Do not know if American Eagle Moving (whom I contracted with), Moving Services Group (who picked up my home possessions ), or Alliance Movers Inc from Wisconsin (who had any connection to those 2 other movers b/c the contact number on their website directed me straight back to Transferring Services Group loading supr at FL), or all 3 are accountable for concealing my things at a warehouse in Miami, delaying my dispatch, hammering the boxes, breaking furniture and precious items, losing bedroom furniture pieces, and charging me cash + additional when they eventually showed up to a Sunday night at 10pm. Hind sight is always 20/20 is not it? ) -:

This firm billed me 1500 over binding quote and required cash to provide. Informed me of the an hour before motorist came to send. They even took my credit card for deposit but said they had three to four times prior to delivery to have a charge card. Additionally charge 7% to utilize a charge card. This has been done a whole two weeks prior to the move. After that night, I did my due diligence and found that their promises were false. In less than 24 hours and still two weeks before pickup, I cancelled the order. It’s been a month and they’ve still not returned my deposit of $493.80. Other notes: The firm description that they provide about the BBB site strengthens my claim by saying that they will refund deposits when cancelations are created prior to 48 hours of ship date. They also claim to have 25 decades of expertise but are recorded as being in business for four decades.

Then they started to look round my house and stated that the firm binder was erroneous and attempted to increase my invoice for more than 3000. I informed them I wasn’t likely to cover that and requested them to leave my dwelling. I’ve tried calling this business multiple occasions but they won’t answer their mobile phone.
