Otto Nelson Moving and Storage

Humans aren’t perfect last time that I checked. . .but any mistakes created by Otto Nelson were small at best.
Contacting them attracted an evaluator into our home quickly. He estimated that the moves prices and gave us a written test. He was considerate and effective overall. The only mistake here was that while we’d largely furniture to proceed, we suggested we had a”couple” boxes of small items in cabinets proceeded and he recorded”No boxes needed.” Because of this the men in the vehicle when they arrived had literally. . .no boxes. We coped with it by placing the things ourselves to our own automobiles and transferring them. . .but you may want to indicate that any moment you own a transfer at a couple of boxes be kept from the vehicle and carried to each and every endeavor The Movers were postponed at coming – Promised 8-10 AM and rather came much later although they called and informed us they’d be late. After the two young guys did arrive however they had been more friendly, courteous and prepared to do the job. They’re also proficient. . .laying down security on the flooring and moving quickly and economically to mat furniture and then load the vehicle. We left before them into the new home and they came right after so that we could point in the places from the new home at which we needed the furniture put. The new home had a few winding and narrow stairways that needed wisdom and perspiration to move heavy things up and they did a fantastic job overall of accomplishing this without criticism.
There was just one slight drawback, but nothing significant. Complete a good movement. I believed them marginally more expensive then their rivalry, but we proceeded with their conclusion past time and had lots of more problems and problems. This movement left a great taste in our mouths complete.

Horrible experience.
We transferred from Racine, WI to Charleston, SC. The client encounter was sub-par. Our stuff was postponed and then on the shipping day, I get a call from the driver which the truck broke down. Our delay turned from disappointment to a lot more disappointment.

My correspondence with a few of the proprietors of this firm wasn’t continued and understanding to make explanations, without ever taking personal responsibility. I would never hire this business to get a long distance movement.
