    Long-distance move from Arizona
    Negative 5 stars

Where do I start with this nightmare of scam business. Regrettably I succumbed to the deceitfulness of a moving agent firm for the long distance transfer out of Phoenix Arizona to Louisville Kentucky, but’ve learned my lesson the hard way. Moving Professional Logistics failed miserably in supplying me solutions with this movement. On July 10th, a payment of 2,790 bucks was set down to get a deposit from Phoenix AZ to Louisville KY.. Ryan Franklin is your”senior moving planner” that I worked with, and he reassured me that this movement could be done successfully. I supplied him the stock of all of my possessions in my 2-bedroom apartment which was packed out on past moving agents firm’s quote (which was a scam) and from that point, he came up with his own quote based off of that. Oasis moving firm was assigned to some transfer and two guys in a really modest budget rental truck hauled in approx. 6:00 PM on 07/11/2020 sporting heels and seemed totally disheveled and unprofessional. Both movers instantly began questioning the space of just how far my flat unit was out of the truck and once I brought them into my flat, they had been confused with the movement I had been hoping to occur. On the quote offered by Mr. Franklin, the stock filled out in the base said 1 HHG (Household great ) using 700 cf (cubic feet), providing Oasis moving firm the belief that they were here to pick up a single thing. The movers weren’t ready in almost any capacity to finish this movement and said that because it was a Saturday and after 6:00 PM which they wouldn’t have the ability to adapt this movement and might call for a bigger truck and extra movers. Among the movers came up with his own quote saying I would require at least 1300 cf and that the price would be an extra 6,000 bucks in addition to the already paid deposit of 2,790 bucks. Obviously, the movement wasn’t done in any way. My vehicle has already been hauled back east and I am now here with no mode of transport together with all of my possessions packed up ready to proceed. On 07/13/2020 I phoned Moving Pro Logistics along with the ever so vapid, rude and condescending customer support representative initiated dialog that she received an email from Oasis Moving Co. that I”pinpointed” their solutions, despite the fact that they weren’t ready to perform the move in virtually any capacity. Chloe then advised me that because of the”cancellation” of solutions I wouldn’t be getting continuing services in the”business” and I wouldn’t be getting a refund for my deposit. Then I asked her if she would move me into the moving planner to explore this issue further and she denied, saying that she wouldn’t permit this scenario to be spat further. Chloe then intercepted an email sent to the proprietor of Transferring Pro Logistics continued to withhold the cash that I’m rightfully owed. All I needed to do was provide Moving Guru Logistics the chance to remedy this matter and make it appropriate, but then I had been given the cold shoulder, inducing the worst customer support I’ve ever encountered. DO NOT EVER USE MOVING PRO LOGISTICS FOR ANY MOVING SERVICES IN ANY CAPACITY. YOU WILL BE SCREWED OVER EPICALLY AND Won’t Ever GET AN OUNCE OF SERVICE YOU DESERVE. Moving is among the top three most stressful experiences in life and they were able to make it even worse. Be certain that you go directly through a respectable firm (i.e American, North American, Allied, Mayflower) to find a high quality and productive movement.

Spoke with Keith, pushed hard to get a deposit, even waited until nearly 10pm WOW.

After I paid and that I had been third partied out I tried to achieve moving expert logistics several ways: telephone call, email, I guess thats it. However, no response not even from an email. POS

    Beware Good Reviews

Any fantastic review of the provider is completely untrue. This firm is presently unable to to move anything or require any cash lawfully. They’ve no DOT permit. Only look up them and you’ll observe that they are scammers. They’re often in cahoots with another sham firm called MD moving firm another cliche name. DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I was not able to leave zero celebrities.

