The absolute worst. Over billed me by 1000 dollars and now it’s been three months since I gave them the address and they still have not delivered my things… Don’t use them.

Steer clear of this engine carrier! Within a week has passed since the date they promised to provide our items at Massachusetts out of Illinois and we have got nothing. They said they would deliver now and that they would call us last night with a estimated time daily. We have no telephone last night without a telephone now. We have been calling them repeatedly and it is very tough to find a person being on the telephone. I could not actually leave a voice message because the voice mailbox was full! Our call eventually reached a person late this day and they stated the delivery might be now, possibly tomorrow. They promised to telephone us 3-4 hours ahead of shipping, but that’s yet to occur. We’ve got no idea once we’ll find our things.

Along with the inexcusable delay and absence of sensible communication, the motorist that picked up our items crashed into a weapon in the pick-up site. They needed $1,000 in money without telling us beforehand which they would not accept different types of payment. They billed us”bulky item” prices for appliances which are regular sizes and that we fully revealed while obtaining our quote. The person who owns the agent moving company even admitted to us who those men are horrible!

I truly wanted to like these men hired by Gold Standard Relocation.
Gold Standard filed a quotation much under what the movers billed through an extra $1,600 and abandoned half of our possessions. They stated that our furniture was tight and that we had another truck. They had been right, however, the First pricing was dreadful.
But when the furniture arrived in our new home – I had been appalled they even tried to Think about this golden standard/white glove:
Smoking close mattress when packaging
Rugs abandoned in garage unrolled
Furniture with glass eliminated not re- installed – can not locate some piece
Kitchen table – that they dropped bolts and abandoned it loose!!!
All of my boxes were tagged emptied by space. – the abandoned all kitchen boxes from the cellar.
Mattress delivered with framework and only chucked on floor.

DO NOT, I repeat, don’t use this provider to perform your transfer. It took 30 days to receive our stuff and after we received it, virtually every piece of furniture needed hurt of any sort done for this, 1 furniture thing was completely ruined, just about any box and plastic bathtub was crushed and numerous things inside were ruined and finally, a few of those plastic and laminated bathtub items never left it here at all. They’ve no idea where you can find either. Very inadequate communication. They billed us triple of what the initial quote could be and understanding that a semi automatic thrice wouldn’t have the ability to produce a delivery on our place to the narrow street, they shipped it anyway and billed us $650 to shuttle it in on a right truck. Not just that, just 2/3 of those things were delivered initially, even with the semiautomatic, and we needed to wait for another week to the rest items to be shipped to some smaller truck and still have things missing. The agent that hired them to perform our movement never bothered to look at their BBB score, which I discovered to be the F. Stay away from this inspector….14 complaints in3 yrs based on BBB.

They struck the legs of a classic living table made from bamboo. They pulled two lampshades into a box with no packaging (they wrapped his puppy’s mild fleece coat about a single — oh that’s where that went, no matter course they did not request permission to utilize it! — good thing I’d delayed purchasing a replacement) and the glass one shattered along with the metal one has been broken and needs repair. A plaster statue gets the nose cracked. And two things listed were not sent and are seemingly lost track of — who knows whether they will truly find them, and if they’re unbroken as equally were breakable. I’m livid and that I can only imagine the problem working through asserts will likely be. They also increased $300 to lease an U-Haul for shuttle since they stated the tractor-trailer wouldn’t match n my road, but a buddy knowledgeable in transport said it absolutely would have fit.
