I compensated moving assistance for 4 people for 4 hours. To unload a moving truck we’d driven. Just three people showed, two of these revealed 50 minutes late and worked for two hours. I requested a refund from them and that I had been given a run around by client support using a pre practiced message each and every time I predicted. I was never permitted to speak with a supervisor. After making a number of calls no refund was ever given. Uhaul boosts this organization but they do not back them up. I wouldn’t ever use this service again.

No mention that they just did not have sufficient people and also many tasks scheduled. Could have been nice to know that the day until we proceeded. I got a uhaul truck and hired transferring assistance that’s on uhaul site. They never showed up nothing once I called customer service that they did not care. This really was a dreadful situation since I want to be from this flat daily. I won’t ever ever use this provider again I needed to employ two guys and a truck. Regrettably we had been disappointed with Moving assistance from the start. They were hard to get after they had been put up through U-Haul. I left two unique messages onto a standard voice recording, also didn’t get a call backagain. On the afternoon of the transfer , they did phone to provide a heads so they’d be coming by after they had lunch. 1 gentleman remained at the truck, along with another failed the 3 flights of stairs to his flat. Occasionally he’d return down the staircase with just a cushion or nothing in any way. Even though they gave us a heads up on a 15 second grace period before beginning to bill another hour, ultimately they tried to charge us to the restricted period. They also fought to pack the vehicle properly. They informed us U-Haul gave us a 17′ if we purchased that a 20′. We afterwards learned that we really had a 20′, and they only did a lousy job packaging it. In general, very disappointed with their services. We wouldn’t recommend these to friends or loved ones.

They billed me in US and that I immediately canceled the purchase and I am still searching for the refund. They partly refund me and I’m seriously seeking to receive my cash back.

The guys that loaded the van at Ohio were rather cautious and incredibly good at covering and wrapping things so that they would not get ruined.
The guys about the off load in Kentucky weren’t only careful but quite orchestrated. They quickly moved everything off the van to the proper area and washed the van.
Overall I would not just utilize this service if desired again but I would strongly suggest it to family and friends.

I reserved SML first due to the Penske voucher – it introduced them into line with the other businesses. There was an excess piano fee that was fair. Once I paid the deposit, I got a call saying they needed to include $110 at every place for an excess man for the piano, bringing the total to $440 each in Cincinnati and at Houston. And they still wanted the piano fee. I felt really helpless.
I checked around and discovered UHaul moving helpers can do it with just two men in Cincinnati for greater piano charge but less complete bill. William and Michael out of Premier were Amazing! They surveyed the home and then packed with mattresses and shifting blankets cushioning furniture and carefully tied everything down.
When we unloaded in the opposite end, everything was perfect – no harm due to their careful packaging.
They waited in the end so we can be certain everything got in the vehicle before they abandoned.
They called a couple of days earlier and 30 minutes prior to birth, were instant to arrive, exceptionally polite and extremely time conscious to complete from the two hour window. FIVE STAR all the way!
