    Long-distance move from Bourbonnais, IL
    Nightmare

Don’t use this business!!! I ended up having to cover over 1000 than that I had been initially quoted! Never mind the cash however. We transferred from Chicago region to Houston. They stated it would take fourteen days. We paid extra to get it delivered on or about January 2nd or 3rd. They ensured it would be sent afterward. We moved down awaiting our stuff. I predicted serval times asking if it was going to arrive. First couple of times I discovered just a couple more days working behind…. Long story brief took over a month to receive our stuff. When it came it had been ruined and they had us pay an additional $75 for stairs after being told the amount of staircase we had was comprised. This provider is a [EDIT] scam. Do not waste your cash.

    Bad company

Do not waste your money and time. This provider is a broker that hires other tiny companys. They do not even have a truck. They increased the cost 3 days raising the cost from $1780 to $3000 bucks. I requested to get a weight reduction and I was told that the driver forgot to receive you. My furniture demonstrated up 8 days late and when I didn’t cover the driver the sum they desired they’d carry my furniture back and then control my storage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Long-distance move from Elephant Butte, NM
    Horrible Experience

Worst experience I have had to undergo. I had been helping my dad go from NM to OK. They offered me a price that was nearly half of any other firm that lent us. And so, I went with this particular moving business. They ended up charging us 3k over expected and our hands were tied since it had been under a week people closing on our property. They left two things that they understood they’d forgotten if they were two hours beyond their transfer. When they got to OK to send the items, they essentially held them ransom till we paid them. Then they informed us that they’d forgotten the things and oh well. We obtained a quote for transferring the things left, which was 502.66. The business refused to cover. In addition they broke tile within my dad’s home which price $476.00 to fix. I must go through a 3rd party and 6 weeks to find out whether they will cover the damage. This provider quotes lower costs for you to utilize them and then as it gets near the transfer that they charge a substantial amount more. Now your hands are tied, since it is too late to find another mover and you have paid straight down. HOW DO THESE PEOPLE SLEEP AT NIGHT???? i WOULD NEVER USE OR REFER THIS COMPANY. Please don’t hesitate to pass this advice on; as I’d have found it useful.

    Moving company

***CAUTION***THIEVES*** This isn’t a moving company they’re agents and they brokered all of my possessions to a business that they state is”American Eagle Moving LLC”. Two weeks ago I watched all of my things become loaded into a box truck and” its 3 days from shipping” each time I call. They’ve no idea where in transit my items are and don’t have any method of telling me exactly when I’ll get my possessions. We’re currently opening an investigation involving this provider. Here is the biggest scam of a business that has free will to exist beneath our constitution. This was what I owned and cared for that was robbed from me personally and family.STAY AWAY FROM NEW FRONTIER VAN LINES.

Check out Yelp for a more accurate review of this company

After using this business for a long distance move from California to Washington and the aftermath of it all, I believe it is difficult to consider any of those favorable reviews on this website are real clients. Even Yelp had a warning that”too many favorable reviews from the exact same IP address” were being posted in order that they needed to take them down. Please save yourself the stress and don’t use this organization. I wish I could have gone with my gut sense but it had been my initial experience using a move and it has been a complete nightmare. I have been waiting since May 11th for my refund and each week that they have a new explanation as to why it has not been shipped (down system , owner out for maternity leave, owner from country. . .yeah right). Already reported on the BBB.

    Long-distance move from Midlothian, VA
    Avoid like the plague

To begin with, allow me to state I don’t write reviews, but this support has been really poor that I want to warn others of the fraud that you may experience using a huge movement.
I will talk about three elements, the pricing, both the pickup and also the support.

Upon initial stock, ” I explained we had several big items and quite heavy things, before it had always taken a preview to move us from 1 area to another. We moved via a guesstimate since I had been giving them 60 days notice on the go. We had been quoted $5900 to get as many as 11,000 pounds, which I believed was fair and consistent. I did fortify it again would require a trailer, so are you really sure. We had been counseled no way that you could possible proceed using the quotes that they utilize and also pickup could be on December 14th and might take approximately 7 days. Three days prior to the transfer, we gave the updated stock list and additional information and the quote jumped to 15,000 pounds and $11K for your occupation, even though we had been sold to the concept of $.45 per pound that is a whole lie. It actually comes out to nearly a 1 per pound in fact. I know inventory modifications and once more know you’re spending for the burden and that I again reinforced you need to appear using a trailer because we’ve moved several times.

Let us now discuss fact and December 14th, they really showed up about the afternoon, late of class, however they did with two individuals and a 26 feet truck. Right off I knew this was likely to be a tragedy. I informed them you require a trailer with this particular load and it went downhill from that point. The person could hardly speak English, therefore that I had no clue what he had been attempting to inform me, however, he seemed to be attempting to haggle me into paying more to deliver the trailer straight. I told them only begin loading it was already 10 am, therefore by 3 pm they’d run out of space in the truck just like I told them might occur. Their response is to literally begin loading items on the elevator gate on the exterior. They understood at the point they needed to fall off the things, so that they left at 5 pm to bring it into the trailer and returned at seven pm, just unloading some of the truck. Then they proceeded to begin loading and after more about 10 pm they began running out of space, so that they literally started piling up stuff on the elevator gate and then hammering it into the rear of the vehicle. It was just like something from this stooges, watching both of these guys taping things nearly twelve feet high from the atmosphere. Later, watching things drop off the trunk on to the cement. I eventually called the office and told them how something or somebody will get ruined. They agreed to return another day to the remainder, but now I needed to go together into the weigh station at midnight to find the weightreduction. I was in shock, so my spouse and children left using the car to visit the resort of course and that I had no car or truck. I needed to ride in the vehicle and then Uber straight back into my own hotel. They came back on the following day and then gave me the upgraded price. It was now $15,383 for its transfer. I didn’t even know exactly what to say, we’d now gone out of $5900 to more than 15k and when I didnt give them a test right now nothing could occur. We needed to get going, so I consented and they promised me that the trailer was moving straight and are there on December 19th or 20th. This was also what I had been told three times before when they affirmed everything.
Fast forward to December 19th, if I’d signed a lease to your new location and call to discover where the substance is? Guess what shipping is currently likely to become Sunday December 24th (Christmas Eve). I was startled, we had been paying for a location that has been vacant, hotel rooms for ourselves and today for business that was seeing. Some business even cancelled their trips. I dont mind this getting more, but do not lie. Clients service response was that it takes that much time to go across state.
On Thursday the shipping driver calls me and informs me what actually happen, the only real person in this whole procedure that was fair. It turns out that the trailer had approximately 4-6 feet left on it, so that they took a different job and the project went extremely bad and it required extra days. So to be able to generate a little benefit the firm lied to us regarding the shipping and the grip up. Moreover, we’re now told the reality that the truck wouldn’t get there till December 26th, the day following Christmas. This now means all of our children Christmas presents wouldn’t make it and they’d be celebrating Christmas at a hotel room eating Chinese Food.

