This was a most pleasant experience and I am so grateful to have discovered them through Angie’s List! I opted to use the horizontal rate versus getting my items considered. The price was $2,200.

I am so happy I discovered Joseph and Chris and the Entire team at On Time Moving and Storage. Leda is a true honey and kept me updated on what before hand and even called after the movement to determine whether everything was okay. Worst experience and biggest fiasco ever. Made reservation per month early on vacation weekend. They become overbooked so that they outsoursed my transfer to some other corporation. The miscommunication between them was absurd. Cost quoted from Ontome wasn’t just like on work sequence. They left saying”we’ve got another occupation. We gotta move.” , as i was on phone with ontime. Took them an hour to return and 3 calls into ontime. No one cared to phone me back. Customer support was nonexistant. I really do have to mention Leta was nice and assured me that the outsource business would do good. Too bad it all fell apart. Lots more happened, simply sick of considering it. I suggest you NOT use these movers!

They transferred me to Indianapolis. The moving team was really beneficial. My Driver was Robert and he predicted numerous to keep me updated on his place and arrival date. We recently used On Time Moving and Storage for a transfer from Florida to Ohio. I was originally pleased with the friendliness of the staff that I spoke with.
