When they eventually brought my things, two boxes were lost, things were brokenup, and they ruined the ground.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Customer service was dreadful. They ruined my items; missing some of my items with no effort to fix the issues. My bill was double that which we agreed upon. I implore you..STAY AWAY!! . .THEY ARE NOT WHO THEY PRETEND TO BE!! They held my items hostage till they had been paid in full and then didn’t even have all of my items. I called for months to attempt and receive the rest of the things and today I simply get the voicemail. I’ll be submitting a claim to my items I did not get and broken, scratched things up. I might even need to receive my lawyer included. When there was a way to close them down I’d certainly do it. They’re predators. Do not conduct business together.

I predict the staff person, he will not return my calls. Action against this business appears imminent. Strongly suggest agreeing, I believed I had been speaking with a specific firm called Beacon, but seems another title on contract Official VanLines- net obtained.
