They refused to tell people in which they had been and finally only ignored our requirements. The motorist that eventually revealed told me that he’s a builder, not used by the business, since the business isn’t licensed to transfer anything interstate!!! They also refused to consider our possessions and supply us with all the info – that a DOT requirement. The cost they billed us was significantly improved from the quotation regardless of the fact that we decreased the things we had been sending. All the time they refused to inform us where our objects were. Figuring out they picked them up and simply dumped them at a warehouse at Sacramento that had no climate management. That alone frees irreparable warping to a lot of wooden products. We were told we’d get 3-5 days notice before going into Idaho. We obtained 12 hours notice. They insisted on getting paid prior to unloading. The wonderful salesman was to not be heard from again. I hope that my critique saves you the hassle and frustration I have experienced with this provider! They’ll improve their price till they deliver products by the tens and you purchase or they threaten not to deliver your merchandise. Nearly 60 percent of my products arrived broken or totally damaged beyond repair. They packaged, delivered and stored. All of the harm was done while they had ownership. I had a brand new wool rug which came damp and modeled. When they came , they hired people off the road to unload. Place holes in the Sheetrock when providing within our brand-new construction. This movement started out alright, they handed me a quote for a two bedroom flat and it appeared to be consistent with other people and after being promised that there would not be some”surprise” prices, that they had been a”family-owned company” with all their own drivers and movers that had been”all professionals” I signed the contract. The individuals who showed up to transfer me were both packed and efficient and wrapped everything nicely. Surprise #1-an extra’$1500 for underestimated litres. When the truck had been loaded, the Agency gave me a shipping date array and was away.

Don’t use this provider! Moved from TX to CO.. They billed me over agreed upon, dropped 1/3 of my things, wouldn’t return my calls, the claims dept is a joke, so they won’t pay replacement costs. Broken things, lied to. The driver hires men out of Craigslist to pickup and send together with them – completely dangerous. I moved a month ago and still haven’t gotten all of my possessions… still coping with this provider. Horrible customer support – the high quality assurance dept does not know anything and can not actually get ahold of dispatch themselves. Do not be fooled by the glossy sales man. They’re unprofessional, don’t return phone calls, but do not even have moving trucks. They lease Enterprise Lease Trucks. They do not have workers in your town. They are not on time. All these contracted movers showed up with a semi-trailer that sat so low to the floor, that I was shocked that they even made it into Missouri. I regret not having a photo of this trailer. The drivers subsequently asked for an extra $650 in cash to move my possessions out of their truck into a different truck that they’d call for. I denied. The only way to find all my possessions away from them would be to go rent a Budget-Rental Truck and have them move my stuff into the leasing truck. My neighbor needed to push the rental truck into my home. I compensated with this moving company to send to my home and deliver my possessions INTO my house. That did NOT HAPPEN. All my furniture has been damaged/broken/scratched or’d gouges. My plastic bins/boxes were either busted open and ruined and a few had water damage. I’ve so many damaged things. I am missing things. My wash machine has been ruined and would not do the job. Nobody will call you back. The damaged asserts unit is”too busy to speak to me right now”. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I’d done further investigation. Yes, the 1 star ratings are TRUE. Fight this organization and do not quit as they would like you to GIVE UP. I have also reported them to the BBB and am also reporting them to a investigator. I’ve got so many images of damaged things, I am rather angry. BEWARE of the firm! Upon pickup they’ll instantly bill you for use of the packaging and tape although it was quoted previously for an out-the-door cost. I stated no less than $3k reimbursed to me- dumb! Now it is October and still not settled!

Worst experience ever & it is still not solved!!!! 1week goes by without a reply – then two weeks, then call label, then no reaction! Unprofessional, untrue and horrible remedy for you and your possessions! (However, at deceiving the direct inspector on the shipping – clued me in about the boxes that are missing along with the overcharge and I was cheated! He had been disgusted with the number that I had been billed and said I need to buy 1/2 of my cash back to overcharges! ) Possibly I need to get him to apologize if that ends up in court!

