Nat'l Moving and Storage - SCAM!

Do not even look at this organization. They under-quote to acquire the task, overcharge, extort, lie, cheat, and steal, and then damage every bit of furniture that they finally deliver (and shed things such as a desk, however delivered the thighs, etc.) They’re slow and abandoned a number of the things on our stock list, asserting it surpassed there”cubic feet” quote. The motorist, Alton Brooks, later bringing my 22 year-old daughter’s down furniture by a 3rd floor apartment, threatened to leave all of her things at a parking lot at 10:00 pm on a Friday night till she consented to pay them extra money. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISHONEST, OBNOXIOUS CROOKS. Contact me in mjohnson@larsonjohnsonlaw.com in case you have some queries. You’ll be better off using every other business on the market. DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS.

NATIONAL MOVING AND STORAGE NEVER SHOWED UP

National moving and storage didint appear.

National storage and moving cancelled my movement since I told them how blessed they had been.

Domestic moving and storage have been presumed to be there between 9 -10’m on 8/7/17. When they didnt reveal, I called and they wouldnt guarantee a time to pick up my condominium contents. I explained that I had to be outside for the new buyer to proceed and they told me I should not have scheduled the movement that the afternoon of a final.

I had to establish and struggle for the return of my deposit.

As soon as I told them that this inadequate conduct is exactly what all of their bad reviews are all about, they advised me to”clean off” and that my movement was cancelled.

    Scam artist

These scammers initially did a bait and switch from charging 3 times the quantity of their quotation. Now of course that they waited until all of my furniture has been packed to the van before telling me all of the purchase price difference. After authorities arrived and awakened with us, the driver consented to honor the deal. The authorities were called just because the motorist refused to overthrow my furniture. The truck came at my new home 3 times after the promised date. The business subsequently refused to send my home till I pay $4000 within the contracted cost. 3 weeks later I still don’t have my furniture. Can you ever do business understanding they can do so? Criminals

    HORRIBLE amateurs

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE….First of all they have attempted to boost the first quotation by 250 percent, whilst nothing changed in my first list. . .ABSURD. . .Second, about the newspaper the shipping was expected by 2nd of August, 1 day earlier that afternoon I received an email saying that my estimated delivery interval shifted to any afternoon between 10th to 14th August. The email states that I’ll be given a telephone call 24h prior to the shipping day. I didn’t get any telephone, so I chose to call the customer support from the 14th. The woman behind the telephone was clueless, unprofessional and did not suggest any explanation or alternative. She even hanged up the phone in my head. This is actually the worst service you’ll be able to get as a client. These men are jot coordinated and definitely amateurs within this company. You all have to prevent them.

    Liars and Thieves

David Anderson played this really great man to receive my company, then forced me in to setting a deposit for his or her solutions. I did so once he ensured my move could be finished before Christmas. They declared that they had three motorists to move this burden cross country and that it might arrive at 5-6 days. They presented me with a quotation on the internet for 2200. I thought it was strange that the webpage won’t permit you to directly click on it so which you can publish it, but I was able by hitting print screen and pasting it in to”Paint”.
After the men came to load that they had a budget rental truck, which I thought was questionable, then theysaid I had a lot of material and the cost could be 1500 higher. I had been more than a barrel, after contending with them and them getting mouthy I eventually gave in since I had no other option right now. I signed the record but signed it using ucc 1-308 which usually means you’re registering it under duress and it’s not legitimate.
Then since the they are loading, they inform me that I can not shoot my washer and dryer unless I pay an extra $450! I left them behind. They wanted a money payment of half of the sum owed therefore wehn I wnet into the bank to have the money that they closed the truck up. I found things in the bushes when they left that they did not wish to load!
I came on the east shore on Dec. 20, delevery was likely to become Dec 21-22nd. I kept phoning and phoning David to attempt tofind out if the movers wouold arrive and where the truck had been in its own travel and refused to provide me some replies, only very brief and curt”you may find a telephone 24 hours until it arives”. I continue calling and nobody would answer the telephone. I eventually talked to a person and the man started yelling at me and telling me how it was not his issue then hung me up.
The truck eventually arrived on January 2nd. a Holiday. The motorist, Isaac, telephoned me on New years evening to inform me he’d arrive between 7 am and pm on the next and that I had to have the cash waiting for him personally. He came at two Pm and I couldn’t receive the money since the banks had been closed and therefore was that the post office. He was very arrogant, he phoned the organization and David desired to talk with mepersonally, and he’s enjoying this nicey, nicey, Hey J Happy Holidays, you know that you have ta cover in order that they could unload. I told me it had been a vacation ansd everythign was shut and he then got mouthy therefore I humg him up , next whoever owns the company phoned and he began only yelling at me so that I hung him up too.
I called the police but that this condition doesn’t govern movers and they stated it had been civil adn I had to sue them. They then left with my things because I couldn’t obtain the amount on a vacation. They came back on the following day and charged me an extra $350!!
This business is run by thieves and liars, David Anderson is unprofessional and unethical. He’ll out right lie for you to find the company then completely screw you the very first chance he has.

