    Really bad

Really bad! 1 month overdue for your delivery but the worse is that they dropped (or somebody stole it) one of my suitcases with items I brought back in various nations (souvenirs) and that I might not have back… So disgusted.

12 months to go a piano in Italy to the Netherlands. And this without ending email and telephone calls and 3’abortive’ delivery: after having obtained the shipping cancelled a very first time they attempted to send once I was in holiday (once I told them several times and with months forewarning is wasn’t home). They promised to provide the next week, but not obtained the goal date. Once they cancelled again the following delivery since the piano didn’t match on the vehicle:–LRB-
I have it eventually delivered after over 12 months since, after threatening calling all of the institutions they’re member of, and the manager took matters in his palms and the piano has been delivered within a week.
Not ever this firm to get a removal.

    EU delivery

Very attentive from the beginning of initial quotation, which escalated and wanted additional insurance, which was not worth the attempt.

The tile crates were ruined and therefore tiles broken. They state maybe not their fault!
The crates were just blindsided by forklift…. So they needed to have been mis-handled at a certain point.
The outside packaging has been removed and things left outside in rain.

Changed pickup place and ended up needing to deliver ourseleves for their warehouse.
Altered delivery dates although I’d given them a weeks window, then gave me 24 hrs notice for another date and I needed to return to France to take delivery!

Delay in shipping in France, motorist could not locate address (its on Google even!)
Maybe not our fault is that their answer.
Will persue futher however DO NOT recommend this business in any way.

    Move from STOCKHOLM TO UK

We chose this firm in hurry as we’d been disappointed by some other remover. As they state

“act in haste , repent at leisure”.

Anyway, to get started with the communication was excellent before we paid beforehand. After that I discovered that I had to be more proactive to be certain that things occurred. The assured assortment of Thursday or even Friday proven to be Friday afternoon and really mightn’t have occurred at all had I not always reminded them that we’d flights booked on the Saturday.

Hence that the truck came but without adequate space to match the intended load and so some things were left behind. We later had to organize a regional removers to choose these to some self storeage centre for Movecorp to accumulate a while after.

Back in the united kingdom and again having to become more proactive in demanding advice to discover that the planned delivery could be 13 days following collection! So with all our garments on a vehicle somewhere I wound up purchasing a suit, ties and shirts for company meetings.

Currently 28 days following the first set and I don’t have any information about the rest of the objects despite requesting for an upgrade 4 days past.

Now waiting for a Revenue Manager to call return but I won’t hold my breath.

In general opinion is that the client isn’t crucial in this connection provided that he assesses and helps you to optimise the load utilisation.

    My move in london

Our household has outgrown some of these furniture pieces within the home. In reality a number of these furniture pieces were 20 to 30 years of age! We do not wish to market these or simply give these away to a few friends. If we will need to unload these, at least we ship these to a group of cousins that we adore. We decided on global furniture transport. We checked out support suppliers on the internet, and Movecorp is among those who grabbed our attention. Customer support was great, and we have a competitive quote to our bits (we already checked 3 suppliers, and exactly what they provided was the cheapest ). What we liked is that the way that they wrapped and wrapped the furniture pieces. Fantastic wrap and packaging materials were utilized. And we are convinced of this because our cousins telephoned us a week ago informing us that the furniture pieces came in great condition- no marks, dents or breakage!

    Great Service

I’ve utilized Movecorp on 2 occassions; the very first to transfer a lot of precious furniture on Lake Como, in which we’ve got a set of lakeside Villas available for lease. The next, our very own home move in the united kingdom, to Broadway, Worcs.

On the two occasions, the Movecorp team involved were incredibly considerate, polite and diligent. I handle numerous different businesses on a day to day basis, and I must say that today, very great customer service such as this, actually stands out!
Even the lads that came over to Italy remained professional during although they’d browse the enormous automobile around some Italy Italian lake streets! The task was finished in time and also to a very large standard.

And again, together with the task in the united kingdom, nothing has been too much difficulty, and also when the task was carried on to the next day, it had been dealt with efficiently and economically, using a van prepared to amass some addditional things the next morning, as we had requested.
We will surely be using Movecorp for each of our international and UK needs, and have already recommended their solutions.

    Ripped off

I had a equally dreadful experience to a number of the other reviewers – I had been cheated by Movecorp at April 2011. I picked them in line with the least expensive quotation. I pushed staff concerning the validity of the estimation of quantity, and also sent them a list (which they didn’t request just like many different firms ). Movecorp promised me”we have done this several times before and believe me it is true”.

    1. Two lousy Movecorp removalist team ARRIVED in our home at the close of the day fully emptied. The truck has been overfull and they apparently still had another task to do before forcing out of London up into the Movecorp depot at Manchester. They had been concerned about blowing out tyres on the street because of overloading, which seemingly had occurred to them earlier! They literally rammed the contents of the home to each nook and cranny of their truck. Not a fantastic beginning and a indication of these difficulties to come.

    2. Movecorp offered me the support as adding blanket wrap of furniture to correctly protect it. Apparently special wrap could be utilized because of our mattress. No matter ours has been wrapped in any form or way! It was simply pushed to the truck.

    3. The stock keeping was incorrect, we afterwards realised because of our very own digital camera documents, and needed to telephone Movecorp to make certain they were planning to keep all ours together. We had been given assurances. We requested them to correctly wrap our items inside their warehouse, particularly our costly mattress.

    4. This is the worst part: Movecorp phone to say that they quantified our consignment volume in the warehouse and it was to cost 33% longer. Payment needed by credit card instantly. I left a fuss but they stated they’d grab our products (our whole household contents). We had been ransomed, thus we paid, no more option since we’d arrived in our new home in France without the furniture, clothing, kitchen products ect!

    5. Subsequently our consignment was postponed. It was not delivered on the delivery date we’d consented by phone (before registering ) and we needed to wait until another month! In our new home without a therefore needed to re-buy furniture! I attempted to talk to different Movecorp employees, but didn’t care 1 bit. They were actually hard as nails when they had our things and it is clear that they had a great deal of expertise with angry clients.

    5. The shippment finally came. Again, in the close of the afternoon, using inexperienced and fully exhauseted employees, who we needed to help carry items in by the truck. A number of things, such as classic wooden furniture things were seriously damaged. Our pricey mattress stash and disformed. That you go. What a dreadful experience with Movecorp.

I utilized Team Allied/Pickfords the Preceding year to proceed in Holland to London. Incomparable. Suitable onsite quoting, easy expert serivce door to door, rather than one scraped thing. It cost a little more up front, however less at the end following of the extra expenses related to this Movecorp ordeal.

Googling shows many websites with numerous large or 10/10 testimonials and plenty of favorable remarks. Don’t think it! These seem really questionable and Movecorp is most likely publishing fakes to drown the actual complaints online. A few of the websites really block people testimonials and appear to get rigged websites. How bad is that!

BE WARNED – DO NOT USE MOVECORP – THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR BELONGINGS AND WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Movecorp - Fantastic Service & Value for Money !!

My husband and I was dreading the transfer to France but must mention, it was all unnecessary stress.

Our movement has been pressure free from begin to finish. We obtained outstanding customer support & excellent value for money compared to other top businesses who lent us!

Our movement co-ordinator, James Mallett was useful from begin to end of our relocation and known all of our requirements.

On the elimination afternoon, the Movecorp Crew that gathered were extremely patient and helpful, particularly with me, since I had been to say the very least quite stressed and nervous about the entire move.

We utilized the Groupage Service that James advocated and our products got to us in 10 days that tied in perfectly with all our aims.

I would without doubt recommend Movecorp to all family members and friends and would definately work with them again if it be mandatory.

Lack of respect and an unwillingness to be open

Deficiency of respect for clients and an unwillingness to be honest and open.

My parents are in the process of going from Italy into France, and had chosen Movecorp on the premise that they had promised them they could deliver the precise service they desired, and had awarded a fair quote.
After a few months of mails back and on clarifying precise details, my parents unexpectedly got an email from Movecorp stating that there was a mistake and the cost they ought to happen to be quoted was #3000 more. No apology has been provided at this phase.
My parents felt tremendously upset that they hadn’t been contacted on the telephone, which the tone of this email has been flippant and remorseless. My father phoned Movecorp and talked to the young woman who’d made the error, explaining that though he knew she hadn’t misquoted on function, she’d been quite slow to pick up on her mistake and that her failure to call them and offer her true apologies was quite stern. After he alluded to her incompetence with this event, she became quite angry and accused him of becoming aggressive towards her.
My parents later received a telephone call from Movecorp’s sales supervisor. Again, no apologies were provided. He claims to have apologised many days, but out of my own conversation with this gentleman I discovered that he was really good at stating that he had apologised without really every stating that the word’sorry’… His useful advice was to ask my father if he had some other quotes from different firms and then telling my father that perhaps he ought to’proceed with somebody else afterward’. In addition, he explained to my dad that it was a great thing that the mistake was seen today, instead of closer the time because’really would have caused them difficulties’. At no time was there any supply to decrease the expense of the transfer even by a percentage, as reimbursement for Movecorp’s incompetence. There was not any discount for the truth that my parents had already made other arrangements surrounding their movement according to Movecorp’s program. The entire mindset was one of’like it or lump it’, using a flagrant lack of respect for the parents.
My experience with Movecorp came after, disgusted in how my parents were treated, I chose to post my comments about Movecorp’s page entitled Reviews and Complaints: http://www.movecorp.org/
The very first thing I discovered was that the entire absence of any complaints along with a wealth of glowing feedback. It appears that Movecorp would be the ideal removals business! Soon after submitting my comments for inspection, I got an email from the sales manager asking if he can call and talk about this situation. He did, and we had a 20 minute conversation in which he:
    – refused to admit any wrongdoing on the part of Movecorp
    – repeatedly insisted that my dad was violent and aggressive to employees over the Telephone
    – more or less refused to apologise
    – again made the assertion that when my parents did not enjoy it, they might find Somebody Else
    – became extremely irate, bordering on competitive, Once I pointed out that my parents are pensioners and do not have an additional #3000 to cover this movement
    – was Not Able to offer a decent explanation as to why this’human error’ (to the tune of #3000) had not been noticed sooner
    – was also Not Able to offer a decent explanation regarding why Movecorp simply post positive comments on their own website (company policy, seemingly, not to bill complaints on a webpage entitled’Complaints’
    – made it absolutely apparent that there wasn’t any flexibility in cost at all, and had an overall lack of comprehension to get great customer service or customer rights.

So there we have it. My parents are currently in the challenging position of attempting to locate somebody else in a brief time period to carry out a complicated elimination, and all their initial plans are all up in the atmosphere. Human error is completely clear – nobody is ideal. But a clear lack of respect to existing clients along with an anxiety about being open and fair to prospective clients is, quite frankly, disgusting and unprofessional. I’d recommend folks to certainly look elsewhere.

    Very polite, and super efficient

I’d just like to post this article about the way my home removal from Birmingham was dealt with very professionally.

It started off with me choosing to go to the site and put in my details on the internet, after I was disappointed by a different nationwide moving business (I wont mention the title ).

I got a reply within 20 minutes of submitting my enquiry – amazing! The woman that called me was very considerate, and super effective. I had been booked in and prepared to proceed, all over a couple of hours.

As it arrived at the elimination day, the elimination guys Ben and Mark, came punctually appeared very plump and once more, very considerate. Everything was economically packed to the huge van and unloaded to my home with no flaws or damages.

    Easy move to Switzerland

My spouse and I moved to Switzerland because of his job and after studying recent comments, I was somewhat suspicious with these men for my elimination abroad. In my first quotation through to the goods being sent, I discovered the support provided entirely fine.
James Mallett along with Elisa Maneffa that had been the Revenue Co-ordinator’s that I liaised with were fantastic and the men got all of our things to us on time and at the state, it abandoned the UK in.
In general, stress-free transfer and could use again if it be required at any stage.

Avoid this company at all costs

Movecorp is the most unprofessional and unethical company I’ve ever had the chance to manage. I contacted that company to send our possessions in the UK to the USA once we emigrated. Their Partners, Kate Saunders, lent a cost for 250 cu feet of about 1500 british pounds. We had been really on a tight budget so that we marked out the region and made certain everything fitted to that area. After they’d obtained our dispatch to their warehouse, then we were shocked when we obtained an email to state they’d completed a’volume alteration’ as well as as our dispatch was considerably larger than we’d told them it’d be, we rejected a ADDITIONAL #850! They then took the cash from our accounts with no authorisation, leaving us with no cash for our last couple of days in England because we’d already transferred our cash to a bank account in the united states. I phoned Kate and she promised us they’d assessed their dimensions and then we owed them the cash. I then talked to the sales supervisor James, that has to be the most disagreeable person you could expect to meet. I informed him we needed to come back and assess the dispatch volume ourselves because it was the previous day we’d be in the united kingdom and would not have another chance to do so. He refused to allow us view our consignment and once I mentioned my husband was on his way above, James kept saying to me”What part of no do not you know?” My spouse and his brother came in Movecorp’s warehouse and requested to see that our dispatch and were told no more. Fortunately the Manager, Matt Belleini was there and then came back around to find out what the difficulty was. Following a very long talk, he agreed that he would assess the dimensions of this dispatch again when he’d transferred other crates from the way and he’d let us understand the subsequent morning. Lo and behold, the next morning (just as we were boarding our trip ) my own brother-in-law range to mention he’d obtained an email to state Movecorp had really quantified and we’d been correct all together (they stated we were really only a little over but that they would send that free of cost as a’goodwill gesture’. All that anxiety and angry due to some dishonest salespeople that quote a low cost to receive your organization and then, as soon as they believe you can not check, inform you that you’re using a lot more distance than you ever thought! There’s a site which provides this business glowing reviews but do not think a word – I’ve attempted to compose a fair review free of chance. The Movecorp website lists several telephone numbers for various locations, which makes it seem as though they have many offices, but most of the numbers go through for their own Lichfield warehouse. I can not convey in words just how much this anxiety this firm added to our relocation. A whole lot of our items were busted when they came. It took them a week to go back the surplus that they had fraudulently taken from our bank accounts. My advice is to steer well clear of the business – they may seem cheaper initially but using their suspicious business methods, they wind up costing a great deal more than a respectable firm. I wonder how a Number of Other expats have been caught out with this company

I was very pleased with the pre-removal support I received. I had been really very, very dissatisfied with the coming of my products! Two Antique seats, wrapped by Movecorp and therefore covered with their own insurance for breakage came with legs snapped clean off your own human body and arm rest too! The cardboard boxes every day needed their corners ripped offered from the shear weight put on top of them or by throwing them off a excellent height together with my seats! As it came to claiming insurance, then it turned out to be a very long wait and eventually they will pay just the worth I’d recorded as a replacement price of a single seat ($350) perhaps not the price it will incur to get a professional classic seat repair individual repair the chairs into first condition! ($1990). Beware- place a much higher value on the things you send and be ready to loose a great deal of ceramics to breakage – and I also lost 13 ceramics bits dearly gathered out of 8 yrs of living in Europe!

    Promising high, delivering low

We contacted Movecorp to get a transfer from Italy to the Netherlands. They had a fantastic quotation, so we contacted them. But when we picked them, they increased their quotation by 50%. We still continued using their support, since they could assist us immediately. But in the minute we paid a deposit, they suddenly weren’t able to assist us anymore at the requested date. Studying other reviews here and everywhere, I now understand their approach : giving high guarantees for you as a client, yet to deliver quite poorly after you consent to utilize their services. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH MOVECORP!

Late and tried to scam us

We had a elimination from western Europe into Ireland. We had been flying into Ireland a week following our furniture has been accumulated. But Move Corp maintained altering the set dates, even though it was those who had chosen the dates at the first place… we’d worked around them. We chose them just because they were most economical. The guys turned up 4 or so days late, with us just being educated daily that it would not be now… therefore with time running out we’re getting nervous of lost our flights. Almost a month after we’re still awaiting our furniture to be sent. We’ve been calling them, but they simply say they do not understand as it will seem. . .and they now have our furniture, everything exactly can you do. PLUS they attempted to defraud us about moving over what we’d reserved. They were attempting to charge us for double the sum, even if their driver had stated it may be a’small’ over. But once we kept whining that this could not be accurate, among the employees accidently let slip what the true quantity was….100 m2 significantly less than they had been hoping to charge us for…. They’re crooks, that make claims to acquire the job, which they don’t have any intention of producing. Don’t use this company again.

    TERRIBLE SERVICE

If you’re interested in finding a moving company, avoid at any cost, MoveCorp (MoveCorp.co.uk). The first quotation and procedure was quite straightforward and easy, yet that is the best you could get. The paperwork you’re given to fill in is incomplete for International Shipping. The broker, Michelle H (however by my figure they’re all equal), had no answers to some of my inquiries from the beginning. The first pickup was cluttered with MoveCorp providing me a 10 hour window to the wrong moment. Following my calls to Michelle, her reply was,”I really don’t Know” and nothing more. I needed to find and get the transport provider by myself. This was just the first move, as what they do not tell you is that the majority of products must visit their own UK depot and it is not direct from the location to your destination.  The following part was that I got a call from a random girl at a random speech in Glasgow stating she’d obtained part of my dispatch. After calling Michelle in MoveCorp, there was actually no listing of the mistake and with no telephone call from the sort girl, nobody could have understood a part of my possessions was missing. This was OUTRAGEOUS. To top it off, Michelle gave a justification daily I called as to why nobody could pickup my lost parcel (no response, bad time, principles about pickup from courier) and all the while my box sat out in the elements. After which was piled, Michelle chose to have a week vacation without telling me and before sending off my shipment to the United States. I needed to call the principal business, get another representative to cosign because of her (that was double incidentally, the very first re-assignment, the representative did not even recognize it had been a US dispatch and was removed my situation after she delivered me various added files to fill out for UK delivery).  Following this was piled, they suggested to sell me re-packing solutions since they said a few of my boxes were seriously damaged. I was irate as those were the parcels left outside in Glasgow without the fault of my own.  Ultimately the parcels were shipped (so I thought). Michelle was back following her fine vacation and delivered me a notice to check in and move across the tracking number (obviously the incorrect tracking number). I then find out it was not sent and I needed to phone and support from UPS and find the tracking number directly from them (at this stage I did not believe a word from Michelle’s inept mouth).  10 weeks after and one of my parcels remains in the united kingdom because of’hazardous substance’ concerns which I had counseled and paid additional for beforehand. Wish me luck. DO NOT USE THEM EVER. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

    Horrendous company!