I really do desire to be honest and also decorate the truck driver, so he also showed up on December 26th, albeit four weeks late, and that he did what he said he would to find the move done. He had been the sole blessing within this whole procedure.

I wish I could say that this was composed, but it had been really so bad of a scenario which you could not make this stuff up. And this whole time that the firm had no compassion, wouldn’t return calls, but wouldn’t provide reimbursement, certainly nothing about how terrible things were on us. This will not even explain the thousands in harm we found with our substance.

If you’re a little move they’re likely nice, but do everything you can to prevent these individuals when you’ve got a severe cross country move.

    Long-distance move from Georgia
    Do NOT Recommend

Moving is not fun, but that I do not really have words to the extraordinary incompetence and lack of professionalism exhibited by New Frontier Van Lines in my shifting. I really do have a real objective of preventing others from applying this firm because of their relocation, so this is my very best attempt.

I talked with Jackson top up for my move and that he helped me know the procedure, run a simple stock of things, receive a quote, etc.. My distinct movement was rather easy; I had been moving out of a 1BR at Atlanta to Washington DC. My only request was that half of my things visit my new home, and the rest of the half of some storage unit 3 kilometers off. Jackson promised me that there wasn’t any issue and could be achieved at no extra price. I was also advised that the rapid verbal stock ran over the telephone had just to be a quote, and also that I was able to add a particular amount of fat at no extra price. Great! I paid my deposit of just over $300 with the credit card that I had available, and verified by Jackson that it’d be fine to use another credit card to the rest of the cost of this transfer.

It is moving day, along with the movers were scheduled to arrive involving 8-10am. They predicted later 10 to state they’d arrive in 11. I lived in a large increase and needed to reserve the elevator for some change, which stopped at 11am. We have the ability to shuffle stuff around, but not without any additional stress and flaws. The movers that showed up were disagreeable, unprofessional, and also borderline competitive in their attempts to squeeze every cent from me; the energy dynamic of these knowing I had my things moved desperately interpreted to my agreeing to significant additional costs I wasn’t ready for. Three things became apparent almost instantly: 1) Each product I needed moved that wasn’t cited in the first phone call could cost another cost; two ) They couldn’t shed at two places, no matter closeness and exactly what they agreed to earlier, and also 3) Payment was only acceptable in cash or Postal Order, that meant I needed to run into the lender. Additionally, once I asked about that day my things might arrive, they stated 10-14 business days, in sharp contrast to this 2-3 business times that I had been told over the telephone. I voiced my feelings of outrage, along with the movers invited me to phone New Frontier Van Lines along with my own complaints.

I contacted me Emily from client assistance, who had been apologetic and promised me that my worries could be relegated to control immediately, and that they would review the sound out of my calls using Jackson. They’d call me back later that afternoon to talk more. Not only did I never receive a phone back, but my efforts at calling them within the following two weeks were ineffective with my calls going past. They also screen their forecasts, and so were certainly unable to deal with the problem appropriately, so that they decided to prevent it entirely. I had been amazed to be given a call in the inspector on another day saying he’d be delivering my products by the next morning; once more a telephone was guaranteed by an ETA, which I never obtained. My loved ones who had to get the products were made to reschedule work tasks on several days to adapt to the continuous confusion and misstated shipping times.

The end is happy because most of my things arrived two weeks later and look undamaged, however I strongly urge anyone contemplating this business because of their relocation to go right ahead and look elsewhere.

Move from SC to MI - Absolutely the Worst Service Possible

On 2/20/28, I contacted New Frontier to transfer my 87 year-old mother’s furniture from South Carolina to Michigan. I’ve since decided that all that New Frontier does would be to aggregate moving projects and throw out them; they’re only logistics coordinators, and also be warned: they’re awful at it. Three things will occur if you use this business: they will underquote your relocation; they won’t pick up and deliver on time; plus they supply lousy service and communication during the procedure. We had been supplied and quote of $1740. We proceeded less than anticipated and wound up spending over $3000 at the end (such as, and I quote, a commission to”transfer the shipped items in the truck into the inside of the house”). The business consented to pick up no more than 3/20 and shed off on 3/28. Another firm,”One Way Van Lines” delivered one man who could barely speak English four times overdue to pick up these products. Quite a few calls needed to be forced into New Frontier to learn what was happening, and they guaranteed delivery could still be on time. Nothing showed up on 3/28 and we received no telephone in New Frontier without any communication of what had been occurring. After a few calls (we had been moved, hung up on, provided the run-around for hours), we were advised that the delivery could occur 4/2. Monday came and went – nothing; no telephone, no excuse, and there we’re Monday pursuing these incompetents on the telephone again. The story is that they subcontracted and don’t have any control over another firm. Meanwhile – 87 year-old girl with no bed, no furniture, no kitchenware, nothing while those people today flail around struggling to afford a very simple delivery using a truck. The products were eventually delivered at nighttime on 4/12 after always having to phone and discover out what they had been doing and where they were in. The boxes alongside other people’s products were piled loose in a box van and it was obvious that these people had no clue what they were doing. A neighborhood contract mover that they hired to assist too 1 look and called his company to be taken off the job since he wanted nothing to do with it.
Therefore: BUYER BEWARE: This business is totally awful – that the misquote, are entirely incompetent, change blame to subcontractors, are incapable as coordinators, and needs to be avoided in any way costs.