I had been quoted following a physical stock $6450 to get 1700 cu ft. They loaded and told me that it had been 2450 cu ft. Old state van traces picked up our things on July 19. We had been guaranteed a delivery date on July 26 or quite near this day. We didn’t get our things till August 24. On May 22nd 2018, I contracted with Old Nation to transfer from California to Texas. We barely had any substance, about 589cf values of things. We paid nearly $2300 for your transfer. The on the afternoon of 6/2, I get a call stating that they must transfer our pickup to 6/3 8a-10a (among the employees got hurt and they had been up all night with him). Subsequently at 8am on 6/3 I receive a text message, not a telephone call, telling me that because of”logistics annoyance” the movers will not be there until 3p-5p. As soon as I attempted to clarify that this was absurd as were already behind schedule, the dispatcher did not appear to care. When I called the company to complain, they essentially said that there was not anything that they can do.

When the movers finally did appear it had been at a budget rental van (not a business moving truck, such as I had been told they’d ). They had been friendly did nicely at wrap protecting & everything everything. When we obtained our shipping now, the movers showed up at a Sunway Truck (perhaps not a Old Nation Truck). There were demanding unloading the things, not quite favorable & when I discovered that my husband piano seat was badly damaged and that I brought it to his attention, all I got was”Oh This, well you’ll need to telephone the organization & file a promise”. Subsequently upon departing they had the guts to state that”If you’d like to trick us, that will be valued”. I informed them I did not have any money left on me. I simply thought I was rude.

The do not have their own trucks, so they cover other’s to proceed you. They broke nearly all of our glass items which were packed very closely. They removed the tape and stole items within our plastic containers such as an Iron along with Shower Head, I really could replace this although what hurt the most, they started all of the Christmas Containers and selectively took the top of my Christmas Decorations (Quite simply , they stole decades and decades of memories which might have been passed down). Dishes and platters were smashed Along with all this the 1 box with high value things is somehow missing. In addition to all this my possessions took 5 months beyond my asked delivery date. Currently I have been waiting 4 weeks to receive a test that hardly covers any harms. Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely terrible firm. Broken things, overdue pickup AND delivery, far too pricey, and that I got no customer support – not one in any way. My experience on this”firm” was dreadful from start to finish. This is not a genuine business; it is a telephone line into a residential home in New Jersey. The identical telephone number could be traced to several other moving businesses which have gone out of the business. They claim to be licensed by the BBB however that isn’t accurate. The men and women who load, drive and unload aren’t used or vetted by Mature Nation Van Lines. They’re sub contractors working for money only. I needed to find out all of this information the hard way and expect to rescue other people from that gullible, dishonest and gullible people.
3/4-Movers advised to pick up in my home at CA. They’re just two hours late. The paperwork they appear with has distinct sets of measure, distinct charge numbers compared to the binding quote and they attempted to upcharge me $200 to get a”long haul” since they float across the road. I got out my tape measure and needed to demonstrate to them it was less than 65 ft.
3/5, 3/6 along with 3/7-Emailed and known as the”moving adviser” identified in my quote concerning the arrangement and dimension discrepancies for that I had been owed a 256 credit. No return email or call.
3/9-Dispatch individual calls and says that my things will be sent 3/12 or even 3/13 and that the motorist could call me 24 hours ahead of a time window.

