    Long-distance move from Oklahoma
    Be aware people

Be aware men and women. I had a horrible experience together. They did not deliver my things on-time. Each time that I called them around where would be my items they stated something different.   1 day they called and said that my matters would be delivered following day also gave me the push’s phone number. I named the driver and that he stated he’ll probably be here in 4 times since he was at Tennessee. Damaged stuff, large holes in bed box and eventually I’d 4 box of fresh Tommy Hilfiger men panties in the Shop. 1 package of each has been stolen! Who enjoys panties for god sake!

    Long-distance move from Pennsylvania
Low Ball estimate, overcharging on delivery

I had been confident there would not be any suprises with my salesman John.
The pickup driver came two days.
After the vehicle was filled and spouse packaged and prepared to depart, Driver advised that now the charge to move could be $2000 greater than quoted.
The shipping drive was also 2 days late, but because we didn’t have the additional $200 chosen for its free storage.
No word in the firm for more than 30 days. Simon explained that when we cover the balance in money $3060 rather than the initial $1060, they’ll subtract the storage, that was 30 times free, launch the load to pick us up , or else they will charge storage, then delivery and reload fees. Really poor customer support. And communications stinks. The BBB says Moving Direct is no longer in company to look for legal counsel for outstanding problems. Yea correct, we live in a vacant house with our stuff out.

    Long-distance move from North Carolina
    Awful

I’ve transferred several times, and this undoubtedly is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had been offered on the Moving Immediate Vanlines from Allan, who grossly misquoted just how far my price would be on the telephone. I had been quoted $1500, and my transfer was about $3000. Additionally, I whined to him, just how significant it will be for my stuff to arrive in California on June 22 as my family had taken off time that week to help me get settled. I had been told by Allan that this wouldn’t be a issue. It’s now July 1st, and my stuff has been picked up in North Carolina on June 9th, and I still don’t have anything. I have called Allan double and no reply. I’ve since discovered, that Transferring Immediate Vanlines has gone out of business, and today is operated with Red Gold Logistics. Everybody I’ve spoken to over the telephone in Red Gold Logistics is quite fine, HOWEVER, nobody is taking responsibility for the delay.

I was also told by Allan that charge card could be considered a kind of repayment for the movers, but they only accepted cash or postal money order. I had been told this since the movers were ending up, fortunately my bank was still open, but that was a massive surprise.

I’ll say that the movers that came into North Carolina and packaged and moved my things were fantastic. Nonetheless, it’s now July 1st, and I’m in a vacant apartment free of stuff and no one is taking any obligation.