    1. Incorrect estimate to have the job.

    2. In the conclusion up day, they’ll cost you twice.

    3. Your deposit isn’t refundable. You can not cancel it.

    4. Worse costumer support.

    Beware

That is a scam. We place a deposit of over 1000$per week before shifting date that they desired 500$ more. . We all have are boxes. No furniture. . .then they stated they contract into additional moving companies!! Omg !! They billed my husband’s card over 3000$ complete we’re stopping payment to such idiots. . They showed up!! We flew out of 6am till 7pm no series. . Tried to speak to no response. My husband had some of the individual that he first contacted approximately 3 months ago..his title was Mark he called his number and he replied and said”you have the wrong number” 786-507-8412!!! That is the amount he gave him…. We sold our house in Maine very quickly (suddenly ) and need to be outside by 8/1. . My husband needed to lease a U-Haul package the boxes himself with the support of some friends in the guy that is purchasing our home and drove it into a different location for storage. The strategy was that this truck was designed to visit New Mexico where we’re moving to but today our strategies have changed due to these jerks thanks a great moving expert logistics not quite professional at all you are being reported on the Better Business Bureau!

    Bait and Switch

I can’t recommend enough to search for another mover compared to Moving Professional Logistics. They’re supposed to function as professionals but their earnings staff may care less about you. They simply need the first charge and after that they are going to control your Estimate considerably after obtaining your deposit that’s non refundable at that moment. The Estimated half of what the following cost was later accepting $1600 out of us. The sale man that gave the first estimate said we’d require no more that 35 boxes,” did not consist of box springs or perhaps ask when we informed him the number of beds we’d. Once they had our residue now we’ll want at least 100 boxes in accordance with them and we should not have supposed that beds come with box springs. I’m aware some do not, but since the expert’s if they never ask that question prior to restructuring. The issue is that will then provide a realistic estimate that the sales staff doesn’t have any interest in. They will only take your deposit and also either run with this or essentially supply you with an ultimatum, lose your cash or gives us $4K more than you ever believed. In addition they wouldn’t even give me a opportunity to even discuss the $4K extra together with my spouse before accepting. They stated accept it today or should you hang up the telephone the reductions will disappear and it’ll be even more costly. To put it simply, that really is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, not only for transferring. Just only terrible.

Scam - This is a Class Action Lawsuit waiting to happen

Moving Professional Logistics hang out themselves as a”Transferring Carrier” if they’re really”Moving Agents” – they tell you exactly what you would like to listen then once you reserve and they got your Credit Card… you completed. A few”Guy” at a van pops up (or might not) using a”Post contract” which he presents as a reception following the products are loaded onto the van – the currently done again.

DO NOT USE MOVING PRO LOGISTICS

$3,200 down the drain. Don’t utilize Moving Professional Logistics, actually.

This business absolutely doesn’t care for you. They’ll bill you tens of thousands of dollars to get a deposit then not follow through.

Their communication is the most powerful I’ve ever dealt with of any sort of compensated service.

The first salesman Mike Wallace explained there was a totally empty truck within my place that could adapt my possessions. I especially flagged that with Mike, imagining that I had been anxious about my movement being as COVID-compliant as you can. He promised me that my belongings would be lonely on the vehicle. He had me perform a list on the telephone, ” he mis-calculated. This induced Greg, my following contact, to need to add to my stock a week after at a alarming cost increase. I wound up paying nearly the whole first deposit at another deposit payment. Mike gave me his number and said he had been in my service, and also to text or call when I wanted something from him. He’s ever since been totally non-responsive.

Their customer support representative Chloe Jones was incredibly rude and hung me up. There was not any one else that I could talk to, since Chloe is the sole customer support person in the business. When I inquired why they couldn’t provide me a very simple phone call to inform me that the truck wasn’t coming on time,” she explained,”it’s a waste of their organization’s time to phone you once it is not crucial.”

They state there’s a 2-day window to if the movers will arrive at load up your belongings, and that they will”do everything possible” to adapt your priority moving date. They did nothing of this kind. I had been advised by Greg that my truck could arrive at 8:00 am on Friday, and I would be predicted between 3-7 Thursday using an affirmation. I waited all day Thursday for this affirmation, which never arrived. When you’ve guaranteed a priority evening to the client, why on Earth do you not inform the client the priority afternoon isn’t feasible? Meanwhile, nobody gives a damn that my deadline is currently screwed up (I begin a new project in Illinois two days following that which was supposed to be my own transfer day.) Ultimately, once threatening to ask for a refund, then I discovered in Marley Wilson, the dispatcher. She said I’d get confirmation of if my truck could arrive on Saturday involving 3-7 on Friday. After phoning 10 days Friday day with no answer, I eventually got a text in Marley in 10:23pm which my truck could come in 4-7 on Saturday, and that the truck driver could call me a hour prior to coming. I asked a few followup questions of Marley instantly, to which I got no reply. (Greg, Mike, and Chloe are all completely non-responsive this whole time.)