Movecorp came punctually to collect my possessions, and everything sounded great. They told me that I could expect my shipping to France over 7-14 days. Following fourteen days passes I needed to phone them to learn what was happening, as I had had no information. They said they had had a breakdown and I would have to wait for another week. A week after I emailed again and once more got the Exact Same story.    Finally I did get from possessions. Nevertheless their lorry reversed into outside land resulting in a fair quantity of damage (more than a #1000 value to be exact ). The driver initially denied having struck our property and if it had been pointed out to him that at least 2 people had seen him, he afterward confessed having”touched” the house (having an HGV that is!) I had been advised to obtain an estimate for the harm, which I did. I was subsequently told that I would want to find another 2 quotes since they were planning to claim on their insurance. After supplying 3 quotes I discovered nothing. I emailed them to learn what was happening and was told I would want to offer a written account of what took place daily. I did so and eventually got a response: they provided me less than 1 tenth of the entire price of this harm! The driver refused having caused the harm and Thus they thought him over me.    This issue has still not been solved and it seems like a #350 move might well wind up breaking over #1500. I would never recommend this business in a million decades!

The aforementioned”Pick up and Delivery” doesn’t let me demonstrate that the collection has been from Val d’Isere from the French hills to York. In May 2010 we decided to snap decision to market our house from Val d’Isere and needed to asrrange elimination of all our furniture and outcomes in just fourteen days.   Movecorp were excellent.   Despite this being impossible to find a massive removal van around the mountain, then they organized to ferry in more compact vehicles into the base of the mountain, also miraculously kept to a very tight time schedule. Then they saved the ramifications for more than a year, before ordering a totally on-time delivery before this season, using everything neatly packaged and minimal breakages. Sometimes their solution to issues has been exceptionally specialist, and nothing was ever impossible or too much problem.

    Moving

I participated Movecorp to transfer things from Ireland and London to Perth Western Australia. I ordered for two boxes of CD’s to be chosen by Ireland and 6 boxes out of London. (The boxes out of Ireland containing roughly 1,000 CD’s).       I had been told it would require 8 weeks to send things door to door; this shot over 12 weeks. As it took as long that I picked them up out of a warehouse at Perth. When I gathered my things there was 7 things, 1 box of CD’s missing.       I chased up this and after many emails Movecorp stated it’d be improbable that the lost box could be discovered and gave me 40 pounds Sterling by Means of compensation.       Having educated Movecorp of their condense of those boxes before them picking up them they raised there quotation — that causing me to feel that they understood the complete value of every box and could raise there accountability. This turned out to not be True.       I attempted to establish in which the ship went missing and after a number of emails and phone calls after they eventually explained that they obtained most of boxes to here in which home but only 7 was set in a transport container. — This leads me to think that they didn’t misplace the box but It’s Been discharged from their depot I’m still connected with Movecopr on a weekly bases in the expectation that the box ends up however They’re very slow to respond to my mails as this thing stinks.       Avoid using this business in Any Respect costs.

Middle of the road quote but fast lane service

Just like whatever I’m paying for a support to get, I checked out a number of elimination companies websites and hunted quotations prior to determining that I was planning to proceed with. I went to the center (ish) quote with Movecorp for the own move. I self-packed, as being exceptionally organised (some might say goodbye OCD!!) I wished to guarantee everything was packaged with easy unpacking another end as it came in Cardiff. The elimination men were very helpful, attentive with all of my things and did exude faith in me when handling my fragile products. Goods arrived as advised in my shipping date. Move went easily, fortunately hadn’t any items broken or lost and has been a great price for its top excellent service that I received. I’d suggest for my friends and loved ones. I’d especially want to thank my co-ordinator Lauren who organised and reserved in my own move.

No show on moving day- had to leave my things behind

I made the decision to utilize Movecorp since they were economical and since their salespeople, Rachel has a fantastic phone manner and appeared to understand what she was referring to. I paid 550 to send my possessions (boxes of clothing ) out of Spain to Vietnam. The cost was too good to be true. Moving day arrived and I waited indoors all day to no avail, and it was a no show. This is a stressful encounter as I was expected to depart the state 2 days after to proceed to my new house and that I needed to leave my things behind since movecorp refused to come back the next day. Movecorp provided little in the method of explanation but I am imagining that as they sub-contract the group work to some Spanish firm something went bankrupt there to prevent them from amassing. They stated they might arrange it for a different day and as I had little other option, I consented but clearly as I’d already left the country, I needed to be hooked on friends to care for my things and also to be there for selection. Communication was painstakingly complicated, like I wished to understand times (approx) of selection and they just kept saying that they had been not able to inform me since it had been an”all day ceremony”- clearly they had been having communication problems with the firm they sub-contract. They neglected to come the next time as it was a public holiday. I already knew it was a vacation but I believed (as anyone would) that as they’d already agreed to take action on this day, that they have to be working, simply to get a buddy wait in all day and to get them again to not appear. I called the following day to find out what had occurred just to allow them to say”yeah, aparantly it was a public holiday”. Duh, I already knew that! I consented a third and last time to allow them to come and gather and again, with no explanation, nothing. This time I did not bother to learn why, I asked for a refund. The only great thing about this entire experience was that my money was reimbursed without difficulty. After studying a number of the other reviews on this I was very worried I was not planning to find my money again. Quite badly – avert – this is among the worst businesses ever.

We utilized Movecorp at June 2012 to maneuver in Newquay, Cornwall into Sheffield and I’m happy to say that they haven’t lost their pride and professionalism of carrying out a fantastic job. We used both decades back and I couldn’t feel that we got through to the exact same co-ordinator Elisia, the exact lads was to move us and the cost was just #95.00 greater than we initially paid. The entire movement was flawless, came punctually, away punctually, everything sent safe and sound, so no breakages and also the cost was the cost the same as before. Absolutely brilliant support.

I’ve used your company before, once I transferred to France, also had no hesitation in using you again for my latest move. It is good to hear a friendly voice over the telephone and Elisia certainly is the friendly voice, exactly the exact same as my very first movement. There was not any issue with the major pickup in France, another pickup in Derby and then the entire consignment being delivered safe and sound at Guiseley. In addition, it is a credit to the direction for having the ability to maintain Elisia functioning to you and shows dedication on the two components. I don’t have any doubt that your company can simply go from success to success. My sincere gratitude.

    Professional and Trusting.
We had been recommended to try out Movecorp with a neighbor who’d lately used them to maneuver and that I can not thank the intruder enough. By day one along with also my very first telephone call to them before the day following the move once the co-ordinator Michelle named us, the experience was beautifully handled by Movecorp. The cost had been brilliant, the touch with Michelle reassuring and also the movement was really simple. Nothing ever appeared to be a issue, even though I have to have contacted them a couple occasions, and Michelle was consistently pleasant and happy to provide guidance about which to me was a significant concern however to Movecorp was simply another day in the workplace. From Apprehensive to Superb

Movecorp transferred us out of London into Normanton on the Wolds, Nottinghamshire around the 3rd October and I’ll confess I was worried about this business after studying a few of the testimonials but all I could say is that they have been SUPERB. We needed a three bed home and two childrens value of mess, that equates to quite a great deal of things or crap as my wife says. James Mallett in Movecorp gave a place on estimation, coated every one of the provisions and conditions to our own comprehension and has been a all round nice guy to handle. The truck came on time, had been loaded and off at next to no time plus all done professionally and safely. Even the lads, Nick and Craig, were hard working, considerate, even if fighting to receive our enormous mattress upto the next ground, no more Nick it wouldn’t have looked great from your garage, nice try, however, and incredibly fair.

Well based on Suzie in consideration that they are but I can not determine where they receive all their negative testimonials from. In the first call from the boss James into the tap on the rear I gave up to Brian because he increased in his taxi to depart, the entire movement was completed perfectly. No more breakages, no damages, no things stolen? Can not get my mind around folks accusing somebody of slipping if they haven’t got evidence, little like whiplash I guess, cash for nothing? Great company if you want to downsize

I wish I’d read a number of those comments before applying this business. They’re only crooks. Their insurance is useless – to be fair I’m not even sure when the money that they charge you for insurance is truly paid to a insurance carrier.  This business is fantastic if you would like to re – since 50 percent of your possessions will become broken. The boxes were all packed nicely, however they had been so battered around that the boxes were all broken. The speakers that are shattered, cups & plates, glasses (1 made from 6). Composing’delicate ‘,”delicate’ or”breakables’ or perhaps marking together with the distinctive tape is simply irrelevant to those men. When they unloaded they didn’t even see that they had been piling boxes with publications in along with boxes marked’delicate’… They even managed to tear books…!! How can they get it? They snapped the boxes so much (that I can only imagine they had been thrown) that the books came out – when they’repacked’ them that they did it so poorly that covers were torn. My very best advice – prevent. Cause you will not receive back your insurance. They say that you are not coated cause they did not package!!!

    PREVIOUS REVIEW HOGWASH

Are you searching for real? I’ve only used Movecorp to get a transfer from Cambridge into Switzerland and they have been completely magnificent. Any questions or replies were sorted instantly, insurance clarified entirely. I made the decision about Movecorp to wrap and package and they have been brilliant. You state that each of the boxes have been broken, hopeless, and they have to have been your very own cheap boxes since theirs are significant and powerful. Maybe you need to have invested a bit more cash and made them to package against penny stocks and spouting libellous accusations. You can not blame somebody else for your own mistakes?

This provider is wholly incompetent. My furniture has been projected through the web and on set I had been advised that it had been four times within the total quoted. Despite telling the elimination guys I just had a certain sum to invest I made half of my furniture at a friends garage so that I could manage to send the things which I could manage at the moment. The elimination guys indicated when I’d attained my quota. When my merchandise arrived from the UK I got an email saying there was 156 cubic feet. Four weeks after I get another email saying I’ve 250 cubic feet.  I had been advised from the very first paragraph of this email which I now had to cover the next #500 and at the next paragraph they’d busted my TV that I had paid insurance to get. Following numerous phone calls and mails that the manager indicated since the rack was broken up the TV ought to be suspended on the wall along with a mount made for this. I needed to request my insurance policy certification and have been advised that my merchandise will stay in the vent till I cover the excess cash. I’ve been pressured into more than 500 of debt against my will. This company don’t send anyone out to gauge the merchandise it’s all done by net and they subcontract out the job. Don’t touch them with a barge pole! Nothing but problems.

I always like to feel that if I instruct a business to perform work for me personally, I’ve checked all of the boxes and may feel fairly sure that everything goes well. After checking out you on Removalreviews along with a few different websites, I’m pleased to say that it is well worth checking. Spending some time doing your amounts and in my situation end up with the very best of their best. I was quite happy with the service that the company provided and valued the quick answers that helped to create the moving process look so simple.

    Going back to Australia

In case you’ve gotten good service you need to let folks understand so here we go.  Going from England back to Australia was always going to be an intimidating experience but upon creating my very first telephone to Movecorp I’ve got the impression possibly it might not be quite as overpowering whatsoever. From that very first call through to the introduction of the possessions in Sydney that the ceremony had been outstanding.Even that the postponement of the transfer in August to February was treated professionally and also the first quotation honored. Its really refreshing to encounter a business which are dedicated to providing clients first class support and I wish you every success for your future. 5 Star Company.

Would love to spend the chance to say how impressed we were with your business after carrying out our latest movement in Greece back into the United Kingdom. Our possessions arrived back in the united kingdom on the promised date and time, great old mother called to inform me, and as you’re aware that we had been not any returning straight away we’ll assess them when we reunite. Although I don’t have any worries that everything is going to be nice and yet another component of your job will have been completed superbly. It’s been a joy to take care of Movecorp and listen to and view people who actually care about their clients. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to our family and friends alike.

Inefficient, unhelpful and Oh So Slow

They were quite nice and useful until I paid them and then and client support went directly out the window. I had been moving one piece of furniture, a family heirloom that my dad left me, from England into my house in California. After several telephone calls and emails that they eventually gave me date which suited them to the group of their furniture. My brother kindly took the afternoon off work to maintain his house in where the furniture was being collected, but once I phoned Movecorp to make certain they’d accumulated it they explained that their van had broken down. They had not even bothered to phone my own brother! Each of the sappy woman could say was,”I am sorry, there is nothing we could do.” She really couldn’t have cared less. My brother gave them a few dates which were suitable to him but none of these worked for Movecorp. So again, he took off a different day out of work and now that the furniture has been gathered. They held my dispatch for weeks later at their depot offering me a variety of explanations as to why it had not left yet. I requested them to confirm its safety and whereabouts but they never did. It took 4 weeks for them to send a 4’x3’x1′ crate out of England to LA! I might have sailed it myself faster.
There’s not any choice with this kind for destination USA.

The expression”everybody for their own” couldn’t ring more than when it has to do with moving a home filled with possessions half way round the globe and I am pleased to state that after picking Movecorp we now know that we picked a leading business. Moving things from 1 nation to another is necessarily going to be more complex and stressful but thankfully you left it all happen so easily and kept me well informed of improvement. The packaging service has been excellent, fairly priced and well worth the additional as each merchandise came. Overall a wonderful service at a wonderful price, thank you.

    Amazingly quick service!

I picked Movecorp while attempting to work out with transferring business would be greatest, and after reading several reviews I chose to go alongside reserving them. A few days afterwards, once I was still looking at reviews I discovered a couple of people had issues using Movecorp, which concerned me a bit. I had my things picked up by England – West Midlands at approximately 11AM (they informed me that the movers are here sometime at 9-5) that was a excellent time – because it was not too early, or too late. This had been a UPS van, along with the driver assisted me with all my bag even after stating I did not require some help – that was very nice of him. He explained that my things would likely reach their destination another day – that the destination had been Cyprus. (The site did not have an alternative for Cyprus) To that I had been astounded by how fast my things would arrive. About the UPS tracking site I noticed that it stated the delivery could be achieved by Thursday at the end of the afternoon (the things were picked up on Tuesday afternoon ) – so I felt fine, that is still brilliant.   The things ended up coming on the Wednesday from the day – that was faster than that which the UPS site stated, which was magnificent. Really great service all around! Quite expensive, but I’d 4 big boxes, two moderate boxes and a huge bag – and the things arrived by airplane.

Thank you to a followup email. First off I’d love to state that your men in the united kingdom and in Italy were fantastic. I have to state that at a difficult tiring endeavor your men have a credit to your organization. I would advise Movecorp to anybody searching for a high excellent removal firm after our recent move in Cambridge into America. With this kind of a gigantic movement and beginning work four days after we came we’ve just about completed unpacking and will at last affirm that everything came safely. We were really impressed with your service and the reassurance that you gave during, even all of the chaos and anxiety we all believed we’d have pinpointed the delivery was handled beautifully by yourselves. The assistance and patience that you supplied when we looked to be asking question after question was warmly welcomed and the entire movement was excellent. Thank you all.

    Faultless move

The support that Movecorp supplied from originally obtaining a quotation directly through to the help I purchased in Australia to make sure I finished all documentation properly was faultless. After moving to my own apartment and residing there for five decades, I was astonished when I realised exactly how much I’d obtained in the five decades and that I was planning to teach a business to transfer it all half way around the globe. A moderate case of dread has been offset by the service, understanding, support and comprehension of the team along with the welcome opinion”most clients are understandably stressed but they soon realize that every thing will be fine”.  I have to state I was shocked at just how economical the quotation was when you believe it could cost you #10.00 to ship a little parcel in the united kingdom.  I’d love to thank the men in the united kingdom and Australia for its terrific service that they provided and particularly the men who wrapped and gathered my possessions in the united kingdom and did such a fantastic job that all came just as it abandoned. You will certainly be the first firm I’ll contact if I proceed again and will certainly recommend you without a hesitation. Thanks once more.

Tips are a whole lot to live around however I must mention that you surpassed our expectations following carrying out our latest move. After unpacking all of our boxes we’ve got the grand total of a busted thing which if the facts are understood I didn’t enjoy very much anyhow. Although we had been quite offish after your telephone call about our packaging abilities, for that we both would love to apologise, you’d establish that your packers are clearly superior than people and it revealed as the broken thing was in one of the bigger boxes that I packed. The ceremony you assured and provided has been outstanding and well worth the price, thank you.

    Poor

Stay away, if you don’t would like to fill and load your self. Delivery folks not outfitted.  Price quoted keeps moving up following deposit is approved. Professional till you make a deposit, then things go bankrupt. Wouldn’t use again, dreadful!!! They were completely educated on dispatch size, however they sent two guys with no gear for unloading and loading. They never asked to the weights before the specific minute of selection. We had been advised that they quoted for 2 guys, but understanding how big dispatch we anticipated that the guys sent would load and load using a little forklift. A moving business that receives whatever they request in advance, to add size and dimensions of dispatch, and then quotations to your bare minimum, simply to have the task, is not possible. They Would like to undercut other firms in the client’s expense.   Cost is aggressive when offered, and then you need to bring each of the extras if you’d like your cargo delivered.

The pickup was really from Rome in Italy. We had been in no hurry everything came in 18 days that was nice for all of us.  Everything was in excellent condition, there wasn’t any confusion, shipping men were beautiful. Quite pleased with everything.I would certainly use them again. We were not in a rush for our shipping or special about if they have been accumulated so that I do not understand how exact they could be if you’ve got a strict timescale. I really needed them to get a week before but they could not so make certain they’re exact about if they could accumulate before you cover the deposit. Overall, excellent customer services.

    Poor poor service!!

I used MoveCorp since they provided a fantastic speed and I’ve read some excellent reviews on the site – following my experience I’m wondering how accurate they are! I had been moving out of London (UK) to Frankfurt (Germany) end of 2012 and that I had 5 boxes in total. Yes, just 5!  I couldnt purchase insurance since I didnt have enough boxes – or that’s what they told me. They also stated the boxes could arive within 10 days that was fine because it had been a holiday season anyhow. A few times in 2013, no word from anyone about my own boxes. . When I inquired what is happening, they said that apparently there was a hit somewhere on the street and they dont even know when my boxes woud arrive! The boxes eventually got there one week following the first date, but I was quite disappointed when they arrived. . 1st I had been in work and nobody even bothered to call me to state my boxes are in Frankfurt and inquire how would I love to receive them. They had been dumped at my neighbors that certainly couldnt comment on the way they seemed. As soon as I got home, I instantly noticed ALL of these were opened and taped back together. Two things were stolen out of two boxes – my PS3 and all the video games, and also the very fascinating thing is that my PS was in the base of the box, so a person opened it, took the games and set everything back together as I packed it! From the other box somebody took my boots that were used , when appropriate next to the boots there was a box of fresh UGGs using all the pricetag on! Seriously, who enjoys used boots? That’s really sad. . Anyhow I contacted their Support individuals who clearly said”oh something like this never happened before”. Sure I couldnt demonstrate exactly what was stolen since I foolishly didnt take any photos when packaging, and had no receipts of the stolen product. In the long run I gave up battling since I saw this does not have any purpose – they’d never refund a dime! In the long run value of the stolen merchandise was greater than the actual transfer itself! Executive overview: AVOID and dont be fooled by great reviews cos they’re likely fake!

