Moving America Moving & Storage

First scheduling ought to have given me pause. I had been sent 5 distinct quotations with various dates and times as they tried to organize me along with different moves.  Pick up team came on time but without the resources to disassemble bits and didn’t understand how to disassemble without breaking up once my resources were supplied. They broke an outside light along with my dresser and didn’t report this to me personally.   ALL furnishings were ruined, nothing was wrapped, dressers came with clothes hanging outside. Things were transferred from 1 truck to a warehouse along with another truck for shipping. The manner by which the products were packaged within the truck was absurd, things just chucked and thrown together with one another. While the shipping has been made, a”salesman” showed up and demanded payment before things were even removed from the truck. I would never recommend this organization.

I had a verified movement. They predicted the night before to mention they could not perform my scheduled movement as  most of their trucks were so occupied and mine had been busted.   I inquired if they can only rent you and they said yes but it’d cost me an extra $300 for your truck leasing.   It was Chris, the”GM?Owner?”   He promised to perform the movement friday morning without any additional delays. They never showed up, did not call, and did not retun some one of my mnessages (email and voice ).

We discovered that this mover to the better business bureau site and hired them. We were happy and fulfilled although the sole issue was that they had been an hour late and we’re worried as we needed to be outside but they got us out at time and did a very fantastic job for us. We advise this mover. .
