    Long-distance move from Alabama
    False promises

This business started off amazing! Very nice fantastic quotation etc. when we select pickup/delivery date I only stated that it need to be achieved at which it could be delivered on June 8th in the latest that the 9th. My husband had been scheduled to start his new job on the 10 th and the children and I won’t be coming until the end of the month. Anyways the woman promised it’d be sent by the 9th when it had been picked up on the 7th! The driver and everybody went a long with this until all of our stuff was filled up. The driver then said he’d call us in one hour and when we didn’t listen to telephone him in 2. We predicted after two hours and he didn’t reply. Eventually after about 4 hours that the manager Adam calls and states it’ll be Monday the 10th @ 5:00pm until our items were delivered. I called Monday to affirm and it shifted into Tuesday evening. Subsequently Tuesday @6:00 pm we found out our things wouldn’t be delivered before Wedneaday Morning. They were eventually delivered to the 12th. They can get away with this since of their contract it stated 5 times. . .too bad I did not observe that ahead and I wasn’t intelligent and listened to Lisa. Out price also travelled up @$300 from what had been quoted even though they took less matters than were expected. They did give us a $75 discount because my husband had to sleep on the ground of a vacant home for many nights. When I’d call about our items I had been yelled at place off, not known as back etc! I wasn’t the nicest person either, but they had our items and wouldn’t say when we’d get them!
Additionally, the driver kept mentioning obtaining a fantastic tip. 1st of all I had been ready to trick also had water and Gatorade and bought them lunch. Tipped after picking up things. Hinted again for trick in drop off (that we’d have done) but we didn’t bc they did not do exactly what they said. All of them lied to us such as the driver. It’s also very impolite to request a tip many times. Very unprofessional!
I’m not there yet to unpack but my spouse does state that what seems to be fine and there. I will test it more thoroughly when I get there next week. The movers did seem to be mindful with our items and wrap them nicely (but we had been accountable for the tape and weren’t informed of the charge ahead ).

Do not use this moving company

Steer clear of using this moving business. The staff in National Express, Inc. (established in Atlanta, GA) are impolite and unprofessional to say the very least. Revenue agents (Lisa) make false claims and supervisors (Adam/Jay) are rude, arrogant and quite unfriendly. Overpriced move, together with prices always rising after quotes/contract was made.

You’re held”hostage” to your things. Purchase or else they threaten to leave your things at a nearby storage facility. They phone you more than 24 hours until they arrive, maybe not giving you sufficient time to make arrangements to accommodate your transfer. Unapologetic, sporty and reluctant to accommodate virtually any fundamental demands.

Initial quotation was for $1,267.31 last charge: $2,330.81

National Express, Inc. are extremely good in two things: inducing stress and anxiety.

Awful experience, never been so mad in my life!

Awful! I would never recommend this business, the truth is I’m still fighting with them. It started out great, really professional and nice. I predict about 4 days ahead of our scheduled movement and affirmed. They called two weeks earlier using a window and stated b/w 10 and 3. We hired a sitter from 10-5 because we’ve got small children and did not need them to become underfoot or angry seeing their stuff transferred. Come 2:30, I phoned and inquired about the standing, the woman on the telephone laughed and stated she did not understand what exactly was going on..kept laughing and said” I did not get the entire story in the driver and do not wish to…” she stated they had been in their way and ought to be there, btu were running late. Come 4 pm, I got a call from Gina who booked us. She stated she noticed we had been on her log and also calle dto inform us that she had us down to the following moment. Currently time, I about freaked since we needed to be from our home bc we shut at 10 am the following day and we’d been waiting all day and that I also had taken the afternoon off work, so today you’ve lost salary and the price of the sitter, and of course the strain we went through as I then got the run around from Gina after which her boss. It had been the worst I have ever been treated, and we all scrambled to rent a uhaul until they shut at 6 de and then to load it, asking neighbors to get assistance and paying them to assist us. We filled until 10 de at nighttime. The following am was a mad scramble to escape the home by closure. The owner promised to refund my money as he offered to come the following am, however I informed him that was too late, and that I could not risk jeoprodizing the selling of my residence.  I invested a great deal of time researching businesses, although I believe that this one has an A rating, I do not know how because I have never experienced anything like this. I feel like that I had been scammed.

