    Long-distance move from New Jersey
    Do Not Use this Company

I strongly urge anyone seeking to relocate furniture not to utilize this organization. They’re the best people up till when they place your items onto their own truck. They provide discounts since they know what is going to take place later. They arrived a day and a half late. When the foreman gets halfway through packaging he makes you sign the papers and accumulate the down pmt. Then he tells you that the distance you paid for is not sufficient to your furniture. At this time the cost will change. It could double triple or quadruple and I am not joking about the numbers. The allegedly owner Norma Smith isn’t the actual owner, she simply registered the company for her buddy Ian Gary Manning. (Google him before you do anything) The speech on the contract would be a house that she resides where she stated he had been supposed to alter a little while back. He claims he is only the manager. He’s the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my entire life. He does not return calls, does not keep good on his promises, he rents out tasks that’s why he can not do anything regarding costs (as he asserts ). My transfer to fl from nj was the worst case I have had to go through in my entire life due to this provider. They initially quoted me 1800 subsequently went to 4100 then down to 2600 since I had been referred to them with a mutual celebration. I needed to get the authorities involved double just for them to state they can not participate in civil issues so that they weren’t any help. The construction that they operate from doesn’t have a hint with there name since they’re scammers. I really do not know how anybody can do the job for this organization as well as sleep at night knowing what they do. This man Ian Gary Manning had exactly the exact same company in N.Y. and abandoned there after moving out of business there doing exactly the identical thing to his clients. I met with 2 attorneys who said it is unfortunate but the shifting business phrases there contracts in ways so that they are protected not the client. This is simply half of my narrative and it is sad that they place there client’s during this but I figure that the devil does not care that he rips off.

    Long-distance move from Florida
    Class Action Lawsuit...

From the sounds of it we’ve a great deal in common with having had a terrible encounter with North American Prime moving business!

    The story:

My loved ones and I relocated from Florida to CT for work a month and we had been originally quoted $2000. We signed up a contract to the quoted quote this such as charges, tape, boxes and taxation. The afternoon of our scheduled transfer North American prime shipment called to inform us that the truck broke down and we’d need to push our transfer date back by two days. As a result of this we had been provided a discount for the inconvenience but this has been a scam, so no reduction was provided in reality the supervisor”Sam” denied ever saying such. Once on scene the two guys, took 16 hours to pack and load a little three bedroom inclined charging us extra for”tape 8 per roster, luggage for our beds at $35p, $75 for additional staircase, $300 for longer qubic space etc etc.. .because we were on a budget and could not manage to throw a couple extra hundred in addition to the already 800 over pay in fees we had been made to leave our brothers beds behind and a few of there possessions. The supervisor”sam” is among the most unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate people I’ve ever come in touch with. In CT our stuff had been likely to be here now but they called and advised us that because of weather, our funtiure will probably not arrive till next week sometime. The purpose of me sharing my own expertise? I intend on filing a lawsuit for false advertising, fraud, and breach of contract and land destruction. There’s more than enough proof and testimony JUST with this forum alone to make this type of circumstance. I am not going after anything but what cash was wrongfully charged to me. Who is in?

Don’t hesitate to contact me via email gallant.proof@live.comb

    Thanks.

Long-distance move from Fort Myers, FL
    CONS, LIARS, THIEVES

Took my things back in May after quoting me 1180 to move cross country. As soon as they picked up, they stated that it was likely to be 2800. They brought it into Austin, and place it in a storage device. I was subsequently charged $250 per month for storage. After I finally managed to pay back the balance yesterday, they place it at a non-climate controlled device (which they advised me it’d be in), and my own material has been busted & infested with germs.

Once I met with their requirements of a last payment through money deposit into their bank, they gave me the exact specifics of where my stuff was in storage, then the gate code, also that my secret to the device was abandoned under the door (what the hell?) .

I access to the storage device, and also my gate code does not do the job. Proceed indoors, they will not help me since I did not let the device. Needed to phone those [EDIT] in North American Prime, also ends up they had not paid the invoice. The storage unit rented for about $80 per month, and they have been charging me $250.

Eventually got them to cover the invoice , and authorize me to get the device. Get there, obviously the secret is not there.

Fortunately, the wonderful people at the storage device assisted me cut off the lock with bolt cutters, let me a unit down two units, helped me transfer my things, also gave me a free month lease and waived my charges to help compensate for the dreadful experience I’d had.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. I WILL PAY YOU TO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!

