It is said that it is simple to be excellent if all is going well but the evaluation of personality is when there’s hardship. I will describe my experience with Nelson Moving beginning with the poor. The very poor. We moved interstate from California. Mostly, the movement went as anticipated. When our possessions came and we started to package we started to observe the state of the boxes. Nearly all were crushed that range from just a tiny damage to severely defeated. The actual difficulty came when I began to unpack our Wardrobe boxes. We paid extra to acquire study Wardrobe boxes out of U-Haul. We did this so our clothing including my wife’s wedding gown of 30 decades ago would last the move undamaged. The first box I started I discovered all of my clothes were off the rack and so were squished towards the very best. As I started to unpack I discovered that there were other arbitrary boxes indoors. In the beginning, I was perplexed however as I continued I understood that they had opened my SEALED boxes by turning them UPSIDE down and hammering random boxes in. I assume they did so to save space on the truck. The boxes that they picked were arbitrary and the first box I pulled out contained swim fins and camping coolers. Each of our SEALED and SECURED Wardrobe boxes have been treated just like this. All of our garments were seriously wrinkled, such as my wife’s wedding gown that was a stacked mess. In with our garments was a dusty enthusiast, garage gear and other things which should not have been put with our garments. Furthermore, they had been pushed in with such violence that it smashed the contents inside such as a distinctive lamp I’d packed individually to prevent damage. It was treated so violently that it had been broken in half, yet another lamp needed the push button broken off. To continue the mistreatment of our possessions we now have a large Persian rug that they push to a china hutch with such violence that it bulged the framework apart. Who does this?
The actual issue though was that the entire breach of confidence. Having them open my own sealed boxes and proceed through our private items and then to deal with our possessions with such a lack of respect and attention. Anybody who’s moving will understand that this following violation. I found I hadn’t packed a little coin collection. Time had run out and I chose to put it at the base of one of those Wardrobe boxes supposing it was hardy and protected and nobody would be moving through it. Incorrect, I discovered it started and upside down. In fairness I didn’t notice anything missing however again a complete violation of confidence. My spouse’s costume jewellery box also was started and the contents thrown out over the box. Again, the actual problem is needing the assurance that boxes you protected aren’t likely to be opened and that your possessions will be handled carefully and with respect. Neither happened here.
Initially, once I brought this to the attention of this firm they had been as shocked as I had been on what had happened. Then the real test of character revealed through. They shifted their position and explained that movers do it to conserve space in automobiles. REALLY?? They explained they had never heard of this when I first reported. No additional inspector I talked to have heard of the practice. They gave me $100 bucks to compensate and prevent having to submit a claim although I advised I was not seeking anything that I simply wanted them to know and make sure it did not occur to somebody else. The 100 bucks was insulting. As they became strictly company I asked a little bit to wash press and clean all of our clothing which were crushed, reimbursement for Wardrobe boxes, the lamp, and timber fix for your hutch. I had been advised that they could not do this with no claim even though they already offered me cash with no claim.
The main point is that I do not trust them, they managed and ruined our products with deliberate disregard with transferring practices nicely beyond the recognized industry standard. This wasn’t arbitrary damage that might happen. Rather than taking responsibility and solving the problem they generated they became all business. I don’t have any assurance that things are missing that we’re unaware of. I wouldn’t suggest this moving business.

These people are scam artists. Avoid them at all costs and use somebody else.

We had them transfer us from California to Tennessee. We ought to have read the following Yelp testimonials first.