    STAY AWAY

I THOUGHT I did my research prior to hiring somebody to move me out of CO into VA.. I picked New Frontier Moving predicated on thier reviews. I had NO idea, they’d contract out my shipment to a lot of thieves who refused to convey and held my things to randsom TWICE. The whole time that I believed I had been working together with ONE firm, providing New Frontier a $2150 deposit. As it came time for pickup was when I had been told I had to provide AM MOVERS LLC $1794 Who the hell are AM Movers LLC from Denver CO.. . I didn’t hire them. I called New Frontier I believed it had been a mistake. NOPE,
I completely comprehended ESTIMATED” predicated on stock. I gave away half of my home the night before and still ended up with a entire sum because of AM prices $3280.00 ( for added” supplies” ) DOUBLE my initial quote. Now I presumed 1/2 on select up 1/2 on shipping directly. . NEVER assume anything! They took my things and I get a call the following day, they needed $2496.00 to put my things onto a different truck and when I did not cover, they wouldn’t place it to the truck. ( ransom #1. ) . I was already locked in, they’ve my things and I’m on the path to Virginia. My complete move.was in the conclusion of the nightmare was 5;430.87
So today, Fast forward two weeks, YES fourteen days after I had been told cover that money or we do not send, a lot of emails and telephone calls after asking where is my stuff? . I’m thinking it is being sold on eBay at this stage. After all I was getting was, they’ll call 24-48 hrs ahead of time. They gave me FIVE (5 )hrs notice. I had been trying to acquire the final and final payment in money from ATM and had a limitation. Oh NO, today what?? Was told when I didn’t give them money, they’ll take my things to storage. ( randsom #2) I attempted to inform the driver that New Frontier and AM Movers stated I could devote as much money as possible and control the remainder. His precise words.” I really don’t work for either one of these, I simply delivery man, I had been hired to send only, no money, no shipping I’ll take your things to storage”. I borrowed the remainder. Obviously, when they showed up here my boyfriend asked me to leave because I likely would have been detained. I return half way through, and”delivery man states to tells ME to,choose the blankets and wrap my furniture off. I’m thinking today, this man has a death wish….At this stage I am so mad I shot all my aggression out ripping thier blankets and tape off I needed them gone AND they still had half my things on the vehicle, currently had thier cash, they might just leave, together with my things. They refused to put anything up, lost everything ( like three boxes which are not mine). Damaged my brand-new washer and drier. Rude, unprofessional thieves. And in my view are an immediate reflectionion of New Frontier, that is miserable since II did have religion in New Frontier. Do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY!

Second part of first review two weeks later.

We still do not have our items and Casey Taylor in New Frontier Van Lines has neglected to get us connected with a manager and proprietor a supervisor or anybody up the food chain. She’s zero empathy and that she keeps reiterating that they have fulfilled their portion of their contract. Their contract was that the very first contract at the sole real contract we ever intended to signal it ends up there was a lengthy line of Agents who pad their pockets for to be precise what should happen to be a $2,000 transfer is a $8,000 transfer with plenty of hassle heartache and continuous runaround. Regardless of what Casey in New Frontier Van Lines must state their contract hasn’t yet been fulfilled by these until we get our items and we receive our burden reduction and we receive our reimbursements due to their overages.

I would give 0 stars if possible

The Problems with this business are as follows:

    1. Their customer support is both unprofessional, rude and unhelpful during the procedure except during earnings. They subcontract and require no responsibility for your business they employ. James is particularly condescending and wants to seek out work that doesn’t involve customer support.

    2. Even the subcontractors, Safe Load Moving and Storage in New Jersey, arrived at my house with no updated listing of things. New Frontier Van Lines stated they’d receive the new set and the cost will be adjusted appropriately. I eliminated several big things but despite this that the cost was still increased by nearly 1000.00.

    3. I had been told stairs wouldn’t cost me extra money but if subcontractors came they said that they charge for anything around 10 staircase.

    4. Subcontractors came amazed they were anticipated to pack my own possessions; an agency I’d paid nearly $800.00. They didn’t bring adequate packing material rather used things belonging to mepersonally, blankets and pillows I wasn’t even considering bringing into my new house.

    5. Shipping was place for 7/27 and rather the company advised me they’re coming 7/21. About 7/21 I waited daily with no calls regardless of being told I’d be given a period frame. They came at 6:30pm. I contacted Frontier Van traces 5 times without any consequences until 1:30pm once I was eventually provided a time period.

    6. New Frontier Van Lines has provided me 5 distinct dates of delivery regardless of the contract being shipping ensured involving 3-10 business days. I’m still waiting and now is day 15 (business days).

    7. I’ve asked to talk with either a manager or the person who owns the business on many occasions and either been advised outright”no more” or been informed I’ll find a call back without the forecasts have come.

    8. On Friday 8/10, later awaiting the shipping I had been told could be here with this season , I contacted Safe Load Moving and Storage and has been”assured” my possessions are here this weekend. It’s Sunday and I’m still awaiting.

    9. I had been told clearly from New Frontier Van Lines I could produce the pickup payment using a credit card however when the subcontractors came they informed me that they don’t take charge.

Yelp has exact reviews of New Frontier Van Lines however google doesn’t. I’m submitting this complaint together with any potential company and looking for valid consult. Be cautious rather than reserve a business that subcontracts!!!

    Worst Moving Experience Ever

Regrettably I discovered New Frontier Van Lines, while searching for help with a very long distance movement, and discovered they’d 4 1/2 celebrities. I read a couple reviews which were shining so contracted together. If only I had read on.
I had been quoted dependent on shifting a three bedroom ranch in $5400. I put down half and has been instructed to cover following 1/4 in postal money orders in pickup and final 1/4 in postal money orders in shipping.
Specific dates were guaranteed by sales representative that functioned with my home final and the beginning of my new job.
From that point it was all down hill!! I didn’t understand that they subcontract with movers and also have very little control from that point. Communications broke down during the remainder of that which was once a nightmare!! My furniture was to be picked before my home closing but they never came until the afternoon following closure. It is possible to imagine the problem that caused by new owners and also my delay in departing to drive to South Carolina.
Shipping was to be 3 times after to use my new job beginning the next Monday. Since I’m a widow, my brother and brother followed me down to allow me to repay following the shipping. Regrettably they had been home nearly a week until the movers came. At the stage I needed to have a day away in my new project for free. What is worse that the guaranteed delivery period of 8-9AM but didn’t arrive before 4PM and that I might have worked the majority of the day.
The most distrurbing portion of the dreadful experience was once the movers’ dispatcher called the afternoon before requiring an extra $1493 at CASH for assumed square footage overage that I protested. I reviewed a product check list using the sales representative once I signed up the contract and also there weren’t any extra items at pickup. The dispatcher stated either I had the money or the things could be placed somewhere rather than delivered. Another requirement was that the money had to be given to the movers until they’d off-load.
I now know why, since I began to find the damage to a number of my new bits furniture. The scrapes and dents for my own dining room table legs and top, along with some wooden computer desk and chair and classic headboard made me ill to my tummy. They had been not able to reassemble my mattress that they disassembled 2+ weeks earlier.
I reported that the harm and money requirement to New Frontier Van Lines customer support and the answer was that they would mail a claim type and asked photos, but no response to the money requirement. I took several photos while the movers were here and they understood how mad I was. I was told that the claim procedure would require 45-90 days for mediation. Seriously? I am contemplating calling my lawyer anyhow with these very same specifics and harm photographs.
I have heard a good deal from this dreadful experience and moving forward will take some opportunity to read all testimonials not only the couple luminous ones!

