Moving Forward dropped my cherry highboy and sent to my 2 king size beds moist and filthy. They charged over double the quote. The explanation is that they were bulky products. They needed money payment. Some of this damage might have happened in storage however that they did drag it around the yard and drive to deliver it all in. They stated they’d get the torso but not responded to my calls confirming it. The shipping guy relieved himself at the front lawn. He spent the night at the vehicle in my lawn stating he hadn’t slept at 24 hours and had to push a second 12 hours once he left here. This had been the worst move ever. I wouldn’t ever use them again.

Simply save your self from a dreadful life adventure. The sales division sucked me in with a contracted cost That Was really low.   THEY Called me a VIP client. What?   Then the  guys who picked up my possessions inflated my cost by million bucks. As soon as I called the manager of this workplace to remind him of this assured quote, The foreman really attempt to catch my phone from my hands three days. I tried to find solitude in my own bedroom with the telephone, and he accompanied me. He made remarks about my panties. He stopped the job once the truck was packaged. He then changed his mind.   I had been promised a delivery in 3 times, however, the truck didn’t arrive for fourteen days.   They do not have some trucks in their own. They subcontract and don’t have any control over anything. They’re a scam procedure which misrepresents an amazing product.   Tons of compensation, a refund of $200 guaranteed for compensation, never follow through. I am sorry I just can not help it become clear enough what a dreadful experience it had been. Stop in your tracks and also operate another way.

Rebecca will phone you and keep you updated on things and give you a cost then the movers will Appear and over charge you.   They were pushy and I was overpowered by the three guys who came to move my items.   I believed the advantage of.   My items came a week later than the date I had been given and I was sterile.   Then to determine the Condition of my things rather than having all of my items arrive was the worst experience ever.   I had been told that They’d search for my items which hasn’t occurred.   When they had, then I’d have those enormous boxes here with me.   Monica won’t be much help with any complaints. Nothing is getting done. As soon as they get the contracts signed, anything happens only happens.Take it from someone that has lost quite memorable and important items which can’t ever be replaced. Don’t use this provider!

They started out with a fantastic quote, and specials at no cost or discounted services like packaging and packaging materials. We recieved mails with all of them, and also the quotation together with all the possessions we advised them we had, and sent in a deposit to maintain them for our transfer date. But once the loaders came, they believed we needed to be billed more, and started loading and packaging prior to having my husband signal that the new charge kinds. When we called, we had been told that they would be sent straight back to pick up the remainder, along with also the overcharge will be”adjusted”. This never happened and we had been made to throw off or give away alot of stuff we could not match in our automobile (we had no choice to rent and package yet another truck or trailer because we had no time left to proceed ) and were informed by the company we’d have shipping charges waived for the problem, if any were needed. Then they tried delivery with no call beforehand, after dark, when we were not even home yet. They left once we refused to cover another payment, because they hadn’t mended the overcharge and had additional considerably more (tripling the initial quoted price) and we even saw they hadn’t even added all of our packaged possessions to the stock, refused to even let us see whether they had our possessions on the vehicle, and we had been yelled at, harassed, and threatened again-this time together with having our possessions thrown or sold away-if we did not cover the greater cost. Afterwards, after calling a few attorneys and calling the BBB and attorney general, we had been called and educated we might have our possessions if we paid the remaining $300 of our initial quote. We consented, and again they refused to send an email for this arrangement or some other paperwork. Shipping was again attempted with no telephone beforehand, and again we had been jeopardized and the truck abandoned when they tried to have us pay the greater cost of 2000. We’ve ow been advised our possessions will be auctioned, without being ported to remove any files with pertinient details on them. We’re still working with the AG, BBB, and attorneys in hopes of mending this dreadful scenario, and have even gotten a record of another family that ended up needing to rent a truck and pick up her possessions herself, still needed to cover the overcharge and discovered another families possessions combined with hers, and all infested with roaches after just a couple of weeks in storage. Please, do not use this business!

They then could not provide me a receipt and said that I could take an image of this contract where they didn’t provide me a replica since they needed to pick up in another place, my son’s house and they said he’d find a duplicate of the contract. After there and loaded our cost had climbed to $5900. If my child refused to sign, they refused to provide him a duplicate of the contract. When our items did not arrive on time we contacted them and was informed we needed to have 3200 money and had been told time once another day our items are there. After were advised that our items had been unpacked and stored in a warehouse and has been waiting for another load heading our way. We learned from your driver and he informed us he’d be here the following day, God willing. Our truck driver called the following morning and informed us that his unloaders did not appear. At that moment, we only needed our items and told him we’d unload. He was thinking of getting money or money order to cover him. Once he came, he needed our money before he’d start the truck. We wanted to appear in the vehicle to find out whether it had been our items and he wouldn’t let’s look inside. We threatened to phone the authorities and blocked with him in so he could not depart. He also called the police also. When the authorities showed up, ” stated it was a civil issue and they were not able to assist us and we needed to move their cars. After we saw that he was departing, we agreed to cover him first but he wouldn’t have it. He explained it’d cost us twice as much to receive our things back today and that we’d need to pay to get it return into Florida, then cover off storage , then pay to get it transferred back into Colorado. We phoned the company and the proprietor refused to bargain with me since I was a girl and advised me to get my child call him. My son phoned him and he informed me that he wouldn’t turn the truck about that when we desired our items, we might rent a truck ahead back and get it done. We did. We needed to to get our items. We got a Uhaul plus also a trailer and drove about an hour and half to some Lowes parking lot. I had been told I needed to register the contract and then pay in money first. I didn’t wish to signal till we got our items however he said he’d push away. Thus, we gave him $3200 in money and he said we don’t receive a receipt or copy of this contract. I had been in tears but he’d start the truck and people could receive our items, at least portion of those. The matter was it that all had been infested with roaches and busted and lots of my items were lost. This was a night mare to say the very least. We have other individuals boxes, a few being their family photographs, and if I wrote and informed them that they would not even write me back about it. I’ve left messages but nobody will call me back. The one thing I got was an email stating they’d do an investigation and also to submit a claim and after I wrote them to ask about some kind, I never discovered again. We’re submitting a claim but has been told we did not take insurance out and it was just likely to become 60 cents a pound. These individuals are Haitians we believe. They’re crooks and quite unscrupulous. We’ll be suing since we’ve so many things broken and missing. No sensible care has been granted in our items, whatsoever.