Saturday day 3pm rolls around, an hour before scheduled arrival, without any word in the driver or business. About 5:30pm I had been called from the driver stating that there are just two trucks in my area, among which is already complete, the opposite of which will be unexpectedly having unforeseen mechanical problems. Does this go contrary to what Mike explained (that it had been a vacant truck and my possessions are the only ones around the vehicle ), however their”mechanical difficulties” permit them not to give me a refund. They did give me an alternate move date weekly after my first date, but since that absolutely doesn’t do the job for me (again, beginning new project ) I had to drop.

They set me in a hopeless situation. I wound up having a UHaul last minute and forcing it myself throughout the nation to be able to begin my job in time.

In general, this really is the worst business of any agency I’ve ever encountered. I’ve not ever been treated with such disrespect and dismiss from fellow human beings. They made it very obvious that my program and my strategies are not any concern for them. Chloe told me I am the only client they have ever had a issue with. Yes, obviously I’M the one with this issue.

DO NOT USE!!!! Worst Service EVER & Still NO STUFF

That is hands-down the most worst company I have ever dealt with and I do not mean just as a moving firm but any company I have ever dealt with. Our stuff was supposed to arrive about June 10, my husband and I both took off work waiting for them to show up they had been a day late to find out the moving stuff to start with and then there was no courtesy telephone or upgrade that they weren’t likely to arrive in the program date and then come to find out that it was a proposed calendar date that was never said at any given point in time. Now we’re out a month of the date which it was likely to be sent along with my husband and I and other household members have predicted this business many times and we can’t get any responses and they stated once our stuff had been picked up their height their palms aren’t any more in this. Said this stage we don’t have any idea where our material is or when it will arrive and no one could give us a phone back and still zero material was delivered whatsoever with zero upgrades. I can’t stress enough Just how much you need to stay way far away from ever using this firm for anything whatsoever the very very worst.

0 STARS. Must be SHUT DOWN!!

-It started off that which I thought was fantastic if contacted by DAN DOBECK after filling out a question online. I informed him my funding was $2500 and that he promised me that my 1 bedroom flat ought to price $2200…

-DAN DOBECK additionally assured me that his team would surely be sporting masks/gloves because of this pandemic. I found FOUR unique men between pickup/delivery and only 1 PERSON wore a mask.

-Together with my past moving encounter and hesitance regarding the speed increasing, DAN promised me I’d be getting a telephone call before pickup to operate through the stock so that there had been”no surprises.” I NEVER got that phone.

-If the pickup crew came he immediately told me that my transfer would currently charge $5600…. WHAT THE F*CK.

-Though the 2nd man had already begun carrying boxes, and of course he dropped and DROPPED at least 1-2 sticks down the staircase, I felt tension to simply accept it and instantly I believed;”that I wasn’t ready for it. I really don’t have this type of cash available and I am out of work because of covid-19. How can they do that to somebody?”

-I wished to prevent confrontation, and so I intended to call DAN/the movers to tackle why I never got an inventory telephone call and how the hell was that his quote SO FAR OFF. I hoped they’d make this up for me… boy, was I wrong.

-When they packed up everything the inspector today informs me it is likely to be 3 to 10 business days. I said”wait, DAN explained must be 3 times , no problem” and he responded”well it is 3 to 10 business days.” Great.

-Fast forward for my telephone call with CHLOE. Wow….such a South Florida scheming company with well-rehearsed replies. She maintained I did not”qualify” to get a stock telephone call? And I could no more contact DAN because that part of the bargain is closed and it is moved on for her. I questioned concerning the absence of masks and that I had no great answer. I told her how my quotation essentially TRIPED and I’d already lost my job/income – she threatened that they would simply”auction off my items. WTF????