    Last minute cancellation

David phoned me on the afternoon of this move and advised me that their truck had a breakdown and that he would be unable pick-up until two or three days afterwards.  I needed to cancel the transfer with nationwide and find another inspector immediately in a greater price. I’d pauid $300 to National within a progress a couple of days earlier. I asked David to get a refund that he consented to. It’s been nearly 60 days because the advance was paid. I haven’t got my refund either as a credit to my credit card nor as a check which has been guaranteed. As soon as I tried phoning the business,l I had been led to a different Jonathan who had been loathful, filthy mouthed and disrespectful. I’m now suing the Business in Tiny claims court

    Worst move ever!

Wow! Where do I start. Worst experience of my entire life. To begin they had been late to pick our stuff up. Secondly, the quotation of 1500.00 went up to 4000.00 after they came. Third, they saved our stuff for nearly a week that we were not informed was likely to take place. We get a telephone on a Wednesday that our stuff was picked up and left California. After I started having the impression something was wrong I needed to find a grasp of clever movers to contact federal mover to phone me personally to learn where my material was as it did not arrive punctually. Last, the driver becomes here 3 times overdue and will not open or shut the truck until he receives payment.I cover him and they shut up the truck and it seemed like they pulled everything in. Nothing was piled or put in there correctly. They begin to unload and the very first thing the man does is fall two boxes of delicate dishware. Since the passing proceeds, we detect shattered boxes, folded up kind size mattress, and lacking things! We get the federal movers firm nicely that the driver is still there and then he blames the motorist to the loading task then frees up the telephone. At length, the mover would like to leave and does not have any receipt for the last payment also claims that the moving company didn’t give him something to provide us. Going through boxes we now locate busted irreplaceable hamburger, seats, and thighs into your dining room table however noteworthy. No television, microwave, and 5 to ten boxes of additional private things missing. When finally talking to I suppose that the proprietor David Anderson who seems just like a Hindu, am advised to submit a claim and respectful about your own expressive, sentimental, family heirlooms! All I receive is sorry. I am not a racist man either but if you seem as a Roman together with the title David Anderson there’s something wrong. In addition, I discover that the address provided on his site is a house. I told him exactly what I discovered and he informs me he works from the garage. In addition, he utilizes national storage and moving that if you google it a rather dependable company comes up from vegas in order to believe he’s a part of the business and isn’t. That firm has actually filed a cease and desist order. These folks are scams and if calling the claims section I determine that if you get reimbursed which you have the attention from the moving business. If they did all of this to me exactly what makes me believe they will give me some of the assert cash. I seriously can not think that they can get away with it! I’ll do every thing in my ability to bring these folks down. That is what is wrong with the world these days. These individuals who are permitted to come to this country and then rip off us and screws us to no end and eliminate it’s ridiculous! To federal movers daily will come and frankly think what goes around comes around and yours is forthcoming!

    STOLE MY STUFF

They came at a Budget van following the afternoon until they informed me that their van broke.  Wanted to charge me 125 bucks to construct a crate round my TV with a few cardboard. I stated Kraft **k that went into Home Depot acquired some bubble and things wrapped it and place it in my vehicle.  I paid off the half and told me that I needed my own delivery date to become 20 August 2012.  They left I abandoned.  I was going from San Diego into Syracuse,NY. I drove cross country. I have not heard by the moving business as 22 Aug 2012. They’ve no returned a telephone call an email or a letter.

I filed reports with the Attorney General, DOT and attempted filing a police record. Glad I did not make it possible for them to accept my TV after each of this. It’s currently 20 Oct and it’s been two weeks and I still have not obtained my possessions. I’ve registered a stolen assert certified letter with all the firm they’ve twelve days to respond when they do not DOT takes more and I need to sue them to get my cash. I am quite irritated.

