Long story short, two months of numerous telephone calls for North Star and Executive, getting cussed out from the motorist who picked up my merchandise for calling to investigate, nobody in Northstar or Executive Van Lines understanding where my home products were, and ultimately my items came. Horrible business, stay far. NO GOODS OR SERVICES WERE RECEIVED, and yet they still believe that they”deserve” the 1500 deposit. Why?!?!? They are not even a plumber, they don’t have anything to do with transferring, whatever they do is cost you money for you a plumber someplace else and then you need to pay that plumber. No Proceed occurred, they all did would be to maintain my deposit for NO WORK PERFORMED!!!

Cost did not return with it. Save yourself a hassle and use anybody else.

STAY AWAY FROM NORTH STAR VAN LINES!!! North Star Van Lines is a deceptive moving company which gives excellent lip service and generates no results. I had been given a window for pickup of Friday through Sunday. The initial agreement stated I would be contacted 24 hours before pickup. I never got a telephone call from anybody, motorist, dispatch, business rep or otherwise until Sunday at 11am. Now I jumped with strategy B after phoning and Emailing on Saturday without a reply. The telephone system didn’t operate or let me leave a message. The organization’s contact man named Brittany was unable to provide any advice or convince me to rescheduling the transfer. Since she, herself did not understand anything and was utterly useless. After arguing with her for two days and not able to provide a complete refund. I chose to take things in my own hands. I informed my bank that the business was fraudulent and didn’t make good on its guarantee. My hope and optimism has been won over by the ingestion individual, ( Joe Wilson) and following several tries of trying to get him, he has now disappeared into thin air. I’m now inconvenienced and had to cover movers, storage charges, u-haul trucks and airline tickets. The company didn’t make any efforts to improve or solve this situation in any way. I’m very pissed off and disappointed with North Star Van Lines. Take note and don’t use this organization. I can guarantee you that you’ll be disappointed and outside frustration.

This provider is a complete SCAM. If I could give ZERO stars I’d They tried to tell me my two bedroom move wouldn’t be greater than my estimate price of $3100. I receive a call from a man name Bruce two days prior to his move and he cons me to paying another 765.32 for things that arent even a part of my movement. Subsequently the movers showed up 3 times following my pickup window, and they seemed like they were using narcotics daily and smelled horrible. I was skeptical to get them touch my things but wanted to be from my flat in 3 hours because of their tardiness of two days late with no logical reason as to why, and provided no compensation. I was likely to get fat tickets to the truck before loading along with the mover stated his dog ate them!!!!!!! So the movers couldn’t validate my burden and then had the audacity to tell me that my load was over weight and had to pay an additional $2500 for them to unload my things. The mover should have xrayed his puppies stomach to find out what the first weight was. To get a move which wasn’t supposed to surpass $3100 I paid twice for a totally horrible support. The motorist who packed out that the family goods promised that we would have shipping on a specific date… naturally after they had our land and our cash, which wasn’t the situation. The customer support wasn’t responsive in case you can every get through., that has been almost impossible. They then broke one of those televisions, and dropped another, along with the components to set the bed together was lost. So right now, sleeping on the bed onto the ground since the mattress that was presumed to be placed with the movers wasn’t constructed. My perception is that when they took it aside, they’d reassemble it. Again, this did not happen. The business kept telling me that they needed to await a motorist to be delegated to provide my great, which may be days, based on if they really have a”complete truck”. When a motorist eventually called me to tell me what time and date he’d have the ability to send the products, the customer support section had been calling me to inform me that they’re awaiting a motorist to be delegated.

This is the worst experience ever. My movers did not appear for 3 times. If they did it was just 1 man, a part of what I paid for was to allow them to choose the bigger furniture aside.
