I hired two men from going help centre to assist load a moving truck. They had been scheduled for 11 a.m. to get there. At 11:05 I began calling the 3 numbers I discovered just to put me into voicemails. I predicted every 15 minutes for one hour and left constant voicemails. Still no answer. I eventually decided to attempt and email them and eventually got a reply about 1:00. It advised me that they had overbooked the afternoon and we can reschedule for tomorrow. I told them I’d never employ them since they’re extremely undependable. In the meantime I’ve a rental truck I’m paying on that is sitting vacant. And I want to attempt and find movers final minute that’s going to charge more. I’m moving from country so time is of the nature because of weather conditions.
I don’t recommend this company in any way! They won’t even answer their telephones!!!!
Throughout my move which I hired through Moving Help Center my grandparents Xbox has been stolen. We’ve been trying to get this solved via the Agency and Transferring Help Center and now I’ve discovered nothing. I’ve predicted moving support centre over 10 days in the previous 2 times and constantly visit voicemail, once I leave a voicemail I don’t have a callback. I’ve even tried to talk with them via their website and nothing. Don’t rely on them or the firms they use, they’re scammers
Please, please don’t use this business!!! We allowed them for a transfer in June and they never showed up! Not only did they never appear but we obtained our cc bill yesterday and they’d charged us nearly $300. This firm is a RIP OFF!!! Please save your money and hassle. DO NOT USE!! I can assure you that you will repent it!!
If I could provide negative stars I would!
Not only did they totally flake out (September 2019) they refused to respond to the telephone and could just send generic mails for our pleas to find assist. Lousy business.
I’d first off like to begin with stating the rates are excessively good to be true. I fell for the trap and’m writing this review to frighten, as the others have here, about MHC abysmal customer support, failure in delivery of services, and inability to communicate with all clients and employees.
Service Ordered: two guys for 4hrs around 10/28/16 $40 deposit $160 because after delivery. These guys were to arrive in 11AM to load a 24ft truck and unload 2.3miles out of the pickup place.
Problem: From 11:45AM, not just one inspector seemed on website. The telephone numbers for your movers supplied to me were discharged and voicemail complete. 12PM, I resorted to phoning MHC”Moving Coordinator” Roma C. Dias. He answered my first call and said he’d speak to the movers or solve the matter soon. 12:40PM, I ended up calling back as no touch from MHC was obtained. That is where things got worse. Each of my calls has been forwarded to voicemail; each 15min that I named the most important MHC line to only be routed, time after time, to voicemail. 2:30PM. Not just one call was returned.
Now, I’m not just infuriated, but outside of luck. Every moving company in the city is totally reserved. 1 mover, who’d coped with MHC and’d heard of the problems before, felt awful for me and delivered two office functions to help for 300 + $60 suggestion.
I’ve continued to telephone MHC with no avail. I’ve resorted to visiting my credit card company to get my deposit money.
I reserved this and got a confirmation email on a Tuesday to get a move 3 months out. I chose a time and day on the internet with availabilities. From Monday, I still had not obtained the title of my movers, therefore that I gave them a telephone number. The guy said that the regional movers dropped my reservation as they aren’t accessible, and they’d repay my deposit. They did not call me to inform me this, I needed to telephone them. I inquired when they’re available and he said for me to provide them a moment. All I needed to know is if they were accessible to publication, however, he made me give him a moment. He then said he’d return to me. So, I just got a cancellation email. I suppose that was his way of getting me back. My strong suspicion is the main reason for the cancellation is the fact that we dwell from the next floor.
Don’t Use MOVINGHELP.COM. I hired them through U-Haul for a three hour load occupation. The team showed up on time and were considerate. They simply worked 2 hours of their 3 paid. When I requested for reimbursement they advised me to phone movinghelp.com that I did, I they explained that one I gave them the payment code there is nothing they could do. I insisted that it is their duty to pay back for the gap and with an extremely rude tone that the customer service woman said”it isn’t their problem, their workers, so I should not have given them the payment code.” I understand 60 dollars isn’t a good deal, but it is the principle of excellent customer service and acceptable business practices. This provider is shady. You are better off employing individuals from the streets.
Movinghelp.com isn’t to be utilized. They supply no support when their preferred movers do not commit to the transfer or appear. Steve & Sons Moving Co. right at -LRB-214-RRB- 715-1504 should never be contemplated!