    Long-distance move from Nevada
    Unprofessional and criminals

I’d made a booking through global vanlines to get a transfer from Reno, NV to St. Paul, MN for February 28, 2012.  I had been confident through the earnings call that Imy transfer wouldn’t be brokered out to a different firm as it was winter and company was slow so that there were lots of their own trucks out there.  I was also told that the surcharge for transferring upstairs could be waived.  I had been lied to.  This movement was brokered to National Movers.  I’d completed my research and had been astonished at the fantastic deal globally vanlines managed to get me.  Greater than $3000 to maneuver 10,500pounds of freight over 1800 miles.  Every other place I attempted quoted me $6-7k. That should have been my first clue I had been going to get ripped off.  Even doing it myself would have been more costly.  I anticipated my burden to be approximately 10-11,000pounds based in their itemized listing instrument as well as two reputable movers that actually came out to my storage device to appraise my things and understanding that the moving business criteria to estimation.  I did my study.  Each way I calculated it arrived to about 10,000pounds.   After the inspector out of National Transferring showed up he showed up at a Budget rental truck instantly advised my sister in law that she had to signal their agreement which lent a $75 for flights of stairs so that she phoned me (I was already in MN at the time).  While I had been on the telephone using Worldwide to determine why they could be charging me because that should have been coated in my quotation the inspector advised my sister in law that he understood we were likely to be within our quotation by roughly 25,000pounds but that he had been prepared to transfer it for $5000. I couldn’t feel that we had that far more things than we’d been quoted and’d read a post about the best way best to avoid scams before that week and noticed this was a frequent practice in the moving business.  To offer you a very low quote understanding that when moving day came customers were usually at a rigorous time crunch and distressed and that most customers wouldn’t truly understand how much their substance actually weighs.  I asked the driver to weigh the truck until they loaded which they refused.   I knew didn’t have that much and spent another half an hour trying to determine what to do.  I didn’t wish to leave my stuff behind and was convinced we were under the quoted weight but read enough about the moving business to understand that after they had my things on board that they could bill me whatever they desired and when I could not cover it then there wasn’t anything I could do. They can continue to keep my things, save it and bill me $300 per day before I could cover, and finally sell it. I was still speaking with Worldwide now with a representative who stated there was nothing in my own quotation about free stairs however that she would track down the manager I left the reservation with and phone me back.  This was the last time that I managed to talk to the provider even after a few calls during the next week.  In this time period, the”professional movers” started loading my possessions.  The driver and his helper had hired two local men off the road to assist with loading.  Two men I can guarantee weren’t bonded or licensed yet now understood where my storage device was found in addition to the contents and I was no more in the region.  Hardly professional.  I’d paid for complete service such as wrap my furniture and packaging items.  The majority of my stuff was already packed and ready to go since it had been in storage although not it all.  They didn’t wrap whatever, rolled my bamboo table top round the sidewalk scratching it seriously, and struck a mirror.  By this time I’d determined there was no way they were going to be permitted to transfer my things.  The”owner” I talked to was utterly unprofessional and even shouted at me for taking the time to choose what to do.  I didn’t expect him at all.  I predicted Worldwide Vanlines too in that time and if they had been prompt and professional all the way around the transfer date, nobody would return any of my calls after there was a difficulty.  I wound up cancelling my reservation by leaving a voicemail.  Once I cancelled my transfer and requested them to place the few items they’d transferred back they started throwing my furniture to the storage device.  Later that afternoon I moved back into the Budget rental truck site to look up info on their own trucks.  We’d considered leasing one ourselves when we wanted to perform itself move but recalled that the maximum cargo weight wasn’t really much.  Sure enough the most significant truck could only adapt 12,000pounds.  However an empty truck weighed against 25,000pounds.  National Moving attempted to bill me that the weight of my freight in addition to the burden of an empty truck!!  Really??!! After waiting 3 months, I ended up performing the move myself now. I’d not seen the storage device because their endeavor to maneuver me and had no idea exactly how much damage was done to my own stuff.  See photographs below.  After viewing this I named the company to submit a claim for damaged merchandise and instantly got the exact same man I dealt with all the very first moment.  I voiced my criticism and requested to submit a claim and he started yelling at me again.  I requested to talk to a manager and he said that he had been the operator and he had been the only person I could speak to.  I inquired what insurer he registered his promises through and that he refused to tell me,” said I want to email him photographs of the damaged merchandise, then he’d record the claim.  I already know this guy is a crook and advised me there was no way I had been sending any pictures until I had a form to complete my claim.  My very best guess is was that he’d attempt using my photographs and say he took them BEFORE loading on moving day to”prove” that they had been ruined prior to the move.  After yelling at me about the telephone again and again refusing to hear I wrapped up.  It was undoubtedly the worst moving experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and I’m SOOOO grateful that I didn’t allow this business to move my things.  However I Don’t know if I’ll ever get to file a claim and have matters solved for my damaged merchandise.

