    Long-distance move from Illinois
Responsible, professional, reliable movers.I would recommend !

United Relocation Movers have been Terrific! They allow us to go to some other nation. It was first time working with this moving business. I received a a call from Chris and also we moved through the things I want to proceed, he gave me a quote that I like. He asked me roughly 25% deposit to book the movement ($605). The binding quote for my transfer was 2500.
On the transfer afternoon I decided to include xtra boxes, movers( LEO) clarified me that the contract’s coverage, I had been charged for an additional $700 same moment.
    Men were friendly and hardworking.
Delivery man in FL repositioned all of our furniture, so they were quite cautious with all our stuff.
I would recommend this organization and work with their service again!!!

    Moved to California

I only recently moved to California, so I want to discuss my expertise using United Relocation Group, quite pleasant folks and they did a very fantastic job for me personally. I enjoyed that they took good care of my furniture, so nothing had been ruined, particularly I had a large aquarium that they created for this a distinctive wood cage. They offered me a fantastic price, actually less than I anticipated. I would recommend this business to anybody who’d prefer a simple move.

    GREAT JOB!!!

Hi, we hired United Relocation movers for another time, roughly three years after first move with trhem.
No complaints, the men were GREAT such as the very first moment.
I compensated xtra for those men to put down flooring security, beacuse of terrible wheather, to ensure that the timber flooring didn’t hurt.
They had been upfront telling me that some of my pressboard furniture from IKEA could fall apart, and sadly one of my unwanted tables had been damagedm, it’s not a major thing.

    Moving experience

I am certain that you understand, moving is stressful. It’s a #3 in the record, following divorce and bankruptcy.
I had every assurance that United Relocation Moving Group provides with fantastic company, Ron and Nikolas were useful during whole relocation, till they contacted me that my furniture has been packed to the truck/trailer and I had been told that Driver would get to my home at 2-3 Days. Incidentally, this movers moved my possessions from Chicago, IL to Phoenix, AZ..
Driver not answer my calls, Ron couldn’t hit out him .At the conclusion we all found out truck had been busted on the manner in New Mexico, due to struck, and truck conducted two days afterwards.
Generally I’m delighted using United Relocation Group, expect through next five decades not gont go from state,if desired will proceed together again.

    Moving made easy

This firm assisted my family move in the rotten tainted state of Illinois into the gorgeous sunshine state of Florida. Everything went really smoothly from talking to the salesman and becoming quoted a far better bargain than the rest of the competitors, to getting the movers over and getting everything packed snugly and moved off. The movers were good, they looked after everything, we did not need to lift a finger. They arrived in the scheduled time and filled their trucks with 3 strong guys and they unloaded everything in my lovely new house in Florida on the day that they stated they’d. I would advise Moving Statewide to all of my friends and loved ones.

    MOVE WI TO VA

I had a excellent encounter with United Relocation Group. To beginning,I contacted a couple of companies to receive the best speed, also United Relocation was that the winner. To receive the quotation you need to complete a thorough inventory form in order that they could figure out distance in the truck. They return to me with a quote of 1800$. They phoned me the day ahead to confirm the moment, which has been useful. They came a bit early, that was fine with me, I had been prepared to go.Mike sat together personally to discuss paperwork while another two guessed the best path to find out everything, either front door or rear door and immediately went to work having what out. They wrapped my furniture and aside the bits that had the excess care.the men moved so quickly, from the time we were finished using paperwork, and they were almost finished getting all out.
On delivery day truck arrive punctually. There was just two men. Leo and Robert. I believe, very pleasant individuals. They put up my living space just how I wanted it.
After they had hauled a hugely dresser upstairs in my petition,I decided I did not like where it had been and asked whether they can swap it using a bit downstairs. Without doubt , they re-wrapped both bits and out them. There was brand new flooring at the new location and they handled my house and things as they were the very precious items. I felt like I had been in quite experienced and competent hands with those men.
Customer support was very valuable. Thank you Cinthia. You doing good job. I would suggest this provider.

My Honest Experience with United Relocation Group.

