I had a horrible experience with this business. They offered me a fantastic speed to move a desk and sofa 2 hours from 1 home to the next. In waiting period, that place them nicely over the pricing of these other bids I’ve got. Really unsatisfactory given they never confirmed the shipping date and I would not ever use them again.

The worst scammers I have ever encountered. Lied about delivery period, tried to raise cost by 50 percent at pickup. Still haven’t delivered my items and are not going to release my items that I believe have not even left NYC. The movement was likely to be a 5 hour drive. I informed them the newest date suitable for shipping. Nicole promised that wasn’t any situation. I inquired if they possessed the shipping trucks. Nicole whined and stated, yes. They don’t have the trucks used for long distance shipping, as I’m now figuring out. I gave them all of my possessions and haven’t seen them since. They function like thugs. They won’t react in writing when they get your money and possessions, and the girl, Nicole, lies lies lies only to get your company; and after she does, is different just to get you off the phone. You need to call for days and after every 2-3 days, she will pick up and tell you another lie. Literally was lying to me for weeks. I requested them to provide me the place of the warehouse in which my things are saved simply because they have yet to be able to send them (5 hr drive) and Nicole after a few calls from me said she’d offer the speech. Have not heard from her in days despite numerous emails and calls. I truly haven’t dealt with a filthier grade of men and women in my 15 years in NYC. Don’t use. They’ll TAKE YOUR THINGS AND DISAPPEAR. Spread the word. And no matter what you do, be cautious with hiring movers. I am kicking myself for not only obtaining a U-Haul. That might have been so much less stressful and more economical.

Wallet stolen, upcharged, could not have been much worse. Was not able to earn the last payment because I needed to close one of my account because of among Mubers’ craiglist movers sneaking my test book + wallet.

For your own sake, go in a different way. Moving staff itself is nice, but firm is horrible and shouldn’t be reliable.

Mubers Transferring hired craigslist employees in a budget rental truck to move my items. They broke several things, did not follow up about compensation and attempted to upcharge me $1,000+. The sales staff appears to be professional, such as Nicole, however they shouldn’t be trusted. Horrible experience for me and my loved ones. Oh, and also the craigslist movers were not assessed and you stole a box of personal items.

Mubers billed us more then their”binding quote”. $1000.00 more! They’re currently holding our furniture hostage since we refuse to cover the additional $1000.00. Then 3 hours until they introduced the furniture into the home they said and called to be certain the payment is in money. We didn’t have money but even if we failed, banks have been shut. They picked up and attempted to provide the furniture after dark. Since we did not have money they maintained our furniture and hauled straight back in SC to NY. They say we can not get our furniture till we pay an extra $1000.00 all in total, BEFORE they provide the furniture. That is extortion. We requested for mediation paperwork which needs to be given by legislation from them. They denied till we pay them in cash in total first! We don’t know whether any of those items are stolen or broken. We’re currently considering legal action.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE THIS COMPANY!

I used them recently to move in NYC to VA and they have been incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. Once they picked up my things I needed to call them several times so as to even start to find a timeframe for when they’d drop it away. I called at least 5 times and every time that they pushed the time period afterwards and afterwards, even though the first quote stated they’d drop off it within five business days.

Several weeks after they showed up in my new home completely unannounced! No call, no email, no text, no certainly no heads up at all.

They were rather lucky I was home that afternoon, but it was a really rude awakening to be awakened from the movers thumping the door. Once I let them in they they then told me I needed to cover via Venmo. That is right – that they DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS OR PERSONAL CHECKS – just venmo or money. It had been EXTREMELY SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They also lost one of my bits of furniture.