-My husband ended up speaking to her boss whom HUNG UP THE PHONE about him. So unprofessional. They do not even have to work to get a much better business than such a lying, penalizes LLC. CHLOE subsequently came back if her boss awakened the telephone and said that we’d need to talk about our questions together with the shipper. The shipper? There is another firm involved?!?!?

-Thus, Moving Guru Logistics contracted from the ONE TRUCK COMPANY known as”Insta Transfer Inc” established from Bethlehem, PA.. It is essentially a mobile phone when you phone them and you’ll be able to talk with NATALIE.

-Well, following DAYS AND WEEKS of all dwelling in a vacant home ON AN AIR MATTRESS – NATALIE was dodging my telephone calls (yet choosing up to additional friends/family of mine that contacted me ), not reacting to my messages, also gave minimal info – that I needed answers and I was fearful I’d never find my possessions again…

-I’d begged this business to utilize a credit card because the total has been so much greater than anticipated. I had been given the run around and advised that”it should not be a issue provided that we have two days to conduct it” (that was mentioned by”NANCY”) about the day that the truck had been scheduled to depart naturally I did not receive the telephone call she said I’d have to accept payment. I needed to CALL HER back and that I informs me that I need to pay money and was not”accepted” to bill it. My credit score is over 700 so that this is BS.

    – I vow. I couldn’t think they wait till the final moment to inform me I essentially need $2200 money (the 3rd installation ). The thought I had to jump through…

-Let us also discuss NATALIE telling me it is UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS. WAIT – where did she get this off? My contract stated 3-10 business days however she’s QUITE CONFIDENT it is 14. HELLLLL NO.

-I had to struggle with several emails not reacted to and showed her a photo of my contract saying 3-10. She eventually gave me their CRAPPY $25 per business day reduction that regrettably did not count the evenings that I had been residing unfurnished and had been a measly $200 off.

-When I came I refused to give them 100% before I scrutinized my things!!!! In the conclusion of the afternoon that he desired me to shoot pictures and document claims for any broken objects – HELL NO. I was DONE with this business following the day of shipping rather than wished to bargain with them again. I will also keep my $40, thank you very much.

Timeline: My things had been picked up in PA around 7/14 and I didn’t get delivery before 8/9. ALMOST A MONTH!!!

Liars, schemers, only complete crap. Karma will come for this business (AND INSTA MOVE LLC) along with also the awful people who work for this.

Where do I start. Allow Me to first off Begin by stating DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. I hope that people will google reviews with the business before committing a deposit/funds of any sort and DEFINITELY before trusting them with your own belongings. I talked with Brian about the telephone and he had been so persuasive. Sounded honest and that I was eager to provide a small business an opportunity for a good price. The exact same day after doing a little research I found all of these horrible reviews and instantly determined I was about to cancel. Just a couple of hours after having a 517 deposit I filed my written cancellation type such as their contract countries to perform in 48 hours for a complete refund. While I tell you to receive another 30 days I phoned left voicemails and played tag with”client support” otherwise called Chloe ‭-LRB-786-RRB- 496-9301‬ that BS me and hauled my refund out with every excuse potential!! From a worker so telephone with covid for her not visiting my mails to them needing to”confirm” that they obtained the funds following the trade being processed for months! Etc.. . .Our last phone she hung me up and that I phoned my bank right after to compose a promise. I am still awaiting the 10 business days to the outcome but I beg that I get my cash back. Even when I do not I shall still be reporting them to the authorities for theft of services. I feel very bad after studying just how much more cash others dropped or even private property stollen to such CROOKS. It is my hope that this review helps a person in the future by making the exact same mistake I did.

MOVING PRO LOGISTICS DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR

EVERYONE — THIS “COMPANY” NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER!!!!!!

Moving Guru Logistics is a deceptive business, based in line with the speech they record on their site, https://movingprologistics.com/, in a person’s residential flat in Fort Lauderdale! I filed a police record for their culpability in the events that I shall soon relay here, on August 1st and August 3, both in my California hometown (where they were presumed to organize a moving pickup), and together with the Fort Lauderdale Police Department, in which they’re based.

