These movers were dreadful!! Things were packaged quite badly, we’d hurt to at least 10 items. They spoke very little English and didn’t bring tape, boxes, bubble wrap, or some other packaging supplies. These movers needed to go to Home Depot to purchase packing supplies!!! The project was supposed to have a day and a half and ended up taking 3 times.
The worst aspect of the entire movement was that we’d 3 things stolen, that we know of! My grandparents gold watch, a Tiffany piece of glass, and my Chanel 5 cologne. There’s nothing we can really do since the time period has passed, it took us a while to unpack all of our boxes, but if they were all unpacked these products were lost, and I understand what boxes they had been inside.
Please don’t expect these movers to look after your possessions!!

The very first thing from this movers mouth was where is my suggestion!
Determined by the way loading furniture to the vehicle not quite professional. Stacked boxes almost any way they believed just like most things is filled together with all the strain being at the top they did not care about that they pulled it at the vehicle and piled up it.

Its more than 4 months and I’ve yet to obtain any additional reaction to texts or calls. Transferring team was less than professional always complaining about being tired and mad about clients being lied for their own business and dispatcher who they said is also their proprietor. I had been overcharged for box packaging. The dispatcher originally uttered in my final bill that was only adjusted after I called him on it. They simply accepted payment via cashiers check or money order. About the only thing that went well for the transfer was my on time payments for its bad service provided. I’m severely disappointed in the support supplied and absolute lack of professionalism and also follow up from the total Nation Star team. I would decide on a 0 star rating in case this could let me.
To top off everything the estimated, closing price was twice the first quotation. Granted, the quotation was performed by means of a broker, therefore not Nation Star’s error, but overall cost of the transfer was entirely out there for the support supplied.

The men that showed up hardly spoke any English and the very first thing that they said since I showed them about was that there was so much things.