I needed to maneuver and wanted a fantastic mover. My colleagues have utilized United Relocation movers and had lots of great things to say about them. The moving speed was cheaper then other people. It turned out to be a complete package movement. I received a moving quote on line from Nick. We travelled though the listing of things have to be transferred. I enjoyed the shifting quote I’ve got. $5.300.00 This had been my very first movement for the previous 12 decades. Legislation showed up at their scheduled time, they had been cautious and professional.I signed all of the paperwork function, mover’s
“foreman” was fine man, he clarified in detail regarding shipping date, packaging FEE, the number of hours that they should fill out the movement, etc..
And Cynthia, inspector’s dispatcher asked me to depart online review and discuss my expertise. Throughout the work Foreman explained me about extra fees such as overload, long haul and piling ( they lent $270 to pack my belongings and billed $700). Around overload, it turned out to be a complete moving van using mu belonging, actually mattresses were put in the trunk, movers in comparison hard copy of this article record they had on transfer date using initial list they load into your truck and it had been far more things.
I spoke to the office supervisor, also got a Massive discount 1700
    Joyful!!!
We all shook our hands, so I consented to a new cost. $7000.

Stay Away from United Relocation Group

The movers will charge you far more than the initial quote. They’ll be wonderful for you until you pay the advance sum of 25% that will be taken throughout card but the real fun starts if they come to select your own stuff. Won’t accept card payment or request 4 percent more, will find any excuse to include exhorbitant packing fees should you forget to pack anything beforehand. Will manupulate shipping files and induce one to cover additional amount else will endanger to unload truck. If you attempt to reconfirm if the shipment is going to be sent, will find a point blank response, I dont understand. Nobody will pick up telephone, the helpline woman Cynthia won’t understand any standing and there’s not any other monitoring mechanism. When the folks will come to send things, they will induce one to cover additional stair fees if you reside in floor above floor even in the event that you’ve got that additional in paid and contract sooner. Should you speak to them that they will threaten to ditch stuff in the door step at open floor. Sincere proposal, stay off or find better professional shipper as you are going to wind up paying double the quoted amount and cope with rude, unprofessional men and women. The folks involved in my transfer were Ron, Mike and Cynthia.

    Horrible moving experience

This business is horrible! They’ve caused me so much psychological stress. They all did was lie and lie. I had been told costs of transfer would be 1600 bucks and they ended up charging me 2300. Deficiency of communication rather than professional in any respect. They broke a few of my things and worse of all they lacked a few of my possessions which were awarded to me out of my father that passed off. Don’t trust this business whatsoever!!

Items Delayed, Damaged, and Stolen. AVOID

United Relocation Group was quite unhelpful in communication pickup/dropoff times. They scheduled fall off throughout the only day at the 10-day window which I specifically said I’d be inaccessible; I needed to create new structures, that wasn’t simple to do moving round the nation.
They badly damaged my own dresser. It’s about 5 inches of water damage, as though it sat in a puddle throughout the move.
They’ve postponed a dispatch almost a month of two furniture pieces that they dropped during the transfer. They are allegedly in their way, however I won’t know till they arrive.
Most despicable, over $700 of my possessions were stolen from INSIDE among my sealed boxes. The box has been shut back up once I obtained it, but the contents were lost. This really is a crime and an outrage.
I’m extremely frustrated and angry with this corporation. I believed it’d work nicely because I did not have a lot of stuff. Now I have even less material… I’d advise seeking different movers.

    It's a mess!