I’ve contacted them a dozen times in a refund and they always give me the run around. The individual who will authorize refunds seemingly only works for one hour each morning. Again, extremely unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is undoubtedly the worst moving business which exists. They lent me that a”fixed” cost for several of the things I had been moving, so promising me that I”would not be billed for a cent more”(their precise words) if the movers arrived and packed everything into the truck that they billed $500 over the true quantity. As soon as they took our things and the money that they would not answer my calls, or emails, even once I threatened to take them to court they stated that our things would be sent a week later. My stuff arrived boxes and shattered ripped. They came in another truck providing my things with an entirely different business. No matter what you do, do not proceed with Mubers moving. Mubers transferred me in New Jersey to Florida. It’s been more than a month and now I still don’t have a mattress to sleep with.

I made the mistake of falling for Nicole’s (sales rep) apparently great and fast communication at the start and the affordable cost quote. All of that changed following the movers picked up my possessions. After pickup, I firmly suspect Nicole began to display my calls because I was just able to receive a reaction from her via texts. The only real time I managed to talk with her about the telephone was once I used another telephone number to phone.

The transfer cost nearly twice what I had been quoted, even though mentioning the measurements of all my possessions when obtaining the quotation. I’d have confessed that’d I got my possessions in time and undamaged (or even at all, even in the event of my lost furniture).

Again, I wasn’t able to achieve Nicole or anybody at Mubers by telephone. Nicole had once again picked to text, mentioning that she had poor phone sign, and guaranteed to search for my mattress framework slats very first thing in the afternoon or send me replacements. As soon as they load the truck and began to Stamford, CT they phoned me and said they’ll cost 4 hours minimum $140×4=$560 and $140 for traveling time and staying $150 for gasoline, mileage and tolls. In the time of shipping they requested me to pay $150 more on top of first $850. Really I must have been billed only two hours for labour because it took 1 hour for loading and one hour for unloading. Prevent these scammers. As I didn’t pay additional cash, and after I gave $850 before unloading the truck that they unload the material right in the front of the principal entrance and abandoned. They left the King Mattress in centre of the street. Each of the boxes, torso, 3 chair recliner couch, Love chair and all of the house stuff on the primary entry. I don’t recommend them for almost any moving services. They’re cheaters and they would like to get paid by money, but while reserving they stated they will accept credit cards, checks and money orders too. However, while shipping they provide obscure motives to pay by money like Credit cards aren’t approved or their systems are down or there’ll be additional service fee to cover credit cards etc.. Merely to prevent consumer complaints, reports with credit card suppliers. I strongly advice to stay away from these types of cheaters if you require peace of mind whilst going and if you do not need to loose your hard earned cash.

Zero or negative stars is much more suitable. Possessing many issues with Mubers without a shipping date yet. Select up for August 1st was postponed to August 2nd. Moving things from NJ into SC. Binding quote moved from approx 1700 to 2700 at pickup. They low balled or didn’t have expertise to ask questions to properly gauge, like possibly actual size of things. We shifted some things but not dimensions wise. Driver afterward called and stated he had no clue if he would come (and did not understand where Astoria was!) . We had been stuck doing it ourselves, had to receive a un haul from 1 hour off as none had been available everywhere!! NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!!!!!! Fair warning- use at your own risk…

Bad communication, unprofessional, not able to commit to shipping times, don’t adhere to their sentence, badly managed furniture, scratches into the point at which I eliminate all, a full and HUGE waste of my time, money, and patience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

MULTIPLE date changes/delays equally on pickup and on delivery because of”becoming a collision” and”moving truck broke down”. No one appeared to have some idea what was happening ever. Delivery team didn’t have fundamental tools like box-cutter, scissors, screwdrivers – needed to use mine to get furniture assembly.

Don’t advise wasting your own time. Pay the excess premium to get a REAL PROFESSIONAL moving business.

