and fair move. The movers would be the finest I’ve ever encountered on the two ends. . They have been cordial, and completely accommodating to our needs. I am going to need to say I was frustrated their direction called them back early from our Delaware fall off into some scenario in Washington, DC together with all the curfews of 8:00pm while they were completing in Bethany Beach, DE at 4:30pm. It triggered an abrupt shut down of support with a couple things still unwrapped, and no opportunity to review where everything was. Beware, there’s an exorbitant fee of 7 percent for credit card transactions, and they don’t accept payments.

Overland Van Lines assisted me and my family having a tiny regional movement. They packed up things and packed it to the moving truck- and nothing got damaged. The movers were professional and friendly. The move went well and I would employ them again.

OUR FURNISHINGS WERE DESTROYED. What should happen to be an effortless move become a nightmare. We hired this business for a complete service transfer. They showed up late and began loading into a random fashion. In 5:20PM they declared that there wasn’t any longer space on the truck and also that we ought to take, what had been abandoned. No longer room on the toilet really as they’d failed to break down a number of the bigger bits. They retreated with complete disregard for the place that they were leaving us in. Before on going day we received a phone in scheduling saying that since they’d reserved a massive move for the next day, they’d need to reschedule our shipping. Instead of having our items on the vehicle for a single night, they’d need to maintain them for another night. The furnishing were to not be offloaded but instead were to be left to the vehicle. This wasn’t true whatsoever! On delivery day a completely different truck came and they begin offloading furniture which looked as though it was saved in a dirty storage shed someplace. Our furniture has been ruined. Literally destroyed!!