Jason predicted from business guaranteeing to perform move for specific cost, from cost comparison of quote from the other companies in-person quotation. He explained another firm is moving by means of approx 125 furniture and boxes. . They are mad. He explained his estimate is significantly more precise sight hidden even without a in home quotation and when I even have 150 boxes or more…” I promise that this cost won’t be a cent more!” I have it clearly in writing! And he’ll be our signature consistently…. Whenever we desire or desire him! When I called back to ask a query of Jason he no more answers texts or calls or mails ever! I told Jason I still wanted an on sight verification so there could be no openings and he informed me that his foreman could come on a specific day and time. . He never revealed. When I phoned I was told that they don’t travel over 150 miles away from their region! We’re 3 hours but Jason knew that! I then was told that I need to probably do a fresh stock and I will find a new cost! I informed them that I have a contract to get a record cost! They stated that I’m the one that did the first inventory and shipped it in! I clarified that I didn’t! Jason called me, asked me to send him another businesses quote that he clearly said was based on fat not their manner (apples to apples ) and delivered me 5 emails saying he ensured the cost would be less and the cost in the contract!
I called today to inquire IF I wished to get the movers shed a few things to some storage device 5 kilometers down the road from our new house just how much extra would this be? First I had been told that they were carrying my items to storage until we moved to Florida! I explained that they are moving my items straight TO Florida… then she explained it is going to be a completely new trip. . ie: $3000 + $3000! Insane!
I am so concerned about this forthcoming movement in 17 times!!!!!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I truly wish I’d haven’t used them. My items were picked up on 7/15/16 and here it’s now 8/05/16 and still sitting on an aviation. Surprisingly enough when they had been hoping to receive my company they wouldnt quit calling and after they got it I cant receive a return telephone call. Was promised (lied to) that it could be 7-10 times in the slightest. I have tried calling their customer service that’s allegedly 24/7 and find a voicemail message using the subsequent sorry mailbox is complete. In addition, I have called a lot of instances their”guide line” also with no call back. Eventually talked to Cynthia again this week after she promised that she’d contact me when my items were loaded onto the truck. I phoned her (during business hours) to find out that it had been in transit however and she cried again quite sincerely (lol) stating that she’d only been notified and could file another”criticism” since it had been unacceptable just like she was really worried. So after being advised that it had been in transit and it’d be friday or saturday or sunday they simply werent sure when they’d get to it that the motorist calls me at 630pm on Friday to tell me there will be yet another $350 charge since they can not pull the semi to the apartment complex and they will need to work with a shuttle service. Perhaps not the drivers fault not blaming him at all but he still cant tell me if he’ll be here perhaps tomorrow maybe sunday. However, now that he cant push the semi and trailer in here if I had been to utilize the shuttle service that he does not have any idea how soon I’ll get my items. DO NOT USE THEM! Again the man Ron Ross that I spoke to at the start of the nightmare was Johnny on the place up before the contract had been signed. Now again I sit here on Friday understanding that Cynthia wont be back in until Monday to return a telephone call (I just know this since she advised me she doesnt work weekends and when she takes off a day nobody answers her phone or returns calls) 24/7 customer support exactly what a joke. I have called Ron, Cynthia, Client support along with the motorist. Still no replies or calls back. I can not stress enough about not using them. The motorist who called said he’d contact dispatch and have them touch me but then he called back and said they’d tomorrow. I am not paying them an additional cent. I’ll have them unload it to the road! Really wish I’d have seen fair testimonials before utilizing them. And today as I go to post that I visit other poor reviews with replys in their customer support they have to be too busy surfing the internet to answer the telephone. However they have down the apology to a tee! And they are able to save their time responding to this one since it is going to fall on deaf ears.

BEWARE!!! These men will be the worst crooks you’ll ever need to meet. They supply you with a more”Bindingand never to exceed cost” which means NOTHING! When the vehicle is loaded, you’re advised that the price is thousands more! If you attempt to reason together, the motorist claims it isn’t his job, however you must sign the documents, also it could charge $100/hr”wait time” while you attempt to find an response from customer support, that must find a cut of this charge! They also break and shed things. It was a dreadful experience! Do your self a favor and choose anybody but those crooks!

Horrible, do not walk away, RUN. These individuals (EDIT) gave us a very reasonable cost upfront, but whenever the furniture has been loaded, the cost doubled. They altered the rate fee too. On the opposite end, we have been held captive till we paid up front at complete. They would not take our phone calls and have been more than a week late. They broke many items, such as my mother’s prized grandfather clock that took more than 500 to repair. They (EDIT) broke several parts of china and figurines. They called themselves specialist movers however they wrapped china, two plates together, occasionally 3, without the padding in between. They let you sign the paperwork, but it is going to return to bite you once you own grievances. They let you compose the broken items on the manifest, which is extremely hard since the manifest is difficult to read and there aren’t a lot of descriptions of what’s what. They then choose the copy with your notes along with the backup that’s left with you’ve got nothing. Complete SCAM ARTISTS. MY ADVICE IS DON’T BE FOOLED BY LOW PRICES. (EDIT). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RUN!!!