    DO NOT HIRE

If I could give them negative stars I would. They are con artists and theives. My grandma passed away and my parents tried to send me wine, china, crystal, etc which has been abandoned to me. These”movers” place it to the truck and then demanded more cash. After we refused, citing the initial contract, they refused to eliminate our items in the truck and left. They basically stole our land and won’t release it to us until we cover hundreds of dollars in additional”fees” that were not said or consented. I’m devastated to have lost all of my grandma’s possessions. DO NOT HIRE in the event that you ever wish to see your possessions again.

Awful. Just completely Awful. Do not trust this company with your move

This was hands down the worst company I’ve ever worked with in my entire life. These men were dishonest, untrustworthy, and cheated me out of my cash, and of course missing some of my items and ruined my own furniture.

    Fast and reasonably priced services

I strongly suggest that people who are implying using this business disregard the other testimonials. The movement for me and my household was fine with this corporation. I moved from Florida into Georgia and also this corporation’s employees handled the entire procedure and my spouse and I didn’t need to move something.

    Long-distance move from Atlanta, GA
    Tripled the Price!!!

My spouse and I moved from Atlanta to Durham, NC. We used a moving company, North America Prime, to move by a one-room bedroom flat to the next. They estimated that our movement in $1250, 8 months before our movement, also provided a 25% reduction. On the week end of the transfer, we supplied an upgraded box count, plus they reduced our cost to $1211. On the afternoon of the transfer (after coming 3 hours late, causing us to drive back our move in date), they filled our possessions on the truck and subsequently offered a $3600 cost (3x the initial cost ), demanding money (no reference of our agreed upon 25% reduction ). They threatened to not provide unless we paid the complete sum in cash at that moment. Given that it was a Sunday and the leasing office had been final in 1 hour, we had been made to pay. The following day, they came hours late, also required an additional $150 since they needed to park the truck 20 ft in the loading dock. They threatened to not overthrow our private items unless we invest in money.

    Move from Georgia to Florida

Words can’t describe the horror of dealing with this provider. They are are scammers and will triple the price of the first quite as soon as they have your possessions on the vehicle. They’ll send a dishonest truck into your home run by a sleazy team which can take over 15 hours to load an easy 2 bedroom transfer on a truck. First quote was 3205 went around $4680 later walk through to what we agreed upon since they showed up a day late and had to leave our flat. Upon entrance of our possessions, the cost climbed to $7700 that does not incorporate the expense of the staircase he explained. The driver would not start the truck to reveal your things or start unloading unless you cover him in CASH only! I called the cops and had them present throughout the trade to ensure we get our things. We ended up paying since we’d things that we had instantly. That is a horror tale that has been our truth for 5 times. Stay away and operate out of this corporation.

    Bad bad bad moving experience

DO NOT HIRE!!!! Worst experience of my entire life. There aren’t words to say the pressure that I experienced by employing this business. Lies, lies, and more is derived in price to coming time, over eight hours overdue, payment was still another thing, the price dropped after the products were packed and around the vehicle. Delivery another nightmare, even came hours late, damage for my merchandise was incredible. I found several lost things, took another 3 months to find those sent, needed to experience the State Attorneys General’s Office to find the rest. I repeat, DO NOT HIRE!!!!

    Awful experience

WARNING!! I replicate WARNING!! Don’t USE this organization. I do not care what they guarantee you, they’re LIERS and SCAM ARTIST. I moved from Florida to North Carolina. North America Prime is in deed that the WORST company ever. I had been told one price on the telephone and ended up spending more. The new price was not said to me till they packed everything up on the vehicle, leaving me without a selection. They came 3 hours afterwards guaranteed , and out of the 3 guys one had an extremely poor attitude/ quite arrogant. I paid more then half up front to assure that my things will be delivered to the date which I stated. Didn’t occur. They came 2 days after at 11:30pm, and then required more cash then the balance turned. Following a back and forth struggle among the delivery guys (two young guys ) decided he’d take the missing. North America Prime I state again, have been LIERS AND SCAM ARTIST. Please recall. Oh, they really do give you the run a round on the telephone rather than provide direct answers. I delt with a representative by the name of John and Greg along with the true packing individuals was owed/managed with a Jamaican man (do not recall he is title ) They’re the worst too. Don’t use North America Prime movers, and you’ll be exceedingly disappointed.

    Interstate move

I was quite nervous in the beginning to proceed with this business as a result of testimonials I read. My move representative assured me that their wouldn’t be any issues. He even told me to google testimonials on Wal-Mart and so I did. Wal-Mart has numerous poor reviews, such as in thousands. I still shop in Wal-Mart so that I took a opportunity. They didn’t ask me to get a deposit, so what did I need to lose. Additionally, the broker explained that the organization averages 5 moves each day. Well for the stage since I promised this man that when I’ve a fantastic move, write an overview. All fearing for nothing. These men came out here and did a fantastic job. I obtained 30 days free storage as also guaranteed. Then the delivery arrived. I don’t really understand what these other men and women are saying. But I wouldn’t have written this inspection either if I didn’t guarantee that man.

