    Long-distance move from Florida
    Thank you guys

I recently moved into Toronto, ON. I filled with an quote kind on and Mel contacted mepersonally. She moved through the stuff listing with me and anticipated that the movement around 3000 pounds. She explained me the fees and the ceremony. I felt cozy and I booked my moving date with her. She contacted me 48 hours prior to the pickup date and then affirmed the time of pickup. The team was so friendly and they did fix a whole lot of my packaging besides wrap my furniture. I was very happy overall with the entire pickup loading procedure. Today I got my cargo in great condition. Same team delivered my things. I would like to thank all of them. It feels really great to get this completed with no hassle. Thanks Mel!

    Well Orginized

I’ve contacted MultiCity on Jul 10th. I’ve reserved with Mel. She was really friendly and did help me the entire time. I’ve ordered the pickup date on 13th of July along with the movers were on time as well as specialist. They protected the flooring and Trevor who had been accountable supplied a list checklist I managed to test off in Edmonton, AB and also make sure they sent everything. It took 9 days to arrive along with great condition. I strongly urge MultiCity moving. Thank you MultiCity. I have a fantastic story to tell, not a horror story. I’ve red a great deal of horror stories on the internet. Mine was as easy as I would expect.

Very satisfied with my move from Calgary to Toronto

I eventually got around to writing this review and I think that it’s well deserved. After many conversations with my reservation representative Nicole and eventually deciding in my own date I hired this organization and put my deposit down. Main reason why I went for this business despite a number of these reviews, was due to Nicole and her loyalty in addition to customer support. I’d quite detailed and special requests as it came to how I needed my own move to proceed and they could accommodate me and follow-through along with my orders. 1 thing which also created this business stand out has been that they enable you to be present to the true scaling therefore there are not any surprises in the long run. The price was very fair and I’d pay it again for the support I received. One thing that I would complain about is the items were two days late for the shipping date I asked, I recognize that they do not give exact shipping date but at least they tell me that they were not likely to create it. 1 thing I also requested was that they supply me with a level rate for packaging materials and I got a very great deal on the number of boxes I wanted, along with the grade of the packaging stuff was quite great. In general I’m pleased to be writing a very fantastic review about this organization and the support that they provided me with. I’ve referred a couple of the business partners who might be moving to Ontario also to go for this firm. –Kerry H.

    WORST MOVING COMPANY IMAGINABLE

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! They lent me an sum of $1400 and then tried to inform me this the new amount could be $2600. They stated that the fat of my things had been 3,600 pounds when actually it was just 1500 pounds (I’d them reweigh the things because I understood the weight was bogus ) They needed me to leading an ADDITIONAL $300 to reweigh the things although I’d documentation that my things didn’t weigh that sum from a preceding move. After hundreds of hours wasted on the telephone together and after getting BROKEN things nothing has been solved. This provider is an entire SCAM and ought to be closed down instantly. DO NOT EVER USE THEM.

***DO NOT BE FOOLED BY ANY POSITIVE FEEDBACK. I’ve CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO FIND OUT THEY HAVE A REPEAT HISTORY OF HORRIBLE SERVICE***

    Beware!

Buyer beware! Tons of guarantees and not one maintained. Our material has been picked up jan 24 2014 and has been told it would arrive at Vancouver in roughly 14days based on weather. Called to confirm closing expenses and estimated delivery day on February 10th and our stuff was still in Ontario. Was then told it’d leave in a few times as they had any unforseen conditions, which was all they’d say. Called about the friday truck still had not told and left it should depart the next tuesday being February 18th. Called yet again about the 18th said clearly leaving on the Thursday. Contacted again told truck must depart on the sunday. Nicely major surprise come monday morning celebration still hasnt left. Told them contract completed rented a uhaul and picked up things ourselves. Still charged us the following 925 bucks since apparently they did half of their occupation and would not release our items before paid.
Arriving at the place we had been greeted by a lot of unprofessional young men and women who seemed barely out of high school. Found them disrespectful and smart mouthed.
Nobody ought to be handled this way and we’re looking for legal counsel to pursue this further. Regardless of if our substance was ruined during their maintenance I guess We’ll find out if It’s unpacked in Vancouver

    Multicity Movers WARNING!!!!

Among the worst encounter in life by selecting multicity movers. They delayed the movement almost two months and didn’t supply any reduction or reimbursement. They make the most of this situation that they hold our items. Please don’t opt for this worst movers. Customers satisfaction is quite poor. Workers are extremely harsh and they don’t have any regard for clients. Make sure they cite that the shipping date quite specifically and also confirm about concession and reduction should they delay the shipping. I’d defenetely not suggest this movers to any..my encounter was a night mare. . .especially don’t speak to Nicole(Manager) since her guarantee goes in vain and if they assert some concession ensure they provide it written..otherwise they’ll deny that the very fact in the end..They will make u cover the conclusion without which u will blackmailed that u would not get ur things. . .Business in this way shouldn’t be valued and really sneaking clients money..VERY VERY VERY VERY POOR clients satisfaction and arrogant with clients too. .