    Long-distance move from Georgia
Ripoff by National Express logistics/Interstate Relocation

We needed to go from Atlanta to New Jersey and later submitting our petition on the internet we had been contacted by Lisa in National Express Logistics (should you search to their US DOT – 1911152 – that the related title is Interstate Relocation). She arranged for a trip by Jay, to perform a quote of our belonging and she then sent us a quotation. We agreed to cover extra 1100$ to have a guaranteed delivery date on July 19th and complete packaging. The entire amout of this binding quote was 4483.75$. We paid the deposit through CC. On the scheduled date that the movers arrived on time and were very quick in packaging all our stuff. If they were done loading the vehicle, they stated that the quote was incorrect (apparently we’d double the quantity that Jay esimated!!!!) And therefore we had to cover about 900$ more for additional labour and fuel surcharge. We had no option at that stage, so we agreed to this. They came at destination on the scheduled day despite the fact that they were couple hours late. They requested additional about 300$ bacause they can park the truck just few feets away from the doorway. They desired the equilibrium prior to unloading the truck and then left before we can check our possessions. Once we unpacked we understood that: 1) a few things were lost: a folding wooden table with drawers filled with quality linens to get a value of 800$ two ) all our garments were stuffed in routine boxes rather than being hung to appropriate wardrobe moving boxes since they’d told us 3) a fan which didn’t belong to us had been delivered to our home We contacted the truck driver that stated that the lost stuff was likely in a warehouse in Atlanta, so we contacted Jay, our referent to determine ways to get back the items. Jay told me that he’d discovered that the dining table and that he was planning to send it to us after that week, using another dispatch that they needed to do to another client moving to NJ. Then after we contacted him after that week he explained that that moving did not occur in the end, so that we needed to wait several days longer. And then this dispatch was delayed over and over, until about one month out of the assumed guaranteed delivery date. On August 15th this truck was designed to arrive here after delivering another dispatch to Virginia. On this day we attempted a while to contact Jay to know just what time it had been coming and that he never picked up the telephone nor reurned the voice messages, until late in the day after he picked up our call and said that the truck driver delivered by error our things to the client at Virginia. However he told us that he was likely to have that client send us all our belongings by UPS the following day and that he was planning to send me the tracking information and the contact with the customer. He never did.  The morning afterwards, very pissed off, I requested to get the thing by 1 month of their original delivery date, because otherwise I needed to submit a claim with my insurance and that I had just 1 month in the original delivery date to achieve that. He explained that he wanted couple more days but that he ensured that we were planning to get back our stuff on August 21st and again that he was planning to send me the tracking information. And he also stated he did not care about the fan that has been misdelivered to us and that we can keep it (I suppose that they did exactly the same with our desk…) Then, I tried calling him a hundred times and he never picked up nor called backwards. If I call out of another number which he does not understand, he picks up and then hangs up when he hears my title. Obviously we did not get the tracking number, nor our things. I called the office, Lisa, also strove to get her find out exactly what happened to my linens and table. Additionally, I offered to go pick up them or send a buddy: I just wanted to know where the products were. She said she was planning to inquire Jay and Adams about it and call me backagain. She did not, but now she does not pick up my calls at the office and she does not phone back if her colleague says she’s on the telephone and will call me back when she’s completed. Shortly after posting a negative review of ripoff.org I have been contacted by a supposed motorist of the business, Mike, who announced to be in New Jersey which he would possess my things on his truck. He explained that he was planning to check and call me back the day after. In addition, he explained that if he coulnd’t locate my things I was planning to get a check (although they did not even understand the worth of what was lost ). He never called me back and never returned my calls (it’s been another month today ). We made a decision to continue submitting a claim together to get at least some cash, but they refused the claim, essentially stating that it wasn’t true that our possessions weren’t delivered. Each of the phone/email discussions they had with us,”describing” what happened to our own possessions, seemingly were just for pleasure! In short: – we compensated 1200$ more than what was projected – that they STOLE things to get a value of 800$ – they’ve a non-existing customer support This is the worst company we’ve ever handled. They ought to be investigated since there are a lot of aweful testimonials online demonstrating this unacceptable behaviour. I wish we’d discovered them sooner. Be aware that the very same workers (or even oweners, ” I do not understand ) are connected to firms termed”interstate move”,”federal state logistics”,”specialist movers, inc”.

