I must have known just how bad it was going to function as the amount of lies they informed before their birth. They are a complete piece of crap company. They handled our homegoods like garbage, stole things, lost things, shattered things and then lied about who did everything. I expect only terrible things happen to every single one of the men and women who destroyed my sons birthday, then stole out of him and then lied about everything. If they had been in any other company, they would be in prison… The movers mafia covers its own ass though.

I reserved and then saw the testimonials here. I attempted to cancel and Paul persuaded me otherwise. Should of went along with my gut and also pinpointed. Worst experience ever. Our condominium we had been going out of’d set days for transfer in/outs. They were suppose to appear at 10 am and did not appear until after 3 pm. They proceeded slow and required breaks. They did not finish loading the vehicle before after 9 pm. We just had a two bedroom condo…. On top of this the quote was far off. I walked through my home and told them what I had, ” the thing sheet had been 100% right down to the very box since we predicted 4 times before the movement to upgrade it. The cost had been offered at $1200. Once they loaded it, they stated it’d really be 3600. On the rear end, the contract gave them 21 days plus they took 23 days. The truck driver has been so rude and attempted to make up new charges payable in only money to him. He did not bring any resources so he could not place back any furniture together. So there you have it he is bad and the business is too. Just great section was the arrangement unloaders they hired to the rear end were fine, largely since they steered the truck driver up to me.

Lmao, I did not fall for this one. Do not do it! They are deceptive companies. I have already contacted many government, including the authorities and a lawyer, and am only letting folks know through testimonials while strengthening my paper route since they have broken their binding arrangements on numerous angles it is frightening. If the helpers visit your property, they’re random individuals from Craigslist. I understand this since there was a helper that he said that he was there due to an advertisement. There’s not any obvious communication when problems occur. Customer support folks do not understand what is going on just say, somebody will return to youpersonally, but they do not. Go with another business.

The men doing the actual physical movement proved pretty great – but the workplace systematically lied. They do not accept credit cards only money or postal money orders. Shameful employees with completely appalling dispositions.

My Claim for those damages resulting from the bad handling of Transferring Express & Storage INC was hauled to Anthem Claim control 2 months ago, its stuck since they do not possess the Inventory list in the movers. It is shocking that MOVING EXPRESS & SORAGE are blatantly not supplying the INVENTORY LIST in my movement to maintain my claim on hold.

I can not even start with horrible encounter with my move a week. These folks are unprofessional and incredibly rude and uncaring. The driver attempted to come two weeks early. I informed him I was not prepared. He said we’ll only pack you and bill you for this. Showed up using a truck which was not large enough. Wouldn’t hear me when I informed him it was not gont fit. Before they left that they were literally throwing items and they had been falling from their truck. I really removed one thing in the truck since I had been afraid it would not make the excursion. I didn’t know that they had two weeks to send my possessions. A couple of things got left behind. I might need to earn a trip back to Michigan, rent a Uhaul and recover it. They offered to return but you can find individuals residing in the home today and they were not comfortable dealing with these individuals. I can not blame them. What did create it here, some things was moldy, some things was busted and some things is ruined and alot of things has that dumb brown tape all over it???

I’m in the process of coordinating a class action lawsuit against them. Run to the hills. They sent land which has been crushed and attempted to extort money from us. We intend on pressing criminal charges.

I was really apprehensive with a moving company but things turned out nicely. I mean that they had been running a bit late but they made up for this by doing such a fantastic job after there (I had alot of items ). They took my items about the truck and set it in their own storage facility until I was prepared. I didn’t get delivered as fast as I wanted but I chalk it up to going across state.

