Ocean Moving

I’m now booking Ocean Transferring for my next movement. They can do such an wonderful job of wrapping and protecting all of your furniture. They work fast and economically. I moved together from NH to CA after which CA to NM and now NM into Florida.   Not 1 thing was broken or damaged.  They take apart anything you want and put it back together. Whenever I call, they’re so friendly and helpful. I’ve used other movers previously, but not again. Ocean is amazing !!

Horrible horrible experience! They had been to package my belongs. They simply threw fragile things in boxes. They ruined my bed, fully trashed my curio cabinet, and innumerable things were either damaged, destroyed or lost. As soon as I registered a claim, it took more than 6 weeks to for them to forward the data to the insurance provider.

Never utilize Ocean Moving and Storage. Obtaining a quotation has been nice and they have exceptional salespeople which convince you they’re a respectable business. After they arrived to pick up our things they tried to bill us twice as much as they’d quoted.

We waited nearly 3 months to our stuff to be dropped off to the opposite end.

Don’t use this provider!  Regardless of what the agent informs you(in my case Roman) or alternative testimonials – everybody I discovered that really employed the firm had negative reviews- I feel that the provider writes the decent reviews!!!!  They tell you exactly what you wish to listen to and then alter their story the moment they have your cash.  My quotation started off about $1,000 and is going to be over $3,000 when I am done- and also my badly packaged space was significantly less than 800sqft.   Each of the prices changed, additional charges began popping up, the movers whined the whole time that they were there (one even told me”That might require me to make additional trips to the truck”).  The business claims to quote you for complete service but charge you for EVERYTHING!  Total service with this business actually includes NOTHING.  They transferred packed boxes from within my house to the truck- which is it.    Ex: You cover the rolls of tape they utilize along with the movers just use half of the roll of tape! They also bill you for mattress covers- go purchase your own for more affordable.  The movers refuse package your possessions so that it takes up more room in the vehicle so that you need to pay more.  Consider mentioning it to them and they tell you”Here is the way we take action”.  The business is deitful and unprofessional.  Don’t USE!  Belongings upon delivery were hurried into the home and thrown around, movers even made remarks about how big my home (very unprofessional).  Have a flexible program for shipping because they can’t confirm anything.  You receive a telephone 24hrs before stating when they’ll be there- therefore your new task better be elastic! All around BAD business – actually if you’re thinking to utilize them for the very low price that you feel that will get- DON’T it is a lie. Do not bother attempting to phone and make a criticism – that they move the phone to somebody else and Roman claims ignorance.   Decide on a more costly better ranked firm – I wish I did.