I reserved with Moving”Guru” via a guy called Ryan Franklin (“Senior Moving Coordinator” 786 539-5754), that revived me with an emailed welcome package, formal contract and estimate. My transfer was from Northern California to Delaware, along with the quote for transferring our 3 bed townhome was likely to be a $5k, that is actually a fantastic speed. Too good to be true y’all! Ryan delivered me over to”customer support section,” that I now understand is a girl sitting at precisely the exact same flat as another crooks. She also welcomed me, and gave me a receipt for my deposit to keep their services, amounting to $1,840. She promised me that somebody will give me a telephone in the weeks prior to our scheduled movement, that was to occur on August 1.

On July 23, a scumbag from the title of”Greg” (if anyone knows his last name — please discuss — I want to completely drag him and any reputation he’s left), persuading me to establish a call daily. He later called and we took a much more thorough inventory of most of our items we had been going across state – much more comprehensive than the first telephone with Ryan Franklin. In this call, I included a few smaller things to my transfer, and Greg advised me that since their prices rely on cubic square feet I want to make the next payment to maintain my accounts up. I actually felt relieved to hear that, as my gut said that the first quote was too good to be true. I did know that this was a fairly snaky earnings strategy, raising the quote in this manner, but it was still a lesser speed than most other companies we investigated, along with the transit time to delivery was actually perfect. I had been ready to pay yet another $1,500 at the moment, which would imply my last payments in pickup and shipping could be a bit under $2,000. We also loved that our very first deposit of the $1,840 was payable through credit. But with this second telephone, Greg explained that”because of covid-19, credit card processing wasn’t able to process their client obligations” matters were”delayed,” and they needed an immediate payment. Greg said zelle payment directly from my accounts could be preferable. I’ve learned a massive lesson with this ordeal. If this hogwash was penetrating my ears, I believed that it had been lies, and it made very little sense. I must have stopped working together in this red flag, but again, we had never made such a transfer ahead, or worked together with moving companies, no less moving agents, as Moving Professional Logistics promise to be, rather than needing the extra strain of asking a refund or possibly losing money we already paid, and being verbally assured by Greg that queries I raised regarding the sneaky terminology of the contract supposed that their clients would be shielded (lies!) , we foolishly continued working together, and delivered them the requested $1,500 through zelle. I nothing short of sorrow doing this!

In the conclusion of the call, Greg promised me that they’d have out movers to our house on the 1st. I told him that this was quite important because we’d cleaners coming that exact same day, could then fulfill our landlords to shut out our rental, and’d resorts scheduled for this night, and also a cross country drive reserved then. He promised me that wasn’t any problem and they’d definitely call me on July 31st to provide me the specific time they’d come to maneuver me out on August 1st.

On July 31, NO ONE CALLED ME! I called them instead, repeatedly, on most of amounts related to their SCAM. Nobody ANSWERED! I emailed all men connected with their scam, nobody responded! I phoned Greg’s mobile phone -LRB-754-RRB- 246-6684 but he dismissed my calls.OnAugust 1, nobody showed up & no one has EVER called me because!

Look on the Better Business Bureau (they are not licensed!) and verifiedmovers.com. All dreadful reviews stating that these scammers have really either directly ROBBED PEOPLE of all of their possessions, or else hired unethical regional movers who even NEVER DELIVERED PEOPLES’ STUFF!!!

Read more in verifiedmovers.com along with the BBB site. I am quite glad I registered multiple authorities reports and will drag them on every review website possible and that the BBB in the hopes that other good people do not get cheated and left with a massive mess to clean up, and that they may be ceased and justice will be needed.

