North Star lied. Told me my first mover had gone out of business and they had been an awful mover anyhow. Found the following day they weren’t from company and also did my move. North Star continued to disturb me during my move. What a bargain.

The sales man was wonderful. In other words, before I committed to transfer my items with the firm. Then I could not get a grip of him. My wife and I moved from Chicago to Texas l and wished to employ movers. Unfortunately 95% of moving companies charge astronomical costs to move someone out of country. I had been leasing a Penske truck on the internet and then these tasks gave me a deal I could not refuse. I believed they’d be costly like any other business on the market, boy was I wrong. I explained my move and asked a quote. They arrived at $1000-$2000 less costly than many!!! So I said”yes please move my things”. North celebrity had a team prepared to go in several days and we were all set. The team came immediately at 0800hrs, were quite friendly and professional. They didn’t waste time and besides a few brief breaks (five minutes or not since it was really hot) didn’t stop. We ran into a few flaws leaving and that I had the movers at GA coming between 1500-1600hrs. Nicely North Star called because we were leaving and that I told Cynthia (that’s the North Star individual I was talking with) that I had been skeptical (but attempting ) to create it there involving 1500-1600hrs. The TX crew came in 1500hrs, we were not even close to coming at the home (I was also speaking with the moving team ), and informed them it’d be 1700hrs or afterwards before we came. We were planning to reschedule for the next day and the team contacted my spouse to have that setup. I said we’ll be there at the time and that we wish to have it done that evening. So she put this up. The team that met us in our new house were equally friendly and professional. They had us unloaded in just two hours.