Excellent still does not do justice to their service!

Movecorp is only the most appropriate for international delivery, prompt, powerful, honest, honest and many or all they care about what they’re doing. We had been moving into the US by the united kingdom and made plans using a well-known transport company, 1 week before we were expected to have our things picked up they educated us all boxes would have to be 25KG or less and we had to repack. We’d 30 Boxes, after talking with the exact impolite ops manager we chose to find somebody else. By chance we came across Movecorp on a Saturday afternoon. We talked to James and he managed everything so professionally and professionally. They amass our boxes the next Tuesday (the amassing guy was just awesome and proceeded like flash). They repacked whatever boxes were obese and cared for everything. Simply the greatest successful service that made the hassle of going really simple. I highly recommed Movecop to anybody going!

    Very poor communicators

I transferred from the UK to the USA (the drop down isn’t letting me place in the ideal destination). The pickup was just two hours late and that I was not predicted. The boxes are now expected at  15 weeks before shipping. Nevertheless , they never contacted me personally and when I contacted them (in approximately seven months ) I discovered for the first time which the dispatch was still in the united kingdom. I was subsequently told that it was likely to be loaded weekly. As soon as I contacted them in 9 months I then discovered it hadn’t been loaded. Then I complained about insufficient communication and got an email back which didn’t deal with these concerns but only stated that the shipment could be created within the initial quote of 8-12 weeks. A week later that email I obtained an alternative having the estimated deilvery date of 15 weeks. I can only expect that it is going to come afterward. I know that these delivery times are only estimates, but I’d anticipate that when the shipment will be out of this estimated time they’d be glad to communicate at every step. The cost was nice – within the selection of all of the movers I contacted – in the very low end.

If ever a company deserved praise this is the company.

If ever a company deserved compliments that is the firm. We first contacted Movecorp about Friday the 3rd of February 2012 to get a quote for our forthcoming move to Spain. The volume, cost, pick up and delivery date have been agreed with James the sales manager and a date has been also agreed for the falling from packaging boxes and accessories. If just the Spanish authorities, legal system and contractors functioned as economically!!
Quick forward 542 times and at long last we’re settled, we expect, in our new flat and looking forward to enjoying our retirement. Yes 542 times of issues with contractors not working to strategy or timescales, the authorities going around and around in circles rather than appearing to have the ability to sort any issue or answer any query, the Association of Registrars who believe that doing a google translation from Spanish into English is adequate. Attempting to get answers about the property that the new development was constructed on was similar to imagining what was on your blessed bag 50 decades back. Certainly if property was caught back from the authorities, and the owner must pay for this privilege, certainly the contractor or government have any documents confirming this won’t ever occur again? Finally the legal system that’s so complex and gradual that except for the truth that’s worries you’d be classed as Keystone coppish. And where were Movecorp during all of these 542 days? Patiently waiting, advising, rearranging and securely saving our possessions on site.
I stand to be corrected but I’ve worked out it that we ordered nine distinct delivery dates prior to the tenth was really confirmed and completed. No complaints by Movecorp, no extra fees for flaws, no growth at the agreed price, no cost for its part repacking which has been cancelled 48 hours prior to the seventh moving date verification. Whilst I can see the point that a number of clients make about date changes, cancellations or gains within this site, I really do feel that you need to think about that some items are simply out of your controller and you need to attempt to work it out the best you can. Movecorp were absolutely excellent in my opinion and should you believe that they are carrying out 600 and moves each month, I’m obliged to write this review to emphasize exactly how great they are and compliment them about just how couple negative reviews they have contemplating how many clients expectations they transcend which is revealed in nearly all positive remarks on distinct websites.

The support that the business supplied in the very first stage of obtaining a quotation, packaging, delivery and collection was totally incredible. My wife was very concerned about our possessions being transferred around 2000 miles and by others as we’d consistently self moved ahead. But she admitted the fact I wasn’t likely to push a van/lorry into Madeira, packaging and packaging to boot at my era and revel in it. Even better your entire clubs support, understanding and service together with your professionalism made the entire move effortless and rather enjoyable. After me pursuing for some upgrades this day , I got an excuse like my”possessions didn’t match in the time””there thanks to be loading from the end of the week””will provide you a firm shipping date”… I am very very disappointed about this complete experience and I expect that my products are secure and in great terms,I am thankful I have covered my products. Uk to Bulgaria - very disappointing

A very disappointing support. The transfer was actually by the UK to Bulgaria, however, the drop down menu does not provide that choice. Communication about the pickup of the furniture was weak and past minute. The men who arrived to accumulate however were great and productive. I reserved with Movecorp since I was confident the move could be reached in 7-10 times of selection, maximum. This was become a fiction. Like many others who’ve posted here, I had been advised that my furniture’did not match’ and therefore was held around for 2 weeks. Thinking about the complete capability I was going was a mere 6% metres, so I was amazed. I’d ordered to maintain Bulgaria to coincide with the anticipated coming of their goods with loads of time both sides in the event of some hiccups, but finally had to go back to the UK without the products being delivered. When they were sent, they had been ruined, in spite of the fact the both the men who gathered the furniture, also (seemingly ) the guy who sent it remarked on how nicely wrapped the products were. Communication with me personally was bad – I needed to do all of the consuming. The insurance policy cover was shown to be unworthy and also an’apology for any inconvenience’ was all that was provided. It was really inconvenient in the beginning – and I wouldn’t advise this organization nor use these for potential removals. They have been swift and effective in just 1 place: collecting their cash upfront.

    Thanks to everyone at Movecorp

We’d just like to express how impressed we were with your business carrying out our relocation. It was a joy to take care of individuals who do what they say they’ll perform, the transfer, cost, occasions, all stuck to and attention and carefulness was a part of this job. We would have no hesitation in using you again and recommending you’d be simple as we all know how great you’ve been.

    Fake 5 star reviews

These 5 star reviews need to be imitation. Notice how everyone is really pleased with their support that they just must find on the internet and compliments MoveCorp with superlative after superlative. In my experience, great service normally goes without remark whereas lousy service becomes slated. Notice also that testimonials will be either 5 stars or 1 star, nothing in between, again causing me to guess that the 5 stars are imitation, particularly once you have a peek at the site Ripoff Report which details a somewhat different evaluation of MoveCorp, one that reflects my encounters together: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/directory/movecorp. I’d strongly advise anyone considering employing this dreadful firm to see it.

Do not understand what happened with all the client of the preceding review but maybe we’ve been blessed while we’ve utilized Movecorp? But in saying that this is our fifth period of utilizing Movecorp and also our fifth period of becoming highly pleased with yet another superbly managed move so that can not all be down to chance.  They constantly take the strain from this procedure and make certain our items arrive in the specified time, complete and undamaged and keeping us informed at each phase of the procedure and only providing information that we have to understand. We can not know why the firm don’t always rely on them but their loss is our gain. See you soon no doubt.

    Movecorp

I wouldn’t use or advocate this elimination service, the salesperson consented a particular date to get our furniture sent to our vacation house in Spain and also we booked flights so. The true removal company itself was outstanding that they gathered on the day given in 8 o’clock instead of in the day as Movecorp had taught me – but that wasn’t a issue. During the day when most of our furniture was at a removal van and’d abandoned our home, Movecorp emailed saying it wouldn’t be departing the UK as consented but a week afterwards. As delivery afterward could have been following our scheduled period in Spain that it wasn’t great enough. I discovered the salesperson quite unhelpful and had been abandoned for four times wondering if our items will be sent. Finally after several calls from me to them and talking to the supervisor who again had the’nothing that I could do attitude’ I had been told that the dispatch date could be a week afterwards and they couldn’t provide a particular shipping date. At once I had been anticipated to be in Spain awaiting 3 months for shipping, this entire process made me incredibly worried and that I was not able to alter flights because I’d no particular dates out of Movecorp. Again the true removal firm who sent my furniture was superb. In future I’d move direct to a particular removal company, not involve Movecorp in any respect.
Select up from Guildford UK shipping Estepona Spain – that isn’t available from the drop down choice online.

Delivery of piano to isolated village

The guys were brilliant!   The office management was quite effective.   However the communication inside the company Wasn’t good.   We reside in an isolated region of France in which Sat Nav is a hindrance as Opposed to an aid.   We provided detailed access directions but also the workplace Weren’t curious.   The guys, since I expected, found themselves on a 1 track road but fortunately rang us and managed to undo before they have totally stuck.   My delivery comprised a small but pretty hefty vertical piano.   In the Durham ending Ed, Fraizer and Jamie were speedy and effective but discovered obtaining the piano from the Home on the lorry extremely Hard.   There was no slide nor trolley.   I requested for there to be a ramp in the France ending.   The guys at Durham guaranteed to notify the workplace. In the France finish, the shipping was overdue since the office had neglected to look at an yearly bank holiday. The guys had no recoil nor had they ever been advised that it was a first floor shipping. Richard and Stuart, together with my husband, then strained themselves to the limit to find the piano up the measures to the first floor. I’ve been confident that when my load is below the quantity compensated for (that I am almost sure it is) I shall be reimbursed the balance. Can I urge the Corporation?   Yes, however when there are unique conditions, I recommend that you’re extremely assertive with all the workplace as it detailed directions.

I believe that the adage that you get what you purchase is in this case quite accurate ie economical = cheap and poor support. I paid a total of #750 for my transfer in Manchester into Sitges in Spain. The group date has been described as the 18th September and that they sent a driver to gather the contents of a two bedroom flat. I consequently had to assist him load all of my possessions onto the restroom, speak to DIY elimination. In their mails they said a shipping period of 7 – 14 times that rather was 49 times in total. Disgusting. My possessions really turn upward, intact, a day later than promised. They were likely to turn up on the Tuesday and rather came on the Wednesday. I wouldn’t ever utilize Movecorp again and that I think it is tough to feel that there are positive testimonials on this. I did really get exactly what I paid for….cheap and Terrible support.

    Held to Randsom

My transfer has been from Milan, Italy to Scotland, the guys that picked up my possessions were great. I’d compensated for 420 sq feet, #2350.00 beforehand, the head guy in the truck explained I was inside the limitation of 420 sq. ft, as did my buddy that has a Degree in Applied Science, and Finance. They chose my possessions up the 18th October 2013, that had been nice that I had been leaving to the 30th, and had reserved a storage device at Scotland. I came and my possessions were still in Birmingham, basicaly I had been held into randsom, they now said it had been 580 sq. ft. and to receive my things that I needed to fork out an additional nearly #800 pounds.I finaly got my possessions to the 14th November. The Scottish firm that delivered my things said they’d had several complaints regarding Movecorp. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, my heart goes out to the vehicle drivers that were so great, they must make use of a much better firm. I have to add I did the packaging myself using rienforced boxes and also hired a zest in the price of $400, basicaly the guys took my things in the sidewalk to the truck. Judge by yourselves in my expertise.

I had my possessions shipped from Oslo, Norway to Seattle, USA. After 5 weeks I’m still waiting. I anticipated my items to get there across the 20th of September, it’s already two weeks ago the shipping date and also my shippment has not came yet. I already paid 400 lbs in additional hidden costs along with the entire payment I needed to give all of the way back in June. Don’t use Movecorp, they’re really not a fantastic business to use. I must have paid more attention for their testimonials and choosen a different corporation.

    Removal to France

I had been content with the service. The pickup was punctually as was shipping. No harm to my own boxes. You need to remember that whenever you’ve got a little removal the organization is going to part load your belongings to a truck along with different removals, making it hard for them to inform the day of shipping in the time of reserving. I had been advised about 5 times prior to delivery on that day of the next week delivery could occur. Overall a very positive experience. I compensated #540 to get 25 boxes and some little furniture that I found quite cheap in comparison to other supplies.

All wne t nicely to begin with. A fantastic price, on time pickup, nicely packaged. They place into storage because of its a shippment into australia. They were able to eliminate a box, but delivered another one. However there’s more, whilst in storage that they renumbered each box in the dispatch. In addition they repacked a few boxes, it seems dodgy, suspect thieving as merely stuff of value had been missing. They still haven’t told me that the box is offically missing nevertheless. They expect me to maintain the insurance I took out, we’ll see.

    Not Recommended

My scenario is precisely the same as Natalie, one of the reviewers below. Actually, I think that our items were in precisely the exact same container as our deadline is exactly the exact same and we also moved out of London to California.
As other reviewers have stated, the pick-up men and delivery men were awesome on either side – pleasant and professional.  Here is the only great thing about movecorp.
It took 20 weeks to my boxes (just 6 of these ) for delivered.  Like many others, I had been given no updates before I emailed them.  The answers were somewhat terse – I am guessing they need to get annoyed with clients asking for upgrades and demonstrating concern for their own things.
My boxes eventually got delivered today.  The boxes are fairly battered but what appears to be there and nothing broken, fortunately.
1 thing which has been alarming was that the US representative phoned me to ask me to resend each of the habits documentation to them since the copies they had obtained from the UK were illegible.  Taking into consideration that you can not get your items from the USA in case you dont have the appropriate paperwork, this appears to be just like a supreme neglect.
Definitely not utilizing them again and definitely would not suggest them.  There are tonnes of transferring businesses out there so that my advice is to use one of these.

Unpleasant to work with / Damages found

As two active professionals, we had been expecting the company caring for this move really took charge of the process and allow us to feel more comfortable by staying on top of matters. In the long run it was more of a case that we needed to handle them (quote, time/date, insurance, etc) than those handling the procedure. And that is much more embarrassing because we ready the transfer ourselves into the detail – sticks were all prepared and handily positioned for rapid pick-up, and barely any furniture). Next into the issues communicating together, the status of our possessions when we obtained the products was bad. We had a few damaged things, even in boxes in which we’d bubblewrapped things carefully and labeled boxes’very delicate’. As a consequence of this absence of Movecorps’ maintenance, we discovered scratches from the wood of their furniture, broken ceramics and bowls. And when emphasizing the damages to them we could not apply to your overall insurance about the contract as we all filled the boxes ourselves. All in all a very unpleasant encounter with awful customer services.

The ins and outs of moving abroad

My wife and I recently sold our house of 40 years to move closer to our daughter and grandchild at France and discovered just how little we understood about the intricacies of moving overseas. I phoned several companies in the Midlands to ask their ideas and get quotes and in the long run we taught Movecorp mainly on account of the helpfulness and understanding of the estimator who came to our residence. The quotation was quite competitive, any questions replied plainly and we travelled to the packaging support for the small extra that it price.  On the scheduled day everything seemed to go really easily, the lads who fulfilled our accessories and furniture were chatty, courteous and efficient.   There wasn’t any harm or some other breakages to call about and make insurance claims, a tribute to the superb packing abilities of the group. We’d recommend this company without hesitation  and would love to thank them once again to get a superb job completed professionally and quickly.

    Impressed with the company

I’ve had some terrible experiences with elimination firms over the years so this time I chose to ask family, friends and work partners who they used and when they’d recommend them. Following five months of listening to bad and good testimonials I decided on two firms and called them both for a quotation and listened to their own processes for my transfer to France. I eventually picked Movecorp to execute the movement as their strategy appeared very positive and positive and this was demonstrated when it arrived to proceed day.  Nothing was too much trouble, the men loaded everything fast and economically, the office staff kept me informed of progress and constantly appeared available to answer any questions or questions that I raised. Though my move would most likely be classed as little work to firms that did not appear to impact the care and attention shown by the business as a whole.  I was rather impressed with the business and wish them every success.

    Don't Touch with a bargepole

If you would like to have your merchandise globally delivered and require affirmed prices and delivery programs – DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! I asked for and obtained a fair quote for dispatch of parcels in the UK to Ibiza. Collection was duly arranged though there was a hiccup with emailing labels and a consignment note – blamed with their employees on’system errrors'(!) . Following collection I needed to email to pursue confirmation of delivery that was subsequently supported for 20 May. 20 May came and went – no shipping but I had been emailed to ask me to cover more cash!! -chased them again to be informed delivery 21/05/2014. 21/05/2014 came and went – no shipping. Asked to talk to MD – has been linked to Revenue Manager – quite arrogant person who refused to pass onto a mesage to MD or to request him to telephone me. He just kept saying that my merchandise couldn’t be delivered that afternoon but wouldn’t let me not. I eventually tracked MD down through Facebook – filled with his own self importance and excellent works – he was seemingly’not at the workplace’ although the other team member told me that he had been on the phone!  My parcels came in Ibiza 19/05/2014 and were also marked as prepared for shipping – one issue – that they had not been given complete shipping address from the UK Office! Ibiza is just a little island and you’ll be able to drive from 1 side to another in one hour – if they’d bothered to let me know I’d have accumulated the parcels myself. I’ve yet to get a genuine explanation for why my merchandise couldn’t be delivered 20/05/2014 or even 21/05/2014. Guess what – they attempted to send 22/05/2014 if they knew full well we were no longer on the staircase and again 23/05/2014 nevertheless the MD had emailed me to say he’d already arranged to supply the things back to me in UK. He’s also emailed me to say that if I find anything derogatory about his firm – that I will be in violation of contract- that I figure he has to be utilised to complaints so that’s his first response!  As of 30/05/2014 – nobody seems to understand where my parcels are and the MD – James Tennant – is jaded with his lack of customer support – such as I say – DO NOT TOUCH THEM – COMPLETE WASTERS.

Would love to begin this review by thanking Ped our Spanish attorney for telling us about the corporation. We purchased an old finca at Almeria four years back with the aim of retiring there and as the time came nearer we decided we ought to put strategies in activity and there begins the narrative. Ped told me that he’d heard great reports about Movecorp out of individuals he’d completed work for and if we contacted them we were amazed with the quotation we received by the sales manager James. The moving day came with everything packed out safely and professionaly, directions supplied in their preferred route taken because we had been carrying the two of our cars over to Spain, everything was going to plan. Today we’re settled in we realise how absurd we’d have been when when we believed moving ourselves just how far we underestimated the number of possessions we’ve. I guess we might have handled it with a battle but in 58 years old did we want the hassle? No not really it was better to cover the professionals, appreciate our fine drive over here and also on our first full day sit out in the sun with a nice cool beverage. Thank you Movecorp for task well done.

A three legged donkey would have been faster

A 3 legged donkey would really have been a quicker method of transportation.
EVerything appeared nicely in the inital connections for this particular firm. The client support were friendly and gave a professional opinion. Then problems began…
Some time before the pick up date, even once I payed the price for the moving itself, they began chasing me for enrolling on extra insurance because of my own boxes. It turned out that the included insureance simply covers worth around 40#/box! (should have been somewhere in the small print). To insure the entire value of my belongings, I’d have been required to pay another insurance of 750#. I decided to risk it rather than subscribe to the excess insurance, now being really nervous after reading the online reviews for movecorp.
They couldn’t provide me a delivery date, however after much chasing in my side, they stated that the things would arrive between 1-2 months later pickup date. TIme passed, and they eventually delivered the boxes following 5 weeks.
Fortunately, nothing has been missing or damaged.
No matter how the communication was bad, once you pay them they will pretty much be rather hard to get a grasp of.
The excess insurance piece, which nobody told me about before after I’d payed them my cash for the transport itself (350#) is simply their way for you to pay much more.  As a customer, you do anticipate a professional moving company to take respoinsibility above your possessions, even if these possessions are worth more than the usual 40 quid.