    Scam- national movers -David Anderson

I am one girl who needed to proceed from Nevada into Iowa.  I appeared on the web for moving businesses David Anderson was the first to phone back and was really nice told me that they would transfer my belongings for .65 pound no additional charges, which was the speed. They’d weigh the truck empty and complete, then I would pay 60 percent then, minus the $300 paid up front, then they’d weigh the truck once they reach Iowa, then unload my items and weigh again then I would cover the rest, the movers showed up two hours early, no weigh slide and stated my transfer was about to cost 3200, without appearing in my storage. They had been advised to go weigh the truck and return I would cover .65 pounds, they kept telling me it was likely to charge more that way,I told them that that is the arrangement David and I left and that is how that I would like to perform it. They stated then I will make you a deal it is only going to cost $2100. I clarified again I had been paying .65 pounds he contended and we eventually called David. All of us went back and forth on the telephone for approximately 3 hours David and I spoke the last time that he said OK we’ll do the move as agreed I thanked him and hung up, the Agency phoned back and said regardless of what the arrangement between David and I had been the complete was likely to be 2100. I told them I wasn’t paying that and also to depart. It was really stressful and obviously I haven’t heard from David Anderson back again. They broke the verbal contract and I don’t receive my $300.00 back seem like a scam to me. Glad I sent them away when I did or I will be paying 2100. Or more for the transfer that should have been $900 or so. The movers were very rude. David set up this and has made no effort to get me. I’ve called requesting my money back since they broke our verbal contract.

    Long-distance move from California
    Thoroughly Corrupt company

*People will need to understand that the BBB gave this particular business a”F”. The Business is located in the LA region, with offices in Tarzana and Woodland Hills, California. Please do not confuse this unprofessional business with a business of the Identical name established in Las Vegas, that enjoys a”A” score.   *Total Experience: Awful. Run from this provider. They need ton’t be in company, and a F score says everything. *Cost: Altered if they showed up in the door-In several telephone calls ahead of the pick-up afternoon, we had been advised that we had be billed by the pound, along with the cost of $1,200 was settled on that was predicated on getting greater than 2k lbs., which we all weighed in order that we remained under 2k. The Agency informs us that they bill from the cubit ft., something not said previously. We are stuck, with paid the $300 deposit beforehand and we are up against the clock at leaving city. The cost included a”cage” cost of $200 per for our two family heirlooms–a piano and grandfather clock. *Quality (lack of): The two clock and piano were ruined, along with the bill to fix the clock we only learned is 200. The best part was shorn off at the movement. (The pendulum was out the flimsy wrap once the truck came at our house!) The piano has been scraped, and a world stand, leather fencing, and comforter were also ruined. The previous two were not even wrapped, along with the”crating” to your clock and piano was bits of plastic, cardboard wrap, and also a thin blanket that just covered portion of every product. The piano protect pull-out was not even covering the keys, along with the piano legs were removed but put inside the plastic–massaging from the piano human anatomy and scratching it! Decision Responsiveness (lack of): Awful customer support, together with Jonathan (he never gave a previous title )crying at me, constantly cutting off me, not returning telephone calls, and stating that they have a”third party who operates on complaints”. The motorist, a contracted man who had been apart from Ben, the very first motorist, (Ben and his assistant had been those that did the dreadful packaging task ) told me he had been merely a”third party”, and he also could not assist us with the criticism process because he had been”only the shipping driver”. We had been overcharged only under $250 to get an additional 64 cu. Ft. we did not use (we quantified the specific space utilized on night time of shipping ), and also our products were ruined. *Punctuality (lack of): The shipping was nearly 10 hrs. Late (created in pitch black darkness, rescue a flashlight that I stored ), the motorist could not off-load huge things with no husband’s aid, along with the heirloom clock wound up at the store on account of the harms. The pickup day that was 12/28/11, the motorist was 3-4 hrs. late. *Professionalism (absence of): Nothing to talk this. The direction, packers, and also the very first driver (Ben) were inept and not professional in any way. The delivery driver, (3rd party) did his job, but arrived alone. We watched him off-load and that he definitely did not hurt any of our products because he worked.

