Friday, May 15th, I hired & paid two motorists out of Movers 4 Dallas to relocate my own furniture. Upon the conclusion of my movement I discovered that both railings of my king mattress was ruined and that I was not able to reassemble the mattress.
Monday, May 18th I achieved to DJ or even BJ concerning the harm. He requested that I email photos & he’d speak with the drivers regarding the harm.
Tuesday, May 19th he phoned me back & stated that his drivers suggested that they did not hurt any of my furniture. As soon as I explained to him that the mattress was new new and that I wished to submit a claim he explained that there wasn’t any need to submit a claim as his men told me that they did not hurt any of my furniture.
Now I have had to buy substitute side railings from Ashley Furniture which cost me $228.95 (that can be in addition to the total cost of this transfer ) all because of the plumber’s neglect. I am Unhappy about this at all…
Scheduled a transfer last Friday for an extremely little 1,600 sqft house, DJ or BJ proposed a 16ft moving truck for this job. After shooting 4 trips back and on into the new residence through the week that the 16ft truck still did not match all of the bulk thing. I needed to create 2 more excursions that Friday to find the remainder of our possessions. The operator must be the expert on how big truck to maneuver a house, they weren’t. DJ or BJ wasn’t ready to use us whatsoever about the shifting price even though we needed to invest more on leasing a truck and petrol expenditure for both extra trips we needed to make because of his error. I wouldn’t ever recommend Movers4Dallas to anybody in my community.
