After asking a movement for 10:00 on a Saturday, we had been scheduled for 9:00. The day before the move, I got a confirmation call saying that the team would arrive between 7:30 and 8:00, so my spouse and I got up really early to be ready, but nobody showed up. The office then affirmed that we’d been scheduled for 9:00, however they did not understand where the truck had been. It was 11:40 prior to the crew leader phoned me to say that they were on the road. When the team came at 12:45 the movement went immediately and without incident. The men were superb.

But they then added an additional hour for traveling (that was really just 20 mins) they attempted to include $40 for tape and really additional $40 for carrying 2 beds apart and putting them back together in the new location (I was under the belief it had been a part of this fee )
While the 3 men worked hard, Elmer, Santos and Carlos, I tipped them, but wouldn’t use this provider again or recommend to anybody.

I’ve not ever written a bad review of any business before, because I’m not the kind to whine about small things. But this provider deserves it and that I do not feel apologetic for this.

I’m from a different state and that I had been helping an excellent buddy move from her flat on a Sunday, because that was the only day she would (She had been getting the keys for her new flat that same evening and the exact same evening she had to proceed ). I scheduled using Optima on Friday to proceed on Sunday at about 10:30am. They stated they can do at 1pm so I consented. All this time I thought everything was running smoothly once my buddy called me at 4pm to inform me that they were not there yet and she did not have their telephone number, but that someone had phoned her at noon to inform her that they needed to complete another movement before hers and that they would not make it on time to get hers, and asked her if they could reschedule for the following day, so she informed them she HAD to proceed that day. They rescheduled for 4pm. My buddy thought I understood about this because I had been the one in control of the payment and scheduling, but nobody called me to inform me about some of this, except for her if they did not appear in time. They’d both my email and number. So I called them back to ask where they’re. Subsequently the dispatcher/scheduler/salesman told me that they had been running behind. This was 5:10pm once they movers got to my friends flat. She had to be from her location from 7:00pm that night since that is when her teenager needed to fall her off small women, something that I did not tell the movers because they’d program for 1pm, along with my friend also had additional folks helping her so 6/7hrs were certainly attainable.

And I am still waiting for my bill and newspaper job…

The represntative (Yuri) was very nice and adapting when scheduling my movement. Then proceed day came and I had a window out of 9-11:00 for movers to appear. By 11:00 still nothing so I called to get an ETA. Were told by Yuri that he did not understand what was occurring. Called back later to say they could not come that day and had to be rescheduled into the next day. Many excuses and lies. Nothing made any sense. No concessions left even though I needed to change all strategies to acquire carpets cleaned, overlook extra day of job, locate child care for my 4 children for a different day which was unforeseen, etc.. Yuri acted like it wasn’t a big deal that they chose to not appear and would not respond to telephone calls or email.

Movers didn’t wrap all of furniture and dinged furniture and walls. Were told a few times that it was not them (even if I saw them perform it). Charged per roll of tape”utilized”. Took it upon themselves to re-tape boxes already taped. Using excess tape. Additionally started fresh roll with each box. The terrible reviews concerning this business are authentic, and that I wish I’d have checked before I used them, they charged me twice of what they lent.
