The repetitions and movers are both liars and thieves. Be certain you request a binding arrangement meaning that they can’t alter the price once you employ them and that is just what they did even though I had a binding touch. Boxes and possessions were stolen and broken. They also keep changing the title of their business due to their poor reputation on bbb and on the internet. Watch out for Xeria. She look nice at first but maybe not a wonderful man and also a liar. Be cautious with any moving company and do your self a favor and hire a reliable one.

In my 44 decades, have I ever been treated so disrespectfully with a business…  Please search elsewhere for moving from 1 country to another.

I would not give it any stars at all if I could.   First of all.   My quotation was initially 2085.   I then phoned for the upgraded stock and the quotation jumped into 2400, which had been nice.   I informed them I’d 26 18 dispenser bags. I had been told these were believed little boxes, but if the inspector obtained there, they’re considered  big boxes (which left the cost move up).   I also had a few other things that I did not include, and anticipated to move up another few hundred.   It travelled around 2900.   That is 900 greater than the initial cost plus a little more for a 500 sq foot 1 bedroom flat.     But that is not exactly the worst.   I had been guaranteed a 1 day window because it was my only day off until the vacation and each my flats lease I needed to clean and decorate the flat until I left.   The Movers have been a complete day overdue, which induce me never in order to paint/clean, and that I was late to work, that compelled me to be late and lost some cover out of that. .   I explained all this to the rep Once I left the arrangements and had been advised it had been fine.   It wasnt my fault that their truck broke down, so I recognized the fact that my price jumped into 2900, but today I am outside my residue out of my flat because they did not appear once I was ensured they’d be there.  

The customer service has been horrid!!!!   I predict 2-3 times per day  and left messages.   They didn’t come back some of the messages.   The only real time I managed to Speak to some person was when they happened to answer the telephone Once I called that was just 3 times complete (hence 3 x Every Day for 14 days= 42 days and just got through 3 days, without a return telephone on my emails ).   The shipping took nearly two weeks, Rep explained moderate period is 4-7 days, but the paperwork didn’t state it may take up to 15 times (I did not enjoy this, but approved it.) .   Following my quote jumped $900, and that I dropped my deposit in my apartment I had been going out of $525,  also describing this to the rep, and I had been told it was not their fault, and they chose up things and moved me from my flat, and there wasn’t anything that they are going to do.   I had been told it is not their fault that the vehicle broke down, and triggered that dilemma.   And I had been advised that they managed their responsibility (oh yeah?   A complete day later than promised).   So I phoned and also on the rare event got somebody and they stated that it might be sent in 3 days, but I would need to pay for the Entire equilibrium.   I requested the 880, and has been advised, no the test did not go through, I had to Think of the 2400 balance.   I moved off!!! . And was told that the test was returned maybe for insufficient funds, etc..   I understood I had the capital, therefore I called the lender, the test was not introduced to them.   I predicted STS back the following morning and left 3 messages,  (1 for shipment, 1 for client support ( and 1 for 2 payments).   Again not got a call back.   I wound up phoning the first person that required my initial arrangement, plus they needed to call a manager to provide a call back.

If I’d have understood that the way I’d have been healed by this firm, I’d have rented a uhaul and did it all myself.   A whole lot cheaper and less pressure.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Thieves ! Opened each box of mine and took out all expensive things!! Worst Worst movers I’ve come across in my whole life. After some study I came to understand that they are also called State To State movers and also in several other titles. They continue changing names when buy some terrible reviews. Never Never try these burglars. I had a dreadful experience!

Horrible customer support in a move to Ohio from NC. At first, the business was very nice and helpful, but come moving day, the tide turned. The business provides a two-day window where it will pick up these products. They could not make the very first day since the truck which has been earmarked for our material was too complete. The business also provides you a three-hour window where they’ll call and allow you to know at what time they’ll be there on the next moment. Nobody called us to tell us when they have been coming to package the truck. We have nothing but voice mail along with a guarantee someone would phone by 7 p.m., the conclusion of this three-hour window. After numerous calls and voice messages, still no call. After hitting distinct amounts on the telephone to find out if anybody would reply in shipment, we obtained the only dispatcher who initially said a truck could be at our home between 7 and 4 p.m. My husband then took the telephone and the man said the truck could be there between 7 and 3 p.m.. We considered them in violation of contract since nobody called us by 7 p.m. to allow us know when pickup was. We never sent in the charge card authorization form since they desired photo copies of our driver licenses and front and back copies of their debit card. I thought that was only asking for trouble. We then contested the deposit amount in the bank and advised the lender we did not authorize them to utilize the card. We ended up having a uhaul and 2 men to assist us load it. Run away, simply run away.

Can give 0 stars if I could. Never experienced such hassle and inadequate customer support in my entire life. Moving is stressful and this firm is likely to allow it to be a lot worse. I’ve not wrote a review of my entire life but believe others will need to understand to avoid. They’re rude, reckless, and deceitful. So a number of our possessions were broken, chipped, also MISSING. Do not try phoning them for help-you will not receive ANY. They will not care either if you’re not content with your providers. A real business would react to bad evaluations. Or react when we inform them about our inadequate experience. This scamish joke of a ceremony is just improper in 2016.

It has been the worst experience ever I’ll be sueing these folks for everything I dropped. They are incredibly horrible. I dropped 9 boxes along with my aughters bicycle and they all desired to pay for was 114 bucks mind you my brothers bike cost more then that. I dropped all of my daughters clothes and that I needed to replace them. How are they really unresponsible and misplaced my items and then that even take accountability that’s horrible. I can not even start to say how mad I am. I will do whatever I can to ensure that they learn from this adventure. I’ll be suing them and reporting them too.

This is actually the worst mover ever. Their subcontractors are really unprofessional and awkward.  To begin with, they lost a few of my things and broke a different 3 of  my things and they’ll coolly say they will ship out the claims forms and fill this up. Their claim type is just another joke. They provide $.60 percent of their weight that has been lost in the dispatch.  They state that they could have by error given the substance to some other client. How can that occur? Is not every client’s substance kept in a seperate locker? How can the thing go from 1 client to another client? It merely seems as if they stole your things and providing you a small percent of the worth that you lost. Low lying crooks and thugs are all they are.Second, they do not arrive punctually. The man said he’ll come to 12 in the day, but stopped coming at 8 in the night. I needed to alter my program so may times to accomodate him. He will not actually reschedule to next moment. Plus their real movers that come to transfer your belongings, they don; t t speak proper english, therefore it’s extremely tough to know them.The movers themselves are uncouth and quarrelsome. Therefore don’t visit these scumbags.They telephone you all these honey, darling, sweety phrases, however beware of whomever owns these phrases. These words are generally employed by men and women who don’t do their work correctly and attempt to acquire your company by making you believe that they care about you.Third, they supply you with a quote for a single cost over the telephone and if they really pack your stuff up supply you another.The girl isabelle or even xiarra whatever their title are, they’re typically the worst in customer support. They’ve zero ethics and both lack professionalism. DO NOT BOOK THEM. Steer clear of such jokers and crooks.  I had been reserved by state to state movers and have moved to them. So avoid state to state movers. They’re all thugs, unworthy men and women who care very little of the own stuff and yet take your cash and misplace your items.I hope whoever stole my things becomes passed something terrible by means of karma.Their company ought to be shut down. I waited forever and a day to get my things to be returned to me expecting things to move easily I was disappointed. My boxes all 40 of these were complete destroyed rather than cared for. You men have broken lots of my own belongs and compelled me to go out and from new items since you broke them to get being careless and disrespectful. I’ve made many calls to obtained another two boxes which you guys missed put on me and I had a few items that meant the entire world to me and my loved ones. It had been UN professional when you we back and informed me you could not find my boxes and they moved to poss another place and there wasn’t anything left for you men to do. I’m upset because it took 4 months for me to phone again and again to get out this and now the two additional large boxes I’ll just return what the burden of this box will be and nothing back of my own possessions that is absurd. Then to top it you out farmed it out to a different firm that there was two guys that was really beneficial but his firm billed me 150.00$ to the 3rd floor. I was likewise billed from NEW LIFE 75$ and if I talked to you guys I was supposed to get a check back to your 75.00 and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A THING BACK! This is not fair and I’ll be making certain if I proceed later on I won’t ever use you guys again! I’m apart from itself and exceptionally angry

If I could give zero stars I would. To start with they were supposed to arrive between 8-10am and did not appear until 7pm. I had a 1 bedroom flat and it took them 4 hours to package. I compensated for complete moving and packaging. The later it obtained in the day the less they appeared to care about attentively packing my items, they appeared to just be throwing items in boxes to have it done. In reality, once I received them there were multiple glass things broken and several of these weren’t even wrapped whatsoever – only thrown in along with other kitchen things. They packaged half of the coffee mugs by placing them all together within a kettle with no type of covering. I also compensated for disassembly and reassembly of my larger items – such as a desk and dining table. Since they disassembled everything I didn’t have any clue how to reassemble those items. When the movers arrived they also had no clue what they were doing and only left my items in bits before trying to reassemble. It will not stop there. Their initial quote was $1967.41 and I ended up paying nearly $3400. This provider fees for stairs – that the very first flight is completely free but all succeeding flights are $75 each. I reside on 3rd flooding and consequently was pre-charged $75 (for next flight). When the movers came they needed $225 (for 3 flights) or else they would”ditch my items on the floor level.” When I called the company to dispute this I asked me”Why did they charge you for this?” Evidently, that is exactly what I had been calling to complain about – I really don’t have the answer! Should you wind up getting this business – that I highly recommend against; attentively examine the contract – if you have some problems they have an arbitration clause and should you want to pursue lawsuit it must be in New Jersey. I am presently going through their promises office to attempt to get compensated for my broken things (btw they just cover by weight) but I doubt I could ever find any kind of reimbursement. The least I can do is allow as a lot of men and women know as you can: DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!!

The movers were amazing. No complaints. I have had a few bad experiences with moving companies so that I had been reluctant this time around. These guys were fantastic. They came on time and they had been silent and careful packaging my furniture. I had been anxious about my things breaking on delivery and invite goodness what came just the way I had it. I’d use them again should I want to.

My move was really fast and simple thanks to those movers. This was my very first long distance transfer so that I was a little nervous about having a professional mover, but this business was fantastic. They showed up on time and fell off my things on the day guaranteed. Additionally they packaged everything carefully and neatly. Not one of my items were ruined. This company did a fantastic job!
