Additionally, the date of shipping kept shifting which triggered much more pressure to an already stressful situation. Believe me once I say, not understanding where your possessions are and if they’ll be delivered is a true nightmare! When our items had at last arrived, a lot of pieces were missing and damaged. While disappointed, we were not surprised as MX Movers had revealed that the lack of professionalism in the very beginning to the very end of this transfer. It also needs to be mentioned that telephone calls made with my spouse to our MX Movers Rep. concerning the claims/arbitration procedure went unanswered as did the six Accredited Letters which were returned marked”Undeliverable”. The MX Movers Rep. did eventually contact us but only after we published negative reviews on the other site. We had been advised that we would be paid if we eliminated the testimonials to which we mentioned, no.