    Immoral and Unethical

This business is unethical, immoral and dishonest. Had a man named JJ blow off my phone and immediately stock the things in my home for a
Moving quotation that came out to $2600 using a guaranteed move date in Austin to tampa. The transfer date shifted and the movement was $3500. Called customer support and girl was impolite, seemed asleep, and basically told me that it was my obligation to understand what the man was telling me was only a quotation along with the stock was only”too see exactly what I had been going.” So they will tell you something about the telephone first, send you a email with some thing else that will gradually vanish from your email and then transfer to a confirmation section that informs you the actual deal at the same time you’ve got that non too great to be accurate number on the mind. Facebook page FULL of 5 evaluations all by bogus profiles and then all 1s by actual people with the specific same complaints as me.

Horrible company that doesn’t keep its promises

I’d give zero stars if possible. We were first lied to regarding the price, was twice what we had been quoted although we had been confident that there wasn’t any way we’d be over this figure.

We were also told that we’d have a trailer to ourselves and that our stuff could be sent to our new residence about the 19th or 20th in the latest. We only found out that they put somebody else about the truck with us.

After we received no telephone about the 19th we phoned them and were told they’d call and check us right backagain. Two hours afterwards without a telephone we phoned them, just to discover that the man that we spoke to abandoned for the afternoon and now the shipment was shut and they’d call us everywhere. Once more with no telephone we call them and got the run around with no real responses. Two days after in the’m (Dec 22nd) we had been advised that our stuff could be sent to Sunday (Xmas eve). That exact same day we discovered that it’d really be December 26th. All of our Christmas presents for both kids are on this truck because we had been informed it would be here before Christmas. We now sit here, paying resort expenses and never have to eat out every meal to get an additional 6 weeks without them even talking about consuming any expenditures. We also had family who has been planning on coming down who now paid for airplane tickets which won’t be utilized because of us not with some of our things.

    Overpromise and undeliver

New Frontier has managed to internally streamline the message to their clients, that what they say and what they really deliver is exponentially distinct.
What I supported during bidding stage:
Yes, we could provide in 2-3 days of pickup
    What has been reality:
Delivery 9 days later, following several ridiculous, unfulfilled telephone calls which guaranteed delivery.
What I supported during bidding stage:
Cost to move was only under $1725
    What has been reality:
Total of 2615. According to the team that picked up dispatch, I took up twice the initial delivery distance. I fully acknowledge to the notion of estimation being 100 -$250 off, but not certainly by nearly $1000.00. A couple of things I didn’t recall were in storage, but can testify that what had been left outside, did NOT take up extra double the distance.
The estimator exponentially undersetmiated the cargo on the bidding, so as to be able to basically charge more and utilize the on website inspector as evidence.
What I supported during bidding stage:
We just contract with 3 movers. . .Puma, North American, Giovanni.
    What has been reality:
Not one of those firms showed up. A company named Cobra Van traces with workers I wasn’t made aware of, nor awarded noteice about, showed up at an anonymous generic box truck which it is possible to rent from most any truck leasing firm.
What I supported during bidding stage:
Your belongings is going to be placed onto a truck and along with other shipments to new place but will billed for distance on the truck to be in a position to correctly charge for space taken up.
    What has been reality:
The business that picked up my stuff actually did not have to even use a truck to pick my stuff up. Their storage device was actually located in precisely the exact same storage complicated because of my stuff. Literally was less than 50 yards distance from unit to unit.
What I supported during bidding stage:
    I’ll be billed by weight.
    What has been reality:
I wasn’t billed by weight. I had been billed by distance. There were no appliances, no mattresses, no vaults, no significant rooms of furniture, no matter significant weight. They capitalized to the distance rather than the weight variable, which has been a bait and switch incetive for both the earnings and packaging aspect of things.
What I confrimed during bidding stage:
They’ll accept credit card as payment. They’ll deliver when it’s convenient to the client and adapt their program.
    What has been reality:
In the event that you actually wish to pay by credit card, then you’ll be billed an additional 4 percent, basically saying you’ll cover their fee fees, and more, so that they could earn money.
    What has been reality:
I was told that they wanted to deliver on Christmas Day or New Years Day….UNACCEPTABLE. But since I refused to take delivery on these days, my shipping to my location could be postponed and when it had been on the truck and also in transit and that I diminished delivery, I’d be charged a storage fee.
Total: Cutsomer service will state exactly what you wish to listen to, but may realistically have no idea of the truth of this circumstance.
I had been told the vacation season and weather had been important factors in the delay of shipping. Truth is, their customer support had ZERO thought of weather nearly 3000 miles apart. It was a desperate ploy and dreadful excuse to perform to warrant their inability to really deliver on their sentence since in fact, they did not understand what the weather was like or what additional obstacles that they might”create” to warrant their dreadful delay in providing solutions they suggested weeks ago.
DO NOT HIRE THEM to transfer your coffee mug in the kitchen counter into your vehicle, let alone your family things from house to house.

    Long-distance move from Florida
ONE STAR IS WAY TOO GOOD FOR THESE CROOKS!!!! BEWARE!!!