    Long-distance move from Ohio
    Stay away. Please trust me!

Please read before you think about using this provider!

We went on line to find movers once we discovered we were planning to relocate from Ohio to North Carolina. A rep called us instantly (Ron Ross) we moved over exactly what we all possessed and that he gave us a quote. We called around a few other areas and combined relocation team was more expensive by a couple hundred bucks. We chose to go together since they had been assuring all the other firms were and then some. Ron followed up with us almost everyday till he obtained the deposit. We began instantly having troubles later we paid our 609 deposit. Ron never known for its QA telephone number. We called customer support and asked about getting our deposit back and cancelling them. Ron called back almost instantly! We moved over the last stock and he explained the foreman”mike” will give us a telephone with certain pickup time and fall off time. All Ron understood was that it might be 2-3 days. No longer than that! He explained they might even drop off the following moment.

May 21st comes, mike arrives on time (really ancient ) with two other men. Mike insists on obtaining charge instantly while we’re speaking with him another two men are wrapping and taping up things. We guess this is ordinary. We have never used movers previously. They literally placed approximately ten boxes at the center of the ground and then wrapped them all up together into one large bundle. As he gets into the previous page of contract that he requests my gf to signal a”packaging supplies arrangement” I asked her to not sign it as it was sterile and they might put any amount on the planet. He explained it’d be 272 after what was about the vehicle! What would people do at this stage? Half of those shi*t will be about this particular truck and no other firm will come this brief a note! He then charged additional for additional space. $300 to be accurate. If anything it should have been less because we had been taking away things that were not going. Additionally, we took off a washer and dryer which Ron still hadn’t eliminated through the QA telephone. At this time we’re helpless and bruised. They tell us they’re delivering to Sunday and Mike stated he did not know why Ron would state that since he needed to pick up a different household in Chicago. He kept pointing into the contract stating it is going to require 2-6 days. Had we understand this we’d have packaged differently.

We remain at a friends home and choose to visit NC from the am. We’ve got nothing. We go purchase an air mattress and a week goes by we do not hear from anybody. We call Ron a few days in between all this to inform him about additional charges etc. he wasn’t once available. Never returned calls or vm or even text. We call customer support on Friday. We had been advised 6 business days by mike. No one predicted from Friday afternoon so that we called customer support. Cynthia at client support said nobody was in office which she would reach out to. The soonest she would figure out will be Tuesday as Monday was a holidayseason. But on Tuesday Cynthia left a voicemail stating that our things would be here no later than Thursday. Perhaps even Wednesday along with the foreman will phone beforehand. She said to call back with queries that I did and no response. When we did not get a telephone from weds we understood we weren’t getting our things on Thursday as promised. I phoned Thursday and a few woman who replied refused to offer me her name, and so I asked for her manager she placed me on hold. I kept for 30 mins. Hung up predicted back retained getting VM. Cynthia called me back was quite understanding and strove to be useful and she then said she’d call himself. She did and informed us they’ll be here Friday or even Saturday and was quite apologetic. There was still another families things on the truck which has been in Georgia. They were not prepared to get their stuff which has been the delay.

Friday that the foreman calls claims he’ll probably be here Saturday. He’ll call back later to provide a particular period for Saturday. Saturday comes nobody calls or shows up. We text and called the foreman daily Saturday because customer support is not available on weekends. Eventually we give up pick we’re obtaining an attorney because our focus has to be elsewhere because we all moved here to get. Sunday June 5, 15 days in the last time we watched our stuff, we finally receive a call from another foreman from another # He states he’ll be here in 11. 2 men appear. They unload another people material to our lawn in order that they could get into our stuff. Making me wonder why this could not have occurred earlier in the week once the GA household was obstructing our things. In any event They unload our things they had been really amazing about putting things in which it had been tagged to proceed. What’s unpacked and they move outdoors to reload another households things. I see these move to have inside their own truck so I head out and inquire if they’re gonna come place our furniture and beds together. The foreman stated”No we only move things, we do not even have resources”.