    Moving experience

Each of their workers are crooks.   I’d never experienced such a dreadful experience before Managing service firms.   DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!! They hook you in using their business by providing you an appealing quotation.   Ours ended up doubled while the motorist got our residence. We needed to load Just One third of items from the quotation into the truck.   They hit on the furnitures to anyplace on the  walls, and we all needed to fix our home afterward.   Technically they hauled our furniture to the truck.   When the furnitures came,  they had been damaged so badly that we cold not work anymore.   Around 9 boxes have been gone.   We faxed them the promise type. Then we might never Find anyone anymore.   We still keep all of the files. If anybody wishes to sue them, then please get in touch with me.  The entire adventure is really a nightmare!!! Save yourself! Do not use them.

    Awful

I’ve not ever had such a poor experience with a moving business. They have been late picking up my items, they made me wait for an entire day, rather than delivered my items, they gave me a price, but charged me another. They scraped my furniture. This organization is awful.
They never called to let me understand that there were several problems. Nobody speaks English. The supervisor is unworthy.

    WORST EVER DO NOT HIRE

That is a joke, so you provide them your move so far and it signifies nothing. July 2nd and I am still awaiting my June 16th shipping. Now I discover that it is because they suppressed my distance necessary and that I owe 400.00 until they’ll program my shipping, therefore after the last ten calls you did not understand that! Whenthe motorist loaded he stated it’d be less as I did not have considerably. Moving is stressful enough with their fast speaking sales staff. Karma dude

    Do not hire

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you would like to be without your things for a week and also have LITTLE TO NO communicating with ANYONE. The ONLY reason that this inspection has a single star is due to Jess, the client support representative that assisted me on the telephone eventually. To begin, I had been told a last cost where I gave a deposit for. After the movers arrived, they informed me that there was a Extended Carry charge of $100 when they needed to move my items within 75 feet. As soon as I gave three choices for where the truck would move, they maintained it was dangerous to them and they might just park the truck from a particular place in the parking lot. This was not revealed to me, along with the movers needed money. They refused to transfer my items till that 100 was given and noted. I phoned my moving representative to guarantee that this was coverage, since it was not explained to me earlier. When finalizing paperwork with all the movers, then they proceeded to verbally attack mepersonally, demanding to know why I phoned her or his manager. They began yelling at me and then yelling in each other. They rudely abandoned my flat, leaving remnants of the resources, tape, wrappings, and so forth. They picked my stuff up on Thursday. The movers afterwards called me and assured me that they were coming Saturday involving 1-3. I didn’t hear from ANYONE for two DAYS after leaving several messages and attempting to achieve out. Ultimately, I talked to Jess. Jess assured me that the movers are here by Wednesday (nearly a week later select up). It’s currently Wednesday, 1:30 PM, and now I’ve absolutely NO upgrade on where my items are, even when they’re coming, or that they’re with. Fortunately, Jess is quite pleasant and so is helping me the very way she can. Nonetheless, this is totally absurd. You give these folks $1700 to maintain their mercy, they’ve all of your stuff. It’s full of empty promises and little without communication. I’m incredibly disappointed and I don’t have any clothing and no furniture. It has been nearly weekly. When I initially intended for this movement to Nashville in Pittsburgh, I had been told”Oh which ought to be a fast move!” “It’d be Monday in the complete latest!” Well, it has been nearly a week, and I am no closer to figuring out exactly where my stuff is. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION.
