Worst company we’ve ever worked together. Totally unprofessional and complete liars. First quote that they gave us dropped when the truck driver set his toes in our home. They lie about how big boxes, they will tell u contained are 20 boxes, but the things they don”t tell what’s the size. They lie on the payment process, Their insurance business isn’t an insurance carrier, however a third party who simply administers claims for them, even the individuals who cover missing, stolen or damaged merchandise is these. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL! I had the WORST experience together. I had been going from NY to Florida and has been told that I might be paying an ALL inclusive cost of $850. When they came that cost almost doubled. They came to my house on a Tuesday and I told them that I’ll want my things sent no later by Saturday. I didn’t hear a word out of anybody until the next Tuesday stating that they will be coming that Wednesday. I said okay I know since there was a lousy weather in NY.

So I let this go. My entire experience together took a terrible turn when they came with my things at Florida. First off they arrived with this large 18 wheeler truck. I just had a bed, two TVs, along with 10 storage containers. Not a great deal of stuff. Hence the freaking truck was so large they were not able to park it close to my flat. They undoubtedly asked for an additional $175 since it turned out to be a very long distance from the vehicle into our flat. I am like are you mad? So rather than bringing my possessions in they chose to leave it to the parking lot ground. I needed to put my belonging in my flat by myself as my boyfriend had to go into course. I named the business immediately and had been advised that they will call the supervisor and have him call me back. I NEVER got a call back that evening. So I called the following day and talked with the supervisor Michael (a$$complete ) and that he explained the motorist is going to be fired instantly. (but how can this impact my expertise? It doesn’t at all) so I told him I have to get reimbursed and essentially he said I might but maybe not before my parents utilize them if they choose to go… BULLS**T.

He told me I had some type of reimbursement instantly. . .and because that day I haven’t heard by them, These individuals will steal your cash and shed your [EDIT] over the face of the street. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They don’t understand how to conduct a company nor keep their clients satisfied. They over charge there clients since they do not get a whole lot of company. If you’re moving from state only go to funding rental truck and perform the job yourself. Michael if you’re reading this move fu*k yourself. I will ensure that your company becomes recorded.

That is actually the WORST moving business I’ve ever used, and I’ve moved several times.   The proprietor, James Ray, comes into a home immediately to give you a fictitious quote, and after the deal is closed, you never hear from him again,  ” The price he offered was hardly half of what I had been charged!   He makes it look like his cost is your closing, NEVER telling you that’s relies solely on the square footage from the vehicle!   Then his team requires a hint, maybe not telling me it doesnt contain the men who unloiad when you arrive in your new residence. They arrived 2 days late with NO communicating,  the Business that simplifies our material was outsourced and place NOTHING collectively for us.   We transported boxes up the stairs and needed to put furniture together.   As when the cost wasnt the worst component, James Ray may NEVER be attained when he receives your attention.   And their insurer (Anthem Claim Management)wouldn’t reimburse us for compensation, saying that they are not responsible for items packaged with us (I packaged all of the furntire??!!!) , which since we signed that dispatch has been recieved (in great condition..in the fine print), that they are not liable. Who moves through each box and piece Before the moving business departing!   All these are the largest THIEVES ever.

Worse service ever. The proprietor is really a liar and that he left u believe u r obtaining a bargain and it is all a scam. I made half of my things in nj since the owner never told me after the established cost the truck would need to be quantified for the true cost. So half of my things remained. In addition, he informs that they utilize credit card but when they are to choose up your stuff the driver states no other credit card. My things were scraped, my strings for my electronic equipment were lost. . I’ve been calling for months since my brothers brand new bike remains missing. They showed up late. Regardless of what you are doing, don’t use this firm. They’re scammers.

Please don’t use this business in any way. Run far away. I had a terrible experience together. If you phone them they will behave fine. Michael levin isn’t fine and he’s a crook. He advised me I need to pay him that the storage price or I wouldn’t get back my things and a different storage price if I do not pick this up. I advised him. However, you never sent my items. He said you never paid me all of the cash so for me to send it.

This business needs all of your money before they’ll send it out in the event condition. Don’t trust those folks. They’re money hungry low lives. And I am not going to stop till they are out of company for performing so to challenging working customers.

Once being leveled 3,000 I had been billed 4,800 after they began loading.
Not just that they struck his 55′ tv, two leather sofas were totally ripped off, but dinning table with no corners, but dinning chairs scraped, among those bedroom places has been ruined to the point at which it couldnt be placed together.
