Basically, I’ve paid them to steal my own furniture….they have it and will not return it to me! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, save yourself sleepless nights.

I scheduled a transfer for this business from Alabama to Arizona using Ryan Williams for September 26, 2015. I had been told that pickup was scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2015 and that I would get a call from dispatch notifying me of the deadline days ahead of time prior to the scheduled pickup. We contracted this business into the transfer for our mom to her retirement residence and they’ve her things and we cannot get them to even return our calls for receiving it delivered…  they’ve her things, more than half payment, and won’t yield any calls or emails regarding if she can access her possessions delivered…  it’s been around 25 days along with the supported delivery date has passed by a week and cannot even speak to anybody as it just goes to voicemail…  won’t return emails. .  A vacant hole….  Avoid this company unless you prefer trouble on your live and possess things you don’t ever wish to see again…   started using a very low quote…  additional 700.00 at pickup and we completely bad out there…   stay away from these they’re a ripoff

Michael Alexander, the salesman for National Relocation Van Lines called many times during this process and requested me to send within the quotes so that he could base his bidding on theirs. He came back to me with a bid which actually stated”THIS IS A BINDING ESTIMATE BASED ON AN ALLIED HOME ESTIMATE” and we talked many times regarding his promise that there was no way that this dollar amount could change. Fast forward to going week. . .could hardly receive a telephone or email committing our time out of this man. Ultimately before, we receive a confirmation that our transfer would be Saturday involving 10am-2pm. 6:30pm that night they phone to notify us that they’ll actually not be forthcoming, and that they’ll be there first thing Sunday morning rather. Sunday morning that they arrive and Igor and that I really do a stroll. He informs me that I have far over the 3 men from completely separate businesses that had come in before him had anticipated and that I must be ready to cover far more than the quoted cost. He also decided he was going to phone his boss to talk. He throws his back on and catches his stuff and proceeds to walk out the door to unload all of the boxes. And Phyllis, the”Customer Service Manager” that I call to talk about this situation with, agrees that it is totally his choice to bond now. This provider is the epitome of bait and switch. Don’t believe the favorable reviews on this website: they’re fake.   National Relocation Van Lines is not even their real name – its an alias.   They’re now called National Relocation Solutions, and They’re HQ’d at Florida (even though they claim to be in Washington, Maryland, California, and Georgia).   This is not a genuine business.   This is what is known a a”rogue mover”.   They pick-up your items, hold them hostage so You pay Substantial fines, and then never really delivery your items.   They Simply slip your stuff.   We have already filed charges against them.They came over 24 hours late, and after our items were about the truck informed us that the cost would be over 300 percent the estimate.   They never offered to weigh or measure the burden, and they never gave us the”correct and duties” pamphlet – these two activities are required by legislation.   After they had our things , they started making demands for cash, if they even answered their phones, whatsoever.   They never called us, never responded to emails or voicemails, and so were Very Hard to contact.   When we finally filed complaints with the Department of Transportation and Federal Trade Commission, they ceased demanding cash and only refused to provide our things.Again: This Isn’t a real business.   They’re a scam.   They run under an alias and bogus address because their actual name and speech has a long record of complaints and breach reports.   Don’t be duped!

And simple to use. I was amazed on how well they functioned as a group and that I was amazed on their demeanor and attitude.

Worst company EVER. Don’t conduct business with this business if you enjoy your cash since they will bait and switch you after the truck is loaded. Then place everything at a storage device until somebody can transfer it to a new location. In our situation over 3 months. The moving planner advised our relocation for us in line with the afternoon we had our items to maintain our new site. They had been a day late to pick up our possessions. They were two weeks late in providing our possessions causing us to need to purchase a microwave and refrigerator. Several large Tupperware bins ruined with materials inside ruined including a $300 flooring vase plus a $500 bookcase headboard. They charge for wrap your things… Watch out that they just begin doing it and do not inform you until nearly done that it is an excess charge. Several national regulations were dismissed. Customer Support is a joke. Lies upon lies upon lies. What if have costed us 4800 ended up costing $12,000 at the end. Do yourself a favor and Google”shield your relocation” and examine the government regulations for moving businesses and search for the red flags that they record. Had we done this PRIOR we’d have NEVER used this corporation!

I am rather impressed with all the guys who come out. They do an wonderful job and are always so polite and professional. Here is the 3rd time that I have used your business. The office employees are great as well but now they did not have all of the equipment on the truck which I asked. It made the movement a bit harder as I had been counting on these boxes to be about the truck. So after the truck had been loaded I still had more to do which I did not plan on. So I was late picking up my toddler for this reason. However, it all worked out along with the movement I believe was powerful but this was all due to the guys who came out. Wonderful job.

I’ve been generally happy with the sales man, Alex Getty however, besides being assured assistance and apologizing for the mixup with my movement, Alex hasn’t been in a position to assist. I wasn’t credited with things that your firm had agreed to add in the quote and was essentially made to sign paperwork which made me cover a much higher cost than was agreed upon and I had been forced to sign documents that revealed my getting chosen no insurance for my own furniture vs the entire value policy which I paid for. I won’t go into a few of those other rude remarks that the forman created to me.Furthermore, I’m getting no answer from anybody when requesting documentation for this particular insurance of at least an email saying that the furniture was insured. Regrettably, so far my experience has been quite trying to say the least. I’m still hoping that we can straighten out this situation but am losing trust.