HELP! I cant get amyone in the company to even answer my calls!! All I need to know is where my stuff is and if it’ll be delivered. I cant get a direct response. Their”computers are down”, or there isn’t anybody in the”desk”. This provider is bogus. They showed up without the resources to take apart furniture, also nickeled and dimed everything!! Along with the salesman that whined about being from the moving industry for decades and might estimate so well- well not only didn’t have precisely the things I said I might have but I had even less poles. And that he still cost me a few hundred dollars in overage charges. I received no notice for pickup (and I had been attempting to order this from the other country.) They simply showed up and wanted that the warehouse proprietor (only a buddy keeping my furniture) provide them money and sign some paperwork. I spent hours and hours on the telephone with Home Team Movers, the first business that contacted me, and hours on the telephone with Transferring Express and Storage who seemingly really did the transfer. Both businesses ought to be ashamed of the company practices. THey whined to my head, made unauthorized charges to my credit card and held my furniture hostage til I signed and paid paperwork before I can even see my furniture. In terms of the”good claims section” the Transferring Express rep explained they’d (but would not give me the amount or anything before shipping )well, it is a third party claims management firm that doesn’t even have a contact number or internet processing. The firm was on ABC News for deceptive practices.  The business owner was a owner of a moving firm before this business that was shut down from the D.O.T.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANYThe narrative detailed a household moving from Maine to Arizona.  The business owner was put under survilence.  The Department of Weights and Measures was included.  This was a result of the moving company asserting that rather than 8,000 pounds, the load was 16,000 lbs, or DOUBLE the quote.  Nevertheless the firm refused to deliver the truck into a weight-station several times.
Subsequently when the company eventually ceased holding the family’s possessions hostage, the motorist they had to push the truck was drunk, driving on suspended license, and had a controlled substance from the cab of their truck.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU LOVE YOUR FURNITURE AND DONT WANT TO LOOSE IT. I hired a business called as World Van lines plus they subcontracted it into Transferring Express and Storage INC.. They’re a lot of irresponsible individuals including their direction who doesnt know how to speak.  I moved from NJ to IL at August 2012 and if they came at IL (1 week late), they didnt have my 46 inch LCD TV (can you imagine that) that was worth $1700. As soon as I asked about it, I came to understand that Transferring Express’d subcontracted their work into a different moving company and I was only being pitched around to receive my own TV. They asked to submit a claim using Anthem (their assert firm ) and apparantly that they took 6 months to return to me. I received a letter saying that I will be getting back $196 ONLY rather than just one cent more. I’m like, OK provide me this atleast as well as yet, I am still waiting for my test to me obtained. I’m sure someone (from this business who stole my TV) is sitting at home, enjoying watching my TV on his sofa.   I would like to be certain that what I have gone through, nobody else does this. Additionally I had been quoted a cost of $1500 for the movement but finally they billed me $3000.  It had been the worst experience of my entire life every coping with this business SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.  I dont need to give them one celebrity, ideally there were negative stars to speed.

TO ALL THOSE BEFORE YOU USE THIS FIRM- DO NOT!!!! I do not often blog on problems but if it’s bad it’s bad, and that I do not want anybody to go through what I went through! I contracted out a movement using Voyager Van Lines in July of 2012 who afterward sold my transfer into Transferring Express & Storage- (didn’t know about this whatsoever ). Moving Express subsequently sold my transfer to 3 other companies who end up losing my things and combining them together with different motions. In essence there are many people with exactly the exact same move period who dropped tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of things!! Per the many communications with the different moving businesses – First was Voyager Van Lines whom subcontracted the job out to Transferring Express & Storage, I had been advised to Devote a claim for many missing things.   Besides the ongoing problems with damaged and missing things, there were many other problems that arose for example things leading to delayed pickups in which I endured additional rental times of $76.66 daily (1 in total) at select up and a resort night’s stay for 1 night in VA ($139.00) because of the moving businesses inability to emerge as scheduled because of once more another matter having a truck. Pick Up was program on June 17th but didn’t happen until June 18th.   Fall off was to happen on July 2nd but didn’t happen until July 3rd. Several things are damaged for example a $500 cupboard from Pottery Barn that’s a rolling drink cupboard – (complete underside was busted ), an whole table is missing a leg that renders it useless  in addition to a 3 drawer white dresser- base has been broken off. I was told I needed to cover extra costs to wrap my mattress to get the play, even after I’d already bought a mattress bag, since they”could rewrap it otherwise and you’d observe this on arrival)- that wasn’t true, it only arrived in the plastic I’d put it in and that’s all. While the issues previously are extensive, it’s minimal to the lost things and countless emails and calls I’ve put to both businesses which remained unanswered. This is the worst move I’ve ever had in my entire life and the strain put on to me during that period was extensive and excruciating. What was my Absolute Claim? -: $3700 and didn’t incorporate the various tiny things missing nor does this take in almost any damaged things as my principal concern is your missing things.  Additionally, it didn’t include the resort and extra nights at the flat I didn’t assert. After sending this into Anthem, I got a letter about two months later saying that it had been refused and nothing was likely to happen. Recall movers- their insurance businesses operate for THEM, not You!  Then I went back to the two moving businesses on this and once they changed amounts , left vmails the end result was not anything. Eventually a month after I got a random text in the 1 individual in the workplace which felt appreciative telling me that the firm knew where my things were but to not say anything as she’d get fired. She even gave out the phone number and name of the individual so that I could contact. This isn’t just prohibited but I was thankful for her gloomy moment of guilt. I’ve since been connected with this other individual who also lost her things and we’re working together to email to me. Did the moving firm cover this or phone me back whatsoever? NOPE — this really is just another $300 that I must incur and it is just a few products. The moral of the story is not to use either organization or company – that I believed I did my assignments but they both place undue strain, loss and total major fiscal difficulties on me. If you’re still reading this it should be constantly aware that my first quotation of $1K turned into $2500 with extra door charges, lift fees, 35feet added fees and even more- like one inspector who cried at me, showed up with no top and then asked me to get you when I explained he had to put on a shirt while in the home. I hired Transferring Express and Storage from Passaic NJ because of my Florida move.I was somewhat worried because I had been on a stringent budget and noticed lots of tales about transferring companies.I was quite pleasantly surprised if they packaged the vast majority of my cabinets and kitchen cabinets that I just payed $500 over I had been quoted and thats due to my packaging requirements.The staff was nice and professional.I would highly recommend them!

Offering them ONE STAR is making me ill to my stomach…  The most strangest firm, of any type, I’ve ever addressed.  And that I had no option!  They had been subcontracted from the firm I hired to move my family from Virginia to Arizona.  From the minute their”packers” showed up I knew I was in for hell.  The very first thing the group leader explained to me was he would need $150 bucks (in CASH!) Because my drive was slightly apt.  I am not one for play… as well as the stories I have on this movement are innumerable.  They refuse to answer their own telephones, they assert call springs and NEVER return calls,… My wife’s computer never revealed in Arizona (among other items ) and the supervisor (Moses or Moshe. . Not certain how to state it) PROMISED me a call back the next week because he wanted to appear in a couple of areas and speak with the driver… NEVER called me back and I have been calling them for 3 consecutive weeks.  Left a voicemail ever single time (Mercy is your customer support woman’s title ) and NEVER get called back. I am so serious about thiscompany’s disgusting behaviour that I’m filing a complaint with the DoT, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the BBB, and submitting these WARNINGS on ever review website I could.  Moving is stressful enough… however this firm ought to be shut down instantly. I am begging you, save yourself the stress and hassle of having to manage this corporation. 1 other narrative from this movement which ought to be a warning… (I have many)… their motorist abandonded my spouse in the shipping address in Arizona since he need to have a shower.  He left three men at her home to finish unpacking while he uttered. The men finished but the motorist (A Moving Express worker ) never came backagain. These men wanted him to drive them home… AND they had to be compensated by him!!! My spouse FINALLY got a hold of him and he had been arrested by the authorities!!!! He did not have the suitable parerwork within his truck!!! What type of company hires motorists that do not take the opportunity to do the proper paperwork.  Professionals are aware of what they’re doing… This man did not!!! Again… this is but one narrative.  I’ll be posting one story whenever I call them to react to my lost things… like my spouse’s $3,000 work computer… my child’s XBOX… hmm, detect a motif to the MISSING things??????

If you’d like professionals, don’t use this organization.  They’ll rob youpersonally, of things and money. Furthermore, if you would like to invest in packaging stuff but have your hardware packaged with older hamburger king wrappers, this comapny is your thing to do.  If you would like to get exactly what you pay for, then this is the last company I’d ever use. We had been charged an extra $240 from the driver via private chack composed to him, since our townhouse had stairs to the interior… A TOWNHOUSE!!! Additionally a 250 suede and rabbit fur jacket came up lost throughout the transfer and the firm doesn’t have anything to say about it.  We’re supposed to be given a check reimbursing the 240 billed by the motorist, but somehow it has to have slipped their minds.

I must say I’ve moved a couple of times because of my job and it has always been a nightmare. As cynical as I was planning using a inspector I had no option because I have severe back problems and nobody to assist me. I took a chance with this business since they were recommended to me by a buddy at work. I have to mention that they had been right on with this recommendation. The movers were very professional and did a fantastic job on keeping me posted in my things while being hauled. The caliber of the job was exceptional and my cost was quite great. Among the employees came to my house and gave me a fantastic apartment cost. This was the very first time that I had a mover honour their cost. Thank you moving say I’ll use your company when I ever move ahead.

Lets begin by saying we obtained estimate for 2000 pounds with 5 percent reduction came to $1064.00 and proceed date was to be 12/23/2011. The quotation has been based on queries asked my the moving business. What size home,just how many boxes,dressers,etc.. Our home has been flooded in August so we’d minimum furniture. And we didnt go any one of our appliances. We believed we had a good quantity of boxes so that we predicted moving business and altered the quote to 3336 pounds that they lent 1681.34 w/10percent discount. We didnt need any openings or bait-n-switch issues on moving day. The drivers were assumed to get there at 8:30am Wednesday, they phoned and said they forgot to find a vacant weight in the weigh scale and also will be operating late. They showed up about 12:30-1pm. Both men seemed nice but maybe not the quickest team. We had all the boxes piled prepared to go in living space. Following a very long confusing day that they finally finshed about 6:30pm. It was assumed to be an immediate transfer 6 hour drive from Nj into Pa.. The foreman stated we will be coming till 2am would you care when we receive a resort and meet with you personally at 7am or so. We guessed ok no issue probably great idea since everybody would be exhausted. About 8pm the foreman known to state the truck scaled out loaded 23680 pounds,that has been 8000 more pounds than Nicole lent us. We argued with the driver above telephone calls back and forth. He first offered to decrease the burden to 7000 pounds over then we still complained and that he offered to lose the pounds to 5000 pounds over at $0.56 per pound. We finally gave up arguing and simply wished to arrive safely and also telephones kept falling calls on rt 80. We drove our private cars and came at new house 2am put the alarm clock for 6am. So after the firm did nothing straight from begin to finish I grew up and told that their supervisor either take the cash orders or do nothing. They took the cash orders, and that I still tipped each man since they didn’t do the manual labour. However, I dont expect any worker at this business. Misleading from start to finish.
