I hired One Cost moving to transfer things out of my 1 bed room flat. The proprietor, Jeff Harker, offered me $290.00 for a flat rate such as the shifting of 25 bins, boxes, or luggage. I’d added bags and boxes (60) and also for every extra 25 it is 25 bucks and so forth. The business showed up with a lot of boxes and packaging materials. I supplied 15 boxes of my own and their packaging crew used my blankets as padding through packaging. Jeff along with the movers transferred all of my things to his truck and then advised me my price for transferring was $760.00 because he had been running my own card. A bill then showed up for $800.00. No price was discussed for packaging or materials until every thing was completed and Jeff billed $400.00 in only material price. I have a 1 bedroom flat. I had been duped with his pricing and also his contract doesn’t go over any prices for packaging and material price. These folks advertise on craigslist & can change their title. They don’t care for you as a client, or your own things. Owner is a impolite non-technical individual to start with & that I ought to have known better. Personally, I haven’t been treated so rudely.