3/13-Dispatch calls me back and says motorist was attempting to reach me….wrong. She says they’ll be there late day on 3/13. Driver eventually calls me and says they’re 6 hours off but will probably be there about 4 pm. I telephone him at 4:30 and he informs me that he has not left North Dakota but that he will arrive at the following day between 8 and 10 am. I’ve left work early on 3/13 and today will have to miss out work the next morning.
3/14-I sit in my brand new empty home from 8-11:30’m without a shipping, no telephone calls without any mails. I also called and left messages and mails with the motorist, Old Country, Dispatch and Revenue. Not one of my messages have been returned.
Eventually at 3 pm someone from Illinois who I’ve not dealt with calls me and says that the driver is trapped in South Dakota because of either a busted truck or inclement weather however they’ll be in my home between 5 and 9 pm at the next night. The driver advised me North Dakota and in taking a look at the weather map, nothing but sun and rainbows at all of the Dakotas.
3/15-Dispatch individual calls in the afternoon to inform me that the motorists attempted delivery but could not finish it because I attempted to cover in Canadian cash….was I being punked? Incorrect again. Then she stated that the motorists are in their way out of Idaho and will hit me after that evening. Remember that I am in MT. These people must use a map out of 1860 or before the Louisiana Order being created.
I named the driver right and he really picked up just since I blocked my own telephone number. He explained they were still in either North or South Dakota and have been scheduled to enter my city at midnight. I am a single mom and my youngest is a toddler in order that did not really work for me.
3/16-Miracle upon wonders they really arrive at 8:30 in the afternoon ; but I was so relieved I did not mind needing to miss still another evening of work.
Constructed of advice-pay the marginally higher level to reputable country wide movers like North American, Bekins or even Mayflower. The couple dollars are well worthwhile to prevent those shysters. I’d say that they will need to get placed out of business but I am convinced they’ll be soon and then will only begin a new one using another name; exactly the same filthy playbook.

Were told that the motorist would call the evening before to tell me when they were arriving. Was told motorist could call about a hour earlier (I’d asked them to work with my mobile number). No phone the evening before and the hour until they called my mother’s vacant flat in Sacramento! We just happened to be in a maintenance management assembly once the semi came. Needed to pay an additional $75.00 since her doorway in the centre was greater than 75 feet in the truck. ([NAME EDIT]’d said to not be concerned about that at the arrangement,”that is simply when they must park down the road”. Happily it’s more than seriously, have a look at the business easier than I did. Lesson learned. I don’t think folks will lie or be dishonest with me. I guess I’m jaded today.

As soon as I chose to transfer from Texas to Florida the customer support was terrific! UNTIL. They got my cash and my things!!
Then nobody will return your requirements or allow you to know where your items are! Now the deadline will be Wednesday the 20th! If my items aren’t in my possession that I shall call the authorities and examine them for thieving! Thank good I used my own credit cards to buy my items so that I have receipts for it all!! I eventually got thru to somebody now by going from the inspection page and behaving like I had a quotation to get a transfer! He promised me that he had been calling the operator and could call me right back!! He explained give home a couple minutes! We’ll see how this goes!

That is definitely the worst moving company I’ve ever experienced. After we contacted the firm, we had been confident that we would have our furniture delivered in 10 days of pickup, they’d be telling us each step along the way where our things is and if precisely we’d get it. I’d strongly advise anybody that wishes to use this business to overlook it. Worst customer service ever. And I am betting they will charge us more once our material happens in Virginia. HORRIBLE!!!

While I see that these men have 3 stars, so it makes me laugh. Anyone who offered them greater than 1 celebrity has obviously been compensated to examine them. On Dec.22 proceed in date. NO show..we known as, dispatch stated they had been in Illinois, going into Montana, then they’ll be at Washington. 5 days after we predict, they’re in”Minnesota” each dispatcher…5 days after they’re broken down, 5 days after they’re on the road to Colorado first then two heaps to Oregon, THEN to people at Washington. 5 days after”dispatch – they’re broken down somewhere in the Mid West truck Cease? We all can determine is that they always lie. They never contacted us, we pioneered every one of the calls. When our products were eventually deliver in mid January…two [EDIT] men were rather useful, but anxious to begin. We hunted quotations for a 600 mile transfer from 1 country to another via a site offering multiple estimates. Old Nation Van Lines was among those firms that contacted us. Made us cover extra because we registered a complaint with the US DOT. Inadequate customer services.
