I phoned Moving APT and inquired where my stuff was but he didnt have an answer for me, given I phoned in 7p EST..   He said He’d return to me tomorrow once he hears in the dispatcher.   Saturday, came and that he didn’t receive a response in the dispatcher so that he said he would call me Monday.   Monday, came without a telephone so I called Tuesday and that I got vcml.   Wednesday, came and that I predict Moving APT again and again receive vcml but on this Wednesday, a guy in the moving business called me and said he would be in Atlanta on Saturday along with my own stuff.   Saturday arrived and he had been on time.   He had been here with my things, he put All my possessions where they had to be and that I couldnt have been more happy.   They were not forthright and fair as it came down to shipping of my items but if they did send it, it had been nothing but professionalism whatsoever.   I really don’t know whether I will use them again but they did a nice job!! The only thing they want to operate on is the communication between the dispatcher and the client.   As a client, I only need to know when my things is getting to the place. I have called millions of numbers and gotten either voicemails or somebody who maintains they couldnt help me.

I never believed shifting two televisions, a king size mattress, and a platform bed, MAYBE 10 sticks plus a tiny miniature bar could be such a issue but I was incorrect.

I am presently working on getting a lawyer involved, but since I’m only 20, I do not have the money to cover an awesome lawyer that’ll get my things back. Therefore if it’s the last thing to do, then please find a better moving company.

I friend sent me a news story Channel 5 at AZ at 2014 when they had been caught red handed. Same, company same scams. . They apparently go by different titles too. Transferring APT tried to provide $250. 00 for my problems if I sign arrangement and clam they are personally handing my clam for harms. . I denied and I do not believe a word they say. . They are also threatened not to honor my damages since I do not have all of the paperwork and information since their driver stole it. They’ve deceived, cheated, cheated and lied to me from the very start. Latest lie into the AZ Attorney General asserting that this was settled amicably. . Needed to fax a letter letting them know that his is just another lie. Additionally, following 120 days awaiting the promise to be admired for the broken and ruined things, I sent an email to learn what was happening just to be told it’d take an extra 30 days since Most Valuable Movers wasn’t sending the requested paperwork… OH HECK NO! I had a collapse

First impression was great I talked with Adrian who promised me that my quote was true and wouldn’t be anything extra if all matched up with everything I supplied him. I even called twice to include extra items to prevent any surprise fees as it was time to pickup my furniture. I had been ADVISED my furniture could be divided up and put back together if choosing up and shipping. Listed below I’ve copied and pasted everything has been mentioned…. Movers asked an extra charge for delivery of 50 to place my furniture back together.

They eventually showed up in 3 PM and were both impolite and horribly messy. The situation from the vehicle was just inhumane. There were people sleeping on the ground. One of the men explained that his buddy John”picks up him””each time he is in the city.” Imagine what happens when this man hurts himself on your flat. He does not work for either the agent or the subcontractor, thus you’re on the hook. Here is the most disgusting, most illegal surgery I’ve ever seen from the United States.Of that the boxes which did arrive, many were in pathetic condition. Here is the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. RUN, RUN, RUN off!  I hired them to transfer my things out of NY to CA and because of Coronavirus I couldn’t be there to manage everything.   They gave me one quote, then Another quotation Once We adjusted the Amount of items we had and then they forced me to shun exactly what I’d had, which increased the quotation by a Great Deal.   When I expressed concern with that they said to not worry, after they had the Specific record after moving day They’d offer me a breakdown of what and that the total goes down Depending on the Authentic box/item count.   The day of the movement, nobody called or came.  Since I was not able to be that I had been paying someone to fulfill the movers and they all sat there waiting for 2 hours.  So I had been outside that cash and needed to pay somebody for another moment.  When I could eventually reach a person at Transferring APT they informed me that the truck broke down and then they rescheduled for the following moment.  The following day the movers came, two hours late.  The movers who showed up were known as Gross Country Movers.  They packed my things and the individual I’d waiting there sent me a listing of those things transferred.  I phoned Moving APT daily for a week attempting to find a breakdown of the true price.  NO ONE phoned me back.  I got their answering support every time that I called. They did not appear on time, and then they were excusing for one more time program; didn’t appear finally!!! They keep promising that they will discover a livelihood and there’s no one in the region. Finally, they refused to refund my deposit, which I needed to struggle for that.

