Long-distance move from San Antonio, TX
    Great work!

John J. and Nick G. were totally fantastic –transferred all of our huge furniture and lots of significant boxes and crates in our two bedroom flat into a second (upstairs! ) ) Flat in just 3 months. They have been more friendly, respectful, and fast. In addition, the prices were amazing. Should you proceed together, call beforehand to ask John J. and Nick G.

    Local move--Outstanding! Eric and Gregg

We contacted this business to relocate us in an apartment into a house on 11/29. I was not certain what to expect, however, the cost was definitely excellent. Both young men arrived punctually, Eric Davis and Greg. They were quite considerate, explained to us before doing anything to a odd item of furniture and the way they had to manage it. These men took precaution in managing our things, placing them on the truck firmly and sent them without anything going wrong in any way. A couple of things needed to be taken apart like the bed in the master bedroom. They kept everything together, every one of the screws, etc and put the bed back together at our property. We had a few very heavy things that they managed, in addition to a whole lot of breakable/fragile products. This movement went great with no hitch. Not only were they fine, they had been engaging and quite respectful. I’ve read a number of those other reviews which weren’t positive, but….Eric Davis and Gregg represented themselves and also this business very well. We’ll surely utilize these two again!

Poor quality. Make a list of everything you have moved!

When I hired Movers of San Antonio, I advised them that there could be two drop off places and that I had packaging support. Having not got a confirmation phone, I called the the day ahead of the move to verify the facts of the transfer. At the time I inquired if I’d require any packaging materials, want to dismantle furniture, or disconnect appliances. Additionally, I asked how I need to tag non boxed things so that the movers would understand where to carry them. The telephone contact said the movers would deliver all packaging materials and look after furniture and appliances. He said I might only tell the movers exactly what goes where and they would look after it. When the movers came, they’d no packaging material and one accountable appeared very perturbed that he needed to disconnect/move appliances. Moreover, they appeared to have no thought there were just two drop off stains (storage and home ). Each of the already packed boxes were tagged storage or house. As instructed I advised the one accountable where the nonboxed things goes. This was the exact same inspector who afterwards had another pushing him around on a dolly. Each inspector functioned on another activities/rooms both at pickup and fall off. I’d run room to room to inform them where matters went. Two of those three worked really difficult, but sometimes there was apparent confusion because the mind mover would provide different instructions.
After the movers left the home, I noticed that they had abandoned many things marked”storage” from the garage of the home. They didn’t inform me they’d done this. I needed to pay somebody else to transfer these. Afterwards, while we were unpacking, I needed to return to the storage as many items marked for the home were there. From the storage I detected a shelf overlooking. Additionally, the bottoms of the piano have been loosened by a single mover. However, both that proceeded the piano, made a decision to keep them on. They weren’t retightened before moving or upon delivery. The movers shot a 30 minute lunch involving the he storage along with the home. This was contained at the moment. I’ll say that among those mover forwent from the strategy to move a fridge once the manager said it couldn’t be moved. He got the refrigerator in the home. I had been quite impressed with him. And how consistent he had been into the one accountable. In all, it was only very difficult to manage 3 movers functioning independently. The manager of the three did not. He appeared to just stand around waiting to get things signed and push the truck. It wasn’t worth paying for 3, I believe that the job would have gone much better when it had been just another two. Never were 3 individuals used to maneuver some other appliance or the piano, so these were all moved by 2.

History of Criminal Business Practices- BEWARE

This firm has a very long history of dividing people’s items rather than carrying insurance. Going through the client’s possessions and STEALING along with the owner does nothing whatsoever.

Read All of the YELP and Google reviews. . .they all have similar stories. Overall nightmare business they certainly don’t care and search for ways to deceive people.

If you have ripped off just like so many more, search on YELP and combine from the folks putting a case together using their joint experiences to acquire a suit and settlement. They will be put out of business so that the folks of San Antonio can conduct business in peace!

    BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I’ve utilized MOSA double in the past 3 decades, the latest being May of the year (2018). The very first time it went pretty well, nothing to actually complain about. On the other hand, the previous time, I abandoned my men’s diamond wedding ring in the sink in the restroom. I made a few trips to my car to fill items. After everything was loaded from the van I wrapped up the flat and then we left together to unload at a nearby storeage. The following morning once I returned to the flat to receive my ring it was gone. I immediately contacted MOSA and has been advised to get in touch with the authorities that I did. I had been told that somebody from the office could contact me afterwards and that they would interview both guys once they returned in a project they had been around. I have never received ANY telephone from ANYONE. I had been emailed a claim form to complete and distribute that I did. I was again promised to be upgraded but NEVER RECEIVED ONE EMAIL or PHONE CALL. After waiting patiently for many weeks, I attempted to get them regarding my situation and has been advised that the only means to speak to the insurance public was via email. I tried that and NO RESPONSE.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THESE PEOPLE BEWARNED!!!!

    DO NOTE HIRE

DO NOT HIRE. They had been unprofessional, didn’t appear with the ideal gear, smelled of marijuana and took forever. It took 3 hours simply to fill my stuff out of a 1 bedroom apartment into a transplant. The whole movement was a debilitating 7 hours together. While moving things into the new location they had been making dents in the walls and once I requested them to be cautious they stated they did not care since they were not responsible to the walls. They broke my pricey tv, a few glass furniture and scraped other furniture. I would advise hiring anybody but this provider.