    My nightmare came true

Whenever you’re going through an global play, you employ and pay professionals to be certain that those areas of the procedure you can not control (like transport containers ) are in great hands. You have to hire a relocation company to gather (and occasionally package ) boxes from”point A” (in my case London) and send them to”point B” (in my instance Sweden).
I contacted Movecorp to arrange my transfer, we consented to a pickup date and that I paid them 100% beforehand. When that day came, all of my boxes were prepared, packed and sealed, but sadly they never left”point A”. . The group was originally scheduled between 16.00 and 19.00, but approximately 16.30 I had been advised that the team was a 3 hours late. The motorist could have called me if they were in their way into my flat.
From 22.00 nobody phoned me nor knocked on my door, and that I did not have some number to telephone!! Movecorp supplies just 1 number that’s busy from 9.00 to 17.30, therefore if you’ve got an emergency, then your sole solution is to wait another day – and drop sleep if it’s possible, I did not.
I had been left with all my boxes in”Point A” with less than 36 hours on my plane to Sweden.
The following day I had to call to learn what occurred (being proactive isn’t contained in their support ) and – as common sense indicates – I thought they’d have accumulated my own boxes first thing first in the afternoon. . But I was incorrect. Having a”do not worry” mindset, Brodie Holton proposed to rearrange the selection up in a week – without even considering my scenario: Why did they know that I was shifting?
As a consequence of picking Movecorp, I needed to rebook my flights (additional cost that Movecorp did not wish to cover ) and rearrange a pressing pickup with a different supplier (thanks God thare are still some severe firms out there!) But Movecorp did not offer to cover the additional price I needed to substain due to their error.
Consequently, if you’re going to relocate overseas, I strongly recommend to not select Movecorp, if you don’t would like your nightmares to come true!

    Unscrupulous, untrustworthy, dishonest

These are phrases which spring to mind to describe the elimination firm Movecorp. When you get to my age (almost 80) you may without doubt have transferred a couple times – understand exactly what to expect, correct?  WRONG! Nobody who has not been able to select Movecorp (Walsall) would consider the depths to which a removal firm can sink. Blatant lies, custody of their worst type, discount for land (my precious baby grand piano has been slid down the staircase as the asked and guaranteed specialist equipment wasn’t supplied ). Cash paid up front at total, products all packaged, following months of waiting the afternoon came – my return to England following 17 years at France. Passage reserved, everything working smoothly. Enormous double lorry came (remarkable ) but wait… what is that? Can not you take considerably? No distance, and a ferry to capture? Tears, begging – at least have and look. Oh thank you, thank you. You will look but…
Just have a few products? These plastic sacks of clothes, jewelry, wool etc? Oh and also the refrigerator. No mattress? Exactly what will I sleep with? Completely confused and flirty, I lock up house, including all of my possessions and depart for France.
Contact Movecorp. How about collecting my things still left in France? What is that? You desire a different #1600 to achieve that? And VAT? Are you really not satisfied? What about if I just take you to court? Ah, idea that could alter your mind. You will return in two weeks, 3 months, 4 months , sometime. Yes, there will be sufficient area on the lorry that moment. Yes obviously and the braces and standards to the expert handling of this grand piano. No worries, it will happen this time. Foolishly I think you. What else could I do, you’ve got my cash. Back in France, you only pay after the goods are delivered. What a smart system. Hooray, just 5 months after, and my products are expected to be sent. Throughout this time my daughter needed to purchase a new bed to ensure at least I could sleep soundly. Hi, what is this? Where are your sideboards, bookshelves, chests of drawers, T.V etc etc etc etc etc? What is that you say? You are telling me I consented that you could leave them behind? Oh directly!! So I am happy living from cardboard boxes with all my clothing, books, personal items scattered around on the ground. Wait, should I pay you the following #1,200 (I understand, and VAT) that you may be convinced to return and create a third effort. ENOUGH. I am clearly talking to folks from a different world. Now what?  I understand, report them to the elimination ombudsman. Straightforward. They will type them out. Make them come up to normal, or be struck from the register.  Ha ha. The elimination ombudsman, or if I state ombudswoman? Turns out she is a one-woman series. Answerable to no one. So not controlled? Certainly a scenario open to misuse, which in my head needs exploring. An elusive woman who infrequently answers the telephone, or reads mails. I thought I had been coping with a complete sized official government figure made to safeguard the public. She was so evidently biased I needed to test online that this had been a bona fide company. Meant to learn who pays her wages. Either quite naive, gullible or easily affected, she consumed MoveCorps blatant lies just as plain water in a desert. After 5 weeks of continuing plying with mails (with the assistance of this tradings officer) she vaguely told me”Oh I thought I had sent you my choice, I will do it straight away.” Three months later, however no choice. Phone telephone. “Oh, who are you really? No, I have not seen your current emails or people by the trading globe. I admit I have been quite overwhelmed lately. Not been nicely.” When I publicly challenged her without studying my report of events regarding Movecorp she made no effort at denial. Inspires one with assurance, eh? Now, seven weeks later paying this business to move my products from France into England, I’m still alive surrounded by cardboard boxes and roughly #3000 of my furniture still awaits collection. If most of those people out there with comparable experiences of managing Movecorp would be to get me and join my own attempts to create this scandalous business liable for the behavior, please contact me personally. I’m also connected with a reporter in the Express and Star. You may prefer to let them know of your own experiences.

Just prefer to put my opinion forward on my house removal completed by this corporation. I was astonished to see the new negative reviews but when this is what’s occurred then it requires saying, thankfully in my situation that I could find nothing wrong with the movement so?

From estimate to delivery I had been pleased with the service supplied, bunch of little breakages but because we packed ourselves I couldn’t really complain. I utilized MoveCorp to get a transfer from London to NY (USA wasn’t given as a choice in the dropdown over therefore that I could not input than information accurately). I move a whole lot, due to work so I’m well versed in the entire world of movers and understood enough to request a house poll after I get the quotation on the telephone to prevent surprises from the cost.MoveCorp’s”specialist” surveyor arrived into my dwelling. He opened all cabinets, drawers, cabinets. Nothing has been left unattended. Following his survey he promised me all of my things would fit snugly in 1 container into your U.S.A. On the afternoon of the transfer I had been told that a third of my things wouldn’t match in any respect and would have to be moved entirely individually in a different container that would arrive afterwards. I was then informed I’d be charged a whole lot longer than the quoted cost although that cost was according to a poll that their surveyor failed in my dwelling. They accused me by incorporating things following the questionnaire was completed, which wasn’t just unprofessional of these but completely absurd. As if I’d store things off site and then go to the issue of getting them delivered to my house on the evening of the transfer.  To make things worse the team that came was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Everything has been done wrong, wrapped incorrect, etc..   My items arrived from the U.S. in horrible form. Everything that might have busted had busted. It was dreadful. We obtained our items in 2 shipments. The final shipment was a whole 3 weeks after our move date. When everything was eventually delivered there was still an whole chair overlooking. Not a little box…a seat. If they could eliminate a seat I am certain that they could shed a whole lot more not to mention all of the hurt. The seat was eventually found by their regional affiliate and delivered afterwards. In most this MoveCorp was intentionally unprofessional and impolite. Simply to find a decline in the ridiculous sum they had been demanding over the first consented quote I needed to record them to the Removals Ombudsman. If you’d like a nightmare movement, this is actually the corporation. If You’d like something better, then please utilize somebody else.

    A no hassle move

I got 3 quotations and chose to reserve with Movecorp to transfer my things out of my own 2nd Floor Apartment, as in 5 weeks pregnant it wasn’t something I’d do! I had been pleased with the whole price of #490 for my own move and I discovered that correspondence together with the Sales Advisor came back to me immediately when I’d questions. The removal men were friendly and sprinkled the transfer immediately. Thanks.

    UNTRUSTWORTHY, DISHONEST, CHEATS

This provider isn’t to be reliable. They completely underestimated the number of possessions to be packaged into the container and then attempted to double the fee for the additional few products. They have told where to proceed…

They sell insurance that they profess to pay for all damages and also to be sure to cover the amount it will cost in your destination. This doesn’t matter since they function with an adjuster that will use every trick from the details of the coverage to back from indemnifying your claim so that you’re left with destroyed furniture which has been fresh at point of death. They need to be on a back hander for this unethical outfit.

Stay well clear and save yourself months of headaches and wasted time looking for replies and solve problems.

    NOT TO BE TRUSTED… EVER.

We utilized Movecorp for our transfer into Aalsmeer, Holland at December 2012 and so were thrilled with the transfer so when we had a number of my late moms furniture bringing more than there was just 1 firm we requested to estimate. Fortunately they had a available space on a component load that meant a faster delievry and according to our first transfer the quotation, support and esteem had been faultless. Another brilliant elimination and also our sincere thanks once more.

Movecorp is attempting to deceive me on an worldwide shipment. It’s exactly the identical scheme explained in other reviews on this website. They provide a quote, but when you get the payment along with the group of merchandise occurs, then Movecorp attempts to raise the fee by 30 percent whilst holding my merchandise for ransom. I’ll likely lose my whole dispatch, but that I mean to record them to the authorities for fraud and theft. Prevent this unscrupulous lot like the plague.

Nice and Effortless. Here is actually the second time that I have utilized Movecorp, first time to get a company move to Holland at November 2012 and now my house return back into London, and I cannot fault any one of their company structure. The elimination crews I’ve had have been fantastic, nothing was too much problem. The packaging and packaging was completed carefully and fast, everything put in the chambers marked in the boxes along with all of the empty boxes and packaging broken down and put tidily in the kitchen. The office employees were as effective as previously, queries answered fast, timetables stuck to and also the quotation figure given was that the amount paid while the contract has been finished. I’ll surely work with them again and will recommend them unreservedly.

Time to proceed again with my occupation along with yet another telephone to Movecorp.
After utilizing these in 2012 and that which went flawlessly it was a no-brainer actually and once more they delivered. On time, fantastic price, fantastic elimination lads and except for one little breakage a 100% job well done.

I had been awarded Movecorps amount by a number of my buddies who’d employed them five months back for her home move and she found them to be quite professional and expecting.
She advised me to find a quote first though because though she had been totally pleased with them they weren’t the lowest priced quote she’d obtained. That although I found that to be authentic with all the quotations I received there wasn’t a massive gap and recommendation is well worth paying a bit extra for reassurance alone.
The price I was quoted appeared a reasonable and fair price for the possessions I wanted traveling and upon manifestation for the total amount of work, transport and time used I was quite delighted with the cost and would recommend them to anyone desiring a fantastic removal firm.

Recently transferred from Northampton to Birmingham to get the husband job and also to be nearer to family and roughly settled in now and  opportunity to perform a consultation. Where do I begin? The outstanding support from begin to finish, the more friendly professional personnel, the hardworking and considerate removal men or the excellent cost. Everything went as planned and I couldn’t fault any part of the transfer. Communication was put on, the men were on time and worked hard during and the cost was around exactly like what I’d been quoted with two different businesses. Beautiful task and nothing brokenup.

After realising that is our 10th and hopefully last move we made a decision to let somebody else do the tough job now and plumped for the entire packing services. Alright it was a little bit more than I thought but I’m glad we did because the service was impeccable and worth every cent paid.
In hindsight that the money that it cost carrying into considerationthe packaging boxes, wrap, tape and individual hours it was likely less expensive than all of the hard work and pressure we would have suffered so money well spent. A superb movement and hopefully the final, fingers crossed.

Even the lads who turned up were clever and hardworking, looked after packaging and securing my possessions on the trucks and understood what they’re doing. Everything moved smoothly at France with that which placed in the right area without any breakages. Would love to thank you John for sorting out my television, dvd and surround sound, the delight of being a lady in distress, also for the trick to shoot pictures of their links and prospects rather than make a diagram and also shed it. They took a few weeks longer than intended, billed me for additional checks and providers not in the first quote double and then dropped three of my really large wardrobe boxes. From amassing our belongings to shipping the grade of support was disgusting, so we had been advised that the boxes we packaged needed to be repacked by these in a price or we needed to sign a disclaimer, (we’d moved into temporary accommodation and also the preceding removal firm had no difficulty we’d never uttered ). Our products arrived damaged a dining table just had”a” leg along with other bigger items were ruined beyond repair, we had been advised that it was our fault because we didn’t pack them properly! They really packed the bigger things.
We’d been advised from the enterprise to take out insurance to pay for damages then have been required to struggle for 4 weeks to find any reimbursement and needed to cover both ours and Movecorps surplus over the insurance and obtained nothing close to the worth of their merchandise, I would not ever recommend this firm to anybody there wasn’t any honor shown to our goods or ourselves. MoveCorps Will Rob You In Every Way Possible

(Moved in the UK into the San Jose, CA at the Usa, drop downs will not allow you to choose US) I transferred with MoveCorp by the United Kingdom back into the US in June of 2015. I’ve not been lied to more, from begin to finish. The quote went up against the initial 490 cubic feet to 550 cubic feet however, the last shipping documents demonstrate that just 427 cubic feet were first sent. I paid and additional 340 GBP plus a complete of 3135 GBP to the merchandise to be sent. The growth appeared fair at the moment but obviously they whined and ripped off me for longer the very start. They assured me in an email which they’d ship my merchandise within two weeks of selection in my house in the united kingdom, it required over 100 days until they even put my products on a boat to be sent into the United States. It required a whole 146 times for us to get our products. When our merchandise came, boxes were lost and also my wife’s jewellery box was lost. She watched them package it and noticed that a few of the things that it was packaged with came but the jewellery box wasn’t from the box. That is correct, they chased us. There’s not any other way to make it, they are the only ones who understood which box the jewellery box has been in, plus they just opened the box, stole it and re-sealed the box. It was not even documented on the delivery docs so nobody else could have even known to search for this. There were plenty of different things missing for example all of our pots and pans. There were plenty of damaged things too. These men are the worst at every manner possible. Should you read the testimonials here you’ll realize that this is a blueprint. This business is a fraud, so they’ll perform the most unexpected stuff and treat you as you do not matter as soon as they take your products. Should they’ve stolen in the please contact them to the authorities. I’ve and the authorities are about to them, there needs to be some arrests in store for them.

We transferred from Germany into Florida USA for this Provider.
We have open boxes with lost items, furniture were completely ruined. But despite needing an excess insurance we didn’t get paid for the reduction. Not even on penny was allowed. Guess they understand that taking it to court is quite costly and time consuming, therefore barely someone would take action. So they simply discount the rights of consumers. Really disappointing! Great Service - Recommended

We contemplated moving house by choosing a van and receiving family and friends into provide help. However, a friend had advocated utilizing Movecorp and we’re so thankful that we did!
Knowing a home become an extremely stressful experience, we chose to cover the extra and get the pros at all.
Sophie at the workplace has been very professional and explained everything from begin to finish, organizing the questionnaire, delivery and quote team. On the afternoon of this transfer, the delivery guys were on time and were nicely presented and friendly. They came in a truck bigger than needed, which enabled for all of our possessions to be comfortably packed and secured. Once in the new home, the team were pleased to put all things where ever we needed them… such as the drop and to our attic (will just do so when boarded and burnt ).
Regrettably we’d hurt to a single thing that was a brushed glass lamp. After advising Sophie regarding the harm and supplying Pics, she ordered to ship out a Donation Card (for its merchant we’d purchased it out ) within a few of days (very impressive) that enabled us to buy a replacement right away.
Overall we’re quite happy with how it all went start to finish. Movecorp certainly took the strain from this afternoon for us. And I am sure things would not have gone as smooth had we undertook the move ourselves. We’ll definitely recommend to friends and loved ones. Offering you Movecorp for all your help.

Though I found some good reviews on the internet, my expertise was sadly pretty awful. In summary. We agreed that a start time of 9am, together with all the packaging to be expected to take 2-3 hours. After them first trying to alter the day of the movement (about the day itself), movers finally arrived at 430pm with no gear and proper packaging material. As a result of this I packaged half of the things myself (as among those men was getting packaging materials), though I had been charged the entire packing fee, along with the movers weren’t able to finalize the occupation (a 1 bed room flat!) . Next day, following pleas from my conclusion to finalize the task (as I had to vacate and wash out the area ), they arrive in – again without tools – from the day. Finally it took them two days to load my own possessions.

After my bad experience, it became worse after I eventually obtained my possessions after 5 weeks (!!!) . The majority of the moving boxes have been trashed. Clothes, for example suits which were in proper match totes and in closed carton boxes, were filled with mould. Some garments I had to through away; even following dry-cleaning. A classic chest came partially splintered (because wasn’t packed properly). Quite a few items (incl. Bicycle ) and art works were stained and flexed. Some may not be mended. Additionally there were a few lost things, incl. An art job. Though I know things can fail in a movement, the entire experience was just dreadful. Along with there was a entire absence of interest or service in attempting to improve the scenario (e.g. no apology at all ). As a conclusion, use them at your own risk!

    Great service!

We’ve reserved MoveCorp for our transfer to Zurich from London.
Our experience was fantastic. Our moving planner, Emma was really beneficial and she coped with our queries in a timely way. A big thank you for her help!
The team that had been assigned for our occupation was quite professional and packed all so well that nothing had been ruined.
They could answer all of our queries and provide us hints too.
In general, I really suggest MoveCorp for their own professionalism.

Short-notice changes, scratched furniture, unsympathetic manager

On the entire MoveCorp was a tragedy:
Whilst the communicating in the lead-up because of my very short-notice global movement was excellent, pretty much anything else was horrible. It had been agreed (and entirely paid for) to get my own things picked up on a Thursday (for that you will find good reasons). 3 days before the transfer I had been advised that this could not be possible because of a sick motorist. It strikes me as odd that a big removal firm, specialied on global moves, couldn’t locate another motorist to meet an already compensated for the contract. The onus has been on me to arrange an alternate date for your selection up which was exceptionally stressful and hard as a result of shortage of time. When I complained to the supervisor after getting accommodated the business (not vice versa), he had the chance to phone me but was quite unsympathetic in my expertise, essentially saying that”you’d consented to this change of plans therefore why would you be whining now”? Since from the mails which were traded it had been made apparent that when I did not change the pickup date, then the pick up wouldn’t occur (leaving me with 3 days to organize an alternate pickup).