I tried phoning to find a receipt for moving costs. The web site says they start at 9:00am. After attempting to have a hold of a customer service agent for 45 seconds I eventually tried another extension and somebody else picked up. As I was describing what I wanted I cut me off and told me to phone back and dial up another expansion and hung me up. I didn’t actually have enough time to explain that nobody was replying online. As soon as I phoned again I got another rep and she explained to me she didn’t understand why they were not replying but possibly they”were running late today”. I inquired if she would assist me and she told me no I would only need to wait patiently and hung me up again!!! That is completely absurd and frustrating!!

They’ll tempt you in with a minimal quote then delegate a moving company for your move. Any provider. In my situation, it’s”Many Valuable Movers” they’re 3 hours late and incredibly unfrofessional. Once they left I discovered a broken wine glass concealed in a drawer. The following day the moving firm called and told me that the true cost would be nearly 3 times the initial estimate! Needless to say, calls for Transferring APT are unanswered & not returned. The moving business is saying that my possessions won’t be here until next week. Over 2 weeks because select up. Happily, I was smart enough to utilize AMEX and will dispute these fees. Don’t USE! Go with a respectable business. They are crap & not worth the hassle.

I wish it had been possible to provide them less than 1 star. Customer support representative tricked me to think making a 8 hour delivery wouldn’t be a problem, which my delivery would be reached in the 13 times that I gave them to send my things before starting work. I’m 24 days into my shifting window. 0/15 in returning my calls/voice messages. Business where they contracted to perform the pick-up/drop off does not even have a site and informs me its not that their problem APT told them with my own things moved in a efficient way would not me an problem. First encounter with a”specialist” moving business and do not know how they’re even in company.

Day 20 and nobody could tell me where my items are. I keep calling and they keep telling me somebody will call me back at precisely the exact same afternoon and nothing. Also overcharged my credit card by $600 and can not explain why. Proceed was quoted as 7 to 10 times and I am on day 20. Last week they said that they have 30 business days to provide my items. I never would have hired them when I understood that. My customer service rep would be dismissing me (Ian Kerr). Steer clear of this business, they’re the worst.

You men are the greatest scam ever.
Whatever you need is to earn money in the kind of”booking fees”.
We had in the start mentioned that we had to understand exactly who the movers would be, therefore we could explore them prior to the move occurred.
When we attempted to speak to them, that they do not select your requirements, and neither reply to your mails. We phoned to cancel the ceremony, and then they inform us regarding the”booking fees”, and then also say that they assign a plumber daily ahead of the transfer – We had been advised before, that they would assign a plumber at least a week ahead of time. This is simply ridiculous!
Thank GOD we didn’t proceed with these men and examine the strain of not needing our products broken and lost!

WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED. I really don’t know whether this is the way all moving agents function but moving through Transferring APT has been an entire waste of money and time. When they obtained my residue it had been lights out to them. No assistance once I emailed and called. I needed to manage the drivers and transferring company. Save yourself time and a whole lot of MONEY and handle a moving company right.

Problem #1: I wasn’t notified before the pickup. I used to not understand the pickup date before the motorist phoned me personally THE DAY OF to inform me that they’d be there in a couple of hours. Fortunately I had my flat completely packaged.

Problem #2: The charge to transfer all of my possessions is MORE THAN DOUBLE the quotation. This I discovered as soon as the driver showed up to load my personal possessions. I realize a number of this is really on me but MOST of it’s about the dreadful quote procedure.

Problem #1: I asked me when I’d be prepared to accept shipping I mentioned, weekly out of the pickup date. The moving company would be telling me this the 14 day delivery interval does not even begin till the date that I gave them for shipping. WHAT?!! Had I known that I could have told them the day after they picked up it!!! This lack of clarity and communication in their role is totally UNACCEPTABLE.

Problem #4:: It required only a total of 3 WEEKS to my own possessions to be sent. All communication was completed by mepersonally, speeding APT DID NOTHING!

I should have read each of the dreadful reviews before I allow this business steal my cash.

The quote cost doubled the initial price I was awarded, we rolled with it. The truck company desired to break the rent by approaching a day as well as my things wasn’t prepared so I opted to change the pickup date. Subsequently more”hidden charges” came together with managing a massive box and needing to move up a flight of stairs. Now, Danielle predicted to alter the contract by just shifting the dates for pickup again, again we wrapped with it. This firm has become the worst company I’ve ever handled. They all lie! I would not suggest this to my worst enemy. Now, it is making my army move as dreadful as you can. I am presently on the road led into my destination and my personal stuff remains back on base not understanding how I’ll get my things back.

My initial deposit was $606 and it moved around $825. Which now they will not give my cash. And I’ll be creating a police complaint concerning it.