    BEWARE

This firm chose up our possessions after having a 7
Page stock list to get a quotation of $1,400. After many efforts to get a contract or even a statement Multicity denied to
Drop off our possessions after charging us $6,800 real price.
Multicity has vowed to answer any communicating together for 3 weeks now and is currently calling household members for
Payment once we haven’t yet obtained a contract, a statement, storage payment info or possibly a touch to talk about some of the. Multicity is now working as”Provincial
Movers” and won’t respond to some Multicity communications.

    BEWARE

I’ve contacted a Attorney, filed a complaint with Ontario
Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau.

    A horrible moving company

You truly don’t need to attempt Multicity Moving. It’s a terrible terrible firm. They pretend to be fine before signing a contract, however they’re quite rude; particularly, the general manger, Brock, he’s the individual that you don’t ever wish to converse with. They dropped my most precious things, but they never attempt to locate them or compensate for the reduction. In addition they overcharged me additional 100$ for warehouse handing fee that’s not on the quotation. Furthermore, they added nearly 1000 pounds weight that overcharged about 500$. As their driver said, including 1000 pounds isn’t anything to this corporation. Here I’m telling everything accurate, and that I hope other folks won’t be hurt with their unethical support.

    Incompetents and morons work there

I reserved with Nicole in Multicity back in March. I had been going to Montreal but was planning to remain in my brothers before I find a place, and so I had to utilize the storage that they provided.

To start with, do not get duped by Nicole’s friendliness. She’s the very useless customer support I’ve ever addressed. I had been nice to her since they had my things and being a jerk would not get me everywhere but she does not have any ability to do anything and she’s no followup skills.

As soon as I booked they needed to have a deposit. I had been told $150 nevertheless they took $200.

When they first came to pick up my belongings in the end of march, Nicole told me that the movers are there between 12pm – 1pm. They simply showed up at 5:30pm. I called the office to learn what was occurring and that I had to phone back twice since Nicole was too idle to phone me back seemingly.

I then needed to examine the free storage period which before I understood that I inquired in the eventuality I had to use more how much it’d be Nicole advised me $75-$100 determined by how much material I had. I actually did not have much and they charged me $150 for the storage for 1 month. Another thing that they say and do not stick to. However, what are you really gon na do that they have your own stuff.

I then discovered a location. Agreed with Nicole about the shipping date of June 5th. About the 3rd I got a call from the dispatcher that some thing was wrong with the truck and also that they wouldn’t send until June 19th. Like really?!!!! As this dude wasn’t sounding the cleverest and had no customer service skills I predicted back Nicole about the 4th and she moans and bla bla bla. Total of [EDIT]. Subsequently she finally calls me back the 6th to inform me that they would deliver on the subsequent night that she pulled some strings and that the movers could phone me when. They would be shut. Yah well the sole real string she pulled was likely the one she’d stuck inside her A**!! I waited and waited till 11:30pm and never got a telephone or a series up.

I then call back again on the Monday and she said that something was wrong with the truck and also all again. How easy how that truck consistently appear to brake down?

I waited all week for her to call me back that I ended up calling her and did not hear back before the Friday. Twice they screw me around about the shipping and no longer followup and urgency then that? Pathetic.

Eventually they delivered to the 16. Almost two weeks later than initially agreed on and they had the audacity to not even give me some discount that I asked for.

I had been talking to this mine or friend who’s to move her two story home here about them in the beginning. Trust me she ain’t using them today.

All and all this provider is unethical and equipped with a lot of morons. Nicole didn’t even have the courtesy to follow up article moving to ensure I had all and that it functioned well. Oh and they completely over charged me by for certain at least 200. I weighted my things before and it wasn’t where close to the weight that they gave me. Frankly I believe in Karma and I will tell you that this provider is in for a quite difficult awakening once it strikes them.

Truly, DO NOT do business together. They’ll only make these up costs which appear great in concept but in fact they’ll find a way to twist you in the long run. BIG TIME.

Shame on Nicole, and also this whole firm. I can only expect that they drop under investigation and that every single worker there has personally sued and place to bankruptcy.

And I only need to state, they may think I was dumb but the discussions I had on the phone together are listed in my tablet. I place Nicole on speaker phone and listed with my pill. So hopefully this can help the ministry of customer services closed them down for great

    Multi-city Moving

My possessions were picked up May 11 2014 out of Vernon, BC visiting London, ON. I had been told a lot of [EDIT] after I first decided to go together. For example 6 FREE WEEKS OF STORAGE, and also what they aren’t telling you is it’s by the pickup date. In my scenario , it took 18 weeks for here to ontario. So today I haven’t even two weeks left.