I haven’t in my life dealt with this kind of unprofessional. RUDE
    Lot of liars.
Not ever sure sure to start. All I must say if you telephone NEW FRONTIER VAN LINES be ready whatever your quotation was to be re quoted if a moving truck happens //whether it even arrives!!
So here it’s my story/nightmare narrative!
I predicted NEW FRONTIER following my son called to say he was quitting his job at coral gables fl to return home to NJ to conserve a little cash. Graduated UM This past Year and I Bought a few Wonderful furniture
I had been attempting to work out whether it was worthwhile to go furniture house or simply sell it at Miami!
I found DOUG. After moving on all furniture piece from piece to have a fantastic estimate. Remember that this is the reason you get a quote so that you may ascertain whether its worth the relocation. Just an extremely little one bedroom
600 sgft. DOUG gave me an estimate of $2,100 0r $2,200
And again there wasn’t any surprises once the movers showed up we moved on piece by piece and also dimensions.
I inquired if there are any extra fees he stated no!
So now it was worthwhile to go furniture back into NJ
He advised me that there was a three day window but I’d def understand 3 times beforehand or at least 48 hours.
I reserved it it took that a 50 percent deposit balance due upon delivery.
My window has been Aug 24, 25 and 26 my son needed to be outside purchase Aug 27th
Thus a week until I kept on phoning to see if I could learn a day since airline has been getting really costly. I did clarify I lived two hours away and desired be sure I had sufficient notice.
After many telephone calls that they affirmed that a date of Aug 25th
great. I booked two tickets back to this evening! All supported Aug 25
THE dawn of Aug 24th at 9:30’m today that I am just finishing up a final. I receive a phone from NEW FRONTIER HI we’ll be there by 11;00 am. That said are you coming back now you have to have the incorrect individual. The transfer is tomorrow its supported.
No it is going to be now. Window 11:00 to two;00.
I panicked and said I can not be there. I am two hours away and need to transfer myself now. It had been scheduled for tomorrow.
WELL sorry this is in your window. In case you can not make it we could try to find Sunday. Now I have my airline to Saturday since this is exactly what they told be (since I said previously. BIG liars).
Long story short. I jump into my vehicle. Had to cover aid to move from my property. Drove into A RAIN storm to create it. Calling shipment describing are there soon. They stated only be present by 1;00 all is nice. Suddenly I understood if I proceed airline and today tomorrow I require a resort. 2 bedrooms. So reserved in the Hyatt 2 chambers at coral gables
From cancellation span of exactly the same moment!
I receive there 12;30. great. waiting. waiting. waiting.
Finally telephone dispatch. Whats happening. Oh phone new frontier to get an upgrade CLICK.
I predicted. Feeling the vehicle broke down ( likely a lie)
We’ll try to find Saturday or Sunday. So today I am outside if cancellation
Coverage for the hotel rooms and airline. I flew for at least Saturday
CASEY the director who incidentally is outside RUDE and NOT useful in any way! She does phone back after hanging me up
And created out of fresh business for sat between 12; both 00 and two;00
I asked this provider is exactly the exact same price right! And can use my residue
From other firm. They affirmed. Yes all the exact same!!
BTW I’ve every conversation recorded. Even the very first with Doug!
So movers arrive. 12;00 all is great Well so I believed
He inquired if I’d tools?? Really a plumber with no tools. I said NO I gave all of them away. I am moving. .
He begins taking a video.and claims he’ll be back soon. I clarified
My issue. They cancelled the afternoon until I And I had a wreck out by 5:00 when he’d be accomplished. (would abandon him 4 hours). Little location
Following 45 minutes. I walk back to your own truck. Whats happening
He explained he had been on the telephone with his boss pricing that the work??
I stated I’ve a cost nothing has really changed? He explained he had no thought the movement was about to NJ. He also showed him the deal together with transferring address. He explained he wasn’t aware. Had to cost
Educated me it is going to be a huge cost change after a 20 minutes
I inquired for his supervisors number. Some beyond impolite man
( I want to get moving businesses title also will re-post) frontier is simply the sub contactor!
Says okay $4,000. THIS iS DOUBLE!!
I stated why twice. I gave dimensions and all bits. why?
He said thats the purchase price honey just take it or leave it! So that they had been carrying me hostage bc they understood I needed to depart and be from apt!
I informed him that I’M NOT PAYING 4,000 THATS CRAZY allow me to get DOUG who initially quoted me half of the cost on the telephone.
The man walks back over to me hands me the secret and says I am not doing the task and pulls off. .
So today I am stuck in Miami having an apt filled with furniture using a trip in a couple of hours. Of Course I predicted CASEY she advised me oh we could get somebody there Sunday lol lol. Like I hope them.
Why so that they could double the cost again, possibly triple or the truck could brake down or never appear! And provide me the run around again. Besides everything required to stand out by Monday. They might not be reliable at this time! She explained well you continue to be on your window span that your must use us. Again LOL it would of never occurred they would of delivered yet another scam artist understanding that I needed to be outside and twice altered again. And I’d ever been fined by aggressively bc my rent was up.
Somehow god has been in my side.
The director of my sons construction understood everything what was happening gave me the range of a moving firm. . ABC movers
    ( I’ll be publishing inspection ) AMAZING. I saved me. .
He had been still there in 20 minutes.
NEW FRONTIER explained nicely your not getting back your deposit in the event that you use somebody else.
I WILL watch them in court. They’re scam artist whined over and above.
Doubled the cost. READ all these other reviews.
Please contact me in case you’d the identical issue.
I’ll Be submitting a complaint with the better business bureau
Which incidentally. There are lots of!!
I’m also looking to a criminal complaint

    Illegal money grabber

I obtained competitive quotations from this business, and originally signed up together. I paid the deposit, but over the contractual 72 hours, cancelled and informed them. No reply. I emailed the sales rep, Dave, that had been so friendly when he had been attempting to establish the bargain, but obtained no answer. I predicted if my credit card bill came due. Dillon promised me that the cancellation and refund could be processed in 72 hours. But nothing happened. When my next credit card statement came without a charge, I contacted Dillon who stated that they would finally mail me the test, but there are a two week delay because their CFO, that alone approves the tests, could be out on holiday. Four months later and still no test. When I call their”24/7″ service line in any way sorts of hours, all I get is voicemail saying they’ll return to me within 1-2 business days. That is not actually support can it be? Sounds more like they’re attempting to filter my phone. This provider is unreachable and will do whatever it is to catch as much of your cash because it can without supplying anything to you in return. Finest advice is for you to prevent this organization or have a great attorney prepared.

It has become the worst going experience of my entire life! It’s been 3 months and also our Furniture is still not even shipped, it’s been sitting at the warehouses, whenever I call they say that they will find an upgrade, however they never call you back. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! As soon as they receive your money they dont really care for you or your furniture, then my Wife has many disorders and sleeping on a discount bed is creating her really ill.
We talked to Luke Bennett, ” he told us to be able to receive our furniture on time we will need to proceed on the 9th, we proceeded out a week early so it’d be there on time, and still the furniture hasn’t arrived. They’ll lie for you to find cash then do nothing to assist. And they’ll estimate low then two days prior to the transfer add more cash to the quotation. When the moving business reach your home they’ll use competitive tatitics to attempt to force more cash from you. It is so tainted!
God knows what’s going to happen when my stuff will get here probebly there’ll some way they’ll attempt to earn more cash.
Please do not use this provider.

    Long-distance move from Buffalo, NY
    NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

1 star rating remains too high with this particular organization.
On March 26, I got a binding quote from Zach in New Frontier Van Lines for about $1666.00 to transfer my kid’s furniture and personal belongings from Buffalo, New York, to Denver Colorado and scheduled a pickup date on April 21st. Zach clarified that New Frontier needed a minimal fee for 2000 pounds and under, which my kid’s stock was well under the minimal, the lightest things being a mattress and box spring, together with the rest 10 smaller things weighing well under the max for your quote I had been given.