It has been 41 times because I reserved Mubers Transferring Corp, and I don’t have any idea where all of my life possessions are located. I had been swayed by Nicole as nicely with what appeared a competitive binding quote and sadly chose this business for my final minute move across state. I had been quoted $1335 but had been forced to cover $1170 (65 percent of the new cost ) once they finished loading. I requested the mover about an estimated delivery date but had been advised to speak to the corporation. THEN all of the disturbing problems began. Not one of my e-mails or telephone calls are followed current. When I managed to get through by telephone, I had been given various explanations the driver could not be attained or their system was down. Another time once I was told I would be followed up with in 20 minutes to a hour, I also have NEVER been called backagain. My calls are screened also -a household member obtained through precisely the exact same morning/right once I was not able to acquire through many times. After Nicole realized I had been listening in on the conference call, she wrapped up the telephone.

Fix will definitely cost a whole lot of cash! Many cardboard boxes have been brokenup, opened… Of those boxes, items vanished.

Due to the lack of professionalism, their urge to operate (they whined my items from the warehouse), I had been made to let Penske truck – 16 ft (also! , also for my own money!) And myself to provide found in stock in FL!!!

They were assumed to come at 3PM to maneuver me. They showed up at 11 PM and nobody got in contact us about becoming overdue before 9 PM. We predicted the company multiple days and nobody understood why they were overdue. After coming at 11 PM, the motorists were exhausted and were willing to be carried out with us. Then they DIDN’T cover some of my house having protective covers and only took everything and hauled it to the vehicle. But do not worry, they guaranteed to request a cigarette prior to leaving. Then they took 1.5 hours to reach the last destination, and it will be a 40 minute drive in 12 AM. Upon reaching the destination, then they explained that the provider costs $75 to lift things for each floor over the original, but did not take money since they were attempting to get me a”favor.” After, talking to Jeanette and Gilbert (Muber workers ), I had been advised that this wasn’t correct. THEY WERE TRYING TO MAKE MORE MONEY. Additionally, halfway through the movement then requested for the entire check and hurried me to provide them the cash b/c they were exhausted, it was overdue, and they desired to depart. They took the cash and supplied me with NO documentation regarding the move whatsoever! I Don’t Have Any PAPERWORK!!! Additionally, according to Jeanette, the firm does not take tests. Why did the motorists choose it? They transferred all of the up furniture into my flat, also DESTROYED EVERYTHING!!!! The sofa was ripped, the walls of my flat scraped, the dining table scraped, the seats all horribly scraped, and THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY LEFT WITHOUT TAKING EVERYTHING OUT OF THE TRUCK!!!!! THEY HAD COVERS IN THE TRUCK BUT WERE TO LAZY TO COVER IT. After recognizing that all of my house wasn’t in my flat, I talked to Gilbert and Jeanette who advised me that they would get it to me the following moment. IT TOOK A MONTH TO GET EVERYTHING BACK. Gilbert also guaranteed that a $130 test to be returned for me as I payed for 3 hours of support however they functioned less than two. Additionally, the listing of things to be transferred, which they made,was not accurate. But, Gilbert and Jeanette stopped answering my calls following countless telephone calls. They had been repeatedly telling me that the drivers had been oN their method to return my house and cash, but somehow the tasks they had been working daily I predicted”went too long.” They did not wish to offer me my cash!!! They’re thieves! THEY ALSO SAID They FILED AN INSURANCE CLAIM BUT DIDN’T SEND ANYONE OVER TO THE APARTMENT TO SEE THE DAMAGE. HOW CAN YOU FILE THE CLAIM W/O PICTURES?? JOHN TOLD ME THAT IT WAS FILED A DAY AFTER THE MOVE! REALLY?! I then talked to John, who called himself the”manager,” but in fact is not. He even sent a catalyst to lose my things and cash two weeks ago. But imagine what!! NO CHECK!!! THEY DIDN’T BRING MY MONEY!!! I then called John and he also explained that he did not understand anything about cash. Then they blacklisted me along with my spouse, refused to answer the telephone once we called, and even called us back with obstructed callerID. I only got married and they’re needing to return my cash and simply returned my home after a few battling together! IT’S SCARY HOW THEY DON’T WANT TO WORK WITH ME. THEY WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY AND IM SURE THEY DIDN’T FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM
