Avoid this company at all costs
The movers are filthy and careless.
The marked up my walls, broke my wall sconce, broke the elevator, scuffed furniture and required long breaks to raise the time so that they had been paid more. They also billed 15.00 for mattress covers if even Hertz charges 5.00

Great experience
This is actually the 2nd time with One Stop Moving & Storage and the support was excellent again. The movers worked really hard and completed the transfer in less time compared to the quote.