So to wrap up. We paid extra for so many things we did not get. We took apart and reassembled our personal furniture both times! Packed and wrapped up our very own items and got billed for it anyways. Out of everybody we spoke to Cynthia was not the only one who might even give us an notion about things to do. Our stuff was not supposed to leave this truck as it left our home. However, it did. It left us,sat in. A warehouse for a week and people had been lied to for two weeks! Boxes were ruined. Smashed and had any sort of oil around them!

Please do your own research. Do not simply go by testimonials because half of these reviews in their site are imitation. Go with a respectable firm even though it costs more it’s well worth it in the future in the event that you truly get these services in the long run. Total we gave them much more money then the firms with trusted names were even asking.

Stay away from United Relocation Group.

I proceeded to Renton, WA in Waukegan, IL. I had a nightmare dealing with United Relocation Group. They do not even offer complete files such as Bill of landing (contract) and Purchase of support. Simply take a whole policy insurance because your belongings will be missing in the time of shipping.

My moving quotes was #2406182. Before picking united relocation they’ll attempt to tempt you by giving off cheap estimates. As soon as you book together, they will charge more about the day of pickup and shipping.

They also didn’t send my Samsung 40″ Smart TV. Now I have to experience the pain of increasing a claim. Also their customer support is worst because nobody cares about your claim. Ideally someone ought to be helping out you to document your claim by giving the documents or information required.

    Gross overcharge - no cooperation

Do your self a favor and stay away.
All great before signing up the contract.
Very frustrating then. Overcharged by nearly twice those cubic footage (greater than $3,000 overcharge! ) ) . The shipping truck came without assistance material and that I needed to do the majority of the work together with the driver (before a few day laborers showed up near the conclusion of the transfer ). I have been given the run around for more than five weeks, being thrown back and forth between their insurer (which apparently doesn’t manage overcharge claims but required 18 months to let me understand ) along with also the moving business’s customer support. Moving is stressful enough without hyena’s attempting to rob you shamelessly along the manner.

    DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

I simply used this particular mover to relocate from Park Forest, IL into Lewis Center OH and the total experience was dreadful. They gave me a quote of $1976.87 but on the day of pickup stated my quote was $2,391. Besides this growth, they included on extra prices for stairs and packaging materials both that were contained in my initial quote. They didn’t delivery my things on the date that they supplied me with during my booking and rather delivered 3 days afterwards. All things considered, they hurt several parts of furniture. They broke two drawers in my own captains bed, that comprises the drawer themselves and the manage and also lost into the support beams to the framework. They also struck the top drawer in my jewellery armoire and also the base of my daughters torso. Now I’m faced with trying to make a promise to receive my things repaired and or replaced. The encounter I’ve had with this business was down right horrible and nothing like I’d expect from a company with an A+ rating. I wound up paying $3,163.24 to get a transfer I had been told could cost me $1976.87 and all to get my things damaged and late.

My Move Experience from Wisconsin to Texas

I’ve utilized many moving firms throughout the last few years and that really is the worst company I’ve ever handled. I had been quoted one price over the telephone and nobody actually looked to what I really had to be transferred which wasn’t alot. My quotation was about $1640 and end up spending about $2600. The man that I contacted will NOT return my calls when I contracted together. Then if the movers arrived one man kept composing paperwork the entire time and explained I possessed more cash!!!!! Tried phoning the man from the business and voice mail has been complete or once I managed to render a message a few times wouldn’t return my calls. The packaging stuff they employed was mad – $200 for packaging stuff – and there have been just a few things they packaged. I had all packed. And needed to pay in money. I wasn’t happy at the way the wrapped my sofa that was not in vinyl but covers you’d use on all tasks. Due to the covering used in my sofa there were a few spots and smelled. That afternoon these movers arrived I didn’t wish to even use them once I had been given another cost after they’d loaded my belongings. I transferred from state was advised it would take around 30 days for shipping even though afternoon of pickup the man asked me when I wanted my own possessions delivered. Thank god I had my girl to remain with!!!! The individual I contracted with never told me there could be another price, an around 30 day shipping time period. I needed to stick with my daughter over a weekend. If they did send my possessions with the 2nd half that I had to pay money they charged me 75 bucks due to the overall toes out of my flat door. They might have dragged the truck nearer and did not. This is totally a major rip away and I wouldn’t ever recommend this business to anybody. Everything I’ve read on this website mirrors my own experience and that I wish I’d have noticed this until I contracted with them.