    Nightmare of a move

Crucial: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Worth

This was among the worst encounters with moving I have ever needed. If I could give 0 stars, I’d have. Making the first appointment in February for a first March proceed to book the time was quite simple and also the scheduler Patty was polite & responsive & clarified how payment functioned and what I had to put down for deposit to book my 3/11 transfer. Fast forward to 3/11 and also the movers Marcus (manager ) Carlos & Glen got to my house immediately as my window that is scheduled. During the transfer, there were hurdles (average ) at a movement, I have moved more than a dozen times so that I completely get it. The gentleman looked as though they knew exactly what they were doing, but our 1400 sqft house should have managed to fit on a single truck since I don’t own a great deal of stuff, but it had been 2 excursions. The refrigerator was a nightmare & was semi-new a bit over a year old (currently in the garage) only revealed a slew of dents & important bits on both side. This was not noticeable earlier but I digress. The next excursion included my dining room table that’s scraped (profound ) beyond repair all down the center and sides & end table at the living room includes a huge deep scrape without fix. Later finding my beds out in my master & kid’s room were not put back together properly, missing plenty of screws onto the slats, in addition to they, left a lot of drill bits from their toolsets. I’ve a huge black scrape on my walls in the foyer in the very first bit of furniture brought in my new house (after finding out among the movers was brand new). No matter I tipped the gentleman since they did work hard & the educated me concerning the harms it had been an effortless procedure & the asserts are extremely fast to react. . .so really far from the fact!!! I predicted the Location multiple occasions & talked with Bud to test in my assert & he explained Mary Brown (claims adjusters) will hit out. She did through email & again said this claim 6-8 weeks. I have followed up on the promise (56 days & counting). Finally, I got an email last night saying I would be refunded a total of 39 that isn’t only insulting but a joke because of my own claim. My dining room table has been over $800 new just two years back & had no scratches on it at all & the ending table in my living room was under a year old & 350 when I purchased it last March again without any marks or scratches. I emailed Mary last night & again this morning requesting not just her boss’s advice but also the proprietors of the place I employed & she refused to provide me either one & stated since it is a legal thing she wants to just communicate through email & I needed to sign & receive notarized the reimbursement for reimbursement. I called the local office; 210-348-8199 & talked with Gia this afternoon (5/6) in 9:12 am & she had been impolite & said she could not assist me & that she would need to currently hang me up where she did & then blocked my number. I’ve never in my life dealt with such a lack of professionalism from begin to finish. It has been pain piling along with the simple fact of the subject that the claim taking 8 months is a joke to say you will undoubtedly be a whopping $39. I’ll be submitting a promise to the BBB. I would strongly suggest not going with those movers, ever.

DO NOT USE MOVERS OF SAN ANTONIO!!!

I hired loaf of San Antonio to proceed in January. They broke several things, most significantly the glass shelves out of my china cupboard. When it happened, the worker known as the episode in and I had been confident that it would be replaced/taken good care of. Once I paid (and tilted them) I had been told I’d get an email with directions for replacing the broken products. I eventually got a”claim form” once I contacted them a couple of weeks later after I hadn’t heard from them. I took the opportunity to quantify, seek quotations, complete the form, and return it. The harm was over $200 which did not even take into consideration all of the time that it required for me to collect the replacement details. I eventually heard back that they would just cover the burden of this busted glass ($27.00). They stated that it had been in my contract and also suggested I contact my employer insurance provider to create a claim! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! They broke the things and also deny to repair/replace them. A extremely costly china cupboard with shelves is fairly useless!
I’m filing a complaint with the BBB.

DO NOT hire this dishonest Company. San Pedro, San Antonio

We hired loaf of San Antonio situated
6989 San Pedro San Antonio, TX 78216
Patty, quoted $1,600.00 on 3 different listed phone calls. Inform us we wouldn’t find anyone more affordable. This sum included the $489.00 gas fee. (This is already billed to our CC Business )
The two guys arrived at 9:15 am. I hired individual to help take things out. David Gant, the motorist, spent most of his time wrap furniture! Cliff loaded. They came in the destination 1/2 hr. Earlier, prior to us. Some products were already unloaded. They requested for payment. I gave them my credit card. David Gant said NO! His Boss told him by telephone, to collect $1,900.00 money or load up furniture back up, and also leave. Authorities were called. . 3 of these came. I had been fearful of those two men raising their voices at me. My 95 yr. Senior husband said to donate them to $1900.00 money from the $2,000.00, we’d stored for land taxes. We had been overcharged $800.00. We finally have scraped and broken furniture which has been thrown in our own garage. (Many things weren’t packed, in San Antonio. The two men left before I discovered )

Both men left the destination, honking, once I went inside to check in my husband..Tools and other things are overlooking. I could not shut the garage door. Jason Burns and Patty have obstructed my own calls. All I need is a refund of $800.00. They need to be found accountable for their lies. I shall report to Attorney General and BBB.