Well I have to have predicted 10 times along with the truck was constantly being wealthy and they never ever call me that the so called director was on the telephone then another fellow currently a woman that replies keeps telling me everybody I request is at a meeting I am so underrated simply wondering if I will have a desk for Easter- and – |—–|-

In early February I hired Casey Movers. I have three quotations and they have been the cheapest. My husband was stressed that the very low quote could imply lousy company, but nothing can be farther from the reality. Three characteristics of this movement stood out as favorable to me. They showed up on time, a thing that I loved since I needed to be about time understanding that it was about to be a very long moment. They functioned exceeding difficult, beginning at 8:00 am and working logically until after 6:00pm. Eventually , they were rather beautiful, personable men and women who made me believe that they really cared for my items.

    Don't do it!!

Missing, broken products. Scam artists. Quoted one cost and had to cover another. Simply pay in money. Place an extremely heavy thing in a spare bedroom once I told them to set it in the living area! I even put a note as to where to place this heavy thing and was still put in wrong location. Will attempt to get ahold of somebody to learn what type of reimbursement I’ll be receiving.

    Missing stolen items

I only had my first kid on 9/11/16 and discovered that my active duty husband needed to be deployed to Afghanistan to get 1yr beginning 1/1/17. So I chose to go to Las Vegas to be close family throughout his installation. About 12/9/16 I hired North America Prime to transfer Some of my things in Newport News, VA into Las Vegas, NV. 3 guys arrived to package my things. My initial quote was 1300 but ended up dividing 3200 because of additional boxes. I was unaware that I needed to call the moving company to upgrade the amount of boxes which the broker Chris recorded on the initial quote. After what looked like a dishonest arrangement between among those guys and a man on the phone that he called Gary the supervisor, I paid off the guys 2650 money on 12/9/16 and was away to Las Vegas. I had been told I would get my things at 7-21 days. I called occasionally to have an upgrade on if I might expect to get my shipment but may not get any concrete answers. Eventually on 1/4/17 my dispatch came to Las Vegas. I was so happy to get my items I did not follow appropriate protocol. I didn’t count my things and the motorist never moved through the things along with me. He walked in told me to sign up a newspaper and asked me to the rest 550 equilibrium, which I gave him 560. After the movers (two men) were completed, the most important guy explained that my nursery rocking seat foundation was lost and I could call the supervisor David to find an upgrade on whether or not it had been abandoned at the warehouse. I signed up the paper until he informed me about the lost rocker base. I predicted David the exact same afternoon and he advised me that he’d keep me posted. As I started to unpack my things, I first noticed that my Stokke kid Stroller was ruined. I then noticed I was overlooking the whole back railing and foundation of my kid’s crib. I became conscious that an additional big uhaul box which comprised several of my individual items and toddlers things (bottles, pacifiers, bottle warmer, bottle sterilizer, baby bouncer, crib beddings, musical phones, glass jar bottles, breast feeding bottles, etc) had been lacking. What annoys me the most was when I opened up a box and discovered items lost. Not merely was an whole box of my 4 month old toddlers things were gone, somebody intentionally cut open a box and also stole a wedding gown and a purse containing jewelry alongside other personal items from a box. I knew the box had been changed once I saw that which wildly thrown out there. I’m really disgusted with North America Prime and hope that a criminal investigation occurs. I am able to know that boxes may go lost, they should not, however they do. However, for somebody to decrease to a box and then choose certain things from the box, then retype the box as if nothing happened is really dispicable. North America Prime ought to research their workers. People today employ you for a ceremony to not abuse their faith and steal things that they have worked hard to get. This movement was solely because of my husband obligation to function. He’s got to separate from his loved ones and also his first born son to independently help safeguard families in the usa, although the workers of North America Prime have been rumagging by his families things and stealing. How disgusting is that, just how dispicable.

Worst experience ever from start to finish

I recently moved from Florida to Texas. These movers would be the worst. I had been given a quote of this move not understanding that could increase suddenly by 1400.00 rather than telling me of this growth before after loading my items already leaving me without a decision. Then it took forever for shipping of my items then another sudden fee and lots of my possessions were ruined. Avoid such movers they’re scam artists lairs and do not return telephone calls.