On April 21st, the sub-contractors who identified themselves as employees of Immediate Van Lines, showed up in my daughter’s flat reeking of marijuana, forcing a Budget rental truck. After loading the products on the truck that the driver proceeded to inform me the New Frontier had suppressed the burden of the products, that they (Immediate ) customarily did tasks by square-foot, rather than burden, and those few items were consuming nearly 1/2 of their truck, that I can clearly see were consuming less than 1/4. They said”today you will need to follow along with the weigh station to assure that the burden is below 2000 pounds”.The weigh channel was a 30 minute drive from wherever my daughter’s flat was found. This was the very first time we noticed anything about moving into a weigh station and convinced that the products were well under the limit, so we chose to not do so, but rather, requested the driver to call us in the weigh station to tell us what the burden was. Afterwards, the driver called and stated that the merchandise weighed against 3060 pounds, and that a payment adjustment needed to be forced upon delivery. I instantly phoned New Frontier and spoke to Casey Taylor relating to this, and she got in touch with somebody from Immediate Van Lines and later reviewing the stock, they stated that”the weigh station should have been calibrated wrongly” and that Direct would honor that the shipping speed as mentioned. Direct also stated that the delivery drivers are advised, which no extra money was caused by shipping. Following the truck left, I discovered that the driver had remarked on the reception that the majority of the products were damaged, scratched or stained, and which was certainly not true because the majority of what was being moved was fresh product, so once more, I had been suspicious concerning the trustworthiness of this business, I wondered just how many occasions Immediate Van traces had done this to unsuspecting clients with bigger moves who could not dispute the burden. This was only the start of the nightmare nonetheless. Two weeks after I began phoning New Frontier to learn where the truck had been and Casey clarified that based on this contract the motorists needed 21 business days to provide, that could have left the shipping date May 21st. I left many subsequent calls for New Frontier asking as to if delivery could be produced, because it was critical to get at least 24 hours notice to the individual who was likely to need to take off work to be onsite in Denver to accept shipping. Every time that I talked to Casey, who’s supposed to become a”Customer Service Representative” she behaved extremely plump, and talked to me in a condescending and aggravated tone. On many occasions she promised she’d find a grasp of their dispatcher at Immediate Van Lines and phone me again, but she rarely did, that led to my needing to phone her again and again again and again always being treated as an insect. I spoke to other client support rep’s too, who set me on hold for 25 minutes at one time and never return to the telephone. Just among New Frontier’s customer support agents called Kyle, returned my calls and also attempted to speak to the drivers right. On Friday May 18th he had been advised that the truck had been impounded on the boundary of Kansas and Colorado because of a plant that they had been carrying that wasn’t lawful to transfer across state lines. He explained that the truck could be published at 72 hours, and shipping could be on May 22nd the most recent. On May 21st I phoned New Frontier back, to confirm a shipping date, and Casey explained that because of this approaching Memorial Day holiday, that was a week off, delivery could not be produced until after May 30th. At the stage, the merchandise were in transit for 30 days, and without a definite shipping date available, I asked about restitution for its elongated delivery period. Casey advised me that Immediate Van Lines consented to take $200 off the equilibrium due to their failure to send at 21 business days. I asked that she put that arrangement for me in writing at least 5 occasions, it never arrived. At length, entirely disappointed, I turned the thing over to an lawyer, who discovered that Immediate Van Lines needed their permit to manage revoked, also upon threatening legal actions eventually managed to find the merchandise delivered now June 6th, 45 days later it had been picked up. Obviously, as expected, not only were the motorists oblivious of their 200 restitution, but they promised they were owed an extra $290 which they did not pursue after they had been awarded the balance in money. This is only the very first of my own written complaints regarding equally New Frontier and Direct Van Lines. I intend to File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as well as The US Attorney General’s Office. Hopefully this inspection has discouraged you from performing any kind of business with both of these businesses.

    SCAM!

Please please do not use this firm to the moving needs — they’re a enormous scam! I discovered the business through ConsumerAffairs.com plus they immediately called me to explore a quotation — it arrived in WAY below other quotations that I thought was sudden, also based on these testimonials I chose to proceed together. They said at the point that my items would be sent at 3-10 days, so it might be all based on confirmed weights, etc.. They also assured that the firm would expertly wrap my mattress/boxspring at no cost and 1 TV. Eventually, they confirmed that the firm would deal with all of parking permits (my shifting place was at Center City Philadelphia) and also be in a position to set the box spring outside the front window since it did not match any other manner.

Subsequently arrived the week of this transfer. I had not heard from anybody within two days of my move, and so I phoned my first dealer who seemed amazed I’d called him and could not assist me. A different guy known as then and recognized that my first valuation was utterly wrong (I’d told that the first guy I had a mattress, and so he placed at a mattress but did not incorporate a boxspring( headboard( etc). Additionally, I took away a couch and additional 5 boxes, however the cost DOUBLED. I confirmed with them that afternoon I really could pay day of using charge card (was concerned about them defrauding me to get cash ).

Subsequently came transferring day. The movers never called to validate a moment, therefore I needed to telephone. No licenses were set outside, and they blamed me. They took one look at my belongings and also INCREASED THE PRICE back (currently out of $1500 to get a 1 bedroom proceed to $4500). They promised it all would be verified with weight loss receipts. They also refused to kickstart my box spring outside the front window (and just consented after I about lost it on them). The contract that they compelled me to sign this day said they expected for 3-10 BUSINESS times but it might take around 30 BUSINESS days to get a coast-to-coast transfer. Additionally they would just accept cash/check on birth and CASH just on delivery.

Fast forwards over 8 months afterwards. New Frontier Van Lines wouldn’t respond or return several calls for help. Calling the contracted moving business each day eventually got them to reply and also my stuff got sent. They strove to need even more cash, but we have this resolved.

Because you may see, that this organization is BAD news. Do not trust them. All of the reviews on this need to be fake since they’re horrible people and also a dreadful business.

Pending Move - but won't respond to issues I'm having

Already having a whole lot of problems together at the moment. I needed to get many quotes as Jacob, the sales guy I worked with, jacked up the quotation that he”guaranteed” would insure my quote (I sent him a movie walking through and revealing my entire place). 3 times before my pickup window, that quotation got butchered by the QA supervisor who stated everything was incorrect and needed to be altered. After a great deal of discussion he”miraculously” managed to get the cost back to exactly what it was likely to be. I though”maybe they’re OK.”

After the movers arrived (note: they’re a third party that novels contractors for you) they said a few random charges which were not part of my initial contract (i.e. they stated there’s a fee when there’s an elevator, even while my contract specifically says that the fee is for stairs without a reference of lift ). They’re also hoping to bill me for having a used/broken apparel box that they place some”loose things” in (that I had been told could be OK by New Frontier), tape for packaging my furniture, and packaging materials for my own bed (which can be obviously covered in my contract). They also billed for a very long haul charge, that’s the one thing which may possibly be valid (although I measured less than the measures in the contract). The most peculiar thing is not one of this was said on the SIGNED contract btwn me and the two movers. They’re attempting to bill me later telling me onto a telephone call.

The significant issue is I have now sent 3 mails to the Jay J, the supervisor who’s assumed to QA/supervise this deal, and he will not respond.