    National Moving and Storage

Mr. Anderson was supplied the dimensions of the house and the weights provided by additional moving companies.  He was determined that he would have the ability to move our house in his quotation.  He requested to get a 1 day expansion and has been given the expansion to the transfer.  Over the date of this transfer, a little truck arrived in the house and the movers also suggested that there wasn’t any way possible to their business to choose the furniture. I talked with David Anderson, he confessed the mistake was that his and could ship a second truck but instead of the 4200 contract, he’d want $8000.  I suggested we had an arrangement and a contract, so he also stated that he wouldn’t honor that contract or agreement and acknowleged that he would rather breach the contract. We’ll now report a breach of contract suit against the company and find a revocation of the CPUC and DOT permit as well as trying treble damages. That is a Business that Has to Be put out of business and David Anderson Should Discover a career in a profession that honesty Isn’t necessary for example politics, used auto sales or even the fast food sector.

    Job no: P271632
Moving from: Pullman, WA to Normal, IL

    Date: May 17, 2011
NMS gave us a first quote of $1300. We paid $300 to NMS as first deposit to reserve the moving truck and truck. We supplied that the credit card information to David in National Moving & Storage and he billed the card within the telephone. The pickup date for our material was scheduled for June 26, 2011. It was also agreed that we’d spend $600 on the day of pickup and the remaining 650 on delivery. David also stated that our items will reach us over 10-12 days from pickup. We asked us that was the very first date we would be available for delivery and we stated July 1. He explained that our things could hit us by July 8-11 at the most recent.

    June 15, 2011
Driver by the name of Cesar calls us and asks if we would be fine if our items have been picked up on June 24 or June 25 because it would be easier for them. We contacted David to inquire why there was this abrupt change in plans but he had no clue about what was happening. He requested us notify the motorist directly about our choice. We agreed to a June 25 pickup.

June 25, 2011 (recently agreed upon pickup date)
Two people arrive at a Budget truck. Their titles were Cesar and Marcus. After loading and packaging all of our things, they said that our things weighed against 1197 pounds. More compared to 3000 pounds. For which the first quote of $1300 has been granted. They did some odd math and we don’t have any clue how they arrived at the conclusion that our items weighed 1197 pounds. more. The revised sum currently became $2709.26 and after negotiating to get a reduction, the entire sum was agreed to become $1744. The driver demanded that we cover half the new amount ($872) at the time and another half on shipping. In addition, he required that people pay him in cash and also write a test in his title since he had gas money. We paid him $400 money and wrote him a personal check for $472. The remaining outstanding was $872 on delivery.

    July 5, 2011 forward
David stated our items will be delivered to the weekend of July 8-9.

    July 11, 2011
Our things didn’t reach us within this weekend. Upon calling David, he explained that there was a delay because of 4th of July and that our things will certainly reach us inside July 15. In addition, he stated that our items were on a truck at Wyoming at the moment.

    July 15, 2011
Our things still didn’t reach us. We called to talk with David who was not offered. A person by the name of Jonathan picked up rather and advised us that our items were now in Iowa and could hit us at the week beginning July 18. In addition, he said he would call back on July 18 to affirm exactly the ETA.

    July 19, 2011
Neither Jonathan, nor David named us. When we called, we had been advised that the new ETA was currently July 22-24.

    July 26, 2011
After we phoned David to notify him that our matters had still not come, ” he explained that the axel of this truck where our things had been had broken and that it was being repaired. When we inquired where the truck was, he also explained it had been about the border of Iowa and Illinois. In addition, he stated that truck could be repaired on July 26 or 27th in the most current and that the very next delivery could be ours.

    July 27, 2011
Jonathan now notifies us that the trucks broke down, not involving Iowa and Illinois, but between Nebraska and Iowa. By this time, we were fairly sure that neither of those people had some idea where our items were and that they had been deceiving us concerning the positioning of their truck.

    July 28, 2011
When we predicted this moment, we got somebody named Jamie who shouted at us and said that the truck wasn’t fixed. Upon additional questioning, he revealed that the truck has been broken down not to 1-2 days however for the previous ten days. On exactly the exact same day, David advised us that he’d already arranged for a different truck to collect our items from the busted truck and send to us over the next 1-2 days. When we inquired if the brand new truck was being shipped from California or Iowa, he immediately changed his story and said, he had not yet leased the truck but that he would take action as soon as possible and that it might be either CA or Iowa.

    July 29, 2011
Someone called Golan calls and claims he’s our items on his automobile and that he would send on July 30 or 31. When we inquired where he had been, he explained Wyoming! In addition, he stated that his documents imply that we spend $1187 and $75 for every flight of stairs that he’d need to climb. We had been outraged since the complete outstanding according to the signed contract was 872.