If I could provide a -100 score, then I’d. This”business” must be closed down. A whole lie and scam. They’re a broker. When I spoke to Joe Gordon, ” he stated they were not a broker. Lie. I was charged double the cost. They told me I would have my things at a two day turnaround. Lie. They said it’d be $6,000. It was about $12,000. They stated client service would be present to assist with anything. Lie. They have some woman who only says”that is coverage” and then hangs up on you. They said we’d have the truck to ourselves. Lie. Turns out that our truck was shot to LA to find out more people’s items and then sat at a warehouse until they’ve now decided to drop off our things next week. No matter what you do, get a local firm who comes and looks at your materials and then lets you know how much. These men will defraud you and frustrate you and supply you zero support and help.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This provider falsely represents themselves as movers. They’re moving agents and contract out to other moving business’s. I had been told I’d be known as the day prior to the transfer to be provided the time that the movers would arrive, and then called the day of this transfer an hour prior to the movers will be at my speech to maneuver me. They quoted me a price for its transfer and Joe explained that I still had lots of space in truck to include more things as I was just moving a little 1 bedroom apt. I signed a contract to be transferred between 5/23/20 and 5/25/20 and paid my deposit. The next thing I know another organization is calling me stating they’ll picking up my items on the 24th or even 25. I’d back and forth dialogue with both businesses over the span of a week. I needed to push back and forth from Missouri and Oklahoma twice because of movers not showing up on agreed upon days. I was ensured by Marley that movers could definitely appear on 5/28/20 to transfer my items. I drove yet again back to Missouri about the dawn of 5/28 to be transferred and nobody showed. Ultimately another firm called to attempt and specify a move for 5/29/20. When I told them this was unacceptable since I was waiting for them to maneuver me for nearly a week, they said they had only obtained my contract that afternoon. I phoned Moving Professional Logistics and told me that nobody was picking up me and that I needed my deposit back since I could not wait another day to be transferred. Then they told me that they wouldn’t refund my deposit. I ended up needing to rent a truck and movers in Missouri and Oklahoma. I tried again following my move to receive my deposit back as no services were left and both Marley and Chloe were rather rude and pretty much stated they wouldn’t be refunding my money and wouldn’t allow me to talk to a manager. This website is requiring me to speed this ceremony with 1-5 stars. I must give a minumum of one celebrity but I certainly wouldn’t give this company some celebrities. I will say again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Within their contract it says you have to request a refund in writing and you also have 48hrs to do this – you’ll receive your refund minus 10 percent.

Ok, nice. So literally 12 hrs following down-payment, I composed an email asking cancelation and repay down-payment. Additionally, I CALLED MY BANK AND STOPPED PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY after composing the email (trace your belly ).

Thank God I stopped reported and payment fraud, since it has been several times and I have not heard back anything…

THE BBB ISSUED A WARNING ON THEIR SITE REGARDING THESE SCAMMERS ON JULY 28TH, 2020.

I truly dodged a bullet and now that I have the testimonials to thank you for this!!!!

    Long-distance move from Covington, GA
    Fed a bunch of Lies

They fed me a lot of BS about cost not altering like other businesses and that I will get my things over 3-4 days. My cost changed twice and after they got their deposit, so no one returned some of my telephone calls or texts. As soon as they passed me on to the film business, they have been done with me as well as also the moving business had their own possible dates of when I’d receive my things. Moving Professional Logistics explained I’ll get my things on July 18. This is July 20, along with my stuff is currently sitting at a trailer from New Jersey awaiting the motorist to complete his existing path and pick up another one. It has turned into a HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT USE THEM!

    Long-distance move from Windsor, CO
My move from CO to FL

If you’re trying to find a firm it had been very difficult to find one that I could trust in addition to get a fantastic price at precisely the exact same time then I discovered Moving Professional Logistics. They had been good on the phone helped me with setting my move up and ensuring the cost was cheap for me too. After the movers got here they were exceptionally nice and did everything and much more out of what they advised me on the telephone. They made certain from when I reserved the move to if my stuff was sent to reply and questions I had all the way during the transfer. If I ever move in the long run or know anybody going I’d defiantly point them here great company could not be any more joyful. THANK YOU!!!

    Excellent service

My company gave me 6 weeks to employ a very long distance mover to take a new place 2600 miles off. Victor at transferring expert answered my phone on a Sunday and put up a two bedroom flat proceed within a hour of the telephone. I had been picked up in my preferred date and immediately on my own way. My items came 13 days afterwards as to be anticipated going that space. Thanks again guys!

    Good very good job

This is a nightmare for me as my spouse has a great deal of things, but those guys know how to perform their job, they did the moving out of New York to California, and I truly recommend them. You do not need to think about the facts, they shot the boxes and all my spouse’s stuffs(a container, only kidding) and completed, naturally in my new house is just another history, but anyway thank you for your aid!!!