Even the 5star reviews are complete with their accomplices it is a SCAM! DO NOT BE FOOLED! The 1st try to achieve ANYBODY/SOMEONE at this horrible place was supposed to send a mail, by charging you for a 30 -$40 book charge; Yeah, I will probably never find that again. Next, I got an email, no telephone. How difficult is it to get a telephone and call the customer, you’re needing MY $$$. Therefore, the email says I want to get in touch with this Mark’s Moving & Labor (Mark Wheatle) BIG MISTAKE! WOW, when did I turn into a secretary? This Mark petition images, of the staircase because he wants to understand, whether he wants to pile on additional $$ to get an extra man to do the task ; I mean, I put my extra information to the area/section:”Tell us a bit about your transfer so we can provide you with the help that you want” I said exactly how many staircase and we’ve got heavy things to UNLOAD! How illiterate if you be not to know, a very simple construction of a paragraph. “Uh, significant things, go up-stairs from apartment/house.” Shouldn’t this component be simple? Case in point:”Time? @9am, the number of folks desired? 3 powerful individuals, Price? $175.00+Suggestion, remember our program UNLOAD has been 9am ON A SATURDAY, hence providing him a 3.5 hr window to locate somebody else (if desired ). This Mark Wheatle, strings us together all day w/ that so called’crisis’, without a follow up! I re-text this individual 4 occasions (8am, 11am, 2pm, 4pm), inquiring if he found anybody? Well, it’s 4:30pm on a Saturday and this Mark has still not text back us back w/an upgrade. You’re in charge of a place of business. When I gave my own superiors this comparable interaction with never ended up, I’d be reprimanded for not using a solution of somebody carrying more than my workload, to the afternoon. I can expect my critique save another homeowner or client steer clear of the movinghelpcenter.com — that they ONLY wish to ROB YOU!
If you’d like movers that are dependable and speak with you, by all means don’t contact this provider. I had a truck waiting for the movers to load at 2pm and they phoned in two and stated they weren’t able to make it until 3pm, that wasn’t likely to work because the truck needed to arrive in another destination by 5. I called several times and it constantly went to voicemail. I’ve emailed them to attempt to place it up the next day. . .no response. Sent an email to cancel and be refunded the deposit without a reply. I’ll be reporting them to the BBB.
You can not get back your money should you over budget!
Better to need to cover the excess hour then to have it removed rather than utilized. Without the refunds!!!! That sucked!
Moving Help Center and also Movinghelp.com are just two distinct businesses – neither have anything to do with each other.
I hired providers via Moving Help Center (movinghelpcenter.com) and had no difficulties. I paid a deposit on the internet, the movers arrived and did exactly what was anticipated, then I paid the remainder right into the movers.
We recently moved in Dallas. My husband & I chose to lease a truck and transfer ourselves to be able to save a little money going. We had a few men to look after the heavy lifting and carrying items to and out of the truck. As my husband does not have any buddies, we needed to hire a few men to do it for us.
We moved to Craigslist after attempting to locate cheap movers online rather than having any luck. We came across quite a few websites that needed $200 only to have men help us out for two hours. We were attempting to spend less on the move. $200 for two hours of labour, also truck expenses? We may also of hired movers using a truck.
On Craigslist we discovered a website called Moving Help Center. We had our doubts, however, we also had hardly any different choices. I’m happy we took a opportunity.
We ordered and called their particular 2 movers two hours for $100. In all honesty, I was anticipating day laborers who did not speak English. As I said, we just wanted a few men to take our boxes and furniture for us. We really didn’t have anything outstanding – standard one bedroom flat, and an office desk. We were only moving several miles off to a different flat.
After we reserved the movers, then we have a confirmation call a few hours afterwards. I was relieved! The guy who predicted sounded extremely professional. He assured us they’d be there Saturday morning at 9am to assist us proceed. Sure enough, Saturday morning around 8, that he called to ensure we were prepared.
The movers showed up on time – and yes, they both spoke English. They were really a business we saw recorded on another website who had been charging more for their own services. The man told me that they operate through a great deal of unique websites, Moving Support Center is among the less expensive ones that they work with. I was thankful we chose to test Craigslist. We did not have any difficulties with the movers. They weren’t uniformed or something, but they didn’t have their very own moving gear. I believed it was just likely to take 2 hours, but it took three. I needed to pay $40 additional for the next hour. They said it took somewhat longer since they were transferring us out of a 2nd floor.