The real men picking up my things in London were rather nice and productive. The folks delivering my things in Germany a couple of weeks later were dreadful. It took them forever to take my possessions in to my apartment. This wouldn’t have been overly problematic however my furniture was scraped, sometimes badly, since it was deemed unnecessary to wrap these big pieces in any respect. No apologies or excuses, maybe because the team spoke neither German nor English. When I whined to MoveCorp about that, I still obtained no response whatsoever, besides an email stating that it would be said to the supervisor.

Overall, utilizing MoveCorp has been a) the very ( and b) the most powerful and most stressful element of my movement. For a business which supposedly specialises in global movements, they did a dreadful task, being unreliable, rigid and unsympathtic. Very unsatisfactory.

    Don't use Movecorp

Our global move was a tragedy. They have been careless with all our furniture damaging it when taking it away. The group leader was so rude and unhelpful and they did not ship sufficient packers. The driver of the container threatened to depart together with the container half full along with my husband needed to help pack up and place things from the truck until 10 at nighttime. Among the very stressful and horrible experiences I’ve ever had with those folks. After birth there was Lots of damage significance a large insurance claim to us

    Damaged goods

I wish I’d seen this website before organizing my removals. I can echo some of the other testimonials. My transfer began with a very simple home to home locally however, the buy fell through just as we were packing to leave therefore the merchandise had to move into storage for around two months while we found a second home. All was going well before the guys arrived together with our products. They greeted us by saying”there’s a great deal of harm”. Item after thing came out broken – furniture busted, lamps broken, tables and chairs broken, crockery broken, and my telescope broken and bits missing. My spouse’s clothes allegedly in apparel boxes were packaged flat and kept upright consequently all tied and creased. Subsequently half of our settee and chairs were lost and needed to be discovered at a subsequent moment. I took pictures of all the damaged products for the album.

My error and that I warn others today, was that I assumed there had been a kind of insurance quote at least a nominal in the movers facet however since I had not loaded in a complete and appreciated inventory checklist I had no insurance and also throughout our period in storage my home insurance had lapsed. I had been advised that – demanding I wasn’t insured. They provided a few minimum reimbursement but that I was still chasing the insurance policy coverage though them. When that failed to withdrew the reimbursement. Eventually I got a nominal apology.

I’ve only taken a few car loads of broken things into the tip that will cost me near #1000 to replace.

The entire episode and the way it was treated left with a sour taste in my stomach. I realise it had been my naivety rather than carrying their insurance out that meant I had not a legitimate claim so technically they were not reluctant to recompense me for the harm, however I feel upset that I entrusted my own valuables into them plus they had a totally unprofessional manner of managing and storing the products and managing the aftermath.

Folks reading this ought to take care to read the small print, so simply take out as much, individual insurance as possible and maintain careful records prior to expecting Movecorp with your transfer.

Don't use them!! Suggest joint claim

Absolute scam. Did on line quote (they calculated 4m3). Requested that they come across and confirm as we believed it was less. Two appointments created and they did not appear. Select up day comes with an de insist that they compute facing us – it was really 2.5m3. Then acquire bill saying that 4m3 was minimal charge!! Subsequently delivery (contractually written) was for 25th July and in the most recent 5th August. Regular correspondence on this (prior to and after dispatch ). Arrives at Uk (from UAE) and clears habits on 10th July – and suddenly told that shipping is 22nd August (once we’ve returned to UAE and so no one to obtain dispatch ). Repeatedly educated them that nobody is going to be there and we’d contractually agreed date but falls upon deaf ears. Honestly do not give yourself the hassle / anxiety – have now got to go down the road of looking for reimbursement. If anybody else out there is doing a joint maintain – please allow me to know: email is [EDIT] 93 (the email hint ) gmail. com.

    Poor customer care, poor service

I’ve sent two motorbikes out of Italy to UK together with them. I’ve specifically asked them to send prior to the 5th of September, when both I and my spouse return to work and given that they gathered the products that the very first decade of August, I felt fairly confortable punctually. The shipping was infact verified for the 30th of August, between 9-11 am. At 12 I’ve called my contact at Movecorp, that honestly confessed that the they have not been loaded onto the lorry. 4 hours waiting in vain. The delivery was postponee into the 5th, first in the morning, between 7.30 and 8.30 am. Than it had been transferred to 9 am, therefore that my 14 year-old son could have been enrolling, but obviously they’ve not come back, and again without even taking the courtesy of telling us. The products are delivered now, obtained by my kids, in the third effort. They don’t care for your own time, though it was my fault that they would have billed me for the hassle, but naturally since it is them, and it is your time, they couldn’t care less. Avoid if you’re able to.

    MoveCorp did a great job

They are very professional and very affordable. The men wrapped all of the furniture which we requested and we diligent and quick. Maybe they didn’t plan for so large of a transfer is exactly what I clarified so some things couldn’t fit in the vehicle, but we’ve got BIG furniture. The guys worked very hard and cared for every piece of furniture. Going up the staircase in our new house was extremely challenging but these men managed it. I would strongly suggest MoveCorp.

They did an outstanding job along with my girlfriend and my transfer a week. We had been coming from two distinct places so that the logistics were somewhat challenging. From the beginning they have been helpful and considerate giving a instant and accurate quote for services. Throughout the afternoon of the movement they arrived on time and informed us until they came that they were in their way. They demonstrated to start walking me through exactly what they were likely to perform. As soon as they obtained an notion of what had to be transferred and what had wrapped they proceeded to get the job done. They had an excellent method for transferring and have been done right away.
They were all courteous and respectful and overall quite good. I’d employ these men again the second time that I move.

    Great Customer Service

We hired MoveCorp and they have been unbelievable. They came just at 9 as scheduled, were so meticulous, highly proficient and handled all of our furniture as it had been theirs. They operate very fast, economically and have been a complete pleasure. We had a huge dresser that people did not think we would have the ability to move. These men figured out how to disassemble and reassemble it and we could move the batter. They’re definitely not the most economical movers however I really do believe that it was 100% worthwhile. I felt as though they really loved their occupation, were proud of the amount of support that they provided and were really enthusiastic about our new house! I urge these guys! They’re the very best!

    Moving made easy

MoveCorp was fantastic from the beginning. Simple to get a quote and publication services. Enjoy their supply of complimentary used box pick-up – speak about saving money on your move! We have to have taken 40-50 of these, and also have paid it forward by dropping off them again. On the afternoon of the transfer, our 3 men revealed, navigated our catchy city side street and transferred our 2BR 2BA and cellar storage unit into our single family house in the burbs. The truck was packaged securely and safely, with furniture wrapped in blankets and recorded, things procured. Everything left it to their individual room/location as directed from the new home, and all in 1 piece and undamaged. Overall, by the time they left their warehouse before we signed off on the last paperwork, this was completed in only about 6 hours. They were quick, professional, and personable! I’d recommend them over and over again. Moving is a hassle, and pricey. I have done it a couple times, and following this encounter, would not do it in my own again. MoveCorp all the way!

    Recommend against using MoveCorp

I will begin with a 1 sentence warning for people whose possessions are managed by MoveCorp: be ready to wait 4+ months for your own items.

My move started in the midst of July using the U.S. firm, InterMovers, that did a fantastic enough job so far as the first pickup and sea transportation to Europe. They failed, but to convey that the shipment would first stop in England (final destination was Germany) also it would fall to the ridiculous palms of MoveCorp. As a first time international inspector, I would advise that you ardently pressure whatever company you’re dealing with to provide the title of the subcontractor(s) involved so it is possible to check the testimonials of the other firms involved; whenever they won’t provide this info, tell them”no offer.” I’d have never sent the goods when I understood MoveCorp had been involved-the bimodal distribution of 5 and 1 star reviews must make one skeptical about the validity of their 5 star reviews.

Back into the moving narrative at hand-an person at MoveCorp contacted me in the end of July to inform me that my products were to be obtained in early August in the UK (the first firm made no mention of the roundabout method of getting to Germany…). After sitting at the united kingdom for a protracted period and without a ETA given for transport, I was eventually contacted to cover an ~260 USD quay rent/demurrage fee for my merchandise in early September. I immediately paid this. After this, there was limited response to mails asking an ETA for shipping of products and telephone calls ended with”we will call you back later today with a quote.” No calls arrived. After several emails and telephone calls to MoveCorp, in late September, an email came saying that a truck could be departing for Germany in the very end of November. I wound up paying ~2500 Euros to employ a local business to pick up the merchandise from MoveCorp’s warehouse at the UK-this occurred while MoveCorp advised me that they”couldn’t track down a truck service moving to Germany.” They’d refund none of the cash that they were compensated for supplying a service that they never gave.

So to sum up, my minimum wait to receive my merchandise sent (once they had been at the tender, affectionate hands of MoveCorp) could have been four weeks. I’d strongly urge to appear elsewhere for your moving needs, and also make sure exactly what you use does not use MoveCorp everywhere along the line.

    Awful is the only word

In my opinion utilizing MoveCorp ought to be avoided. I booked in for a transfer, although on the telephone was requested for payment up front, I clarified that this made me feel uneasy paying for a service I hadn’t yet obtained, therefore agreed to cover the day – money.
2 movers flipped up (fine lads). Asked for payment again before the transfer happened, I clarified the arrangement made on the previous Friday, talked with James about the phone (who was rather patronising and somewhat rude) and had been advised’cover or we are not moving you’. I explained I had been pleased to provide half and then half once finish, he pushed for payment and that I gave in and paid and clarified I’d share an overview (I review all of solutions, good and poor ). Paid the money to both lads and requested them to continue. The next thing I know they have shut the van doors and so are walking right into my house telling me they’ve been advised to give me my money back they will not be moving me along with the office will telephone me. This was obviously quite distressing as I’d complied with all of James’ requests.
I then got a call from James describing they do not wish to work with somebody’like me’ who would review them badly, I clearly asked how he believed this review could wind up! I was then informed I’d obtained the stipulations of booking and so knew I needed to cover etc, I explained that I had not received them. Upon researching this further it had been discovered that the email address that they were sent to was wrong!
James did then provide to send the elimination guys back by now I did not think that it would be a fantastic idea to conduct business with somebody who clearly thought I had been out to rip them off.

Being a 31 year-old woman, moving into my very first property this couldn’t have destroyed the experience more.

If You’d like a hassle free, enjoyable move with excellent customer support I Would Never use Move Corp.

    Yet another victim from MOVECorp.UK

All I must say is don’t use them!!!
Better off throwing your material at a ditch.
My Loved Ones and I mrelocated from South Africa to Spain.
The stuff, just 7 cubic meters, took Just a month from SA to the United Kingdom
It required 4 monthes to depart the UK for to Spain but then again it’s clear: Movecorp had shot over.
On shipping date, once I’d paid for complete delivery on the 4th floor, they include a huge truck which couldn’t possibly match the streets of any city in Europe.
The Truck sits there 1 KM  in my home and they expect me to come along and unload with my automobile!!!!
They blamed me for not telling them that the truck would not match, hello here you’re the person who consented in doing the elimination in the first location!!!! They had the speech for more than 6 monthes. No difficulty as it was time to accumulate the cash.
I have had various removals completed previously in precisely the exact same address with no difficulty as what any business does is deliver the stuff to place at a more compact size truck.
    Totally unprofessional.
Staff is rude and completely despotic.
They threatened to take the things back to the UK or float at a different place to another local business and have them redeliver in my cost.
I didn’t have the option and had to cover for something I’d mostly paid before.
As I’m sitting here waiting for my things, I’ve already been advised by the motorist that a few of my things is broken.
Will definitely check everything completely as I do not believe my difficulties with Movecorp have stopped yet.
Do not think that this just occurs to me, the driver told me it happens All of the time, as you can imagime that they come with enormous Global truck that can’t take turns or any town street Generally
Shame on you Proceed corp, complete disgrace of a removal firm.

Horrible Move From Germany to USA

Transferring with Movecorp was a really painful experience. I had been moving out of Germany into the United States of America. Initially , they were very receptive and that I had a fantastic feeling about the entire thing. They requested for a 1 week window for pickup, and so I gave them my last 2 weeks in Germany, that had been the end of January during the first ten days of February. Then they advised me that they could not come those 2 weeks and are there a week early. I used my schedule to suit them. They’d flaws, so they then said they’d be there the first week in the 2 week window. Then they’d more flaws and are there the next week of the weekly window. A day earlier I was supposed to depart, they informed me that the truck was complete and could be returning to England and could come back a couple of weeks after. I stated I could not wait a couple weeks since I had been leaving the nation, so that they had a neighborhood companion come pick up my belongings and save it till they can pick this up, all at my own expense.
After my stuff was picked up, the communicating got considerably slower, and that I did not hear anything unless I inquired. The container did not leave England until late June. When it left England,” Schumacher Cargo, an American firm, acquired over. They carried well, I’d need to pay an extra customs charge, but that I had no difficulties with them or with my things getting delivered.
In the end, in August, half a year later I left Germany, I eventually obtained my items. But a china dish has been busted , a leg has been broken from a seat, a kettle and a bowl had been deciphered, and a few glasses were crushed. I was really just worried about the hamburger dish along with the seat, so that I obtained quotations to fix and/or replace them, and asked for about $225, and it can be just a bit more than I’d paid for insurance. They stated they’d just give me the recent values which I had on a few of those forms I’d filled out, that I believed was honest, which was $76.40. But , there was a nearly $50 policy surplus, which nobody had said to me earlier, so my overall was down to $27.74. Following the 20 transfer charges, I wound up receiving $7.74. Obviously, that did not pay the expenses of this dish or the seat, or perhaps the tacos I had for supper that night.
The next time, I’ll select a business that can do it correctly.

Movecorp BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS UK COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Two years ago I’d Movecorp transfer my household things from Keswick, Cumbria, England into Bellingham, Washington, USA
The movers showed up in the home at Keswick hours late, and without a container only two unmarked little covered trucks. I’d completed the majority of the packaging myself. They shipped me upstairs to keep packaging while they transferred boxes from home to both trucks that were unmarked. I now know they had been stealing since they moved. I now believe that the trucks were shot to a different place where thousans of pounds worth of things, household heirlooms, brand new clothes, and other things were stolen. I’ve contacted the company several, many occasions, and they never react. After the container came at Bellingham, it had been badly packaged, and that I could tell instantly, that matters were lost, boxes at the container had toppled and dropped, and the guys who unpacked commented on the inadequate packaging, and advised me to speak to the Movecorp at England. This business is run by burglars. I’m heart-broken to possess things of sentimental value stolen with these offenders. It required my own life-savings to spend money on the movement, many things were bought to be used within my retirement, so I can’t manage to replace them. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTAL CRIMINALS. This experience had been so traumatic for me that I have been occupying for at least a year, for this. All they’re considering is getting your purchase, when you turn over the money you’re left high and dry. They’ve not curiosity what so ever. Customer Service doesn’t exist with this particular organization. I seen that the Movecorp Website, along with also the foreman who did my first movement has still has his image on it, therefore he’s never been chased. He even made the remark I was exactly the identical size as his spouse; just how easy to sneak my new clothing, even new underware had been shot, amazing evening dresses along with leather/suade coats, and all overlooking. Antiques that was in my family for decades, classic clock and Chinese vases all overlooking.

I felt ashamed to sign up for newspapers stressing that if I didn’t, they’d hurt my house, nicely they did some other manner by stealing. I inquired how much more space was made to fill out the container plus they informed me lots and then abandoned early leaving half of my possessions that aren’t in storage in a buddy’s home. The Foreman lied for me personally, said he’d worked for Transfer Corp for two decades and that I must be quite pleased to have him, because he was so experienced. Among those guys was covered in tattoos, had jagged teeth and seemed like a gaol-bird. I had not been paid one cent by the insurance company I paid for. I think I had been completely taken advantavge of since they knew I had been an elderly person and going overseas. I view this as Elder Abuse. If you wish to view your valuables again do not utilize this business, they advised me to not lock items, to ensure US Customs might scrutinize, what they intended was, therefore that they had easy accessibility to slip. It’s now two decades because this happened to me personally and that I am completely sickened by what these low-lifes have done to me. After sending lots of E-mails they’ve not responded, so that they have to all be shielding eachother. BE WARNED UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMANY. If I needed to do it again I have to have given everything off, that way I’d still possess the thousands of pounds that they billed me to proceed, even though everything else has been stolen. If I could offer them a minus score I would, believe me! They’re a million times worse than bad! I left me feeling so violated it was just like being raped! I’ve still not unpacked a few boxes, since I’m sickened to get exactly what else is lacking, they chased some boxes but a lot of suitcases and boxes not came, paintings too missing. Delivery not punctually, plus they never kept me advised. Grandfather clock pulled apart along with the movers that delivered it didn’t understand how to reassemble, something else that I shall either need to perform, or pay somebody else. I gave certain instructions that I desired soft things packaged inside and they did not do it, and they left the place beneath my bamboo table with nothing inside wasting space I had paid for. Components of things are missing which were recorded to them, along with stolen/vandalised. They even attempted to steal my own power tools directly before my eyes and refused it. Are they anticipating a hint for what they’d done? The 2 guys in America who did the exact shipping were useful, but maybe not those in England.

I really feel like writing to the Daily Mirror or even a TV Client Advocate Show from the UK to expose those thieves.

Depending on the service we recived for our relocation, I would undoubtedly be pleased to recomend to friends and loved ones. Movecrop really came recommended for my husband and I out of a work colleague who had been happy with a local movement they completed.

We undertook a partial movement in the UK to France later purchasing a holiday house, therefore just required to shoot some homely products.

Comms was great from the off set and that I was happy with the price based on which we had been moving.

The worst shipping company to deal with

This is the very first and last time that I will ever use this firm. This company don’t only rip off customers but would be the worst in customer services. Beginning from the workers Andrea and Michelle into the director James. The service I asked was a easy door to door service, but by them has become the worst nightmare. On the very top of this, on account of the incorrect info given in terms of pickup my possessions, they desired me to cover an additional #350 for its so called’superior service’ that I didn’t take. Their attention to detail is dreadful and that I needed to sort out my own dispatch through the business they use, as they could not be bother to follow this up. Company like those ought to be shut.

Will not use this company again and definitely cannot recommend

Our moving process began fairly promisingly, actually right up to set (and getting our cash ) it was really very good. But what a different experience after our payment has been made. Household goods badly packaged, many significantly valuable things left uncrated. We also organized and paid for several more crates which weren’t provided. Company later attempted to establish that dimensions of furniture we supplied were wrong and so ready crates were not able to be used. Then they suggested missing crates were captured by Australian customs officials (We contacted Australian Customs – that alleged practice doesn’t happen ). We received absolutely NO communication from the business if these alleged”issues” then arose with our dispatch to alarm us, or help locate alternative solutions. We had been left to detect a substantial collection of glaring mistakes, oversights and omissions ourselves on delivery of dispatch. Supervisor was less than sympathetic and sometimes did not respond to communications from us. Really frustrating. But, allow these facts speak for themselves: some massive insurance claim against Movecorp was finally settled in our favor… additionally, additional complaints lodged with UK Transferring Ombudsman regarding service problems (after receiving almost no help from Movecorp and making virtually no progress towards settlement of our complaints, despite 16 weeks of individual correspondence), also was quickly settled in our favour. We’ll never use this company again and certainly won’t ever recommend them. This is a totally regrettable and extremely stressful experience for us. Allow the buyer beware!