    Horrible Experience

I’m shifting my 83-year old mother and myself throughout the nation. You will find just two pick-ups (.3 miles apart) along with 2 deliveries, you in Las Vegas (my mom ) and also one in Orange County, California. Following my research, I chose to proceed with United Relocation/Moving Statewide. My company, John Adams, was amazing through our many mails and discussions about the transfer. Then the afternoon of this pickup came. The movers were supposed to be in my home between 11 & noon. They came at 5:30pm. I needed to keep calling to learn what was happening. They could just do one home that night and needed to pick up my mum’s home the next day. We had a trip out to California that afternoon, therefore had no option except to place my nephew accountable for her home pick-up. AND whenever they have to my home, they informed me it had been an extra $2,300. I felt like that I had a gun on my own head. My amazing salesman did not return any telephone calls I created (at least six), did not return and of my personal texts or calls. He vanished. Marianna, the dispatcher, advised me that my mother’s furniture would arrive at Las Vegas on Tuesday, Oct. 12. We drove from California (where we had been staying in my sister’s home ) into Las Vegas to be there as soon as the furniture arrived. I phoned Marianna to affirm and she said that the furniture had not left the warehouse yet and that they were searching to get an”open” truck. We needed to remain in a resort for five days before she eventually said it’d be there involving Monday, Oct. 24 and Thursday, Oct. 27. She explained that, by state legislation, the motorist had to telephone 24-hours ahead of their delivery. I had not heard from anybody and predicted on Monday, Oct. 24 and that I stated it’d be Thursday, the 27th. We drove back into Las Vegas on Wednesday, Oct. 26 to be there for its delivery (we needed to return to my sister’s home in California since we did not wish to cover more nights in a resort ). I also called her on the road and left her a voicemail letting her understand that we still hadn’t heard from the motorist and to please call me. She did not. I phoned again today, Thursday, Oct. 27 – the day that the furniture was likely to arrive, and that I seemed surprised I did not hear in the motorist. Certainly, they haven’t any clue what their drivers do. She called me back and informed me it’d be Sunday. So, today, my 83-year-old mum any myself have been stuck in a vacant home , out THOUSANDS of dollars that we have had to shell out and now I don’t have any method of knowing when the furniture will really arrive. The contract permits for 21 times (Sunday will be 19 times ) out of pick-up. I understand that. However, They TOLD US WHEN OUR FURNITURE WOULD ARRIVE AND WE MADE TRAVEL PLANS AS A Outcome. It was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a”trusted” company. I’ve requested REPEATEDLY to have the name of somebody I can speak to to solve this situation and have not gotten anything. I’ve asked for items to be placed in writing (delivery dates, explanations, etc) and have obtained nothing. I’m concerned that the furniture is going to be worse or damaged. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible Folks.

Stay away, stay away, stay away! 1) the movers that came (EDIT) didn’t talk a word of English, therefore not possible to communicate out of sign language; two ) they overcharged cubic feet, unnecessarily bumping it in 626 to 854; 3) jewellery (EDIT) / missing; 4) all clothes overlooking /(EDIT); 4) furniture damaged / broken; 5) well over $3,000 of lost posts, jewelry, clothes; 6) are battling together to get reimbursed; 7) they have provided us $60 bucks for reduction!! (Moving to court today ); 8) newspapers sent to them in the recorded address have returned as undeliverable today address; 9) telephone calls are not answered. Caveat Emptor!