    Will see what happens…

    Stay away

My daughter received a first quote to maneuver a dorm size flat. She had been told it’d function as weight. The initial quote was okay so that she signed up the contract. Weekly before she transferred had been approached by New Frontier to critique her stock — in the time she included 1 agency — again being convinced that the movement was by weight and also one the truck had been weighed she’d obtain any refund within the minimum weight provided that she had been beneath or fulfilled the minimum. They billed an extra $700.00 to the additional agency — After the true inspector came, she had been informed no weighing and she owed the extra 1800.00 for its inspector — that the overall payments to get a dorm size flat was $3000.00!! When New Frontier obtained her charge card obligations they stopped returning her calls and surprise! No sporadically or weighing. STAY AWAY type this agent — they over charge and do not stand behind their bills

Solid customer service with shady contracting practices

Hired New Frontier once they predicted with a good quote. The salesman promised me of New Frontiers strong standing and strong customer support and 5 star reviews. After deliberating I made a decision to employ them to get a transfer form MO into SC. They advised me to have my own things to be picked up on the 23rd of December and sent to my new address by the 29th. I had been told several times this kind of move is straightforward and always arrives inside the specified time. At the time that I felt confident in their own ability to receive my relocation done. Come shifting day New Frontier will not appear. They’d contracted my occupation into some local moving company D&H who had the courtesy to notify me that there was no way they could make it into my home on the 23rd but might have the ability to make it on Christmas Eve no more than 12:00. I had been prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt nevertheless this provider calls me again saying they can’t make it till 8pm! I phoned the two New Frontier and D&H to be educated that they are not in control of the move since they contracted it out yet , they didn’t understand this corporation wouldn’t have the ability to hold into the point line. Upon talking my move using this new business, D&H then educates me no way is that they create the 29th delivery as a result of holidays. Again that should not ever be the situation and once I contacted New Frontier to inquire why this wasn’t possible, was advised yes we consented to be sent to the 29th if potential but it might take up to 15 business days…. Okay I made the move and waited patiently to the new agreed upon date which both D&H and New Frontier said they should arrive that was the 6th of Jan.. Well do you believe my things came? No! D&H then denied to pick up any calls to confirm where my things were and New Frontier simply said they were sorry and this should not have occurred but it had been outside of the hands! D&H eventually made contact about the 12th saying they’d arrive in the 13th by 3. Again they no revealed and didn’t arrive till 14th of Jan.. D&H (AGAIN THE COMPANY NEW FRONTIER HIRED TO TAKE A JOB THEY WERE HIRED FOR) During that period I always known as the New Frontier customer support line to be advised that they do not understand what the matter is and they cant get a grip of their firm THEY HIRED! When my things eventually came as requested New Frontier exactly what restitution they’d offer because of their failure to employ a respectable company and the problems that they caused me. Conveniently for New Frontier the announcement was technically the paperwork gave them 30 business days today to find the things there so that its not their fault telephone the dishonest firm they hired (Mind you that the one that they can’t even get a hold of for any problems ). I’ll say that the client support associates did their best yet this firm royal screwed my move up and made my life miserable for more than weeks! I’d suggest to make sure that if you’re even contacted by this firm to confirm they themselves will move you or you’ll be stuck with dishonest firms hired by this company. I sincerely expect New Frontier learns from that and when desired hired reputable businesses to take care of moves they’re not able or reluctant to and cure new prospective customers better.

    Long-distance move from Minnesota
    Keep Looking

After reviewing a few moving companies my spouse and I chose that business for our relocation out of St Paul, MN into Gainesville, GA.. Initially our sales rep was really pleasant and gave us a fair quote for our one bedroom attic at roughly $2600.00. I paid $900 to maintain the reservation. They need a 48 hour window to get pickup but ensured me that the day that I asked are the day they’d send the motorists. We receive a phone a day ahead of the truck was supposed to arrive and told they’d be at our location Dec 20th involving 8-10am. I’d asked Dec 21st so this threw a huge wrench in our plans but we made it all work. The afternoon of the 20th the motorist called me at about 8:45 am (our p/u period was 8-10am that afternoon ) I want to know they had me to the program another day (Dec 21st) involving 8-10am. I explained that there has to be a mistake since our pickup was about the 20th – that afternoon. He advised me shipment must have awakened and gave me exactly the wrong moment. Being our possessions were all packed up naturally that was a very long day of merely waiting. The next morning I had not got any calls allowing us understand the driver was shut so I phoned customer support and got no response. My husband went to also call customer support with no response. A woman from house calls me back yelling at me for calling her back to back while she had been on another line. Yelling at me!!! After describing our situation she stated she’d check into it and call me back, meanwhile our truck driver phoned us and said he was still about 5 hours off and had a fall off along the road. So today our pickup time has been pushed back before between 4-5pm. Never got a known back from customer support or dispatch. What a joke. The one person who really kept in touch with us was that the truck driver. Therefore a day and a half after our truck eventually got there. It took the men about 5 hours to load our location. Ofcourse the burden was more than what we had been quoted and a very long haul fee was additional bc they needed to walk through a garage to get into the truck so that we ended up nearly $1,000 over that which we had been originally quoted and required half of the cash right then. We just had what we had been Originally quoted therefore we needed to fumble and work out how to provide these drivers and additional $500 right afterward. The drivers ended up around 11pm and we began the long drive to GA.. The dawn of the 27th our driver (same driver out of our pickup) phoned and said that he had been 30 minutes off. We never received a call from dispatch letting us know what time or even what day to expect the vehicle. We just obtained a 30 minute heads up in the motorist. They unloaded in about one hour and was in their way. In summary, dispatch and customer support was awful, we were not updated and had to telephone them for the data. Our sales rep should’ve clarified there was a fantastic possibility that the space and weight may be over and to be ready for that in addition to the very long haul fee. This wasn’t any where near a smooth movement. These men are agents and just hire other firms for your relocation. The only good thing that I could say is that our truck driver Dray with Immediate Vanlines was an wonderful man and the only person who left this movement bareable.

    Updated review

That is an update to my previous review. They’re”supposedly” going to do the ideal thing and repay my whole deposit, since it’s now Thursday morning and still no movers. Be cautious once you sign into contracts similar to this. They need to automatically have a plan that protects the CONSUMER whenever they mess this up much. I’d find out that they contracted a business in Houston to pick up my possessions (as many firms do); nevertheless, poor, weak, inadequate communication between these, their clients, and whatever business they deal with. I am a part of a military household, and we’ve moved around a great deal in my 44 decades of life. . .but I have not ever had a moving encounter similar to this. Now, I am giving them an excess star in the evaluation since the fund Dept is approving a complete refund, but I do not trust anyone at this time so I shall write the last review once I receive my refund. I am convinced the provider thinks I must be happy with a refund. Unfortunately, even that does not pay the 3 days of lost wages (a I am an innovative practitioner), two nights of needing to remain in a hotel (along with my puppies ) because everything is packed, and now the driver that has been helping me push will need to push the UHAUL. I am completely disappointed with all this.