    EU Removals

I utilized EU Removals to transfer out of London to Bournemouth. The customer support was outstanding and they left the move worry free. They packed and unpacked my furniture with care and the price was very very affordable.

I needed to place my furniture to storage for a month and they assured everything was saved with caution just to my directions. I would also have recommended this elimination company for my friends and loved ones. So thankful I employed them!

    RUDE and INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and might suggest to all NOT to utilize movecorp! The transfer was from France into United States because of the two years old daugther possessions had been crushed and ruined, they gathered 10 sealed boxes of her possessions and they sent just 8 all opened boxes (shattered, broken, and also ruined ) That I needed to pay additional once it touched the States. Everything that has been of value had been lost, the reply in movecorp was that it was our fault that we did not accept insurance, I am very SAD and FRUSTRATED using the way INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL movecorp have treated us. We paid close to $800.00 and near $60.00 to find the boxes delivered. It wasn’t cheap and they did not help to recoup her possessions. We regret utilizing this RUDE, HORRIBLE, INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL movecorp!!!!

    Lie after lie after lie

This firm are compulsive lairs. They supply you with a quote then increase by 150 percent, so they don’t appear on time and blame you and also deny that that they ever give you some moment. Tell you that they’re not mind readers and ignore the documentation that they request that you fill in and state not valid against the job they estimate and then take whole payment for.

The push back on you for your failings of there mismanagement start to charge extra fees in order hoping to solve issues, they need to have a warehouse total shot hostage until they get whatever sum of money that they deem they should get that hasn’t been discussed nor has it been consented. It doesn’t matter anything you say or prove to them that which was really agreed and discussed. They simply ask for more money and give you. Don’t USE they’re compulsive liars.

    Good experience

That is my next move for this organization and once again everything went to plan. Vehicles came punctually, the lads awakened fast and attentively and everything appeared to be affluent and off in almost no time. In my new house every box has been placed in the ideal area, things which to be reassembled were completed by Chris, Movecorps aide, and yet again no breakages, loss or harm. Offering you Movecorp.

    Good

Alright , we had a couple of issues but nothing which can be attributed on Movecorp or even a family.

Among the trucks was overdue as they had a puncture on the road along with the keys weren’t readily available to our new residence but hey, these things occur.

Very good marks for Movecorp since they did everything they said they’d do to the price quoted and created a fantastic job of this.

I would 100% recommend this firm to anybody looking for a professional removal firm 5 stars.

Thanks for Movecorp along with Kirsty my elimination coordinator.

    Seriously unprofessional and unexperienced

Our move in Melbourne to Madrid was contracted by ChessMoving who delegated Movecorp since the local firm for its department UK into Madrid.
Our Expertise using Movecorp is completely disapointing, many clients have reported exactly the exact problems in their prior reviews.

    (1) Lack of upgrade – we’ve not obtained any advice unless we requested for this. Some vital questions (i.e. shipping period, touch to deal with our whine…) are not replied.

    (2) Obvious delay – timeframes signaled via a templated email that has likely not been upgraded since years generating absolutely improper expectations.

    (3) No defined program, no defined pathway – Movecorp appears to not have the ability to supply any information about that, when and how matters will be hauled.

    (4) You cover everything and after that they will do if they want/can.

That is obviously unprofessional and unexperienced business, we’re waiting for them to create some observable progress, so that I expect this review will help other clients to pick a much better way when shifting their possessions.

    Rome to Vienna relocation

An global relocation is really a stressful experience, but with relocated multiple occasions through time from other continents, I believed Rome to Vienna should have been a quieter ride. Not so with MoveCorp.

The individual who organized my movement appeared to quit after my boxes were gathered – a procedure which took hours, even but I had my comparatively compact load professionally packaged beforehand.

After I contacted the business with my new speech, having paid to get a storage support and consumed my limit with this, I had been confident my possessions would hit me within one week. I planned about this to make sure that I could be about once they came – not simple given I proceeded to take up a new occupation. This season came and went without a contact by MoveCorp. That is despite
The multiple efforts I made to speak to the broker – causing costly phone bills to top it off. It appeared she actively disregarded my calls and correspondence. Two more weeks passed, and my boxes were first sent in another time with four things lost.

To outline the remainder of my expertise: it included my very own interventions to find my lost possessions, many flaws, flexibility in my own behalf and my MoveCorp representative proceeded to dismiss all touch from my own. She wasn’t just real, unresponsive, unhelpful but also incredibly impolite.

MoveCorp, never again, even when I must drive my own truck around Europe.

Hard to give any stars at all!

This past year, whilst temporarily in England, I hired MoveCorp to send a wooden cradle, superbly hand-built by now-deceased my daddy because of his very first grandchild. I was anticipating my very own first grandchild and expected to provide the cradle for a present for my son. I wasn’t able to oversee packaging but was ensured great care could be required. The bundle delivered in Texas held the remains of this cradle split into 17 bits, at a battered cardboard box. MoveCorp denied any refund of their nearly $900 shipping price! Beware. Regrettably, as we had been dealing with a different family meltdown and the land was obtained by my in-laws, I don’t have photos.

Expect waiting, damage, unfulfilled obligations and to be blamed...

We started our move out of Dubai to Leipzig with a firm named JNT Cargo. JNT were fairly decent at managing the entire procedure, they followed up frequently and got us sorted. We requested for a door-to-door provider, and has been assured that furniture which has been dismantled will unquestionably be re-assembled in Germany. We had to cover everything up front, and that we regretfully did.

Following the dispatch left, JNT handed the movement over into the MoveCorp circus. We spent plenty of time after up and awaiting MoveCorp to return to us. It was a hassle getting any info from these whatsoever. We were amazed to discover that our freight had obtained a strange detour through the united kingdom rather than to Hamburg, and there we had been asked to get a list of things and how much they were worth for habits. We requested the two JNT and MoveCorp for a motive, but obtained none. We complained that many of our things had already moved over to Dubai from England and that we’d be paying taxes on these TWICE. We had been advised to place in reduced amounts to prevent the amount being overly significant.

We were subsequently told to expect the dispatch on the 29th of June. After a lot of following up, we had been advised to anticipate our dispatch in the end of July. No suitable reason given, only that our products have been trapped in a random review and that”Regrettably there’s a port fee exceptional on the merchandise which prices #85.00. The fee is a result of a random customs inspection that has also caused the container incurring demurrage and quay lease whilst getting the review conducted on the container. The review is completed based on a random selection procedure which I am afraid, we’ve got zero control over. Please be aware that this fee has to be paid before organizing your own delivery. Payment can be made by some of the following choices:

    Debit card
Credit card (will maintain a 2.9% use fee )
    Bank transfer
    Cheque

Please be aware that if we do not hear back from you within 1 week in 5th July that you will Start to incur storage fees based on your total quantity .”

We immediately paid this charge. At the moment, we had been flat hunting and had a bigger 1 bed flat. We chose to locate a lot bigger apartment and requested for storage choices and requested them to confirm whether we’d keep the door-to-door service we paid for. We requested us to locate our own storage alternatives and that we’d keep the support, therefore we did. After we asked for an upgrade for as soon as the storage facility would anticipate the freight, they stated that keeping the things would incur a commission and inquired if it was something they ought to consider – almost as though the conversation never occurred. When we asked again for an update on the freight, they said we ought to expect it on the 31st of July – an entire month after than we anticipated with no motive at all. Seeing as we had been going in a couple weeks after that, we inquired if we can store it before the 22nd. They reacted like we never needed this particular storage dialog. We had been under the belief that the freight came on the 31st of July and we had storage before the 22nd, but they offered us 6-8 weeks worth of storage! After we explained (again) that we had already found our very own storage alternative AT THEIR REQUEST, we were subsequently told that we’d need to find our own transportation solution in the storage facility since they simply do one move and that we’d lose our door-to-door support. We then had to forfeit the deposit we paid to our storage facility and have been made to proceed with with MoveCorp’s storage alternative rather.

Following weeks of waiting for them to return to us on”an specific date nearer to this date,” we needed to continue following up till we had been advised to anticipate our freight onto the 25th of August. The night before, we had been contacted by the folks transporting the freight. We requested to affirm that we still retained our concierge support and we had been explicitly told that the men would unpack and assist re-assemble the furniture as requested.

When it came, the men showed up and took more than 5 hours to unload the truck and the minute they were completed, they strove to depart. I stopped them and informed them that we’d paid to get a door-to-door provider, which left them gasp in shock! They began complaining that it wasn’t their job, that they were simply drivers and refused to perform it. I showed them the message we received in their own boss, so that they started to build our mattress. While this was happening, one of those men asked me”Are you happy today?” As though this was a favor rather than a service we paid for. In reality, since they assembled this item, they made it quite obvious that this was a favour and that they needed to depart to Vienna since they were running very late. Now, I’d also discovered that our dispatch had gone to Bulgaria for some reason rather than Hamburg like we had been advised.

The minute the bed has been completed, the men tried to depart and I needed to stop them and inform them that we asked this service. Then they carelessly began opening boxes randomly, haphazardly carrying out things and strewing them around our flat in at attempt to seem as though they were unpacking, when what they really did was open a lot of boxes, then take 2-3 things out and set them in almost any place they might find. I could not think that this”specialist” outfit had no arrangement. I’d specifically asked them to assist with the furniture initially, so I needed to prevent them from opening any more boxes and then direct them into the furniture so we’ve got somewhere to set the things they were unpacking randomly. They started 1 bookshelf, stared at it, began complaining that they had been motorists and that we had a carpenter to perform this particular job. I brought out directions and they believed that we had carpenters.

My wife came home from work to inspect the mess, and we began detecting harm EVERYWHERE. All of our expensive furniture has been ruined, irreplaceable classic pieces were broken, and our documents have been broken, wedding gifts destroyed (among these had been sliced open with box cutters whereas the remainder has been smashed because of inadequate handling) and our 4 day old flat (which had only been refurbished) had broken walls and flooring. My wife broke down to tears, and the movers afterward said they’d return in 10 minutes using a carpenter to help mend the damage. We never watched them.

When we predicted Movecorp, we had been advised to wait for 30 minutes to get a call back. TWICE. We then emailed them several times, and we obtained the following:

“I have spoken with the elimination group and team and they’ve made the below remarks as to why the complete service was faulty.

    1. Long distance transport was required which is an exception of ours. (My spouse and her older parents helped take appliances and other items with comparative ease. It is not a very long distance, and the guys had trolleys – a luxury we didn’t have. We also just live on the first floor)

    2. The meeting needed wasn’t basic — just fundamental re-assembly is quoted i.e. legs onto tables. (It was fairly basic. They did not even try. You will find many other pieces of furniture which just required the legs to be placed back on, however, the men insisted that they were only drivers and we had carpenters. I manged to snap through it all by myself in a couple of hours each night)

    3. Brand-new furniture is not constructed by removal firms — it isn’t classed as fundamental re-assemble. (We just had 1 part of brand-new furniture that only demanded its own legs to be placed on. We never asked them to resolve that and that I specifically told them to set it apart because we had to determine where we wanted to place it. That Brand-new piece of furniture was also badly damaged)

    4. The measurements of the flat made it impossible to finish the unpacking (It takes the cake. We’ve got two spare rooms, a spacious bathroom, a balcony and corridor/entryway. My husband and I was able to clear it out in a couple of hours, yet it had been”impossible” for its”specialist” movers we hired?)”

So essentially, two men and women in their 70’s and a pregnant woman can do a far better job than those”professionals” and it is all our fault as these men could not use their own brains to browse some directions or work out how to get the most from all of this area we had available to people.

We have spent our weekend unpacking and up to now, EVERY SINGLE BOX we have opened has shown damage of some kind (you may see all of it here http://imgur.com/a/DxqKx). The only point to have come from this unscathed is our TV. Movecorp have made no comment at all about the harm to our house or our flat, nor have they said anything about reimbursement for the service we didn’t get. Now considering taking legal actions against them. Absolutely despicable men and women. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

    Long-distance move from Southampton, Hampshire
A Bad move, but clearly all my own fault.

We were originally very disappointed after the shipping of our possessions to our home in Greece, and I wrote to Movecorp to whine.
There were a range of reasons for our disappointment, such as broken and soiling to furniture which was in formerly very good state, flaws in transit, misinformation concerning the motives and the timescales of these flaws, and mal-loading of their original container resulting in additional unnecessary fees for transferring the”escape” of our products. (amongst others)
I’m so very thankful that Mr James Mallett, the revenue manager of the business, managed to take some time out his busy executive program to phone me and put me directly on those things.
I now know that each of the matters raised weren’t the duty of Movecorp, but were really all MY fault.
Mr Mallett clarified that as I had no experience of an global move any former instruction from an in national movement was emptiness and that I must have taken appropriate precautions with my furniture and products by wrap them to shield them from bad handling and dirty surroundings. He even went on to state, and I’ll quote his precise words, because they are such smart pearls of wisdom”We utilize dirty containers all of the time, as they move round and around the world getting filthy”. How unbelievably ridiculous of me to have believed that, since this was an global move, Movecorp wasn’t bound by the same”duty of care” that I’d obtained during previous national moves.
Mr Mallett was additionally took great pains to clarify that he and he and his employees were professional men and women, and that as much as estimating the cubic capacity of my own goods I had been a”total amateur”. Therefore it was obviously my fault again that my merchandise didn’t all fit to the 1 container. Certainly my ideas to re-pack metallic storage cabinets with things once they were put on board were discounted because of my complete lack of professionalism in the issue. And it was again entirely my fault that furniture things which we’d formerly told that the packers might be left until last and just loaded when there was distance, were permitted (by us) to be loaded early in the afternoon, hence taking up precious space that I, clearly so erroneously, believed could have been used for much more pressing objects. Certainly we had been mistaken in our premise that the skilled packers had throw their eyes that were experienced over our goods and chattels and estimated that they would all fit in the container.
Mr Mallett didn’t comment on my worries about being fed incorrect information regarding the transit of this container, even though I told him I’d evidence that somewhere down the line we’d obtained advice that was false!
At this point I was starting to comprehend how wrong I was over the entire thing, but I couldn’t yet bring myself reconcile the way I could still feel so awful about the entire incident, so I tried to play with my final greeting card in the expectation that this one wouldn’t be a boomerang like most of the others. I’d seen about the Movecorp site the proud boast that”they expect that everybody receives an superb support” (it had been one reason I picked the business in the first place) and when I tried to raise this with Mr Mallett he explained (and again I quote the precise words spoken, as I had been taking notes at the time since I didn’t wish to miss out on some of those erudite, affectionate and client friendly reposts)”That I hadn’t paid for the superb support” hello me, wrong again.
As a last notice Mr Mallett declined my request to allow him to place his things to me personally in writing, I cannot know why he must do so, as everything that he said awakened my heart, and he was obviously very pleased with the job that was completed, and also the substantial amount of my hard earned money he’d free from the procedure. He did however take a Substantial time to point me out that the firm has a Complete list of terms and conditions such as a segment on”bad mouthing the Business on social networking” (again the Specific words used) he also used the words”slander and libel”
However I’ve nothing to dread as each word I’ve written here’s fact!
But with my track record for getting things wrong up to now…
PS. Elimination was to Greece, however, drop down menu doesn’t incorporate this place.

Left cheated, taken advantage of and robbed.

If you’re searching for a professional, dependable, efficient moving firm then don’t proceed with Movecorp!

I needed to arrange storage and removal of many boxes from Maastricht (NL) into Canterbury (UK). I’d contacted Movecorp well ahead of time of my actual move date so as to conquer any last minute difficulties. This was especially important as my transfer date also meant the end of my tenancy agreement and also my permanent departure from the Netherlands.

After spending for door-to-door collection, I had been advised that a verified removal date could be transmitted closer to my real move (20 July).

Ahead of me moving, I needed to always push for advice, constantly emailing and calling my contact at Movecorp for advice but to little avail. Whenever I asked a question, I’d either obtain a reply beyond a reasonable period of waiting or no reply to my question in any way. This was especially problematic when inquiring time-sensitive queries as various arrangements needed to be made between third parties too.

As it came to the real collection I’d obtained a verified date however that kept getting changed in the last minute because of’unexpected flaws’ I had been as dumb as I might be, as well as needing to allow for set to occur in my absence (much to my disdain) since the team wouldn’t make it into my speech prior to my death from the Netherlands. But in spite of my patience which collection was postponed over 4 days – finally leading to a failed group. Of which I wasn’t even informed of before my landlord told me a few days later that the team had just not come by. As soon as I talked to my contact at Movecorp I had been confident that I would get an update on what occurred and what measures could be taken to rectify this situation – again I hadn’t received this upgrade until I pushed to it again.

Though Movecorp had later given a rescheduled group, it wasn’t in my favor nor the right remedy for their failed group. My tenancy agreement had finished and that I could no more leave my items at the home. I requested Movecorp for assistance with making alternative arrangements for elimination of my items from the home and to keep them in Maastricht before the rescheduled collection but they hadn’t supplied the right alternative nor gave me much aid. After this I needed to cancel my agreement with Movecorp.

I had been told I wouldn’t receive any refund as set was tried but failed, along with the rescheduled set was Movecorp’s so-called’remedy.’ But, I believe that the group failed since Movecorp kept altering the dates and giving explanations as to why things kept changing.

I really feel cheated and taken advantage of since I’m paying for a service which hadn’t occurred. I was always assured that there was nothing to fret about when obviously Movecorp had little control of this circumstance. When confronted with an obstruction or hard situation I believe it had been treated quite unprofessionally as I had been always left in the gloomy about updates and information (even after requiring better and more reliable communication, that was sworn to me later ). In addition, I believe there was a serious deficiency in due diligence, maintenance, and compassion. Movecorp understood I was leaving the nation (well beforehand of my planned collection date) so they should’ve been better prepared in managing my situation and adapting to my situation when given the chance to achieve that.

In general, though Movecorp attempted they just were not up to par. I’ve lost a great deal of cash (for a student) about which was be a huge waste of time. So unless you are fine with weeks of one-sided communicating and tens of thousands of pounds on a movement, that may not even occur, then by all means employ Movecorp.

Will we receive our goods ?????

