The day of the transfer, when they did not appear on time, I phoned the formerly scheduled sheriff’s office. They explained that my transferred was transferred to 2:00 pm, and afterwards, 6:00 pm. When they did not appear at 8:00 pm, I desperately began calling around, searching for someone to transfer me because, as per my vendor’s contract, I needed to be from my home from the following day. The first driver that they sent was from a different company named America house relocation came DRUNK! Smelling of marijuana and when I requested for the DOT they have been OUT of support and uninsured! The firm they stated would do the transfer was not even then they advised me it’d be or it movers. National Express Van Lines aren’t a legitimate moving company. They have the worst customer support, they shed your things, and the items which you do get will arrive damaged and broken. When I first called I talked with Aaron, who stated he’d help me during the whole moving process, but after National Express needed my things, I never heard back from him and that he wouldn’t return calls. He supplied a minimal estimate, and that I then had to cover extra when the movers came. Aaron also guaranteed to reevaluate a few of the fees. This is a lie, as I needed to cover these charges once things were delivered. I also had a pickup window of 12-2pm. They ended up showing up the next day at 7pm at night!!! National Express just accepted money when they picked up my things, which can be a red flag. Incidentally, Aaron no longer works there. My guess they’re just about to shut this organization and open up under a new name due to their lousy support and testimonials. After National Express needed my things, I needed to bargain with Liz Harrington, who has no expertise in dispatching. Each time that I talked with her, she informed me exactly what I had to listen to, but it was that her advice wasn’t what was actually being done. 1 week prior to delivery she informs me that my dispatch has been in the destination, awaiting delivery. Then 3 times before I was to get my shipping, I talked with somebody else and they inform me that my dispatch still has not left Florida!! I ended up getting my things 8 days ago Aaron’s”guaranteed delivery date”. Additionally, I called and left messages to the boss Alex. Waste of time since he never returns calls. You may call anytime of day to talk with Aaron, Liz or even Alex and you’ll be told that they are out to dinner. I always called after 3 pm and that is the message I’ve got. They answer the telephone with only”Hello”, which had been just another red flag. Do not think their 5 star reviews. I’ve asked for testimonials from their testimonials and never obtained this information. They need to be supplying their own reviews as the information doesn’t match the support they supply. Call them and request references. Do your assignments with National Express Van Lines. Even better, use a reliable, well established moving business.
