These guys simply don’t grab on. I’ve told them that they truly don’t need me to post an overview becaise I will be truthful, and it will not be pretty. Four hundred bucks for 2 men to split my furniture for a single hour going twenty five feet. Let’s try this. First was that the booking, the man seemed higher than a kite, maintained changing the price tag, was sprinkled, could not get things straight. Insisted they needed to arrive at their huge new rig even though this was a really basic unload in my truck in to my storage area. Twenty feet. Arrived late. Enormous empty moving truck I needed to cover, such as a gas surcharge. I didn’t utilize the truck, so I did not require the truck, so I did not need to have the truck! Among those two men had never moved ahead, had constant management. They ruined a number of my items. Had no clue how to package things to a storage area, so cluttered I needed to rent a different unit. 1 hour, four hundred dollars.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. I hired Muscular Moving guys to get a out of state move and also to transfer my vehicle. They packed my home with my realtor in my property. To start with, they didn’t communicate at all regarding what was occurring when. The sole communications from these was to accumulate cash. They transferred me to Texas and if they sent, there were lots of things missing and lots of things damaged and they forgot my auto, literally forgot it. I’m still lacking a reasonable number of things, such as my tests (which I’m leery about). They missed many things from my property, like my whole stove stall and all of my mats. I’m missing many things from a guest room and my own garage and they won’t actually look in to it. It’s been 10 months since I’ve moved and keep imagining things I’m missing, a few wonderful high quality things that I wonder if they were stolen. Every bit of my furniture has been ruined, I paid an additional $500 for insurance and they say I have a $1,000 deductible, not one of that was hauled to me beforehand. They wouldn’t answer calls, return calls or respond to email. I’ve been required to re-buy many, many things but can not replace a lot of them. I took some time to submit this complaint, hoping they’d find my lost things, a number of them quite sentimental. Don’t rely on them, they will mess up your move along with your items.

Quoted 2500 charge 4400. Showed up late, they assured 9 am and revealed at 3 pm unprepared with insufficient boxes and tons of excuses.

Refused to perform the complete job because of period and curfew. Broke and ruined walls and things. Double charged me and have never been able to fix for 30 days. They Promised everything and awakened my stress free of delivery. I was up until two am doing exactly what they wouldn’t.

Avoid these guys, it is all hype exactly what they tell you about your own business. Extremely over-priced poor client services as soon as it comes to attempting to get a hold of these if your relocation goes horribly wrong. Movers aren’t experienced, I had a great deal of damage and also a bill double the amount I had been quoted. Beware of these guys!

RUN. . .This is the largest nightmare I ever experienced! Let us begin this business showed up on May 24 with four packers, that packaged about 80 percent of my house. How my stuff had been packed was completed within an ill fated shape and material had been chucked in boxes without a protection. It required my MONTHS to form organize and many of it had been disposed from irreparable harm. I sent a movie to the business revealing the way my stuff had been unloaded and the answer was”What is wrong with this?” Nearly all my stuff has been thrown to one area, floor to ceiling, and blocking doors, shattered windows, and ripped the floor, only for starters! They really had a shifting blanket in one bedroom with kitchen products, kitchen things and miscellaneous inside that quilt! ALL BROKEN naturally. ALL my art job has been chucked to an 80″ TV box together with ZERO protection. My appliances were ruined, 90 percent of my furniture has been broken! Really it would be much easier to state what was NOT busted, That has been the things that I packed myself! The business responds by stating ALL my things were damaged and broken. Seriously. . I proceed from 1 country to another the proprietor Justin Hodge came into my house inspection what was being transferred, and he put a 69K worth, Just, just how did you receive a worth if ALL my material has been already broken and ruined? I am saying I’d NEVER recommend, hope or use this firm! I’ll be delighted to upload images, I’ve got over 200 and also the movie’s upon birth and that which has been left behind! His Mail reply…I really did. . .WRONG….Who signed that the products were sent in great shape David? “The person that you hired” WRONG,” he’s written a letter saying that isn’t his signature either! Thus WHO DID SIGN THESE CONTRACTS? They ask me to publish a list list of broken/damaged/missing things and EACH AND EVERY time, is largely N/A. . .HOW do they understand exactly what was on the vehicle when NO stock was shot? Do you feel the driver opened each box and then inventored them. . .He DID NOT!!
I’d amazing antiques, collectibles which are all GONE! I dropped my husband to cancer and EVERYTHING that has been stored for our kids is GONE!!! I needed to add comedy to endure this nightmare!!! I have been an avid doll collector and also it could be confirmed online any person who knows me, knows that I collect dolls!!! I owned items that I possessed net that were not found, and suppose what..IT”S ALL GONE!!! ALL gone with NO justification! I came here without the strings pans, silverware, towels, and bed lines. . .ALL gone!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. . .Of that quantity of harm Muscular Moving Men provided a 700.00 settlement!

The Shipping experience was about as poor as it’s:

They ended in about 7 hours, which saved me a little cash but I’d have rather had caliber over conserving time. Once they left once we began going through boxes, we found that they piled heavy boxes on mild ones so that they light boxes were caved in and a few of the things inside was ruined, and the box was so collapsed that we could not even take it to where we had it. We discovered knicks and scratches on lots of the furniture. I was very disappointed.
I received a call from Muscular Moving Men and the girl was inquiring about my expertise. I told her frankly that the boys were so fine however there were several difficulties. We spoke for a little and she looked very worried. She even said she’d talk to the Running Manager and maybe she would get me some cash back. Still have not gotten a call back. That is unsatisfactory. I might have called and filed a claim but I actually felt like when they had been such a fantastic companion, the girl would have followed up and since she did not, I understood that they truly don’t care about their clients.
Before all of this, I’d advocated to my cousin that had been going into an apartment. The sofa I gave her was damaged. A major chunk of this leg has been broken off, probably since they slammed it down hard. Had I known about the problems I’d have throughout my movement, I would not have recommended for my cousin.
I have used Arizona Brothers previously and they are aware of what they’re doing. I needed to phone them to receive my fridge.
I believe that the matter with Muscular Moving Men is that they hire young men who really do not care about quality. I won’t ever use them again. Sad to say because I hate to give bad reviews and always give people the benefit of the doubt. I simply know better today.
