Jason and his team moved our items across the town for both weeks ago. It was all done so fast that I could barely feel it. I didnt even need to unpack my thick dresser drawers! I have never used a moving company ahead and that additional perk will possess me callng me again in the future if we ever need to move back again. His rates are extremely competative, and also the standard of maintenance and client support is exceptional. He received his bed, dressers, and big flat screen TV up a narrow flight of stairs, and across a sharp corner to our area with no scrape anything! Not even a very small scuff to a wall. AMAZED! I hate moving, but everybody at Need A Hand made the transition so much simpler. Thank you!

This review is all about the proprietor, maybe not our movers. We had a few talks with the proprietor about the form of movement we had been performing : a four bedroom home with complete 2-car garage and outside furniture. We informed him concerning the staircase on both endings and advised him to google road view the home we were going into since the drive was sparse. He advocated two movers for seven hours. This sounded light to me so I asked him whether he wished to come perform a site visit and he informed me that they go homes such as this all of the time and did not have to come out. Feeling nervous I’d him publication a third inspector anyhow. He offered $1,360 for your occupation. The moment the men came they said their supervisor did not estimate the work correctly”back” – as if that were a frequent event. I inquired if they had to phone the owner to arrange for additional support and he said he would not supply it even if they did predict. They also stated that each one of the extras that the owner fees (like for transferring a piano 125, $100 per stairs and additional for heavy things ) goes into the proprietor not the men really doing the heavy lifting! That is mad! My husband was the fourth man at work and it still went late into the evening. The last charge was $3,255!!!!!! Over twice the initial estimate! I will say again, this critique is all about the bait-and-switch, deceptive business practices of their operator rather than on the moving team. The team couldn’t have been more beautiful. We purchased them lunch and also gave each of them $100 suggestion. They worked really very difficult and were as annoyed about the problem as I had been. The proprietor screwed them just as far as he did us by making them work really hard and so late into the evening. When I called the owner to complain about the insufficient staffing and absurd closing bill all he would say was”it prices what’s prices” and would not accept any responsibility. Had he delivered 5 men (that I would have happily paid for) it might have been achieved during routine intervals rather than over time and could have cost much much less. Had he completed the site visit because we requested this might have been prevented. Instead I needed to cover for 2 hours of normal time, 4 hours of 1.5 period and two hours of dual time. Shame on him.

Should be negative celebrities! Never Use this Business – I made the mistake of employing those men to pack and load my transport truck from throughout state proceed. As soon as I opened my tank I had been shocked and appalled, as were the folks I’d hired to unload as well as the horrible mess before our eyes.

Box tumbled down, shattered and broken things anywhere – it was dreadful.

Also heavy boxes with meals and other breakable objects were put on left and top go flying across the leftover space leading to broken dishes, glasses and function boxes and wear which popped open destroying photos and CDs and DVDs that could no more be replaced.They loaded so many heavy boxes on of my timber and steel amusement unit that it sheared the steel wheels from it. Bending one entirely intern advertisement another broken off.

Ahead of these loading I’d clarified that they might utilize as much space as required if it had been needed to go outside of the 13 feet to safeguard my items and get them there in good shape, that I had no issue with it. They promised me that that wasn’t necessary, obviously it had been.

Everything in the vehicle was procured from two wooden walls which were secured and had no means of being opened from the delivery company. Any harm that has been done was done since it had been loaded improperly rather than procured or not cared for if it was loaded. For the type of harm that has been done to my items to have been the fault of the delivery company the truck could have been required to flip upside down.

I had been quite patient first waiting for Jason the proprietor to receive back for a week once I had been informed by his mom he wasn’t available because he had been in a seminar. I had been told he’d call me the following Monday. I waited until now, Wednesday, and afterwards redefining no telephone I achieved again, although he did not bother to return to me understanding that I had called and spoken to other people and what the scenario was. Upon talking to Jason eventually he explained that it wasn’t his fault or his loaders and have to be the delivery firm. He refused to accept any responsibility and stated his men did a fantastic job and that I was lying and hadn’t given them the ideal materials. Again ignoring the simple fact that over the duration of hours I always requested the”specialists” what was required and they kept saying nothing. This will cost me tens of thousands of dollars and that I said I needed a complete refund given that the horrible service I purchased being generous considering which will not start to cover the expenses of replacing everything which has been ruined.

The only reason I’ve withheld which makes it public until today was because I wished to provide the business an opportunity to do the ideal thing and that I did not wish to hurt future company if this only happened to become one off error. Jason’s hesitation to take responsibility on the phone call and following mails has made it crystal clear that he does not have any intent of doing exactly the right the thing or possessing up to any errors by his or her people.

If you do not care about your own items and need a more terrible adventure then by all means employ these folks. But should you would like to ensure your items will get there safely and that the”specialists” will perform a top quality job use somebody else. I’m also posting images of the devastation for everybody to find out how dreadful it was.
