Long-distance move from Miami Beach, FL
Will charge you much more than they estimate

The telephone quote was $350. I wound up paying $595, or else they wouldn’t unload the truck. Awful experience. They shot their time driving to my price. I came much sooner to my new residence and made from the old one much later than they.

    Long-distance move from Knoxville, TN
If you want a good moving experience - go elsewhere!

As soon as I called the business on August 4th and talked with Eric to get a quotation. I clarified that I did not care about the pickup date, however I had a guranteed September 1 delivery date. I was confident this wasn’t a issue. They gave me a very great quote and I made the decision to hire them. BIG MISTAKE! I had been told my pickup could be August 30th at 11am. Subsequently on August 30th at 8am that I had been predicted by Brandon and informed it could be later in the afternoon due to a truck difficulty. I then had been called a little later time and advised that they were at my own city delivering the following load and it might be later in the day. Subsequently at 4:45pm, then I had been called by another person and advised it’d be the following day at 8am. I’d already booked a hotel in town I was going to and ready to push back on the 31st to go into my flat on September 1. I received my family to oversee the rest of my things so that we can reach Fl daily. Again I was advised by Brandon on several calls that my delivery would still be about the 1st of September. He even said on the 31st once I talked with him which the motorist could observe how little my burden was and be able to complete fast and put on the street and then get to Fl sometime on Saturday. Then it all changed! The driver said that he was not likely to rescue my belongings onto the 1st that it would be at least the 2nd of September. So I got an excess night of resort and an additional night to board my puppies. Subsequently on September 1 after I followed up with the motorist about shipping for September two I had been told that rather he’s being shipped in the opposite direction to have an additional load in VA and it’d be at least Tuesday before I received my delivery. Then I called Brandon and could not reach him. I called Eric and could not reach him. No on will reunite my voicemails. I eventually got ahold of all Shawn who said he was planning to observe how he can assist and get a person to help me and allow me to my own things. I never heard back anything – I then finally got ahold of both Brandon and that he then totally changed his narrative. As soon as I told him that I had been told my things would be sent by September 1st which was the sole reason I went for this company over the next, he explained that to allow me to receive my delivery on September 1st I’d have needed to pay extra money once I booked the move. It was NOT told to me by Eric. I had been advised by Eric that a delivery of September 1st was NOT an issue. When I asked Brandon why he kept reassuring me it’d be there from the 1st, he denied ever saying that. He said this multiple occasions while on speaker phone to get my Dad to listen to in addition to my 12 year old to listen at the car while we were driving on Friday. I’ve not in 16 moves such as 4 cross country moves’ve I had a business miss a pickup date and once I had been told a shipping date, which has been fulfilled too. This business is unprofessional, is determined, and what’s a contract if you don’t fulfill the selection up and delivery dates? If you do not care when your things have been picked up and sent subsequently go to it – but for the majority of us we wish to understand if our things will be picked up and when they’re likely to be sent so that we may make the other agreements which will need to be created when going long distance. I have asked to talk to somebody accountable MULTIPLE days and nobody will call me or follow up. Client’s mean nothing for this provider. I don’t have any idea if I will even get my things on September 4th since I was informed now by Brandon they could take around 14 days to send my things – 14 times??!!! Are you kidding me? My kids and I’m sitting at a hotel, once we have a flat we have paid for and our puppies are sitting at a boarding center – we’re all stressed and this organization’s marketing conditions -“Stress free transfer” – yeah, that is a joke!!!!! I will be calling the BBB concerning this circumstance and reimbursement. Buyer Beware or if I say – why Mover Beware!

    Long-distance move from Massachusetts
    Stay Away!!

    Fantastic Afternoon,
My family chose to move to Florida to enjoy the non new England weather.
My father-in-law researched moving businesses and opted to go with Mover Dudes LLC of Deerfield FL to maneuver us, 2 distinct houses because my father-in-law will be arriving with us. They were supposed to pickup in Brimfield ma on 6/19 at the daytime and Barnstead NH at the pm.
Transferring Dudes called and stated their truck broke down in N.J. plus they wouldn’t make it now. We’d sold our house in Massachusetts and the final date was 6/21, which they were presumed to get our possessions picked up by then.

On the 21st we still had not heard from them nor did they return our telephone calls. Considering that the new owners of our house were needing to shut on this afternoon, we needed to have somebody come and move our belongings from the home to a tent on the front yard. After two more days gone, the new owners of our house desired us to transfer our land someplace so we needed to pay $2000 to get it transferred to a different place and saved.

We needed to drive down to Florida to signal on our new house so my father-in-law remained in Mass attempting to receive our possessions down to us. We signed on our home in Florida on married the 26th. We’ve taken ownership of our new home but no furniture.

About the 28th Mover Dudes stated they could possibly be able to receive a truck on the street tomorrow or today. We’ve attempted to find another mover but nobody could encounter until July 16th the oldest. Due to all of this we’ve been compelled to living out of luggage. My wife, myself and two kids. My father-in-law is stranded at Mass until he could acquire fresh movers to pick up our possessions and deliver it to us. Currently Mover Dudes LLC has billed $4500 for my father-in-laws card, and it has provided no solutions nor are they returning our calls.

I’d love comments, input concerning the way to proceed forward.

    Thank you and regards,
    Roger Soucy
