Please don’t use this business! They Aren’t a part of Movers of San Antonio. They transferred me on Saturday and ever since that time it’s turned into a nightmare. They ruined my buddies vehicle, they billed me to get time when they weren’t working like when they sat down to eat (that I fed them), and forcing time when it had been already included in the progress payment I gave them and supposedly there truck was messing up en route from point A to Point B; I grabbed one of them moving into my fridge a few times, they did not package everything in the truck, even when there was lots of distance, which subsequently caused me to need to do two extra trips. It took them 5 hours to load a 1 bedroom apartment and it had been brought to my attention that they were smoking marijuana at work. When I talked to the manager Gerard on Saturday that he started to argue with me and then began wheeling and dealing with me, and a few of those drivers called me another day to find out whether he would go and pick up a few of the things that I left in the old flat when he would have them. When I phoned and eventually talked with Gia the manager and told her what she wanted to hold me accountable and has since blocked my number even though she’s supposed to be exploring the circumstance. Please, please, don’t place yourself in this place, they look very dangerous slow-moving moving business particularly for ladies. Please don’t use them. This scenario has taught me that there really isn’t some security for clients using professional movers. Please share.
