Do not use them! Charged an excess hour, added erroneous fees and didn’t adjust. Additionally damaged several parts of furniture. $1,900+ for a local relocation.

Worst Service ever! Honestly! I’ve not ran into such a scam. We called around to find pricing. A very wonderful woman picked up. They said $300 for two hours!

We scheduled a day, and they said they’ll call with time day before with time.

They appear 15 minutes late. That im okay with. Lousy weather, they arrive in. We had it all packed and ready to go. Therefore that the move loading and out was fast. Then send it to fresh property. That was 10 minutes off. They unload and moved great.

We arrive at the scam component. It had been less then two hours. They would like to play the match 4 men, two hours, shrink wrap? And all that. $650. We advised them 300 and he belongs thats a quotation.

“Quotation isn’t a quote, but its a fn quotation! It means you state $300. I say yes, and thats it. Unless there’s extras for it. There wasn’t. He played the game of I want to step out and speak with the workplace! BS! Didnt comes backagain. With ill be fine. Ill eliminate a man n all thats. In the conclusion, I was angry. Wanted him, and only consented to it. He also tried to pitch to me, to call him next time for deliveries. This location is a scam, and I won’t ever suggest it. They all stated through out the movement is treat us, and we got you. They all cared of was Cash!

Moved per month past. They snapped a glass plate for cupboard fine it occurs. They didn’t call to inform me that we had been looking around searching for this. Why did we need to hunt? They had been on time no matter how the complete movement was supposed to take 7 hours that it required 10 one load quoted took two. They didn’t pack the truck nicely. It seemed like my friends and I packed the vehicle. In the conclusion around 8 pm that the team was completed we only started saying depart that I shall build this etc..

We ended up spending $450.00 longer to maneuver the following little truck filled with things from our previous house to the brand new one.

So far 10/04/2017 we’re no closer to finish this conflict. North coast asked us to ship in measurements for broken glass we did. They dropped the dimensions didn’t predict.

TERRIBLE. Price looks great I had been known by our relator. Just do not use this organization.

It has been more than one month already since I utilized Northshore movers. I have been calling them 3 times aweek to repair my ruined furniture. However, the proprietor Rob keeps on stating that he will phone me back to send someone to repair the furniture. However, I never receive a call back from them. I am the only person who constantly call them. I really don’t understand why it is taking them a while to send someone to repair it. It has been ruined because the last week of april and it is already june. They shouldn’t bill me insurance when they won’t fix it. And also my other complaint was that they didn’t arrive in time. They’re 2 1/2 hrs late. From the beginning they’re not realible So judge for yourself.
