We used them two months back and I was quite impressed and pleased with how accommodating they had been together with my moving date which kept shifting back. On the afternoon of the movement they showed up an hour and half late, however, the packers were quite favorable and I enjoyed them. They packed all for me and that I was really satisfied with how badly they had been going along. Our disappointment came after we began unpacking at our brand new property. The boxes have been packed exceptionally carelessly. We’d soooo many damaged things! The kitchen has been the worst of all. I won’t suggest them if you’d like them to package your possessions. But if you package and it’s possible to participate in directing them things to to with every thing they snore, It may be well worth the cost.

I reserved my move nearly two months beforehand. I emphasized I was moving out of a 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor into a 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor and had a great deal of heavy products. The day of the transfer the movers called to let me know they were in their way and it took them nearly two hours to appear. After they eventually came both gentlemen were whining to each other and then to me that they aren’t movers and have been contracted since you Move Me didn’t have sufficient movers for your day. They did not have any tools with them, fortunately I’d resources of my own to allow them to use to unhook my washer and drier. They weren’t cautious with my furniture and now my 3 month old drier has a scrape and my bed framework can be scratched up. They didn’t offer to place my mattress frame together and also left my drier hose in my previous flat. I am very disappointed with the movement and won’t be using or advocating You Move Me.

BAD BAD BAD. Just the worst! They ruined each and every bit of expensive, brand new furniture I had just bought. It was unblemished and immaculate. It seems used. They scratched, scraped and siphoned each piece of it. It was not protected whatsoever! PLASTIC WRAP…. They used vinyl wrapping – no cushioning, zero BLANKETS, simply plastic wrap. Ridiculous. They gave us exactly the exact explanations as they did with different clients that left poor reviews whose furniture had been ruined also. My coffee table is broken and the timber is broken – it requires replacing. We’ve waited patiently on Mr. Norris for FOUR weeks to honor his claims to fix the furniture, however nothing was done. He tried to induce us under duress and induce us to signal some type of legal documents to say we will not say anything bad about him, which we believe is unethical, dishonest, and illegal. He hasn’t cooperated or admired his guarantees. We’ve registered a complaint with the BBB, and he’s still not working.   I wish we’d used the Exact Same moving business we did until we picked that one.   Poor mistake!   We’re currently planning to sue. I won’t ever use this provider again even though it was free!

The movers were respectful and courteous. But they have been very slow and that I was paying for the hour. Moreover, nearly every breakable thing I possessed was busted. The furniture wasn’t blanket wrapped and thus continued harms. This is actually the very expensive movement I have ever made since I needed to replace all of my dishes. Every bit of my grandma’s china was busted and can’t be replaced. I am extremely frustrated and angry.

Simply dreadful!! Broke a extremely costly conference room desk and now won’t cover it. The movers were careless and slow. Awful business!!!