We talked with Jonathan and David and we informed them how their unprofessionalism was causing us a fantastic deal of annoyance. They said they’d attempt to create it so that we do not need to pay the rest upon delivery. In a heated discussion with Jonathan when we yelled at and insulted us,” he said the amount was really $1187 and that the pickup drivers had made an error. After much arguing, he said he would call back. He calls us back and agrees that the overall outstanding was really $872. We double checked this with David and instructed him to notify the driver of this revised figure. We also negotiated that the $75 to get a flight of staircase be waived due to this inconvenience being caused by us. Then we referred to as the driver to validate the new overall amount and he affirmed that it had been $872.

In future discussions with David, when we advised him of his promise to be sure we did not need to cover $872, he stated that we would need to pay initially and that at a subsequent date, our refund (partial/complete) will be processed from the claims section and that a check could be sent to us.

    July 31, 2011
The motorist calls and says he’s waiting nearby in a grocery shop for helpers. After a couple of minutes, he states he’s at our speech but can not locate our townhome. We requested for his specific location and drove to meet him where he and his semi was. When we stated he would need to push within the townhome community, he also denied outright saying that his truck will not fit. When we inquired what the answer was, he explained he would only dump everything on the street and that we would need to make our own structures. He was incredibly rude, haughty and made racist remarks against Indians. We finally agreed that we would rent a little Budget truck, unload our items by the semi and then he and his helpers would float in our townhouse. Then he immediately explained that when we paid him an extra $100, he would find the semi as near this townhome as possible and then they would walk the extra space. Attempting to do this thing done and over with, we clearly consented. Through the unloading procedure, he kept making offensive remarks from Indians, asking personal questions, as well as refusing to carry things upstairs stating that we would need to pay him additional because a few boxes were seemingly too thick and that he was not Mexican that according to him have additional discs in their spines!!! We also heard from him which he picked up our things on July 26 from Oregon! So essentially, all of this while when David and Jonathan kept saying that our items were in Wyoming, Nebraska, Iowa etc., they had been lying.

Notice: We Googled this organization and their telephone numbers and discovered that they have done this earlier. Please visit: http://www.my3cents.com/showReview.cgi?id=95497. It appears this company went with another title before (Greenlight), using another USDOT license. The registered address of NMS was exactly the same as Greenlight.

Throughout the entire procedure, not once were we told the facts about where our items were. David and Jonathan had NO IDEA where the truck had been and every time, they kept lying to us, wanting to pay their past lies.

    Moving

Worst move I’ve ever produced.  My things have been picked up at a small moving van, and which supposed that they were going to need to be dealt with at least a while on a bigger truck.  But when I eventually recieved my things, with lost boxes and damaged things, it was obvious that my things was moved a few times.  Someone even crushed my clothing boxes at half, totally crushing my clothing.  The movers who eventually delivered, nearly 3 months later pickup, advised me that they don’t even usually do residential proceeding.  To put it differently, my burden has been offered to somebody else and that knows where it’d been.

Please don’t use them , They are scammers

They gave me 934 quote, but than motorists come in and advised me it’ll be just like $1500, I was just like okay nice than they load every thing and stated no my final charge is $3500. I said I can not cover that they explained that they will hold my furniture hostage and they’ll bill me storage fee every day, I loathed me not giving my furniture and my belongings if I do not pay them exactly what they said also they guaranteed me exactly same day delivery after innumerable telephone calls and authorities included four days after this is my furniture broken and broken and insurance provided me $150 for busted sofa busted table broken bed frame, if you’re reading this and trying to employ this folks just so that you know they’re like mafia! They’ll provide you lesser cost and cost you 4 times longer and they’ll endanger you.I am now searching legal information to take them to court.

Company needs to be shut down

Many governmental agencies have been put on notice relating to this business and their clinics, but We’ve been informed that National has disregarded their communicating.   You need to examine the Better Business Bureau’s website which may also reveal that National Won’t respond to them either despite repeated petition.   Locate a reliable moving company, this firm chose to breach their contract together and since we Wouldn’t pay twice for them to perform their job They contracted for.   Can’t know what it takes to shut down these folks.   Litigation is at the procedure for violation of contract.   Looking forward to visiting them at court, those idiots have been also heard to confessing to breach their contract with 5 witnesses. Doubt they’ll appear in court, which will demand that they develop a pair and do not find that occurring.

    The worst...