We’ve kept your services to transfer our products (8m3) out of Grenoble (France) to Boston (US).
Initially you’re assumed to come and package our products about the 1st of september. However, you cancelled and request the 4th… ” It was not suitable for us but we approved. The”group” was first scheduled between 10 and 11am. At the time our contact individual began to turn into difficult to reach by telephone and email… And eventually at 5pm, a friver came, exclusively with his truck, also nothing more to package… So we needed to do the packaging ourselves (since we paid for this support we anticipated that you’d package the merchandise!!!) .
Afterward our contact attempted to rip us off by asserting that we had a lot of products and then we could not submit an application for a reimubursement for its absence of support… But we’d taken photos and had evidence which we needed less than 8m3…
Now that the products have been at London, no information out of our contact. We request upgrades et for the reimbursement of this service not supplied, but nothing… And now , we get a email on a 100# payoff since it is going to require”some time” to our merchandise to arrive… Our furnitures are around the container, in order we’re moving shortly to an unfurnitures appartment (end of november, which left you 3 weeks to perform your task whereas you advised us that it would require 8 to 10 months!) We are going to have to lease a mattress or to purchase a new one… And everything about our clothing? Winter is so cold here in Boston, you’ve all of our winter clothing, so do we need to purchase new clothes too?
We’re disappointed with your lack of professionalism along with the absence of thought for your own constumers… After you have enough money, you look to not care whatsoever!!

MoveCorp: The worst customer experience I ever had.

    This is my story…

The first pick-up was completed around the 23 of August in Stafford UK. The destination location is currently in France, at a hamlet where we’ve got a’effort’ home.

The delivery was promised and postponed several times. My spouse and I needed to go to that location two times, awaiting a truck that was cancelled in the very last minutes on many occasions.

Lastly, the truck realized that hamlet about the 5th of October, however, after that, the drivers chose to not deliver, asserting it isn’t an’easy access’. For the recording, four decades earlier, the other company did send half of their possessions to this location with no criticism. At that moment, another portion of our possessions were sent to Stafford.

In the end, everything was stored inside a neighbor’s garage, as a result of their kindness. Hence, my spouse and I needed to get there throughout the weed-end so as to move back our possessions to our location. It took us just 3 hours.

Last stage, we found that our micro-wave oven has been broken as well as the washing machine includes a substantial scrape on it.

The many futile trips to this shipping area have cost over 500#, without even counting the reduction of 5 times of job for my spouse an I.

I hope to find some substantial reimbursement for all of the trouble we’ve endured.

Following 4 decades in the united kingdom, where the majority of the period our client’s experience was exceptional, this really is the worst consumer experience I’d had.

This was delivered as a email to MoveCorp, also I didn’t get any comments…

    Very bad company

Be truthful I really don’t understand how to begin, this provider is worst business I ever deal with. I don’t write reviews but I need to be certain folks that they don’t likely be tear off such as me. When we’re in England they compose daily calls and emails you personally, when you go abroad they do not know you. You need to chase them if your belongings arrive and when you call them that they do not understand where the motorists are. The woman (Harley) does not possess the finest of costumers service. I attempted call them several times but of those sudden they’re busy and they can not speak to you. The substance arrived almost 1 week afterwards, but ruined!! As soon as I spoke to these apperantly they can not do anything as our insurance does not pay it (until today I do not understand why I paid insurance, not least one!) The drivers place delicate box around the floor and after two or three significant boxes onto the surface and they stated it’s our fault. They ruined even TV even they understood it’s TV there. If you do accept insurance be sure to understand all details what’s insure what not as nobody let you know! I m very upset because I believe quite bothersome and cheated since I paid plenty of cash for this organization and they do not care about costumers support! . They hurt TV,couch and much more stuff!! . I’m still awaiting they reacts but I doubt this someone can do anything about it.

Worst company ever (Chasing all clients)

    The worst company ever
The worst company ever, we’ve sent our products from dubai into Poland once we’ve paid all of the price, we then received email from movecorp saying that they have obtained our products and we must pay VAT, we’ve moved to their bank accounts the VAT they then began to chase us as for some other fees then we explained to them by bills that we’ve paid all of the expense to dubai bureau the. Movecorp requested us to cover 1500AED according to dubai representative afterward we showed them again that we paid whatever, after while movecorp delivered us mail saying that they cannot reach dubai service to collect their cash so we have to cover movecorp 1980# that is the freight price to movecorp because dubai bureau has stolen them, so we got amazed that this isn’t our duty and have to be contract between one another and movecorp need to send our merchandise into Poland becuase that isn’t our fault espically that there is not any arrangement between us and also movecorp except they shipped email saying they’ve our products and also asking us for money, anyway we’re trying together because 17th of May 2017 till today and we’ve transferred and settled in London and now we’ve requested movecorp again which no need to send our products into Poland and launch it to us at UK however they believed to chase us to get such enormous quantity and even now their managing director isn’t responding to our mails along with his workers not responding to our emails and not any useful in all and they constantly thinking on their manner of communicating that they violate law and they do not care and they do not know that this isn’t our duty should they’ve deal with firm and they did not cover them and does not make sense whatsoever to cover nearly 2000# for private goods of me along with my spouse and my baby we utilizing since 4 decades. That is not fair whatsoever, UK gets the strongest law and crystal clear law across the entire world so how come this kind of organization is pursuing clients like this.
We’ve got all the details and evidence if mails or documents or obligations performed to movecorp or even dubai service, you can get in touch with me everywhere and will supply you with everything, and also should you googling the business name then you are going to observe how often they pursuing customers until today. Their management manager is the worst man I’ve even seen in company communication or perhaps private life.

    Long-distance move from California
Worst experience ever! Don't trust this company!!!

My spouse and I were moving in the San Francisco Bay Area back to Germany in July using Dynamic L.A. because the secretary of the move (which was our first error, but that is another tale ). Regrettably some of those boxes did not match in the container and needed to be sent additionally. Their spouse in the united kingdom will be Movecorp Ltd (that we never would have picked ourselves studying all of those negative reviews!) And now we’re running from 1 annoyance into a different.

First of all Chloe from Movecorp Ltd contacted us two days after the container came (1st delay in their side) and wanted a thorough list of all our products together with the worth and just how long we have been possessing them for VAT/duty. I immediately wrote them that I had been in touch about this using Dynamic L.A. since I don’t have any idea which things were where dispatch as we have not packaged the boxes nor did we disperse them between the container and also the extra shipment. I also wanted to understand why we unexpectedly would need to cover VAT/duty for moving household products. I even sent the listing we have obtained from Dynamic L.A. using all the rough description of this box contents, for example”Dishpack — Dishes”, describing that this is all of the information we obtained. There was no answer for many days, neither from Movecorp nor out of Dynamic L.A., they then wrote again that they require the record, without even answering my own questions. I again tried to explain my scenario and again I asked Patrick out of Dynamic L.A. for guidance. He then mailed me the specific same rough record, saying”To the best of my capability I’ve filled out habit bill. The only thing required would be the worth and time possessed. ” Attempting to locate some distinction between this record and that one we supplied Movecorp over a couple of weeks ago I tremendously imagined the value which the items might have (it is very evident that we still had no clue that things are in that dispatch ). AGAIN I inquired why there’s VAT/duty on shifting our household products. It was around October 9th, a little more than two weeks following the container came.

1 week after I again checked out if there aren’t any upgrades. On the 18th I have an email from Chloe which people had been billed #421.04 for duty & VAT”as mentioned mentioned” (well, ehm, no?! There was not any discussion in any respect! Just unanswered queries!) . There was no bill, no bank particulars. I AGAIN inquired why there were charges on our products and mentioning that the absence of professionalism, requesting transparency. We then have been told that we ought to have been educated about the regulations and rules prior to the things really left the US, which”Back in April of the year, the united kingdom law changed so we’re now not able to file for transport of self help relief on any consignment that’s clearing into Europe through England although never advised for England. ”
We contacted Dynamic L.A. who essentially rejected the attribute and stating”From this (used) worth, responsibilities can be % -7 percent, if whatsoever. I.E $1,000 announced employed worth = $20-$70. ” I have sent the following email to Movecorp requesting specifics as the announced price of our merchandise was #1,270, therefore this might indicate that VAT/duties will be 30 percent?! We were advised that VAT is 20 percent of the total price and the responsibilities are exercised based on commodity principles that vary per item. And that there’s also a small administration charge of roughly #25.00 (that Dynamic L.A. was gracefully willing to cover as a good-will gesture…). Stupidly we paid the commission, attempting to prevent any additional delay (probably using a premonition of what was going to emerge ).

But on October 20th Chloe advised me”Upon customs clearance, so I’ll be back in contact to start organizing delivery with you. ” Six days after I again checked in to see if there are some upgrades to acquire the answer”We are finalizing clearance now so will probably be connected ASAP to counsel. ” One day after we got the information which our consignment has now cleared customs and”Please notice because of delayed documentation there’s a demurrage fee of #775.00 outstanding in your own consignment. This may require paying prior shipping. ” Now here is the stage where MY great will and patience comes with a finish! I responded asking if that gigantic demurrage charge is a result of the delay Movecorp along with Dynamic L.A. caused within our correspondence. I again mentioned that I have not gotten answers to my emails for more than a week many times though I was constantly checking in! For me it resembles a proposed delay to bill us much more cash and also this company methods appear to me increasingly offender! I wrote that I am beginning considering taking legal measures and
Additionally that not sending appropriate invoices for all those unexpected charges is highly suspicious and I am expecting both bills instantly for transparency! After assessing in AGAIN I made this:”We obtained the importing documentation late from yourselves which supposed that your consignment was a part of this reason the container could not clear punctually. All documentation must be in place before the items being sent to steer clear of issues like these. ” Now they’re blaming us again for THEIR shortage of professionalism and organization?!? That is incredible! I promptly wrote back, requiring appropriate transparency of these fees and penalties created by Movecorp in addition to an evidence of the way the law was altered that we unexpectedly had to cover VAT/duty at the close of the afternoon, otherwise I see myself compelled to press charges. We will not cover anything with no official bills/proofs to our documents and we will not cover extra costs which occur because of your delayed answers!

We’ll see exactly what happens, however, I highly urge to keep away from THIS COMPANY! Their company appears to be pushed by offender procedures charging fees with no proof!

    Very bad support.

Pick up date has been varies on the afternoon of the shipping itself.

Drivers left harm to a neighbors wall together using the van. The damage hasn’t yet been repaired till now.
A number of my elimination boxes are damaged. I received some really nice and costly one’s to be able to make it simpler for me personally and the delivery men. The boxes weren’t heavy so I’m really surprised they’ve been damaged.

    Moved from UK to Italy

I must have read the testimonials on movecorp before utilizing them, and that I can not blame anybody but myself. I compensated for my things to be sent to my flat. To begin with there wasn’t any shipping date given and I had been told it’d be about another scheduled container to Italy. 4 months following the group I got a email with a shipping date after which a reference of a 18m truck to perform the shipping. I promptly contacted the planner to increase concerns about how big this truck, since the road that I live on is quite thin and I thought if the truck will match. The planner explained the driver would understand when he’s in the region. This was as it crossed my mind which movecorp doesn’t look the address up to test whether they can provide or not. I kept asking her when the driver knew that the city, it never happened to me that she didn’t have any clue what she was discussing. 3 days ahead of the shipping date she mailed me an email stating that the driver was behind schedule so that my stuff is going to be sent a day after. I took the afternoon off yesterday to await the shipping. In the day I got a call in the driver that he won’t have the ability to send my possessions to me on account of the magnitude of the truck. I couldn’t believe it,I named the planner and asked me what was likely to occur with my own things. She responded that they were planning to present my items to a broker they use, and also this broker will have the ability to produce with a more compact van. She then sent me an email to state that I am going to need to pay the broker $795 to provide. Thus after having paid movecorp to send my possessions to my flat, I now have to cover a different broker to perform the shipping. After 6 months, I do not have my items, and I Must pay additional money to the next representative
The broker asked me why I did not give movecorp the shipping address, and if I answered that I did, he had been so shocked! He began apologising and stated he’d attempt to see whether he could reduce it a bit for me. I was so humbled by his response, a broker having a Heart! I am certain that movecorp can find out a great deal from him. However, I doubt that they will!
I am certain that the planner has been sat in her workplace, slamming her head away and proud of this fact that she’s swindled a different one.
I’d told two coworkers of mine moving to Europe to utilize movecorp, but I have educated them and advised them to search for a better moving business! You need to read my overview along with many others very similar to decide for yourself. In the event you wish to squander your own time, your cash and over all have sleepless nights, then by all means utilize Movecorp. A note to the wise will be Certainly Enough!
A major round of applause for you Kirsty, you did this!

I must have searched for testimonials before employing them, but too late! They looked all okay before the group. They shot all the cash upfront. Set was suprisingly on agreed date and nearly time slot. But since then it’s turned into a nightmare. The agreed delivery date has long been overlooked. They’d never call backagain. I continue calling the motion planner, who’s near useless. He really does is apologises and promises to call back together with all the new date, which he never does. So you wind up pursuing him every day for shipping date that he does not understand. Normal narrative – that they truck broke downagain. Their tight schedule does not allow to readily rebook on the next van. They appear to be working together with different businesses, as he left a telephone on next point while I had been hearing, to learn where’s my stuff. His supervisor is much more futile and will not remember your name that the exact following moment. It has been 3 months since assortment, within a week because ardently agreed delivery date, and that I still don’t have a sensible date they’ll deliver. Please prevent them!!

    Terrible.

It took 5 weeks to get my boxes to acquire door to door. MoveCorp lent our transit period to be between 8-12 months. What they neglected to say was that my boxes were being sent into Toronto Canada and also we dwell in Vancouver. As soon as I emailed the woman that has been our point of touch concerning it,” she sends me an’out of office’ response. They got their money, so they did not have to bargain with us anymore. They shipped the boxes into Toronto and contracted the Canadian part of the trip to a much more inept company named AMJ International, in which my boxes sat at a warehouse for around 6 months until they have loaded up and proceeded. AMJ International lent me 1-3 months of a delay and it required 8. Long story short, we’d have been better off purchasing our things and purchasing brand new when we have to Canada. Don’t waste your time having an amateur business such as this. Do your homework before committing them your cash.

Where do I start? That is exactly what I said to myself when my mom said she’d be retiring and going into The U.K.. Her very best friend and husband had transferred into Birmingham U.K. eight years ahead and convinced her it was the perfect location for her to spend her golden years. All I needed to do is work out ways to receive her packed up and transferred into a foreign nation. . Thank goodness I discovered this wonderful business. They came to my moms condominium and took care of EVERYTHING! Packaged everything professionally and carefully like furniture, paintings, silver, dishes, photographs and even some larger furniture pieces she insisted that she desired to possess. Everything arrived safely and in excellent condition and at the time that has been guaranteed. I can not say enough about these guys! They were friendly, professional and all about amazing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This is undoubtedly the worst company we’ve ever dealt with on any level.

We transferred from Australia to the UK and employed one firm on the Australian conclusion and we had been appointed Movecorp in the united kingdom end.

When our merchandise eventually arrived at the UK a few four months after being packaged up, we predicted Movecorp to organize delivery of or goods. They emailed to state that we will need to cover port review fees before they’d arrange a delivery date. The fees weren’t invoiced and there wasn’t any evidence. We ended up paying the fees and were not receipted. Our movement organizer (Chloe D) was futile and lacked fundamental communication skills. She’d never call back and follow up. We had been chasing daily to discover when the shipping was likely to be.

After a shipping date has been eventually agreed, the men came and were good. We tipped them handsomely and they abandoned. Among the guys said that we can call the council up and they’ll accumulate the boxes/rubbish. We thought that was strange as we thought we’d paid for the same-day elimination of waste. We called back to our initial arrangement and noticed that we did actually cover this support. We immediately called Movecorp to alert them that they didn’t get rid of the crap and that our home was now filled with waste. Chloe failed to phone us back on several occasions but stated that they can arrange someone to accumulate it in two weeks. This was improper and we’re left with boxes for two weeks after we’d paid for same-day removal.

We needed to leave it to the side of the street so a person could collect. This was completed.

In general, this really is the worst business EVER!! If I could score a zero, I WOULD!!!

Avoid. Bunch of scam artists & aggressive staff

This really is the worst company in my own entire life that is pitiful both in relation to the staff & service.

My shipment had been retained in storage for 4 weeks in UK until it was sent to Zurich. Every time they’d think of a fresh justification of not sending it upon the agreed date. My contact individual Chloe & Catherine were very unprofessional and impolite. They’d not ever call/write back and so are spontaneous liars. Sometimes they’d love to play with decent cop/bad cop with us, believing everyone aside from these are fools.

Chloe emailed that we must cover additional port fees before they’d arrange a delivery date. The fees weren’t invoiced and there was not any evidence. The email mentioned below
“Unfortunately there’s a port fee exceptional on the merchandise which prices #100.80. The fee is because of a random customs inspection that has also caused the container incurring demurrage and quay lease whilst getting the review conducted around the container. The review is performed according to a random selection procedure which I am afraid, we’ve got zero control over. Please be aware This fee has to be paid before organizing your delivery.”

The shipping team came two days late as for their guarantee and we only received an hour notice until they came. The team was competitive and overworked. They literally threw our employees here and there (leading to enormous damages). After we requested them to shut and build the simple furniture (according to our arrangement ), they stated we don’t take action and they don’t understand who’s Cloe. After we refused to sign the shipping receipt, the team began crying and alerting us facing our children and hurried away from the spectacle. My family felt tremendously fearful and humiliated since the neighbors heard them loud and clean.

I’ll strongly urge, please avert this business for the protection of your great and your loved ones.

    MOVCORP NIGHTMARE

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! Why didn’t read these testimonials, instead of merely google (imitation ) testimonials before!!
Movcorp were quite proactive and communicative initially, delivery was guaranteed from Northern Italy to Berlin within a few weeks. After I compensated, the elimination turned into a nightmare.
The subsequent 4 weeks of telephone calls for them each week, guaranteed deliveries which never came, which led to me waiting at home 5 half days over a few months. Terrible communication. After half of the boxes came, the delivery man had zero advice or intention that he would help move them into my 2nd floor apartment. Despite having invest a great deal of cash in order for this to take place.
They had absolutely no idea where my possessions were, which warehouse at that town. .
Finally, a few of the boxes came a month later, some another 6 weeks after, all horrendously ruined, the mattress black, a bicycle that looked like it was run over by a lorry, and of course the half which has still never seemed.
They didn’t perform the work they promised, they ruined half of my possessions, they dropped half, and place me through 4 weeks of unnecessary strain. Don’t use this company if you’re moving to a different town, have a complete time occupation, want help carrying the heavy boxes, maintenance to your own possessions, need them delivered in time in good shape, and do not need to be around the telephone each and every week hoping to determine where your possessions are on earth.
I’m not materialistic, nor possess unbelievably expensive/precious possessions (thankfully after this), but the psychological stress that this removal firm triggered, is a complete joke.
Transferring house/country is always trying, but don’t utilize Movcorp should you take care of your own belongings/time/money and need somebody to do this work properly.

