I recently hired Long Distance Movers Alliance to pick up my items on August 30th, 2015 to get a transfer from Queens, NY to West Palm Beach, Fl. My items came on September 19th, in my memory serves me well. My items arrived a day or two late, and that I needed to call the company to learn what was happening with my own delivery. The movers that picked my stuff up were fantastic. But that is where the greatness STOPS. My stuff came with two guys who worked fast. However, because they were moving items around (until they drifted my things ) I discovered that one of these (perhaps not just one in charge) managed the boxes quite about, throwing boxes at ways he should not be. I detected them putting heavier boxes along with frames that were lighter.
After unloading my items, it had been found that among my moderate sized boxes were lost. They utilize a record system. The items are listed and plotted in the right time of pickup, so that you can account for every single product. Together with the lost box, a couple of my antiques were broken, in addition to my George Foreman grill and also a electric griddle. All these were used things. In attempting to achieve a settlement, Long Distance Movers Alliance has provided me $125 to get a ship containing personal items having a value of at least $250, two broken vases, and one busted electric griddle, plus a busted George Foreman grill. With the exclusion of their courteousness of the team (Hector, the direct moving man who sent at WPB, the team who picked up from NY, along with Patrick, the Transferring Professional who reserved my movement ), there’s been nothing great about this shifting experience. From late dawn, to split missing and stuff boxes, I’m sorely disappointed with their services. I’m still anticipating a much better reply than the one I have been granted, even though it was nearly two month. I am certain that they don’t know where the box is still in this time. However, that offer me $125 is insulting and very honestly inadequate. I’d certificates for my occupation at that box, so that I needed to get more again. Which meant spending 170. That might have been more had I not been blessed. I’d physical items which are 250 in value, also broken products. In Summary, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOVING COMPANY.

They started my cargo, stole all of my valuables along with re-wrapped the dispatch then sent it just like nothing happened. The refused to solve my claim, give a tracer record and some other advice regarding why my dispatch was started in storage and transit.

I promptly emailed the moving business to call the shipment to determine if things have been left to the vehicle. I then started checking my other furniture. I understood they had stolen things in my drawers in my dresser, shattered drawers and eliminated jewelry out of my nightstand. Even removing files to add my passport. Then I understood that the products were discharged a re-wrapped to fool me.