Took out more $ for deposit from checking account than chosen.   They had been nearly 2 days late for pickup, because of stating that the truck broke back in KY..   Showed up at a bigger Budge lease truck.   Kept speaking in Hebrew (so that they say,) to each other, that caused me to feel uneasy, esp. If they could talk English.   Talked me from speaking things since it would only make the poundage head over my quotation.   These things were left behind.   In the close of the afternoon (around midnight,) I had been told it’d be in my very best interest to bypass the poundage and cover to get a directly”thing quotation,” which finally gouged my pocket following the truck had been loaded and they’re prepared to have on the street. I had a 1 bedroom apt., on floor level….no measures, and it had been really little.   I’d and STILL have a storage device, which I had been talked out of taking alot of my items because of this”poundage,”  They talked me from this poundage if they were prepared to hit the street, saying it’d cost me ALOT longer if the truck had been weighed at leiu of a level rate.   Mind you, my buddies moved from Ohio to Fla and had a 4 bedroom, 3 level home with a garage.   They were moving firm (yet another one, naturally,) tow among the trucks and it just cost them $12,000.   I transferred from OH into CO and it nearly cost me $10,000 for that which I transferred!   I have clothing missing, and also an electronic apparatus, which I Am Certain That I sill never find again.   A Few of the furnitures legs were bowed or cracked.   They had been nearly 2 days late moving me, and nearly 2 days late delivering.   They couldn’t locate my plantation kitchen table legs, and if they did, they all dropped them off at my door sometime in the middle of the night. Yours truly had to put it all together.   I’m a middle aged lady.   Cannot BELIEVE he asked me to get a hint upon departing.   Seriously?!   Needless to Say, I telephone the main number and its own disconnected.   Left a message using”DAVE,” without a return phone call.   I must have at least $4,000 for my title.   This firm has set me at a hardship and I Can’t find work.   Each group of paperwork needed another name on the going also…I contested that, along with the sheriff stated it had been a”sister” business.   Uh hu…   Shame on me for not doing my homework and exploring for a Respectable firm, which I believed I’d.   Scammers, and anything else negative you need to phone them….would NEVER urge!!

So far not good- I should have read more reviews and the fine print

In the beginning, the quote I purchased from Glen was too fantastic to be true and that I ought to have understood.
The advice I gave him concerning my home goods wasn’t relayed right into the pickup dispatcher properly, my title hasn’t yet been adjusted,, and also the 2nd pickup place was annotated. I gave them all of the pertinent details regarding my own HHG-was quoted 550 square feet. It was 849 sq. ft. nearly all of my furniture has been at boxes-imagine when it was planted together. My $1600 quote moved into more than 3000. . .for a scarcely furnished 2 bedroom home of furniture. I’ll still owe $954 as it receives there. I am rather stressed that they’ll discover different fees once I awaken there-I’m all tapped out. Although Glen said that my things could be sent to the 22nd no”issue”, they won’t be delivered to the 22nd….when I talked to the dispatcher, I had been told that they have 2-10 times to send dependent on the 1st shipping date annotated. As soon as proceeding is, I discovered that reaction to be somewhat callous and lacking empathy. I am on the brink of tears here. I was able to find a grasp of dispatch now and was advised that when”I understand, I will understand”-that the dispatcher appeared annoyed I was requesting an update on the shipping date and also to confirm the cost amount in the shipping stage.
Being a fresh parent going from Florida to Alabama, moving is trying to start with. This whole scenario is dreadful. Absolutely dreadful.

The afternoon of the pickup, Elijah and yet another young guy showed up (look further down from the testimonials for extra mention of their pick-up employees. I didn’t find that if I did my first search). Loading at my home and loading in the storage space per mile and a half off requires 5 hours. They stopped loading several occasions and at a stage , they stopped loading to inform me that we’d attained that the 550 sq. ft. conspicuous and we can either stop loading and that I transfer the other things myself or they complete loading and that I get billed the additional fees. I had no means of sending itself. I am kinda in my own here. The new overall prices ended up having a entire cost of over $3000. I’d already paid $400 when I reserved the go, roughly $1100 money and more than $700 personal check when they stopped loading. He explained”drop-off in two days?” I said”No, I’d asked delivery to the 22nd” he confessed that and said he would see us afterward. I’m unsure whether he knew I wouldn’t have the ability to find delivery to the 22nd. Now, I believe anything else is possible.

I only need to get my own HHG in a timely fashion without becoming charged for more items. I am already expecting additional fees for your”no longer than 8 staircase” clause that I see in the arrangement. A flight of stairs usually includes over 8 measures. I will ask that they depart bedroom things on the 8th measure and I will haul it the remainder of the way along with my 134 pound buttocks.