I hired New Frontier to perform my transfer from VA to CA. I had a completely furnished 4 bed 3 bathroom home with an extra studio at the rear part of my principal home. When I contacted them they were quite kind and friendly. They had been quite detailed when they had been going room by room for stock. I reserved the job together since the cost was fair. When it had been move day that they showed up punctually loaded everything pretty well and were in their own way! They delivered on time o had a scrape in my vanity but was not too bad that they did a claim for me. They were fantastic!

    Best moving company!

I am super excited about the business, they did a fantastic job moving my things out of Maryland to Illinois! Earlier this company I only hated moving. Firms that provides you an estimate, but in the conclusion additional cost you for no reasons, individuals that aren’t paying attention to your possessions, that has been my adventures earlier New Frontier Van Lines. I doubted this business, believing that they are similar to another moving companies. They gave me a quote and in the end it had been exactly the exact same )) moving team did a excellent job, packaging very cautious all of my items, and I had been so surprised to find that men are talking so fine with me and they did not even smoke (thank God people like this still exist). They have been on time in Illinois, I did not have any criticism about the team. Customer service was exceptional, I phoned them to learn where my stuff is, she had been fine with me and gave me an upgrade, it was good not to be stressed out about going once in my entire life. I definitely recommend New Frontier Van Lines, and that I know for certain that next time I will proceed together! Thanks folks for being so good!!!

    Great Company

It was a pleasure doing business with New Frontier Van Lines. Although, our relocation wasn’t large, we had a good deal of delicate items that had additional TLC and they obtained our relocation done without scratching or breaking any furniture that’s impressive.
We obtained a great deal of quotations and New Frontier was priced somewhat higher than a number of the other firms but there testimonials says it all and we were pleased to pay a bit more for the amount of support we received.
Everyone we worked with was very professional in our relocation expert Michael into the moving team. I’d New Frontier Van Lines Movers to anybody searching for a reliable company which you can depend on.

    Will Use Again

I first contacted New Frontier Van Lines to the Proceed from WI to NY. When I first contacted them I had been worried reason they state that they don’t come from the place to consider my items until they perform the movement. We’ve generally used mayflower since the Army consistently used them. This time however that was our duty. After I contacted mayflower that they had been too high in cost. I found New Frontier Van Lines I moved through a list over the telephone and my representative was quite detailed and had been bringing up things that I had been overlooking. I only have to mention this is among the very best moving experiences I have ever had.
They amazed me that the group was amazing.

I never ever write reviews however, the functionality of the company was beyond and above. They went the excess mile to get me. I had an extremely tough time program that needed to be implemented in the proper way. They needed a particular period to pick up and a particular time to supply on account of the cargo elevators which need to get utilized cause of the place. These men showed up right on time did an outstanding job wrapped all of my things and immediately got it into the destination. They delivered right on time again! I hired New Frontier Van Lines to move my possessions from California to Illinois plus they gave outstanding support in the moment they chose up into the minute they delivered everything to my new house. Their customer support was always accessible so that I was never stored in the dark and what came in 1 piece. Cost was a bit more costly compared to a number of the other firms I believed, but this firm was undoubtedly worth the extra price and I am so incredibly grateful I picked them. Highly recommend! 4280

    Great experience

This is most likely among the greatest experiences I ever had transferring my families and automobile. I moved from Illinois to Florida and that I understand this is quite common path but I am pretty sure not all of moving business can perform that nicely. On the scheduled day for select I’d one team arriving in the afternoon and we had some overlook comprehension. I called customer support to check out what’s happening and that I explained that we’ve got some difficulties with this men and I am not really feeling comfortable moving my things with this group. They phoned me in 15 minutes and delegate a new distributor. The new team came afternoon and did the work extremely careful and quick. The majority of the moving business will change you additional cash for this particular event but not this men. I typically do not write testimonials, but this business actually deserve a great one, because nearly all of the people today go on this websites simply to diss everyone.
From the way that they gave me a precise quote for approximately $7500, and it was sound before the delivery, I’d no openings in the end.
So I’d actually suggest you to Utilize New Frontier Van Lines

    Amazing Service!

I do not typically spend some opportunity to write a review. However, now that I am settled in I think New Frontier Van Lines warrants it. I needed to move from California to New York for my job and it was somewhat surprising notice. I had about a month to do all this and keep doing my job. You could envision. Luckily, I made the perfect decision choosing New Frontier Van Lines to ease my move.

Jason walked me through the steps and was quite careful and professional, actually when I had been on edge. He answered all of my questions and did not mind going over everything. I’d recommend them to anyone who wants to maneuver and does not wish to manage the stress that accompanies this movement.

    Good work

Jacob out of New Frontier Van traces phoned me and was hoping to give me a quotation. I went to inform me I already had quotations and that I made my choice and really I was planning to just hang up. But he explained to me that they had been also a highly recommended company which I need to at least assess. Well using the telephone along with him we collectively unfolded that the majority of the firms I was contemplating did not seem too great today neither did they but they looked a hell of a whole lot better with the cost just a tiny bit greater. Well I would rather feel safe than just save a dollar, and so I booked with hem. Everything went great beginning to finish there wasn’t a time that I felt uneasy. Fantastic job guys!

    Right On Time

I had a last minute transfer I needed to get done. I booked my relocation initially with another business and they had a two day window to pick up me. And they never showed up!!!!! I had been Frantic!!!! I’d talked to New frontier van past nea on a month ahead and I got a quote from them and that I believed that the price was a bit to large and that I ended upn’t going together. SMH today I see the reason they had been more. The humorous thing is that Charlie the man I talked to earlier that gave me the exact quotation only made a decision to call reason he said he understood that was going to take place and that he appeared to make sure that I was fine. So on this second day that the company phoned and said that they are a day ahead of the truck being busted down? I made a decision to telephone Charlie back and reserve my transfer! I’m more than pleased that they had been there in 5 minutes! Wonderful job excellent energy great team!

New Frontier did an wonderful job with my recent move. I had the platinum packaging contained and they took care of everything! They handled everything with caution and had it all packed and loaded fairly fast. My items were delivered 6 or 5 weeks after and they contacted me the day before to let me know about what time they’d be coming. The movers unloaded my items with the exact same great care and they put everything from the room I asked. Reassembly was contained and the one thing left for me to do was unpack my boxes. Very professional expertise from start to end. In case you’re looking for 5 star specialist movers I definitely recommend New Frontier Van Lines.
