I Don’t think this business deserves any stars Whatsoever.   Scam artists into the center.   I predicted months back when I had been searching for a company to transfer us from Philadelphia into Arizona.   Arabella on the telephone was very pleasant and declared there weren’t any”Hidden” fees.   I frankly need to look at those reviews first. But let us proceed.   Retired army my ex-husband is, we all agreed to proceed together.   I had been quite obvious that we’d have two homes to maneuver along with two distinct condos to maneuver into. The Philly homes were two miles apart and also our Arizona homes are 5 doors down to ea other. I genuinely think that they watched his army requirements and took good advantage.   Website manager sam got into my exes home first as mentioned within the day of their transfer. I said no way.   What exactly do we Will Need to do to return to 4800?   He said we can not eliminate w 4800 and that the quotation has been a lie.  Over half of my furniture and things I’ve had 15 minutes to throw away.   And we ended up spending more than 6 million.   Were the things quoted in my first estimate no more depended?   There were things”Missing” all a sudden.   Moreover, if we did the quotation, I given 3 tvs complete and just one mirror.   When they were going to cost additional to pack these things, I must have experienced that in my quotation.   Not package them and then tell me!   Sam also maintained on and on and on during the entire day talking about people tipping them 30%! We were also given a date of birth, but once I called the driver, he also had an entire Additional week afterwards.   The motorist that delivered us will not operate for Olympus but is still a subcontractor.  I wish he’d work w us from begin to finish b/c that he had been more professional than some of those liars I coped with. Last but not the least, I had been together with the movers on arrival since they took the larger items from the packaging the so called specialists did on going day, and low and behold, the mirror I had been billed extra to be packaged is busted! I need all to know to steer clear of this business! I don’t mean to stop this. I am likely to record with each online review website, the legislation offices backwards in Philadelphia, each specialists admin division, along with the BBB.

If I cover movers, then I hope to have professional, licensed movers managing my possessions. The business is filled with liars and incompetent men and women. I mentioned them to the Better Business Bureau. The managers even lied to this answer. I only hope that this helps safeguard other people from expecting those people with their valuable belongings. I lost nearly everything. What is worse, I compensated for this. I wouldn’t ever recommend them to anybody and it’d be better when they had been closed down. Just horrible all over.

Sam, the proprietor of Olympus Moving and Storage, is impolite and disrespectful. He does not enable the client to inform their side of this narrative nor does he need to help fix any problems. He speaks over you once you attempt to describe what’s happening and comes with an”answer” for all. I really don’t understand how this company stays in business – that they are completely unprofessional from start to finish. They’ll let you know exactly what you need to listen but not endure to some of your fantasies or guarantees that they create. They’re LIARS!!!

Additionally, we had been advised by the foreman about the day of this move that the truck that our items were loaded on could not possibly be the truck bringing to Colorado! So, yet more, let buyers beware! Olympus, like most of the others, cannot be trusted, wouldn’t stand by a fantastic religion verbal assurance and are only in it for the cash and the capability to scam individuals that, by all reports, do not need to cancel their relocation in the last minute and eliminate their own things from the truck. This was the absurd, but really scam-worthy, choice they provided to us because we had been contending with the foreman and didn’t need to take and sign the deal with all the extra and much bigger amount due. Failing a settlement about the price and the cubic feet we acquiesced and signed the agreement, expecting to have the ability to take our complaints and worries up at a later date with all the manager/owner of Olympus. Thus began a severe but fruitless forth and back with the supervisor and lots of other workers of Olympus in an effort to make them see why we felt conned. To no avail. DO NOT believe them if they say that the movement is based on cubic feet! DO NOT believe them if they say that the external cost won’t ever be greater! They LIE!

The worst experience ever and I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone picked Olympus as their own movers.  We’d Adam (an Olympus rep) visit our flat and give us an estimate.  He left a list with every thing which was to be moved and a quotation based on this.  Sad to say, the 3 movers showed up (two hours late) and stated that they never watched a record and the one thing which was likely to be transferred was my 2 beds to the price I was nominated.  If I wished to transfer anything extra else it’d be extra plus we had to cover additional packing.  They have been rude and spoke to me as though I had been an idiot.  They continued to provide us arbitrary numbers but at the start told me it was likely to be much more than $600 that which we had been quoted.  After moving back and forth on pricing for 2 weeks, my boyfriend and I requested them to depart.  We tried calling and talking to a manager while all of ths was occurring, sadly, it was after 6 and nobody was about the clock.  They pulled up at a Uhaul truck which had Olympus magnets around the other side, treated us like crap, and we were left with all of our things sitting in my living space.  We were supposed to move to Denver, CO another morning and instead had to remain and replan our our move.  Going with the more affordable option that has been Olympus shifting was the worst mistake I’ve ever produced.  Please don’t make the identical mistake I did.