Irrespective of how this all works out, I would strongly suggest that you don’t sign a contract on this provider. The price that’s quoted is definitely not what you’ll be payingfor. The great reviews I see here look somewhat suspicious. My scarcely furnished two bedroom home (still in boxes) transfer is costing around $3000 to get a transfer under 600 milesper hour These 2700 400 mile motions which were smooth as silk look not really right to me personally. I am disappointed in myself to taking advantage of. I ought to have known better. I am never having a moving company ever again. I frankly do not feel that they care at all about the client.

I only wish I had read the reviews!!!!

If I could give less than the one I’d. This organization is terrible! They estimate a very low cost and then if they buy the furniture to the vehicle they start to let you know how they must increase the price due to this reason as well as another. Plus they package the truck so that they simply have as much room. And shipping is a whole other matter. I transferred over a month ago and I realised that they don’t have access to a method for me to learn if my furniture was sent only for me personally to be moved to somebody whom I was communicating with the whole time to inform me that they never really put my furniture to your truck! They’re liars and thieves! If you’re moving, then package a UHaul or market it all and start over! Do not waste your cash! And if you do, then do not squander it together. And the only real fine post with this thread is by the individual that is employed there. Do not think it for a moment! I am quite happy I did not give them of the whole shipping residue, I wouldn’t ever receive my delivery! I could have a half a opportunity. The sole reason I will not let them just maintain it’s because I am currently $3500 in and also the furniture that they have that’s of more worth than that! Awful men and women! Smile on your face and stab you on your own back!

    National Moving & Storage

This past year, I needed to go halfway across the nation for private family reasons and later calling around to many different moving companies, I depended on National Moving & Storage since they provided among the very reasonable estimates and just required a small proportion of it because of deposit.

The day before they were scheduled to arrive, and I got a phone confirming the date and arrival time of these movers, and so that was fine. The movers and truck showed up on time on the scheduled proceeding day and got all of my stuff loaded up without any problems. A couple of days after, everything came at my new location without a ruined and nothing lost. They did a fantastic job.

I recently moved and was super stressed out about going across the country, I was not certain how I’d do it. I searched many distinct businesses and finally chose to proceed with National Moving & Storage, and I am quite glad I did.

One of my most important concerns was having all of my possessions (some very precious ) moved across the nation without me current, but everything came on time and undamaged, not a thread out of place. I had been so satisfied with the support, everybody was professional and friendly. I genuinely appreciate the maintenance and efficacy that has been put into transferring me into my new residence. Would use again

As a single mother, I was actually dreading my transfer away from Michigan to New York, yet this firm eased my head from begin to finish. I looked on the net and discovered National Moving & Storage to possess the very best quote. The guy on the telephone was very nice to use when establishing the dates and places. I left my $300 deposit and that I had been quoted $2000 for its transfer. The movers showed up on time and they were quite careful with the delicate stuff, such as my great-grandma’s china. Upon arrival at New York, each of the boxes were undamaged and nothing else had dramatically changed or anything. I had been there since they unloaded and they were quite respectful with my items about the tail end of this move too. Thank you!

    Smooth Move

Transferring is a battle in and of itself. To top it off, moving into a completely new country is down right trying. Add a husband that operates round the clock and two children to the mix, it is a complete nightmare!

In the beginning, I was really hesitant to have an entire stranger manage all of my loved ones possessions. But after talking with somebody out of NATIONAL MOVING & STORAGE, my concerns vanished.

On the afternoon of this move, the employees arrived immediately and began working straight away. They were very gracious and personable.

Upon entrance, everything got there safely. The movers unloaded all of our possessions efficiently and managed our things together with just as much care as though it were their very own.

I’m thankful for this business for treating our loved ones and our items with professionalism. If you’re in need of movers, then I strongly suggest NATIONAL MOVING & STORAGE!

I confess I was a tad bit nervous and reluctant to have a few strangers managing all of my furniture and other valuables, especially with me being an antique collector and dealer, but National Moving & Storage put my fears to rest. Together with the extended distance I had to travel, it had been just such a joy to have expert and skilled assistance on the way. The best part is that there equally as attentive and patient with unloading as they with loading. These are fantastic guys and I would recommend them to anybody. With no doubt.

    My Move

I’m quite grateful for National Moving & Storage. They helped me out with a lengthy transfer from California to Michigan. From pickup to delivery I found no issue. They could match everything perfectly. Normally I am just going to move items myself, cram everything in a vehicle, push the street as quickly as is safe using a somewhat sketchy setup. However, the men out of National Moving and Storage made everything fit perfect no issue with space to spare. I was not concerned about anything breaking or anything crazy occurring. Everything got there safe and sound without any mad scratches or dents mercifully. Overall it had been about $2900 to get all of my things to get moved. Should you require a move surely give them a phone.