Packers fine, management amateurish at best

I knew it’d be challenging and costly to find a person to package and send a tiny dispatch out of my parents (downsizing) to me personally, halfway around the globe. However, I have found the end result to be the most stressful movement of my entire life, and I’ve moved 17 times, in or over 3 continents, 8 or 7 big cities.

In equity the packers were exceptional — rapid as well as the products were very well packaged and protected. Nothing was broken or damaged, and everything involved was a exaggeration of some type. Phew!

Handling payment and management proved to be a nightmare however – they maintained contradicting themselves, demanding more cash with minimal explanations on short notice, and being inconsistent. I honestly doubt if I was ever really insured and’m thankful I did not need to learn. They wanted shipping advice from me — when they’d organized the transport! — at one stage. Delivery took ages, was initially scheduled for ending January, proceeded to February, and then I was advised on brief notice it needed to be sent to a Saturday and I needed to organize parking consent. Anybody who has ever managed a transfer in the nation and town I reside in understands you’ve got to get a parking permit, it requires a week to get, and there are not any exceptions. So I had to confront the chance of a nearly 400dollar fine in the event the police came across or the neighbors complained. (and nobody can even get a moving business on a Saturday, so how could I’ve known I was not supposed to aim to be out on a weekend?!)

After the shipment did arrive, according to the movers paperwork that they weren’t assumed to shut, although I’d paid for complete shipping and unpacking. Being not able to build large pieces of furniture myself, I convinced them to assist, but it was very absurd — their paperwork informed them there was no elevator at the construction, but there’s one!

I had to work really difficult to stay in contact with them to provide them advice — but they were rather good at demadning more income on short notice.

I’m relieved I’ve my loved ones precious items, but if there’d been a far better clear option, I’d have been happy to understand. I couldn’t recommend them for”regular” shipments.

    Be prepared to wait!

Allow me to be clear, I was really pleased with Movecorp on all but one stage: timelines of shipping.
Movers were specialist, though did not arrive with proper boxes that they still made it all work. At a 1 bed flat that the sole damaged items were a few pint glasses, fairly striking.
    Cost is unquestionably excellent.
However, you’ll wait FOREVER to your own stuff. I had been going UK to US. A month later his projected delivery window had finished the container STILL had not left Britain.
Everything eventually came and fortunately I managed to borrow most items I had in this time but when I was counting on my things I’d have been in trouble.

TERRIBLE MOVING COMPANY. Don’t use it
We needed to move from England to Italy. They were okay to start with, fantastic quote and decent support given. As soon as they gathered our stuff things began to get incorrect: they alter additional for additional distance they stated we used ( although in the time of collection they promised we did not overuse space). Then they promise the shipping date in Italy on a particular date and they ended up providing two weeks afterwards. They did not even send in the daytime last consented but the day before, giving us two hours notice. On the afternoon of shipping they could not unload the vehicle, as it had been too large for the street, even when we gave them the exact magnitude of the road. We needed to pay additional #250 since our stuff had to be sent to a depot to be them redelivered to us following a week. Worse service ever. We ended up paying over # 500 additional.

    JUST TERRIBLE PROFESSIONAL THIEF!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t use it!!! They stole my luggage with interior a violin along with other things. . .on that truck there have been other 18 people stuff and all of the boxes and suitcases with precious stuff inside just magically vanished. . .they pretended for couple weeks to look after that scenario then they simply stop response to us and vanished with all our items…I’d quite personal memories from that bag and a very old violin…I will never see my items again but I do not need anyone else going through an dreadful encounter as we needed to.

    Poor all round!

Movecorp were quite poor. The ceremony was so bad to compose in detail that I must bullet line it:
    1. Misquoted as individual on cost came back from extended leave and therefore did not know present prices. Upped price.
    2. Misquoted as advised me insurances prices altered but actually they had been quoting from incorrect item listing. Tried to up price but needed to always have to fix them.
    3. Quoted 8-12 weeks pickup for delivery. It took 6 weeks!
    4. Damaged land and if quoted just paid 50 percent of value composed.
    5. Do not itemise the house packaged. So habits needed to postpone delivery, maybe needing to shut and itemise the property themselves.
    6. Never responded to questions immediately and if completed was completed with brief, unreasoned replies, without any assistance in any respect.

In essence, pricey, misquoting, inadequate customer support, late and badly managed land!

I’ve relocated many occasions and Movecorp has become the worst by far! I’d strongly recommend to prevent!

I have no hesitation in recommending them most highly

Having used this company before to its former movement, it was rational to work with them again, given how beneficial they had been at getting us from their last packaging rush, which occurred again this moment. I can’t fault their kindness and patience in dealing with these issues. They were quite simple to stay in contact with in the workplace, and many considerate. They ended up on time on both days and got straight down to business, with no time wasted. They shot the strain of the move off. I would strongly suggest them.

Extremely poor service. Stressful and incompetent.

Extremely bad support. Not only inexcusable flaws because of bad automobile fleet with no immediate replacements but also losing things (expensive and fairly large ones).

A fantastic idea would be to cover all of your things, but not together. They’ll put on the contract before its final consequence free of mercy or consideration to the customer. Therefore, in case you don’t insure the items which you may get 40 GBPs per item if so. In my scenario nothing and still waiting for comments on where my things are, not even have been categorized as missing following a month of its shipping.

Very quickly by collecting your money, among the exemptions in the contract clarifies that they are not responsible for delays (regardless of the duration of them or the origin of these ) so that the client receives no guarantee on when the items will arrive. Whatsoever. On agreed dates once they don’t appear they’re still covered and aren’t going to offer some of your cash.

They may also challenge you by telephone and assert.

I expect that if you’re reading this isn’t because you’re already experiencing something similar. You may try also the removals ombudsman support. In my situation and because of this type of contract signed they couldn’t do anything being the courtroom the only potential mechanism to assert what’s yours. With no warranty for winning it.

Just think a little bit about the bad reviews you visit on the internet from the five star reviews and choose your own decision. It’s inexpensive because of this.

A catalgue of delays and errors

The elimination guys didn’t turn up on the agreed day and since it was a public holiday in the united kingdom so nobody out of Movecorp replied the emails or phones. This implies we wasted an entire day sat about from 9.00am till 18.00 awaiting elimination guys who never turned up. The shipping was subsequently not created within the chosen one week time slot we’d consented. To add insult to injury we had been wrongly charged two for insurance because of their admin mistake. A month after they haven’t credited me to their replicate payment they billed to my credit card despite mails and telephone calls.

I’ve had a dreadful experience with movecorp and could certainly not advocate!
No issue with the pickup and payment. We had been guaranteed delivery in 6-8 weeks. In this period there was no news or communications that has any upgrades. More than 2 months after today I’m told that there has been a paperwork problem and our entities aren’t even en route however! No excuse why nor offer of partial possession…
I created a variety of requests to innovate my problem and that I was never provided a individual or touch to innovate my problem to obtain an answer or solve.
I’d avoid Movecorp from the future, not urge anybody to utilize their solutions. Quite unprofessional…

    Avoid at all cost

Came to pickup my boxes from the time slots.
No info regarding the whereabout of these boxes for months. Altered the shipping date 4 days (without a warning – didn’t call to say that they weren’t forthcoming – that I had to call them a few time every day). In the conclusion it took 5 months to allow them to send my boxes from UK to France…
Among those folks I talked to asked me to eliminate my poor evaluation (on a different site ) to get a price decrease. Another individual of this firm threated me to ship my boxes back into the UK when I wasn’t home to accumulate them (about the 3rd date they gave me) and they didn’t sent the boxes on this day…
The all experience has been quite trying for me and my loved ones. The method by which in which the team speaks to their own client will be absolutly shocking.
    Can NEVER use them again.

Never again. They didn't care AT ALL when they lost prized belongings.

I proceeded with movecorp out of Scandinavia into the East Coast
With no troubles 5 decades back so when the time came to return to Europe I enlisted them. I so regret it. They lost a number of my boxes containing good photographs of my deceased mom and other keepsakes, matters that insurance is unworthy for. The worst was that their response. They just did not care. Emails went unanswered and replied week after, no apologies. . .nothing. It was a tragic loss for me personally.
They outsourced to at least 4 other firms during the practice of my move now around. It had been just two businesses involved 5 decades back. They have just gotten cluttered.

    Worst service ever

I’d 80kg of private items to ship from London to Australia. I compensated for airfreight door to door service and compensated #750. I had been hoping to receive it delivered inside fourteen days. It ended up just 6 months and that I needed to phone up everyday to drive it together and find an upgrade. The ceremony is routed on to third party supplier named Transglobal. Transglobal couldn’t give me clear answers as to why it took a long time. Then I discovered that somebody had created two instances for my shipping. Then I discovered that they were searching for my things at the warehouse whilst in fact it was already in Australia at the moment. I was subsequently requested to present itemised set to Australia then again from Transglobal. The entire process was awful. I’ve utilized Movecorp previously since I go for work a whole lot. Never again

Transport of boxes UK to Northern Italy

I had a few boxes transferred from Lancashire to the Province of Mantova in Italy. The payment & pickup went ok.The issues were @ the Italian finish, where inexplicably the Italian firm who had been performing the last delivery altered the article code on the speech to some post code to the Town of Mantova & then stated they could not find they speech they’d placed the boxes.Following a telephone call from my Son, that had been the receiver, they changed the address on a single box & delivered it.Following many E-Mails into movecorp we eventually got the remaining boxes properly re-addressed. The rest of the boxes were subsequently delivered over a two week interval in 3 seperate deliveries although the last two boxes were first @ one stage lost.We were essentially asked by Movecorp to demonstrate that we did not possess the two exceptional boxes because the monitoring system revealed them to have already been delivered. This then proven to be incorrect, since the boxes were discovered & delivered about a week after they first claimed they’d delivered them. They were extremely badly damged, even though the contents were fine as they weren’t delicate items.Movecorp just listened as a post box, they had subcontracted the shipping to DPD,who subsequently had subcontracted to an Italian firm,BRT.Movecorp essentially passed on information requests from DPD,asking information on box dimensions, contents, and value of products, although some of their data was already in their possession. To receive our final delivery we needed to spot by box code consignment both lost boxes to get movecorp, they appear to have no idea which ones were missing.Overall an extremely bad experience & I surely wouldn’t use Movecorp again.

Disgusting service i wish i had read reviews.

Two months late, without any communication, additional hidden costs which are not revealed and unorganised.
I do not even know where to start with this review I am so shocked and supplied from the support we’ve received from that provider.
Initially they are amazing, the quotation looks great and they are useful, the minute they have your cash that they take in total beforehand what will vary. Pickup of my thing that I had been sending to Australia was scheduled however, in regards to this day I could not make it into the pickup place and I emailed them at 7am to tell them to not ship the drivers since I couldn’t attend. Despite this they shipped drivers into the place to the scheduled period of 11 regardless of the fact they’d surely have been conscious I wouldn’t be there. So there’s another 75 lbs naturally! to rebook. I had been told a brand new pickup day and then needed the guys arrive the afternoon before unannounced and perplexed although I had been told that they were not available on this day. Needed to sue to get a third period the proper pickup day at which pickup eventually occured, at a really rough way. At this stage I am relieved, I have been advised 8-12 months for the item to get there and I am off to australia. Still not impressed by the way pickup went but wanting to proceed. Now we reach the 12 week mark and I am excitedly waiting to hear by the firm advising my things coming (I’ve recieved not 1 scrap of communicating at this stage to the opposite ) Therefore I send an email for my representative asking when to expect my own things coming…. NO REPLY FOR A WEEK we’ve now passed the 12 week mark, also I recieve a response”sorry that the thing was just sent in our warehouse YESTERDAY will arrive late january (two months ago 12 months ) She did not even bother to answer my email since she’d have told me in 12 months it had not even been sent yet. I am disgusted really. My thing has now finally arrived in Australia and I’ve now been shipped an additional cost of $99 (again not revealed earlier ) that I must cover since ransom for my thing to be eventually delivered me out. Whenever that will be. I would never have sent my thing whatsoever if I’d known of any one of those tiny additional horrors. I am just in Australia for the season and have already wasted 5 weeks waiting and been overcharged. Foul plus a scam. DO NOT USE.

    LOSS, DAMAGE, SETTLEMENT

Movecorp of Walsall you might have read generated confusion, loss and harm for me personally and my merchandise coming from Italy.
They’d accept no obligation and refused nearly everything.
We sued them along with the statements offered by the firm proved rather evasive, they said different documents, function, delivery and collection sheets and photos. Oddly enough, none of the sworn statements may be backed with proof.
Movecorp tried to frighten me by asserting that the defence of my claim could price #25,000, that I would need to pay whether the case went against me.
Ultimately that the court ruled in my favor because the entire defence was predicated on falsehoods and wishful thinking. They had been also ordered to cover my claim as well as my prices.
Legal fees alone, their #25,000 along with also my #7,000, should get hurt, #32,000 in most along with my own award.
    Don’t use this corporation.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged and Woeful Customer Service

Overview – I paid a bit under #5000 to transfer 10m3 from France to Australia during Movecorp, for example #700 of insurance and also have incurred over #2000 of prices up to now, with harm to the motorbike as well as the lost crucial for the motorbike nevertheless to be lent. Set was mid-October, shipping was mid-March (5 weeks ). I had been led to think it wouldn’t take more than 4 weeks, but without any warranties.

The organisation of this group was a shambles with the date altering numerous occasions and unique plans from various companies involved (Movecorp, along with their representative who they had sent over in the UK). I never had more than 12 hours notice of a cancellation. The collection happened in the conclusion without Movecorp understanding, since they weren’t communicating effectively with his or her own agent. I needed to alter global travel and work programs consequently. Stuart Hall was apologetic in the time and made a gesture of goodwill. This acknowledgement and gesture was appreciated, though my sense was still negative at that moment, and Stuart said they hoped that they might make it up to me personally within the remaining part of the service. I was anxious but hopeful.

The products were hauled back into the UK over a few weeks rather than the guaranteed couple of days per week. Including being moved between trailers/containers en route. Because of this I ended up using a few food and beverage and clothes from the motorists thrown to my shipment that I discovered on unpacking. In the procedure the secret to my motorbike (that has an electronic immobiliser coded into the main ) has not yet been delivered – either lost or stolen, the bicycle also has harm to the handlebars and wheel out of being strapped poorly.

The products were assumed to be repacked in the united kingdom and protected to its transfer, but were not, they were only export wrapped that provided minimum security. This led in burst boxes, breakages and reduction in boxes spilling out en route.

On arrival I had been stung with a rather considerable obligation fee for alcohol, which I’d specifically asked for guidance from the representative on, but had been told I’d be under the minimal threshold – that has been a lie. While I love it is my responsibility, I’d rather Stuart’d told me the way to obtain the information than give me false info.

As soon as I contacted Movecorp to let them know about the breakages and reduction there wasn’t any mention of an apology. I compiled the promise information, calculated depreciation and delivered the promise to them. Following 9 days I had been provided #150 to repay without going via the insurance company, but my promise was for over #900 after depreciation (roughly #2000 earlier I depended in age and wear and tear). I asked Stuart to describe his calculation many times, but 2 weeks after he reacted with #200 as a deal, rather than covering the table of prices I’d put together. Stuart told me that he was just hoping to reevaluate the claim, but it required a few weeks involving the claim being delivered to receiving answers.

I submitted a review on the web in which I labelled the business crooks. Stuart contacted me considerably quicker than reacting to my mails to inform me that Movecorp would choose the strongest possible legal actions against me if I did not get rid of this article. Stuart could be right because he contended that my first article was slanderous (debateable) therefore I’ve rewritten this as a factual accounts.

I’d strongly dissuade anybody from using Movecorp to send products from Europe or the UK overseas. The time I have invested, the stress I’ve suffered have been important and I wouldn’t ever use Movecorp again.

I’d suggest where possible to utilize a container that is committed, or to possess the merchandise properly packed or crated under your supervision. Photograph and record everything supposing you won’t see it again and will have to maintain for it.

Additional review on insurance companies to come post case.

We compensated #5821 to get our container delivered from the UK into Arizona unopened ( the caveat being the US Customs may want to inspect, and they did not ) we where guaranteed that the container could be secured in our door in the united kingdom and sent to our doorway in Arizona, a door to door service, which was a con and also a lie, the simple fact that the removers ombudsman kept my complaint and awarded settlement, which they have not and will not cover, is testament to this fact that MoveCorp don’t bargain fair and or honest, our stuff came broken and ruined and we needed to maintain our own insurance.
    Avoid like the plague.

    James Tennant wont require responsibility

Don't touch them with a barge pole

The most shocking customer support I’ve ever received. I’d paid #888 to get a partial dispatch from UK-Brittany, France. We weren’t told what day it could be delivered despite us making it quite clear we had a couple of days notice because we aren’t established in France and had to organize someone to be in the home. A few HOURS prior to the delivery we had been called from the driver to state he was nearly there. We whined to movecorp and coped with James Mallett that I can only explain as aggressive and rude. He explained that they don’t record their telephone calls so that it was no use seeking to innovate the issue further and to quote him”if you provide us a bad review we will not cover you a cent of compensation”. They require no responsibility for the bad service they provide and we shall probably not use them again. Please use another business and do not go near movecorp.

In terms of the delivery about the 1st of November Back in Bristol, it moved impeccably well, what’s more with an extremely friendly team. I’m quite happy to report no harm at all to my possessions nor any lost thing, so mercifully no insurance claims might need to be registered. Terrific encounter with movecorp moving from Switzerland into the U.K. By the beginning, Carly-Anne was really friendly and helpful, and always fast to reply to my inquiries. The men (Lee and Chris) which arrived to physically move our items were very polite, fast employees who took great care of what they transferred. Very angry

I would not go close to this provider again and would strongly urge that nobody else does. First service was good, reassuring and professional, we had been advised all things are shielded, TV were placed into protective luggage and that the best of care had been taken. Then it went down hill. Nothing was shielded, when we inquired why the men doing the job stated they don’t, our two year-old leather couch has been lost and ruined suffering three gouges from it, our 1 year old washing machine endured three big scratches and scrapes. This was photographed from the elimination men who confessed that they’d dropped the couch blaming the young man who had been helping them and said the harm into the washing machine had been in which they had piled it from the van. We had been advised that the office could call us the exact same moment. Nobody bothered, a phone to them along with an extremely sudden”did you see the small print?” Inspired by a”you need to of removed insurance” we had been provided #40 straight back as reimbursement.