I had been told that they would wrap my furniture (grandmothers table etc) to get FREE and that its contained with the price. We find out they’ve charged me 300 dollars for wrap.

Obviously, I had been given a secured in quotation of 1361.70 taxes contained along with includeds destination and source surcharge and scale commission.
My”hassel free transfer” is currently at a price of 2400.00 and after talking to the proprietor Abraham I believe like this provider is absolutly terrible and totally unprofessional.

Wasted so much time calling and among the team saying they’d call back but never heard from them. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Ripped off by multicity/absolute now elite movers

They’re currently running since Elite Movers. The proprietor will be Abraham Avanus: -LRB-416-RRB-732-8955; director – Nicole Kepka: -LRB-647-RRB-992-3651. They reserve your relocation then attempt to discover a mover to select this up. When they can not, you are left last minute locating movers. Other circumstances , they send in containers in which things get mixed up as well as ruined. Authorities are now investigating Nicole Kepka for fraud because of using the title Sara (an former worker who stopped because of the lousy company being performed ). You merely talk to Sara if there’s a difficulty (Nicole disguising her voice).

    VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I’ve had many problems with Mulitcity exemptions also it’s very tricky to get ahold of anyone to get matters solved. Emails go unreturned and once I call the individual who will assist me’s always”in a meeting”.

I transferred in Hamilton, Ontario to Calgary, Alberta and wanted some help having things delivered across state. The initial quotes for charges were fair and that I had been told that delivery could require 7-10 days. Depending on the burden of my things (some little furniture, a couple boxes, plus a bike ), and employing the template that they gave me, I anticipated price for no more than $1300. They counseled me that my things weighed in at over 3000 pounds, which is totally hopeless, and they included additional charges, bringing my fees to over $2100. When I am in a position to talk to anybody, they don’t give me a sensible explanation, and needed they still re-weighed my burden, there could have been an extra cost of $300.

The purchase was affirmed and the pickup was May12th therefore I was anticipating delivery before or on May 22nd. That date came and passed on , and following multiple handwritten emails, I finally got a person on the telephone at the start of June and they informed me it would arrive at the next week. On June 12th I have a phone and they said it’d arrive in the 13th, and so that I took some time from work especially to get my shipping. In the day on the 13th they called back and cancelled without a new anticipated delivery date. It eventually came on the 16th and virtually every peice of furniture needed scratches and dents in it. I’d put my bike on a rack so that it could be hauled safely and also the rack came, however there was not any bicycle! As soon as I contacted them regarding the lost motorcycle, they explained that it was put on another truck for security functions, so that it was not damaged. Weeks went by and if it still had not arrived, I contacted them again and they said that it’d really been abandoned, and not wealthy in any way. It was eventually picked up on July 4th and extra fees were inserted for its seperate shipping, which isn’t my fault however they now refuse to reevaluate. It’s July 17th and I STILL don’t have my bike. When I contacted them last, they stated that it has been sitting someplace in Edmonton since July 7th, however they don’t have any trucks coming back into Calgary anytime soon. The girl on the telephone actually suggested that I need to head out to Edmonton to pick this up! Depending on the status of my furniture as it came, I’m scared to find out what my bike resembles.

They’ve incredibly inadequate company, bizarre delays on shipping, and I’ve been not able to talk to anyone about getting all of my added, unwarranted fees deducted. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

    Run from Multicity

You will find specialist moving companies and then there are these men.   In short, nothing but thieves masquerading supporting a legitimate company.   It’s almost absurd if it did not cost me nearly $3000 value of compensation I have yet to recuperate. For all those people who read this critique, please see the numerous others in which individuals have had horrible experiences with this particular company and solidify their warnings!!   There are far more negative reviews than positive reviews of the firm. My expertise Isn’t a particular one and also the Individuals who work in Multicity will seem very pleasant and sensible until they are in possession of the own furniture and cash!

    WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

My husband reserved Multicity on Dec 2nd, 2013 because of our move from NYC to Toronto scheduled for Dec 21st, 2013. Our booking was supported along with the security deposit has been billed.  Their dispatcher named us the evening before the movement to state that he will not have the ability to transfer us about the planned date of Dec 21st. As a result of extremely short note, we had been not able to locate alternate movers, therefore that my husband and I reserved a U-Haul and drove the vehicle to the afternoon of the planned move. Besides the strain brought on by THEIR refusal to provide their support on Dec 21st, we dropped over $200 after we canceled our flight tickets so as to push the truck ourselves.  Today Multicity is not able to even return our safety deposit!!!
